Since 2016 i haven't recived any printed bill at my home and our neighbors are getting.. and now when i have view bill at your site i found its more than 5000 how that can be possible. Can you provide how you have calculated all this and please explain when did the person come to take reading as nothing is visdible to me in that meter as for long time dust have been surrounded over it .. so please check all these and keep us updated

    We are r/o Mahindra park phankha road, uttam nagar, new delhi. facing lots of problem not getting proper water supply in our area from last 10-15 days, even supply made during timing from 2am till 5am not fixed timing only for 5-10 minutes supply made by your department most of time no supply made. we cannot take rest whole nights.

    hence request you to look into the matter at the earliest and oblige.

      Sir/Madam,
      I am living in Indra Vikas near Mukherjee Nagar . From past 1 week we are getting very smelly water. Smells like sewer water.
      Unfortunately it is our water used for drinking and it cannot even used for washing.
      Before someone gets ill or some serious health problem due to this water...
      Please look into this matter as soon as possible.

        Excess water bill for non consumption of water for k no. 4360958667

        The said connection was sanctioned on 20.06.2014 with demand letter
        Rs. 19, 483/- which was deposited by me on same day and connection was installed on 30.06.2014.

        Since then the house is locked and no one is residing there and the present water reading of the said connection is 15 units only.

        Now i received bill no.[protected] through online demanding rs. 9, 559/- which is very high.

        I, ashok kumar, resi - c - 96, freedom fighter enclave, ignou road, neb sarai new delhi - 68, have deposited rs. 5, 906.00 as on dt. 05.11.2015 wide rcpt no. 91957 at malviya nagar water services pvt ltd. At thier saket office for a new water connection against k no. [protected], but it is very surprising and socking for me that there is no water line and water meter fix at my home. Although the bill for water charge for an amount of rs. 2106.00 already reached at my house bill dated 29 mar - 2016. It is also very socking that there is no hearing at any customer care and at malviya nagar water services pvt ltd. Counters.

          It's been more than 20 days we are facing such a problem in drinking water. The water suplly from Delhi Jal Board is smelly as if it's gutter water.
          People are having problems in their stomach now, because of dirty water. It has such a smell that people are not even willing to clean their teeth from it.
          People have started taking the bisleri cans from the other water can suppliers.
          If this problem will continue like this then none o[censored]s will now pay the water bills & will do strick against DJB very soon.
          Hell lot of complaints has been done from our side, but there is no improvement.
          We will also write this compalint in the newspaper, Even if their's any leakage in the drinking water pipe, then why cant it be repaired till date. It has been more than 20 days now.
          We request you to kindly pay strict attention towards this & make it normal as soon as possible.

            My three newly install water meters are theft on 07/6/2016 morning whose K. Nos. are 1. [protected], 2. [protected], 3.[protected]. What should I do ? Pls.solve my problem. My add.is A-660 Jahangir Puri, Delhi-110033. One of the meter is First Floor whose K No. is [protected]. 2nd meter is the 2nd Floor whose KNo. is [protected]. And 3rd meter is 3rd floor whose K No. is [protected]. All three meters were installed at outside of Ground Floor.

              I tried to generate online bill but it's not working. Please modify my bill.
              My last bill was modified on jan.2016, that time meter reading was 52, now meter reading on 30th may 2016 is 90. According to this from jan 2016 to 30th may 2016 my consumption is 38 units.

                  I m satish Kumar living in ranikhera village I want to inform u that we do face water problem everyday . There r also water pipelines in our locality but we do not get any resolution for our problem .
                  Our near by tanker services is in KARALA wch provide tankers but we r not getting any resolution for our problem.
                  Even we contact to ur customer care 1916
                  But they are also helpless to us.

                    Sir its nearly around 10 to 12 years when the pipe line will be change in my area .

                      Subject: complaint regarding dirty and smelly water coming in our area.

                      I applicant raza ahmed s/o habib ur rehman resident of h. No c-228/14 a, street no 10, chauhan bangar, near bilal masjid, new seelampur, delhi-110053. Dirty and smelly water is coming from approximately past one month. This water cannot be used in any form. If somebody drinks that water unintentionally then his/her health may be spoil and may be died also. People are extremely in trouble due to this problem. Previously dirty and smelly water comes occasionally but now, dirty and smelly water comes every time from approximately past one week. From approximately one month we are giving information to respective authorities about this problem. However till now water is not corrected. Jal board officials do visits and only inquired about the problem, but no action they take about correcting the problem. I did complaint on this numbers [protected] and [protected] via telephone. Jal board is not taking any action regarding this serious problem occurring in our area. I did complaint to chief minister of delhi, indian consumer forum, superintendent engineer, chief engineer of delhi jal board on 22 april 2016 and 27 may 2016 via online. Sir, till now we don’t get any response about our complaint and this problem getting bitter and bitter instead of getting corrected. So we are compelled to do complaint. Kindly look after our problem and do correct it. I would be very grateful to you.

                        I am one of the residents of Guru Nank Marg, Kewal Park Extension, Azadpur, (Adarsh Nagar Constituency) Delhi-110033. Our area is suffering from highly contaminated and smelly water from past 10 days. The water is blackish in colour and smells like ammonia. It seems it is coming from a Sewer. It is not at all suitable for washing and cleaning purpose and no one can even think of drinking it. I have got an eye infection due to this and many people in the are are suffering from stomach and throat infection. Please help at the earliest.

                                It is to inform you that i have cleared all dues against the above said k. Number, lastly paid for the february bill 21, 2016, for rs. 8206.00, since my premise was vacated during the period. Your department had also been apprised about this erroneous bill and status of my house several times, lastly on 29.04.16. I have installed a new water meter in april 2016, as directed by your official, the same had been apprised your department/official in person. But further, i have received demand of rs. 3040.00 to be deposited before 31.05.2016 to avoid penalties. This bill is without disclosing meter reading. My premise was vacated till april, 2016. Your department had been requested to depute the official to visit my house for reading but still awaits and bills like the fresh one can be seen.
                                Further, i would like to attract your kind attention towards free water supply for 20, 000 liter but here no water was consumed during the period explained and i am paying for that this is unjustified.
                                Your department/official had been informed my correspondence address and contact no too as my premise was locked during the period
                                Further, it is kindly requested to depute someone to visit my house for current reading as per my new meter and to raise bill accordingly to avoid inconvenience, this bill also be considered for correction and re issue the corrected bill pl

Its literally very difficult to express which type of problems face by us without drinking water in these days because of gutter water supply by delhi jal board for drinking.                                     This is regarding k no.[protected] in the name of vanita mehendroo. We received a message on our mobile that we have to pay an amount of rs.7, 073/= as bill amount. We have checked out meter today morning the reading on it shows as 104 only (Upto date). The meter was installed at our premises in december 2014 by delhi jal board. Since then only 104 units of meter is consumed by us. Below given is the payments done by us since 19/12/2014 (Taken from the bill copy available on the website) :

                                      We are resident of H block Dharampura, Najafgarh. This is my second complaint regarding impure sewage like water in our colony. We are facing various health problems due to this dirty, impure n rotten egg smell like almost black colour water.people of our colony have raised the issue to various concerned authorities in personal as well, but all in vain. No action has been taken till today. Water is very dirty n foul smelling, even RO's have been failed. Please look into the matter ASAP.
