I was socked when i received my water bill. Last month i have paid 1375 rs on 18.6.2016 and my outstanding comes to zero before that i have received 321 in 15 jan 2016 and 457 in april 2016 and 6 rs for november 2016 and 5.50 rs for december 2016. Today (27.05.2016). I have received a bill amount 11142 rs. And also i have not getting my bill by department i just received msg and pay. I have ask in my family that some one visited to take reading in past 2 month they said no. Request you to take action on it. So under such situation the matter needs to be resolved. How can a middle class effort this kind of mistake or bill.In past 9 year we have not received bill like that.

Subject: complaint regarding dirty and smelly water coming in our area.

I applicant raza ahmed s/o habib ur rehman resident of h. No c-228/14 a, street no 10, chauhan bangar, near bilal masjid, new seelampur, delhi-110053. Dirty and smelly water is coming from approximately past one month. This water cannot be used in any form. If somebody drinks that water unintentionally then his/her health may be spoil and may be died also. People are extremely in trouble due to this problem. Previously dirty and smelly water comes occasionally but now, dirty and smelly water comes every time from approximately past one week. From approximately one month we are giving information to respective authorities about this problem. However till now water is not corrected. Jal board officials do visits and only inquired about the problem, but no action they take about correcting the problem. They only give assurance to us. And they don’t do anything about correcting problem. I did complaint on this numbers [protected], [protected], [protected] via telephone. Jal board is not taking any action regarding this serious problem occurring in our area. I did complaint to chief minister of delhi, indian consumer forum, superintendent engineer, chief engineer of delhi jal board on 22 april 2016 and 27 may 2016, 2 june 2016 via online. Sir/mam, till now we don’t get any response about our complaint and this problem getting bitter and bitter instead of getting corrected. People are forced to drink underground (Boring water) and dirty water. If any disease would spread due to this then delhi jal board will be responsible for it. So we are compelled to do complaint. Kindly look after our problem and do correct it. I would be very grateful to you.

I was out of country and house was locked and still the bill of 8854 has been charged, request you to take action on it . The water metre needs to be checked and also the water table in the area is going down so I really don't know if the water is coming in the pipes from Delhi jal board . So under such situation the matter needs to be resolved, I am a senior citizen and cannot come and do the complaint so I need urgent help

I( Harsh Sethi) am a resident at A59/159, Gulab Bagh, Mohan garden, New Delhi. I have a water meter with KNo. no. [protected]. I want to bring it to your notice that nobody has come to the address to take water meter reading from last one and half year. They are just simply sending the bill and telling to pay the bill. I have already complaint many times earlier but no action have been taken yet and I have received the message that your complain has been resolved. Kindly look into the matter as soon as possible before l approach to higher authorities...

My name is prakash jena, i am residing at 165, 2nd floor, pocket-17, sector-24 rohini, there is no water supply or irregular water supply at above mentioned address and because of this it is very difficult to survive without water. Earlier water was coming at 7:am morning for about one hour but since 15 days there is huge problem or almost no supply, sometime water is coming between 4am to 5am that is also not on regular basis..

You are requested to kindly look into the matter and resolve as soon as possible, please provide us the actual duration of water supply with time.

I am writing to you on behalf of my elder sister, sr citizen (72 yrs old), living in dda lig flat no. B-1b-29, janak puri, new delhi-110058 alongwith his son and daughter in law. There is a water conection bearing water k no.[protected] with bill id[protected]. The water meter is not working for the last one and a half year (Approx) and she is paying a bill for rs. 1560/ for three months. Latest paid on 6.6.2016 vide receipt no.5391. Terminal no.9339921, djbm janak puri-c-2, new delhi which is on average lump some basis. Sir, she is not being benefitted of 20, 000lts free water in a month due to faulty/non-working meter. Their consumption is less than the prescribed free 20, 000 ltrs. Therefore the amount paid by her is to be refunded and the water meter may please be replaced by the delhi jal board. We will pay the cost of water meter approved by djb or let us inform from where it is available so that she will also get benefit of scheme of chief minister of delhi shri arvind kejriwal ji as she is valuable sr citizen of delhi

Hi Sir,

This is to inform you about repair work going at Phase-2, DDA, Katwariasarai (Qutab Institutional Area) for last many weeks. Repair work continuing for the new water pipe installation. All the raw materials piling in-front of my house and mixing machine close at my door. Work and the raw materials (sand, gravel, cement and water tanks) pilled at my door; causing huge blockage to open my gate and huge noise and dust pollution. Many times ashed your contractor to clear or shift work station to open place but of no result.
This is a residence area and this type of pollution, road blockage and even piling of raw material in-front of house flout all norms.
Kindly ask to take proper action again the said contractor and remove the raw materials with immediate effect.

Its been a few days that the water supply in our area has been smelly and dirty. This problem has arisen earlier, happened frequently for a few days . We are staying at Katwaria sarai, New Delhi - 110016.Now we are facing scarcity of water.Since two days we haven't got water.

Please look in the matter and resolve it asap, as you might understand its really tough to survive without water in summers in Delhi.

I have submitted an appliction for my new water connection of my residents on28.03.2016. This is the second time i appliet. First time the concerned officer visited. But after that their file missplaced. So again i applied and that timke i got a arn no. 13538. I submitted the application in saket office. After that they visited our place and take the report. Till dsate the concerned department is not sactioned the connection. I checked the appliction status every day.In that status is mentioned that sent to zro for field inspection and file saction. This is the mentioned in the position. I am herewith requesting to you kindly sanction the connection at the earliest

Dear Team,

Please note we have joint family and staying together in different floors in DDA Flats- Keshav Puram but have only one connection. This is actually suggestion and advise to give connections floor wise for Joint Family by showing relevant documents same as of Electricity department.

You guys are doing great job by providing subsidy for less usage but we are not getting any benefit because of this. Hope you understand the situation and unlike other parties you will think about it.

Gali no. 25, bhajanpura, delhi - 53, sirs, there was not water supply (Only 30 minutes for 2-3 times without any fix time, water comes at any time between 12 am to 7 am. Now from 14th june water supply is so filthy one can't brush his teeth water is coming of yellow colour, please do the needful & oblige, i have the problem because we have only source of water is djb not having a connection for underground water.

Since 2016 i haven't recived any printed bill at my home and our neighbors are getting.. and now when i have view bill at your site i found its more than 5000 how that can be possible. Can you provide how you have calculated all this and please explain when did the person come to take reading as nothing is visdible to me in that meter as for long time dust have been surrounded over it .. so please check all these and keep us updated

We are r/o Mahindra park phankha road, uttam nagar, new delhi. facing lots of problem not getting proper water supply in our area from last 10-15 days, even supply made during timing from 2am till 5am not fixed timing only for 5-10 minutes supply made by your department most of time no supply made. we cannot take rest whole nights.

hence request you to look into the matter at the earliest and oblige.

I am living in Indra Vikas near Mukherjee Nagar . From past 1 week we are getting very smelly water. Smells like sewer water.
Unfortunately it is our water used for drinking and it cannot even used for washing.
Before someone gets ill or some serious health problem due to this water...

The said connection was sanctioned on 20.06.2014 with demand letter
Rs. 19, 483/- which was deposited by me on same day and connection was installed on 30.06.2014.

Since then the house is locked and no one is residing there and the present water reading of the said connection is 15 units only.

Now i received bill no.[protected] through online demanding rs. 9, 559/- which is very high.

I, ashok kumar, resi - c - 96, freedom fighter enclave, ignou road, neb sarai new delhi - 68, have deposited rs. 5, 906.00 as on dt. 05.11.2015 wide rcpt no. 91957 at malviya nagar water services pvt ltd. At thier saket office for a new water connection against k no. [protected], but it is very surprising and socking for me that there is no water line and water meter fix at my home. Although the bill for water charge for an amount of rs. 2106.00 already reached at my house bill dated 29 mar - 2016. It is also very socking that there is no hearing at any customer care and at malviya nagar water services pvt ltd. Counters.
