Dear sir/Mam,

I am a single working person surviving with my Family I am living in chattarpur whenever I went to Jal Board Office for New water connection they denied to attend my request due to where I am living right now it has above 10 flats in One Building at the Time I was buying this Flat I was not aware of this DJB Policies that they will not Provide Water connection to Person who is Living in Building which has More than 10 Flats It is so Pain full to surviving without water I don't have a right to buy a single water connection so that I will Live my Life smoothly with My Family Please do the need full.

We have recd the water bill for 11-mar-2016 to 27-apr-2016. The total reading in that bill is 384 units for 47 days for rs.21008.77 which is totally incorrect. I am 74 years old senior citizen living with my husband who is 78 yrs old. Only two o[censored]s live in the entire ground floor. The meter reading has never been done because the reading on the meter is much less than what is shown in the bill. Kindly have the reading, bill and the meter checked and rectified. The reading and bill are completely incorrect.

I has been complaint on 1916 again and again regarding no water coming but my complaint resolved on message at my mob. No.[protected] without any solution the water is not coming last one week.
Therefore requested to you please look at the matter and please resolved the water problems as soon as possible (The water is life). The water coming in my nab our house but not in my home.

I have been noticing that the water supply in our locality, Dilshad Garden has been stinky. It smells like sewage water and unclear. This happened last week. Just when the water was back to clean, it started again. It's been like this for 2/3 days now. The stink renders it unfit for drinking, cooking or even washing. Please look into the matter and give us clean potable water.

Sir, this is to bring to your kind notice that there is a lot of wastage of drinking water in d. I. Z. Area, sector - ii, gole market. One person living near block 25, in ground floor daily sprinkles water on road, his branda, flowers and small trees on his courtyard in morning time 06:00 hours to 07:00 hours and some time in the evening also.
Ir this is very ridiculous and inhuman.

Humbly say that people are suffering with major water problem from last 11 days near (H. No-13/1, gali no-2, mohanbabanagar, opposite of skp public school) badarpur there pin code is - 110044.
I am trying to solve this problem from djb helpline no-1916 and talking with prashant sharma & mrs. Baby but he only provides me no. Of junior engineer mr. Pritam singh there kno-[protected].
But we are going on with same problem. Plz help me immediately.

Dear sir

We have received inflated water bill for our property no - 198, sukhdev vihar, new delhi-110025 in the name of m/s wear well pvt ltd having new kno - [protected] for the amount 59547/- (Fifty nine thousand forty seven only) against bill no[protected], bill date: 28/04/2016 with bill due date: 16/05/2016 and scanned copy of the bill received is attached.

Our original kno : [protected] for which we are paying regularly by the online system our billing for january, 2016 was of rs. 3370/- only (See scanned copy attached).

1. The kno - of the inflated bill doesn't match with our registered kno since, 2013.

2. Bill details says service charge which have not been informed.

3. There is no detail of any arrears whatsoever.

4. The monthly sewerage charge current is 146/- and previously it s showing 3753/-

The above mentioned details in the inflated bill need to be cancelled nullified we are regular payers of the monthly bills received and our payments are up to date through the online system provided by delhi jal board we request you to please kindly address our complaint urgently and do the needful by sending us a confirmation mail from delhi jal board site that our records have been updated till date i. E 18/05/2016.

1. Requirement of permanent water tanker by delhi jal board

2. I, naveen chauhan [protected], citizen of delhi (Shahdara, mukesh nagar).

3. Mukesh nagar, gurdiaye mohalla, here is problem regarding water lines.In summer seasons, water problem is basic needs.In that area, delhi jal board pipe lines spread but water supply problem faced by public from the 6 months.

4. Request the permanent water tanker in these areas and water supply as soon as possible.

Very surprised and shocked to receive recent water bill from delhi jal board for rs.2593/- for the period 09-mar-16 to 08-may-16. I am unable to understand how such bill is raised to the consumer like me where there is very less consumption of drinking water. You are requested to please correct the subject bill immediately as it is highly objectionable. Looking for a favourable response from your side at the earliest. Thanks & regards, n. K. Dear sirs,

Since 10th may 2016, muddy and smelly water similar to gutter water is coming in our taps.

By drinking this bad water i got sick and started vomiting and lose motions on 11th may 2016. I suffered with this stomach cramps past over one week and were compelled to purchase and drink expensive mineral water from market since than.

You are requested to kindly look into this bad water problem to sort it out to avoid spread water borne diseases among residents of maujpur, east delhi locality.

We the resident of house no.-3772 gali no.20, regar pura karol bagh new delhi, i beg to draw your kind atttention that there is no water supply in our house. Water supply comes in other galis but in our gali 's pipeline, there is no proper water supply since last 4 month. There is no single drop of water comes in our line for the last 4 month. We are in tremendous difficulty for drinking water. Several times we tried to contact concerend person but the situation is as it is and no action has been taken so far.

It is requested to kindly look into the matter as early as possible and on top priority basis.

There is no water supply at sadik nagar from last two days (15th may 2016) we are facing water supply problem in our floor type 2 sec 2, 2nd floor sadik nagar, new delhi
From last week water supply is low and on my floor we are not getting water due to low pressure

I humbly submit that I am posted out of Delhi and my son is also out of India since Nov. 2016. At present no one is staying in the house (C-22, Chander Nagar (2nd Floor), A-Block, Janakpuri, New Delhi. I also visit my house for few days after every 5-6 months. Hence there is hardly any water consumption.
Last Bill (Bill Id:[protected] dt 22.1.2016 for Rs 1433/-, was also very high. However, being outstation, I requested my neighbour to pay it so as to avoid any complication, although there was hardly any water usage. It was paid on 28.1.2016.
I visited my house on 1.5.2016 for 5-6 days and to my shock, found highly inflated new Bill dated 17.4.2016 for Rs 1526/- (Bill Id:[protected], for absolutely no usage during this period.
This is my humble request to raise the bill for the minimum amount for the period starting from Nov 2015 till I am able to shift to this house after my retirement, which is due in April 2017 or till my son is back from his foreign assignment.
Kindly raise the suitable amended bill for the period starting from Nov 2015, duly accounting for the amount already paid, till our family comes back to this house, which will be duly intimated to DJB.

In reference to the above subject please note i am being charged excess for the water consumption.

We are two person in the complete house me & my husband both are working hardly we used 12000 ltrs in a month. I request you to kindly inspect the premises and get the water connections checked and verified.
The meters are new and in working condition. The department is charging on average which is very high and not bearable to me.
Kindly look in to the matter and necessary action may be taken at your end. Otherwise i will not pay the bill next time.

Dear sir / madam,

We wish to bring to your notice that inspite of repeated reminders / follow up, delhi jal board yet not been rectified the problem.

We are receiving the water only 2 days in a week time and only for - 25 - 30 minutes and there is any time schedule, this is suffering from 2- 4 months now.

Earlier we are receiving the water every alternative days.

We are contacting to mr. Mr. P. C. Patel - [protected], mr. S. P. Singh [protected] & mr. Manish - [protected] they are the concerned persons of our area, nobody can bothered about this issues.

Most of the peoples are depending on private water supply peoples.

We are assuming there is a tyup with the jalboard people with private water supply people. There is some political issues also at our area. Kindly instruct your concerned department and take necessary action at your end.

We would like to suggest you to do a survey and understand our problems.

I am avinash again going to complaint against delhi jal board. My first complaint is still pending but today dated 15th may 2016 i got water for drinking its totally smell like gutter water. My k. No is [protected] name of laxmi thakur living in arjun park, delhi.
Its literally very difficult to express which type of problems face by us without drinking water in these days.

I feel u understand the feeling.
