I am Arun Gupta. I m from Naveen Shahdara. In my flat building water is coming very dirty from motor. Please resolve this problem. Because this water is not for drinkable . My family become will ill after drink this water. We are facing this problem from one week. I was trying to do complain but was not possible to do. That's why I m doing this complain here. there very dirty water comes from direct motor tap.

    From the last 2 months I am receiving excessive water bill. There are 5 members in my family and water consumption ia not so high . The meter reader is not taking the correct meter read and we are being charged for incorrect meter read.

      Please resolve the Issue of water bill, which is incorrectly Generated, again and again in KNO- [protected]. how is it possible if govt. of Delhi has Exempted 20k ltr of water in Months.Bill Generated without reading the meter also K.no not mentioned on Bill.
      last time we have also paid 3872.70p in the months of 28th june16. afater that we are using water bell, I sure about there is no any extra water misuse in my place Everything's done under 10k ltr water in months.
      So I Must humble request & I hope you that please resolve the issue as soon as possible.

        We husband and wife are staying at 565, Pocket-E, Mayur Vihar-II, New Delhi-110091 and therefore our water bill at above K.No. start coming to Rs.0. We also keep traveling nationally and internationally and therefore even lesser use of water. This fact could be proved from our passport. The then Meter reader approached us and told your bill is coming 0 and in response we told him probably we are consuming less water then the threshold limit. It appears that the intention of the meter reader was doubtful and next month a bill with very high reading with one digit higher in hundredth digit brought much higher bill. After noticing this mistake we tried our best to convince the meter reader that incorrect meter reading had been noted and therefore now meter reading was less than earlier, which is impossible. However, the correct meter reading and correct bill was never send and hence the present arrears not paid by us with the intention that meter reader will correct the bill. However, meter reader started noting the meter faulty and hence lump sum bills with inflated arrears. Now I request that facts may even be checked today. Meter is still in running condition. For appropriate urgent action please. It may be noted that we had never been defaulter in paying the bills on time in the past.

          Very much regret to point out that you are raising water bill with out taking the reading of the meter. The earlier payable amount up to July-16 was in negative but now it is accumulated huge amount with in 3-4 months. It seems that either the meter is faulty & not giving correct reading or bill raised without reading. We are only three members in family & the consumption beyond the threshold free limit is very unlikely.
          You are now requested to take the corrective action accordingly & also arrange to revise the bill as requested

            Sewer and chamber in front of my residence are blocked and overflowing and malba is spreading in the passage. U r requested to clear the same at the earliest.

                Kno no.[protected].actually no water supply in pipe since 2012.now in aap govt.provide new system. Free of 20 k liters water.i ve not got benefit due to no supply of water. But bill generated 1200
                0 rs.i ve complaints many times. Then did less 4000.again i ve complaints many times then less 4000.again i ve complaints many times. But not giving response. While i ve no got supply of water since 22012.Why i ll pay 3916.?

                    I am a resident of Subhash Nagar block 1 and till last month everyone here is facing the problem of dirty and smelly water., which is not fit for any kind of work. It seems it has not been treated properly before the supply. It is unhygienic which may lead to a lot of diseases. Kindly look into the matter as a lot of time has passed.

                      Please refer to my letter dated 14.10.16 submitted personally to your office in gk -5.10 / a-zo duly receipted & stamped on 14.10.16. No reply has been given to me so far. On top of that, i get reminders directing me to pay rs 17187 vide bill dated 23.9.16 without giving adjustment / credit for rs 15272 already paid in cash on 11.5.2015 against bill dated 29.4.2015.
                      So please go through the arrears of rs 15238 as mentioned in your bill dated 23.9.16 & adjust the amount of rs 15272 already paid in cash on 11.5.15

                        Sir, i regret to bring to your notice that the new pipeline installed by d. j. b staff while changing the old water connection is leaking at j4/79a khirki ext. i would like to mention here that the way the new connections are being made by your staff is wrong. somewhere in the middle which has resulted in this leakage and wastage of of the water everywhere. i would therefore request you to remedy the situation urgently. thanking you.. your faithfully.. swami pranavanand..#[protected]

                            This regarding my high water bill and faulty meter. I'm a senior citizen and my high water bill is accumulating every month. Inspite of complaining 100 times but nobody is bother to solve this. My meter is showing correct reading and DJB is putting guessed reading every month. I'm not liable to pay the bill which I haven't consumed.
                            Kindly solve this matter at earliest.

                              I made a complaint on 24 Dec vide Ref No.[protected] on 1916 and was assured corrective action within 48 hrs. On 27 Dec i got sms the matter is under process and will be resolved by 3rd Jan 2017. Again received msg on 30th Dec that issue has been resolved. I am shocked to read the msg, since no one has contacted us/visited our place and problem stands intact. It reflects that entire process is carried in deptt files i.e registration of complaint and its disposal. Practically nothing is done and complaints reported to be resolved. Matter require thorough enquiry and immediate action for resolve of complaint.

                                Respected sir,
                                This is regarding my water bill with k.No.[protected]. I am a renter since Oct 2015 to till now and have not got any water bill till now . But now i am getting messages of more than Rs. 64000 i.e., showing bill of approximately Rs 4000 to Rs 5000 per month which is not possible in my case as for two persons we draw water through motor in 750 litre tank in a day and also we sometimes don't require it everyday .
                                I want the proper solution for this problem as soon as possible because i need to change the flat and have to pay all my bills. And i don't think i have to pay such a large amount just for water . Please provide me a solution for this and a proper contact number.

                                  our monthly consumption is 02kl as we have shifted and occasionally visit the house. our usage is confined to urinal and washing of hands. Our water meter was declared as not working by earlier water meter readers. it has yet not been changed but our consumption has been shown as 30kl as we have been billed Rs 587 for bill cycle 15/06/16 till 31/08/16. Pls get it checked and adjust bill to zero in subsequent bill cycles and get the meter replaced on an urgent basis...

                                    Dear Sir this is the 7th times i am doing the same so please do the needful. i tell you no one is coming for taking the meter reading that"s the reason you are sending me every times an estimated bill . so please send a man who can take the original meter reading as my meter is working perfectly. tell me what is use of it if i reinstall a new meter and no one come for taking the reading from that. i already paid the amount what else you claimed thus fer but i tell you it"s a great lose for me. I know that you will not pay it back or adjust my money with the new bill but yet i hope you will do the correction and reduce my heavy pain from my heart.
