I live in ashok vihar, d-block, phase 1.

I want a complaint registered and acted upon on d block 278.

There's a house in my lane which wastes a huge amount of water daily.
It's really pathetic.

These people let their tanks overflow for hours, wasting away drinkable water.

They have no regard for any sort of water conservation and do not care for the water going down the drain.

They've also installed a bore well that is drying the water bed in our area.

I hope someone looks into it.

    Dear Sir,

    I am a resident of M.B_107, Gali no. 03, Shakarpur, Delhi - 110 092.
    The is to inform you, we have registered sewer overflow complaints twice for back side of our house but unfortunately no action taken as yet. Due to this we badly face health problem. Complaint details as under :
    1st complaint number[protected] registered on 7th Dec 2016 which was closed without any action. Hence we called again at "1916" on 12th Dec 2016 and given the complete status to them and got an another complaint number[protected].
    This is our on going problem and due to sewer lines not clear properly dirty water is back flowing in our house. Fyi, as advised by private maintenance person its require "Doulci or Pump system" for permanent solution.

    Our sincere request you to please resolve our problem ASAP. Our address mentioned below.

      Good morning,

      Wish you must have made a great start of you day.

      I would like to draw your kind attention towards water leakage from underground at madhubanchowk traffic signal (Sector-8, rohini side). This leakage has been noticed from past 15 days. I bought it into notice of djb through email at [protected]@gmail.com. Since, there is no action so far i request if necessary follow-up can be done at your end as there is constant wastage on the main road.

      Would be very grateful if the concerned can be requested to do the needful. Kindly advise for more details, if required

        Respected sit,
        My ARN no.[protected] on application for new water connection submitted along with all the paper work on dated 21.11.2016 at Saket office. Accordingly, then officials visited my place for inspection on dated 23.11.2016. He told me that everything is fine, and within 10 days i will get a SMS alert of how much money i have to pay to get my new connection start working. But till now i haven't received any sort of SMS, it's my request that you look into this matter and get the problem fix as soon as possible.

          Sir, my self rajmati devi, kno number:-[protected] location:- rzf 238 gali no.4 rajnagar part 2 palam colony new delhi.. contact number :- [protected] ..actually i generate bill from my mobile always but this time i had a problem while generating it.the reading was 255.849 ..but by mistake i generated a bill of 849 units ..my previous unit was 200 which was paid by me ..but now by mistake i generated bill of 849 units instead of 255 ..bill came of amount 36344 ...so i request you to generate my bill once again ...so i would pay my bill of 255 units which is my actual unit...i m sending a screen shot of the new bill which is generated wronly...plzzz rply and regenerate my bill once again ...its a humble request ...because i pay my bill in regaular basis...

            The water supply at my residence in U-47 subhash park uttam nagar west is extremely smelly since past 4-5 days. I have checked there is no issue with the tank, but supply water is that smelly and i can see the color of the water is also little dirty with floating substances in it.               Water wastage through overflowing water tank

              A lot of houses have problem of water overflowing from their tanks in block 10 of old rajinder nagar area. People either don't use an alarm for tanks or are simple ignorant and leave their electric motors on while they are away from home.
              Every evening 10/11 and 10/10 are the house numbers in old rajender nagar area which have water overflowing from tanks and polluting the lanes. They are wasting water and causing land pollution also....

              The main fresh water supply pipe line running between M 46 greater kailash part 2 to M 164 greater kailash part 2 has a major leak for the last few months.

              the walk way and the road way has started to cave in & is damaging the house number M 164 greater kailash part 2 and the surrounding house, as the water is seeping into the foundation.

                Our bill of old wcn :58809 and new k. No. [protected]
                Is rs.686/- for oct. And forthe last month it was rs. 854/- and for the month of aug it was rs.1002/-. As per consumption bill is too high. As water supply isvery low and it is after every four days. Pls look into the matter and alsoinstall the meter also.
                Kindly instal the meter also.

                water is coming in some of houses and on the other hand no supply in rest???? its happening thrice a week please take action otherwise it will taken further.
                There is no water supply in najafgarh from last 3 days (mazsodabad colony) delhi-110043 i donot know what is the problem every week it happens?????

                  I want to complaint regarding sever overflow last six months but no one listen the matter/complaint . Already so many complaint regarding this overflow issue.

                    My consumption of water is very less and I used to get Rs.zero bill for long time. Now I received bill for Rs.2229 which is very very high. I have sent a letter to Delhi Jal Board but no reply received. It needs thorough investigation. Please confirm and send me fresh bill. Kejriwal Government allowed free water for small consumers hence my bill should have been Rs.zero only. Whey then such heavy bill as if I am using water for 24 hours. We get water supply only for one hour in the morning and one hour in the evening and hence the bill raised seems to be a system mistake or feeding wrong details to the system.

                    my water bill reading till 28th nov is 56 units which is under the 20 units free water utility scope. Inspite of it, a bill of rs 389 had been generated by delhi jal board.
                    Kindly look into the matter.

                        This is Pawan Kumar Sharma A- block, House no. 1118, Jahangir Puri, Landmark: opposite mcd school a block, Delhi-33. Sir here because of blockage in sewage line our main waterline is affected and lot of smell in water.

                          Please attend my request, this is my fifth complain regarding the same. Yes i shared that my meter is ok but we are not using that for long time and we paid what about we get as a bill. But one day we think that it is too much for a family so when we complain regarding the same then one of the office person told me that bill status is showing that it is stop so what ever is bill amount that you have to pay, like that we paid several time and we lost so much money for this therefore my request is this please look in to this. Now we are using the water supply and that i shared earlier in my complain and you may see that if you want. Meter is working fine and i ask a plumber about that meter and he told it's ok and no need to be replace. So please enquer about and in form me and not only that please send a correct bill which we can pay and fill good.

                            Water meter readings are full of anamolies irregularities in general and in recent past in particular. For example:

                            Meters running and reading most regularly & efficiently are being recorded / reported as stp by meter readers. Zonal office (S) turn their ears deaf and eyes blind on the matters reported to them.
                            Invariably the meter readers either do not make their apperarance for reading meters or just come running and disappear before being noticed/meter boxes are opened for reading

                            Most efficiently and regularly running water meter is being reported as STP. Action on the part of Meter Reader(s) is due to ill intention &/or for collecting more and more revenue which is never due.
                            The intentional anomoly is a very serious matter and is to be remedied judiciously by the DJB Authorities please.
                            Reporting matter to Zonal Office has yielded no results as the authorities there turn their ears deaf and eyes blind.
                            In view of facts above Matter needs attention and urgent remedial action on the part of DJB Authorities please

                              An unauthorized and illegal water connections (approx 20) working in Prop No. 112 A/9, Kishan Garh, Vasant Kunj, New Delhi-110070. I have make so many phone and letter to inform police and jal board Delhi, but no action have been taken.

                              No any action taken by Delhi Jal Board on my complaints. So please disconnect and take the action against the J.E. and the user o[censored]nauthorized apartment to have unauthorized and illegal water connection.

                                The above mentioned connection is at D-424, Defence Colony, Ground Floor, New Delhi - 110024 in the name of Col P.C.Khanna.
                                We have been paying through our bills regularly through online internet. Last one paid on 5 November 2016 for INR 567.87 which has been acknowledged by SMS from you.
                                It seems water supply has been stopped from the last week or so. Please check at your end and restart the water supply. It seems First Floor has not paid any bills. you might have disconnectd our connection instead of the First Floor.

                                  I am a resident of D-233, Green valey apartments, sector-18, Rohini. I have paid my old bill till 27 september, 2016. And now in the new bill they have added an arrear of 1272 over the original bill of 667. kindly resolve this as i have duly paid my bill and this arrear is the extra added money, which is not supposed to be there.
                                  The bill is dated on 3 november and even the reading is not there.

                                    Dear sir. I received water bill dated[protected] showing excess payment of rs 3467.00 with meter reading of 309. There after i received other bill dated[protected] for rs 6863.00 without meter reading which was paid under protest on[protected]. I have again received another water bill dated[protected] for rs 1282.00 again without water meter reading inspite of the fact that my meter is in working condition. I informed mr ram niwas zro south about water bills being sent without taking meter readings. He asked me to whatsapp photo of my meter reading, so that revised bill will be prepared. We are just three persons in the flat how can we consume drinking waterat rs 32.87per day. As per the bill of rs 1282.00 for 39days. Request 1. To kindly prepare proper water bills on actual meter readings and not adhock basis water meter reading on[protected] was 357.80. Awaiting your response. Thanks.

                                      Where in the meter reading is 553 units as on 07 sep 2016

                                      But my water reading in the meter is 533 units as on 09 nov 2016

                                      I tried to complaint online but the site does not supprot to submit the complaint

                                      Please correct the water bill
