Please to inform you that i am a resident of 14 a, dda flat shahpur jat new delhi 11009. We received our last bill in the month of august with a zero balance but unfortunately our this moth bill is rs.7918/- for the period of 13th march till 15th april 2016.

We request you to please help with the correct bill so that we will pay the actual amount accordingly.

We are facing a problem of bad water supply in lal kuan rod gran area delhi 6 . Sir most of the time there is no water supply in my area and by chance its come than the taste of water is not suitable for drinking there is smell in its like cever or colour like toilet .

DJB is worst department, I sick to say that today 01 May at 11pm I had sewerage water in supply, my whole tank at terrace got contaminated and stinking badly. At midnight I emptied whole tank and left with no water.
This is very pathetic and sick to say that I feel ashamed to live in delhi but DJB people are shameless.

Since my meter is in working condition and this much of conumption never done by us. Dear sir, water in our area, arya samaj road, nangal raya is getting mixed with sewerage and thus very smelly, distasteful, harmful for skin and inviting various deseases especially to small childeren and babies.From last about 4 days continuously such poor worst quality water is being used and consumed by the people residing in this area.Today my whole family is sick including my two childeren (One few months old baby) and me and my wife...

Please let me know how to apply for a tanker water supply connection at in Dwarka Mor Sewak Park. I've requested DJB 1000 times for emergency water tan and they are not responding at all. There is no water at my home... Please... help me out.
