Delhi Jal Board Complaints & Reviews

Dear Sir,
I have changed Meter (Old Meter # 007230/K on 05.05.2016 and reading showing was { 342.1} due to not working) and new Meter # 132218.

When we uploaded the bill in the m/o Oct. there is shwing as NS bill reading upto Sept. 2016.

Please Provide us actual reading so can make the payment in time.

It has been 4 days and it is the 5th day that water has not been coming in my society. for some general usage likes toilets bathing washing we are going to places to collect water from here or there. people do are cooperative but how many times do you think they are going to helps us irrespective of the fact that they also need water to fulfill their own requirements.

Request you to kindly check for the matter and get it resolved...

It is not the first time i am complaining about the water issue in this area. It has been repeatedly seen that water is odourous n it is very foul smelling(like that infected with the feacal matter) and is turbid. I have provided the images of two water samples. The officials visit the site every time & do it what they could with the bamboo which was temporary fixing the problem but the blockage of sewer remains and sewer flows back to the houses.br...

Sewer blockage
Sewer blocked

We are facing this problem from around a 7 month, our nearest all sewers is blocked due to which water level has been rising in our commode. Now the situation is so bad sewer in front of my house is sewer blocked and overflowing. There is a very foul and bad smell all around, hence mosquitoes developed in the area, and gutters of surrounding house have been chocked and completely blocked....

This is to gring to your notice that iam resident of house no 1, 3rd (Top) floor mausam vihar and have installed water meter and connection from delhi jal board but have not being receicing water since last 20days, wheras the floors upper ground, 1st, 2nd floor of the same building are getting water even as they have no meter of passed connection. Earlier I have recevied bills only from 400 to 600 on quarterly basis and this time I have recevied a bill for more than 4000/-.
