The water supply at my residence in east of kailash e block is extremely smelly since past 4-5 days. I have checked there is no issue with the tank, but supply water is that smelly and i can see the color of the water is also little dirty with floating substances in it. Need urgent attention to this. please mention which phone number to contact for the same.

Dear Sir,

I want to complaint regarding sever overflow last six months but no one listen the matter/complaint . Already so many complaint regarding this overflow issue.

My K.NO. [protected] and I am using daily 200 ltrs of water daily or less then this. and I noted my water meter in your dept. but my bill amt is Rs. 1233/-

Please check and verify if daily usage is 600 ltrs daily then why are you generating bill to me.

    My consumption of water is very less and I used to get Rs.zero bill for long time. Now I received bill for Rs.2229 which is very very high. I have sent a letter to Delhi Jal Board but no reply received. It needs thorough investigation. Please confirm and send me fresh bill. Kejriwal Government allowed free water for small consumers hence my bill should have been Rs.zero only. Whey then such heavy bill as if I am using water for 24 hours. We get water supply only for one hour in the morning and one hour in the evening and hence the bill raised seems to be a system mistake or feeding wrong details to the system.

    my water bill reading till 28th nov is 56 units which is under the 20 units free water utility scope. Inspite of it, a bill of rs 389 had been generated by delhi jal board.
    Kindly look into the matter.

      I beg to inform you that my water consumtion is every days maximum four hundred leters, as per our consumtion ratio, i am not covered with billing stage. The above bill wrongly rage aginst my connection.

        This is Pawan Kumar Sharma A- block, House no. 1118, Jahangir Puri, Landmark: opposite mcd school a block, Delhi-33. Sir here because of blockage in sewage line our main waterline is affected and lot of smell in water.
        Sir we and our children are effected with this. So sir i request your goodself to kindly get resolved this matter as quickly as possible .

          My k. No is this [protected]
          Please attend my request, this is my fifth complain regarding the same. Yes i shared that my meter is ok but we are not using that for long time and we paid what about we get as a bill. But one day we think that it is too much for a family so when we complain regarding the same then one of the office person told me that bill status is showing that it is stop so what ever is bill amount that you have to pay, like that we paid several time and we lost so much money for this therefore my request is this please look in to this. Now we are using the water supply and that i shared earlier in my complain and you may see that if you want. Meter is working fine and i ask a plumber about that meter and he told it's ok and no need to be replace. So please enquer about and in form me and not only that please send a correct bill which we can pay and fill good.

            Water meter readings are full of anamolies irregularities in general and in recent past in particular. For example:

            Meters running and reading most regularly & efficiently are being recorded / reported as stp by meter readers. Zonal office (S) turn their ears deaf and eyes blind on the matters reported to them.
            Invariably the meter readers either do not make their apperarance for reading meters or just come running and disappear before being noticed/meter boxes are opened for reading

            Most efficiently and regularly running water meter is being reported as STP. Action on the part of Meter Reader(s) is due to ill intention &/or for collecting more and more revenue which is never due.
            The intentional anomoly is a very serious matter and is to be remedied judiciously by the DJB Authorities please.
            Reporting matter to Zonal Office has yielded no results as the authorities there turn their ears deaf and eyes blind.
            In view of facts above Matter needs attention and urgent remedial action on the part of DJB Authorities please

              Respected Sir,

              An unauthorized and illegal water connections (approx 20) working in Prop No. 112 A/9, Kishan Garh, Vasant Kunj, New Delhi-110070. I have make so many phone and letter to inform police and jal board Delhi, but no action have been taken.

              No any action taken by Delhi Jal Board on my complaints. So please disconnect and take the action against the J.E. and the user o[censored]nauthorized apartment to have unauthorized and illegal water connection.

                The above mentioned connection is at D-424, Defence Colony, Ground Floor, New Delhi - 110024 in the name of Col P.C.Khanna.
                We have been paying through our bills regularly through online internet. Last one paid on 5 November 2016 for INR 567.87 which has been acknowledged by SMS from you.
                It seems water supply has been stopped from the last week or so. Please check at your end and restart the water supply. It seems First Floor has not paid any bills. you might have disconnectd our connection instead of the First Floor.

                  I am a resident of D-233, Green valey apartments, sector-18, Rohini. I have paid my old bill till 27 september, 2016. And now in the new bill they have added an arrear of 1272 over the original bill of 667. kindly resolve this as i have duly paid my bill and this arrear is the extra added money, which is not supposed to be there.
                  The bill is dated on 3 november and even the reading is not there.

                    Dear sir. I received water bill dated[protected] showing excess payment of rs 3467.00 with meter reading of 309. There after i received other bill dated[protected] for rs 6863.00 without meter reading which was paid under protest on[protected]. I have again received another water bill dated[protected] for rs 1282.00 again without water meter reading inspite of the fact that my meter is in working condition. I informed mr ram niwas zro south about water bills being sent without taking meter readings. He asked me to whatsapp photo of my meter reading, so that revised bill will be prepared. We are just three persons in the flat how can we consume drinking waterat rs 32.87per day. As per the bill of rs 1282.00 for 39days. Request 1. To kindly prepare proper water bills on actual meter readings and not adhock basis water meter reading on[protected] was 357.80. Awaiting your response. Thanks.

                        1. The K.No [protected] residing palam colony New delhi 110077
                        2. The DJB complaint no. [protected] dated[protected] has been closed without attended and informed.
                        3. It is regarding the complaint of faulty meter since july 2016 which has not been attended. The meter was replaced by DJB in june 2016 against the scheme of replacing water meter.
                        4.The replaced water meter No.15091833 which was changed against the customer installed new meter No SW2_CMG 3083 was faulty since installation and the same was noted and reported by water meter reader in his June 2016 water meter reading and Bill generated of the month of July 2016.
                        5. The problem of water meter has not been attended till now as the water meter replaced has been faulty since beginning/installation.
                        6. It is kindly requested to replace the existing faulty water meter so that it recorded the exact consumption amount.

                          It is reported that DDA hastsal market shopkeepers have unauthorisedly taken water connections with the connivance of DDA residents LIG 397 to LIG 418 and the shopkeepers have also installed submersible motors at the back of their shops without the permission of DJB and they are also selling the water through water tanks. An immediate raids be conducted to inspect physically at the back of the shops and infront of LIG 397 to LIG 418 and you will find illegal PVR pipes are going to their shops from the LIG water pipe which is illegal and DJB is not issui ng the water bills as the water connections are not in the DJB records which is resulting the revenue loss the DJB and water is not coming in ful pressure to the residents whenever it comes. Please remove the illegal connections immediately.

                            Hi,

                            I am resident of mohan garden house no - 246, near sanjivni public school, uttam nagar, new delhi 110059.. All the gutters are blocked and the water is flowing below my house causing all the flooring and tiles to break due to this. The houses in my society is getting weak and weak everyday due to this. The water is logged in the empty plots, making it breeding ground for dengue and chikungunia mosquitoes. This is a very severe problem.. I have also complained almost 6 months back but no solution.

                            Please help us on this issue or if a earthquake comes even of minor frequency it will cause a great damage due to this water logging.

                                The bill ending October cycle is Rs 4052.
                                The bill ending august cycle was also over Rs 3000.
                                The Bill ending June cycle was nil.
                                The Bill ending April cycle was also nil

                                Kindly get it checked as how the consumtion in last 4 month and bill can be so high when during summer, the consumption was low and bill was nil.Meter also needs to be checked.

                                    I am a resident of 4-B, LIG Flats Ram Pura, Delhi - 110035. Sewer lines of 4-A, 4-B, 4-C LIG Flats are badly choked due to choked sewer lines of our main road near starting o[censored]nderpass. An epidemic can outbreak in our area due to this and create havoc. It is very difficult for us now to work in our homes due to overflowing sewer water. We registered complaint on 1-11-16 in our areas DJB Office. We request you to pl. take necessary action for the same to resolve this problem.

                                      I have a complaint of mis use of gove sewer system. I am resident.
                                      1 am resident of s-253 greater kailasl -2. There is a new contruction of house on plot no s-236 g. K-2. The contractor undertaking constructionhas bored the djb sewer line in the lane behind s-236 and installed a temporary pipe and fitted toilet for use of contractors labour. This is causing unhhygenic conditionin the lane resulting in foul smellin the lane tampering with djl sewer line is not authorised.
                                      I have complained earlier. I was given a compnain registered no [protected] on 22oct at 1500hrs this recd by dept and in confirmation given aboue re no. Today i have rung uo 1916 for status. I am complaining as good citizen and bienfg made to run around. Pl do some thing

                                        our monthly consumption is 02kl as we have shifted and occasionally visit the house. our usage is confined to urinal and washing of hands. Our water meter was declared as not working by earlier water meter readers. it has yet not been changed but our consumption has been shown as 30kl as we have been billed Rs 587 for bill cycle 15/06/16 till 31/08/16. Pls get it checked and adjust bill to zero in subsequent bill cycles and get the meter replaced on an urgent basis.
