Mera nam anish kumar singh house no 12, gali no 7, salapur khera bijwasan 110061 ka niwasi hun. Hamare gali no 7 ka submersible last friday ko kam karna band kar diya. Complain ke bad sarkari machanic check karke chale gaye. Aaj date 26/10/2016 evening tak koi response nahi hua. So please isse related officer se mera nivedan hai ki public ke samasyayo ka khyal rakhte hue uchit karawai karne ki mahan kripa kare. Apka bahut abhar hoga.

    On 31.10.2014, i with all the related documents of delhi jal board went to saritavihar jal board office and i got file no.249. Till now tgey have not acepted my request and i do want to change the rejistered name now. The document copy details are as follows:- 1. House documents, 2. Last bill, 3. Rs.10 afidavit, 4. Completely filled delhi jal board application form, 5. Electricity bill copy, 6. Id proof copy, etc in a file cover. After this long two years also i have not got my request done for changing the registered name and making my name rejistered. Sarita vihar jal board officers have not yet took necessary action towards it. Please kindly do me the favour

      Dear sir,

      I'm a resident of e-455, mahavir enclave-3. new delhi.

      There is a rented house e-453 near to my house. litres of litres of water overflows everyday in the morning 5 am and huge amount of water is getting wasted everyday. i had already complaint against him earlier also.

      This water is creating lots of mosquitoes and inviting the deadly dengue and malaria mosquitoes to breed here.

      Please look into this matter at the earliest.

        I am a resident of g1 block gali no-3, dal mill road, uttam nagar, new delhi-59. the sewer on the back street is lying blocked since many weeks as a result water is back fire in our bathrooms.

        The whole house is stinking with the smell of sewer. please get it checked asap and resolve this issue immediately.

        Hope you will consider our request and do the needful without and further delay.

          We are not getting the supply of water in nathupura village.here people are getting ill because of drinking unhygienic water.
          Kindly do something to solve this problem.
          We are facing many problems regarding not getting drinking water supply here.
          A month we had lived without water it's too difficult for us. Please take some actions for this and try to find out the reason regarding this problem.

            Fraudulent billing system.
            There was no bill generated by legal/regular means against this k no.
            Since august 2015. Suddenly one day a bill was issued for the period aug 15
            ‐ aug 16, for 95 units of consumption. Along with penalty for every month
            Added cumulatively.
            The meter reader says, "you did not opened the gate whenever i came for
            Reading". Which is total lie.
            Our residence is a building of 4 floors having a tenant living on the
            Ground floor too. It is next to impossible that when some one rings the
            Bell one of the five floor residents do open the gate.
            I have never seen this meter reader in my entire stay here once. If the
            Proper meter reading was taken every month the bill would had been
            Between rs.1 ‐ rs.5 which is the bill amount received by others every month
            Under the new scheme by the delhi govt.
            Need immediate action on this and your sympathetic guidance.

                Respected sir/mam
                This is a matter of great shame that a city like delhi is suffering from the water losses and not eing able to maintain the standard of the capital. Its a matter of shame that we live in delhi like nomads... Going places to buy water wherever available. It's a matter of grave shame that we have a incapable impotent cm who cannot address his own state and solve its issues. Its a matter of great shame to the publiv who voted for him...
                Anyways... We all knw what is goin to happen to him in 2019 elections. Noone wudbe concerned about it now but what concerns us is that its high time the officials start taking the public seriously. Its been an year i have been staying in delhi and delhi was never so worse as it is now.
                Every nerve of mine boils down when i think about the cm of this ut.
                Kindly take our issues seriously and solve the water issue as soon as possible or we have to directly place this water issue in the centre. And with delhi public and the modi govt. Which is so interactive with the youth you never know, things might be handled in a healthier and a quicker way.

                      It has been 4 days and it is the 5th day that water has not been coming in my society. for some general usage likes toilets bathing washing we are going to places to collect water from here or there. people do are cooperative but how many times do you think they are going to helps us irrespective of the fact that they also need water to fulfill their own requirements.

                        As I'm student studying in Delhi. There a many more students like me in my hostel. Since 4-5 days we and our locality aren't receiving water and rest other are getting it. This is the problem of old rajendra nagar 27 block. And there is no water in our storage too we locally complained day before yesterday the official came to see us he knew we are facing water problem at that evening he send tanker but it was just temporary solution of a day then yesterday and today there is no water. Water being basic necessities we don't have water for drinking too so we somehow manage to bring it from our library and have it. Whomever concern please we need a permanent solution as soon as possible we can't struggle daily for water here instead of studying. Please please I kindly request you to look into matter and please come for our help that would me so needful for us. I expect you to solve this problem as soon as possible and till the permanent solution isn't made till then provide tanker at least you can do.. Thank you so much

                          Dear sir,
                          It is not the first time i am complaining about the water issue in this area. It has been repeatedly seen that water is odourous n it is very foul smelling(like that infected with the feacal matter) and is turbid. I have provided the images of two water samples. One is the clean water and the other is the supply water which we get in this area.i have been to a water treatment plant in my MBBS time and the water at the end of treatment had to be non turbid non smelling nil e-coli count. So it is pretty clear seeing the quality of water that it is not being treated and chlorinated properly.
                          I had called up the authorities in DELHI JAL BOARD but didnt get a response.. The previos times i had called, the silutions were temporary with recurrences of the same quality water.
                          Kindly put forward my complaint on high priority as the quality of water is a big issue as it can cause a host of diseases or may be an epidemic too.

                            Kindly refer our earlier complaint no[protected] dt 08/10/16, in writing and thereafter to your call centre complaint ref :[protected]/10/16),[protected]/10/16),[protected],[protected]/04/16) &[protected]/04/16) etcs.

                            The officials visit the site every time & do it what they could with the bamboo which was temporary fixing the problem but the blockage of sewer remains and sewer flows back to the houses.

                            We have requested in our last complaint that it requires a machine cleaning, as there is lot of filth in the sewer line which has to be taken out by the pump & then line would be ok for another 10 years.

                            Once again, we the resident of road no 43 & 44 request delhi jal board to clear the sewer line with the help of machine or with the truck which suck the filth for this job.

                              I'm a resident of b 3 hans appartment east arjun nagar shahdara just above my flat there is a vacant flat no. B 23 hans appartment.

                              Everyday litres and litres of water overflows from this house as the caretaker has a habit of leaving the taps open. Society has issued notice to the caretaker despite that the caretaker is least bother about it. Due to this there is a serious threat of structural damage to the building and moreover the water has started entering various electrical sockets.

                              At present from last 6 days the water is overflowing from the house and is being collected at the ground making it an ideal place for breading of insects like dengue and chikengunia.

                              A huge amount of water is getting wasted from the the above said flat everyday.

                              Please look into this matter at the earliest.

                                  We are facing this problem from around a 7 month, our nearest all sewers is blocked due to which water level has been rising in our commode. Now the situation is so bad sewer in front of my house is sewer blocked and overflowing. There is a very foul and bad smell all around, hence mosquitoes developed in the area, and gutters of surrounding house have been chocked and completely blocked. We are already launched complaint but nobody attend the compliant in your side, so please we are again request to your department please this is very serious problem so please resolve the our problems. Please arrange the machine so that the gutter / sewerage totally clean. Thanking you,

                                      This is to gring to your notice that iam resident of house no 1, 3rd (Top) floor mausam vihar and have installed water meter and connection from delhi jal board but have not being receicing water since last 20days, wheras the floors upper ground, 1st, 2nd floor of the same building are getting water even as they have no meter of passed connection. This is serious as illegal persons use water and do not pay but legal consumer do ot get water supply this needs to be investigated and my supply should be restored by sealing illegal connection
                                      This was already brought to the notice to persons visiting from jal board since this going on since 5 years. Needless to add that honest citizens are put to hardships but dishonest person enjoya at our cost. It is requested to restore my water supply as it becoming very difficult to get water at 3rd floor of the building were i live.
