Lodged complaint on 24/5/16 on 1916 no[protected], but till date nothing has been done.water from the bursted pipe is flooding my house n thousands liters of precious water is being wasted but no one seems to care .at this time of year water being so in short supply n govt is boasting of making so much efforts to conserve water, this really shows the efforts of DELHI govt. i have tracked my complaint on tel no 1916 n each time told that ur complaint will be resolved shortly but even after 5 days nothing done.i tried 24*7 helpline no twice on 28/5/16 at 2015 hrs n on 29/5/16 at 0905 hrs n to my shock there was no response from helpdesk i dont know whom to approach for this problem

    I would like to reiterate with this compliant that we don't have water supply over half a month. We a tired by complaining to the djb authorities (Je and line man) but issue could not be fix. We request the authority to verify the issue by visiting in person and then take the necrssary action to ensure the daily water supply.

      My meter is not working properly. I've allready made complaint to your service engineer regarding this problems,
      Most important thing is that I've got last Bill on date 7th nov 2015
      after this bill I are unable to get updated bill till now.
      So I would like to request you that please repair/change our meter shortly & solve our problems.

        Subject: complaint letter regarding irregular water supply.

        Respected sir,

        We are totally 150 above families residing in our locality. We are facing a severe problem of growing instances of insufficient water supply for the last one months in our locality. Our 150 families, which is already insufficient. But during the last one months the problem has increased to a lot due to less supply of water. Because of less supply of water there is a growing instance of disputes among our local people. Many times we have to return home with our empty vessels.
        We have already given many complaints to our local authority. They are always giving us empty promises and doing nothing. So kindly am requesting you to look into this matter personally. If you do the needful then i shall be very much thankful to you.

            Please be informed that we have recd a bill for Rs.8122 against our K No.[protected] of C-24, 3rd Floor, West Patel Nagar, New Delhi-110008. Registered in the name of Ramendra Nath Dutta.

            We would like to know, once the premises is locked for almost one year and no consumption of water has been done, then how can the bill be so high, even after the minimum quantities has been fixed by the Jal Board.

            We request you to look into this matter and do the needful for rectifying the bill, to make the payment accordingly.

              On 1.3.16, i registered complaint over phone no.1916. It was marked to viney gautam je and i talked to him over phone. With repeated request he did not arrange to do the needful. However the complaint was closed indicating execution done without any action.
              On mid may'16, again it was reopened thro 1916. To inspect, staff visited. But again no action to resolve it. But on paper, it is again resolved.

              Today again, it is got opened thro 1916. Please help.

                With due respect it is to bring to your notice that i am a residence of E18 House No. 72 rohini sector 3 and i have been suffering due to no water supply.

                I had also made a complaint on 1916 on 22.5.2016 and the reference no. Was[protected]. On 24.5.2016 i received an sms that my complaint has been resolved whereas neither i had received the water through tanker nor water was supplied in taps by djb.

                In summer i have been suffering along with my kid of 5 years, mother of 62 years and a wife who is having a fracture in her hand.

                  Dear sir/madam,

                  Our address is 2/242, ist floor, back side, subhash nagar and k no. [protected].
                  We received the first bill in feb, 2016 after 15 month. We informed this issue to delhi jal board office. They said that it might be because of some problem and wait for another bill. Next bill is 10, 000. Why would we pay penalties and interest. This is clearly not our mistake.
                  We request you to remove penalties from our bill which is more than the actual bill.

                  Kindly look into the matter and remove our penalties.. Reply as soon as possible

                      reference : our previous letters in this regards dated: 27/07/2015, 30/04/2014, 26/03/2013, dt
                      dear sir,
                      1. The inflated bill was corrected on 14/03/2007 and the corrected full and final amount rs. 27512/- paid on 28/03/2007, under the special scheme by the delhi jal board.
                      2. Again from the very next month we started getting the same inflated bill. The department willfully and with malice, with bad intentions of harrasing us forgot to correct/amend the correctiopns in its books of accounts. Inspite of our pointing of the mistakes, several personal visits, written representations the department refused to correct the mistake.
                      3. Again under the special scheme of the delhi jal board our water bill was again corrected on 31/03/2011 and the corrected full and final payment was made on the same day for rs. 43750/-
                      4. Again the inflated bills. The same has not been corrected inspite the several reminders in written, personal visits, , oral requests.
                      5. You are rquested again to kindly look into the matter and please rectify my bill so that the full amount may be paid by us.

                        Ince last week, drinking water supply coming to our homes directly smells of intense sewage and is also dirty. As a result we have spending too much on buying water cans from the market for drinking purposes. The water tanks in our homes as result of dirty water have been contaminated. Kindly check the water supply and address the problem as soon as possible.

                            It is to inform that the water supply in nathupura, near government school is suffering from shortage of water. People are suffering from this problum since 3 months ago. This problum has lead to drastic change in minds of people and are revolting with each other. People are not. Able to do their household works etc. People. Usually get delay in going to their works etc.

                              I have installed new connection in july 2015 & received first bill in mar 2016 for rs 3200. On average basis without reading as metre running ok. I compliant on line that in m seva portal but no response. Again this month i received bill ofrs 3972 on average basis as the reading in meter is 122 unit but i got the avg.                                 Subject ; wrong meter reading by the meter reader resulting of huge bill

                                Sir,
                                I had received a bill for rs. 3584/- for water charges against key no. [protected] for the period 09.03.2016 to16.05.16 – 68 days for 98 units consumed. My earlier bill was from the period 26.12.2015 to 09.03.16 – 74 days for 8 units only. This reading is wrong and perhaps may be noted sitting in office or there is some fault in meter. Also my average reading for the previous bills are around 30 to 40 units only for around 70 days. So, it is requested that i may please be issued a new bill against the key no. [protected] from the period 26.12.2015 to 16.05.16 – 142 days for 106 units. (Early action is requested please).

                                  We resident of north ghonda, gali no.:01 & gali no.02, yamuna vihar road, delhi 110053 want your kind attention on low water pressure with dirty & smelled water supply by delhi jal board water supply. '

                                  Water supply duration is very less, some time it is only for 10 minutes.

                                  Due to dirty water supply health of all resident members is in danger and getting effected by typhoid and jaundice on regular intervals, need your attention to get it rectified at the earliest.

                                    Dear Sir,
                                    . Before days ago, one person digging sumersible without any permission and order. He have political links and with forcement peoples also. Police and MCD also not taking both are known very well but not taking any action. After running this summersible we are facing major water problem in B- Block, New Ranjit Nagar, New Delhi-8. Peoples are trying to convinced him to not run this sumersible in residential area but they always ready to fight and thread us. We are also complaining in water supply board but they don't take any action. Some water supply peoples are also involve in this.
                                    We are resquesti g ylu pls take corrective action and resolve this issue. Otherwise we are facing this problem in daily routine. If you not taken any action then if anything could majorly happen then you will responsible for that. I am not given my name bcoz I m also afraid from them.

                                      With reference to above reference no. My water connection line braked up due to laying of new pipeline and i am not using djb water from 13.05.2016. I complained in djb office, gitanjali, malviya nagar, to connect my water line with new line but no response has received so far. I reminded also on 19.05.2016 vide ref no.[protected] but no result. Kindly connect my line urgent and bill from the date of 13.05.2016 to till the line repaired, be waived for no water supply.

                                        We are just two senior citizen living in our apartment and before we were getting bills on average basis. We are not storing water every day as our tanks are always full and we filled it every alternative days then how come we are getting so fat bills. Few months back they have fixed new meter and no one has come to check it til today last month i took the photo of the meter in which meter shows only 46 pints used and the latest bill we got rs. 57808/
                                        I am also sending one email in this respect to c m mr. Kajriwal as well.
