Dear Sir/ Madam, This complaint is regarding no water supply in our area. we are living in Gali. no.2, behind Old dev nursing home, Sirchotu Ram Marg, Raj Nagar-II, Palam colony-110077. We are suffuring from shortage of water from last 1 year. In our area there is water pipeline which came from gali no 3 area tubewell, but due to low water level, water not reached in our area, Delhi jal board reported that this tubewell cannot be rebored or recharged. In our area dwarka treatment plant water has come on 15th june. That water came in our gali also on 18th june but after 2 days this has been stopped. we went to our MLA office they told us pipeline is damaged and only 1 booster is on but now since 4 month passes away no action has been taken. we contacted to our area JE Mr. Hari Singh & ZE Baljeet singh also but they are always sent back us and tell us the water will reach within a week so but noting happens.I lodged the complaint so many times but the problem remains the same, My Earlier complaints are[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected],[prot... please take some action so that we also get water. and also let us know how much time it will take. We all street residents already submitting develpoments charges also.

DJB ZE told us that our Pipeline will be joined from maruti chowk and they filed tender for this but approval not came yet, please provide the approval so that our area can get water also.

    I am a resident of MIG Flat, Sector 18, Rohini. My K.no. is [protected] and i receive a bill for it for which i am a regular payer. on saturday i.e in the 24/10 2015 I have received another bill on the same address and name with another K.no.[protected] . I don't think you have ever supplied another meter for the same addresss. If so you may have the proof and my signature . Amount [protected]oct.2015 Rs.3258/= [protected]Aug.2015 Rs2635/= And similarly for the past couple of years we have been receiving exorbhitant bills, followed by complaints but of no awail so far. Now I wish to get my Meter under testing for calliberation so that exact position of the meter is available.Please note my residence is an LIG flat under RPS scheme on the top floor and half of month we are out of station for social work. kindly look into the matter and correct the billings.         I am a DJb cosumer with K no-[protected] in the name of SUNITA. complaint is about the billing process without taking readings. They issued bill for 49 units for 244 days for the period 17 january 2015 to 18 september 2015 while actual reading for this period was 160 units. Latest bill for 50 units for only 34 days from 18 september 2015 to 22 october 2015. All the bills has been puzzled.No person of DJB does not come to take the readings and they issue bills by calculating the units ownself. So, I, request please take further actions to verify the misbillings and issue orders to concern section /department to correct the bills . Further request, kindly issue my correct bills as I cannot bear with the overflow bills as i belong to a poor family. I will be highly obliged. Thanking you Yours faithfully SUNITA W/O SH.           Dear sir, This is a complaint regarding my water meter no.[protected] on the name of seema arora. Only i am residing in this house and filling our 500 ltr.tank twice a day.then how can it be possible that i got a bill of Rs.6076 /-. I mark a mail earlier also regarding the same then it come to zero and now again they send me a bill for Rs.6076. Kindly do the needfull otherwise I will escilate this matter to next forum.             My area water supply has been cut from past 3 days and no action has been taken till now. we all have fed up and all residents pf these area are fed up. no complaint was registered, as we were told that no complaint book was available @ near delhi jal board office.

            Subject: Non Supply of water in our street (Kalka Das Upper Supply).

            My area water supply has been cut from past 3 days and no action (Already Information Mr. Pushpinder (JD) Mobile No: [protected]) has been taken till now. we all have fed up and all residents pf these area are fed up. no complaint was registered, as we were told that no complaint book was available @ near delhi jal board office.


            We are the resident of Jamuna Dass Wali Gali from house no: 705, Mehrauli New Delhi-110030 and suffering from irregular non supply of water. We are facing since last five year of bad / Non Supply of water in our street. In the month of summer we are facing many problem Due to supply of water after 4-5 days, you know very well what is the usage of water per day i.e. toilet, bathing, washing, food preparation etc, . Now the summer begins and the same problem is start and the supply of water is vary irregular sometime in a weak or only a five minutes. Sir, we understand that there is shortage of water but why we are suffering from irregular non supply of water & in the same street of Jamuna Dass Wali Gali opp. to our back side there is two time of water supply and also the other street (Sonia vihar). Kindly do the needful and solve this problem as soon as possible.

              Dear Sir/madam KNO no.[protected] wrong bill generated without taking meter reading. Total 1067 Rs I have received bill without meter reading for last three months. Registered a complaint to customer care but no proper action taken. I would like to draw your kind attention that we are only two person living at 1st floor of premises D-69-A, Mansa ram park, New delhi. As per new rules 600L water per day free water given by jal board but my uses less then 600L why bill sending again again Please send the correct bill with proper meter reading.                 Respected Sir/Madam
                I want to bring your kind attention towards Delhi jal board bill.
                I have category I (domestic) water connection Kno is [protected]. From last few months i received paper slip as a bill which do not have any record on http://djb.gov.in. My average water consumption bill was around 200 rs from years but from this year i am receiving bill of 2019 rs and more every 2.5 months but the meter reading is not showing this much consumption as i recorded for last bill cycle.
                Bill shows 91 KL water consumption in 2 and half month which is wrong.

                So please do the needful to correct the water bill amount and refund the exceed amount which i payed as a wrong water consumption bill.

                  Delhi Jal Board — Billing without meter reading - abnormal billing User : Abhinandan Kumar Jain, New KNO : [protected], Bill Period 5 Aug to 23 Sep 2015 Sir/ Madam, Bill reading not taken by the Department and adhoc bill has been sent. Actual Consumption in Bill period is less than 20 KL/month and hence no amount should be charged. Whereas abnormal bill without taking meter reading is raised for Rs. 829/- . When Lajpat Nagar Office staff is contacted, no satisfactory reply was given by them. Illegal water connection are who keep putting. Hankdi block addresses of all the landlord's name, street number 20 Kadi Tilak Vihar (2) Following the landlord's name, street number 19 Amod (3) Following the landlord's name, street number 20 wind (4) Following the landlord's name Mahender street number 20.                           sir, Sub:- Request to visit, check & take action accordingly regarding the meter reading Respactfully information that I, Paras Nath Gupta, R/o 45B/15B, Maha laxmi Enclave, Karawal Nagar, delhi, have an complaints that there is no suply of water, even a single drop of water from the delhi jal board from feb.2015 specially in summer seasion . My actual Meter reading is 66 units where as as per your bill generated 94 units dated 5 june2015. there is no visit from delhi jal board employee regarding the meter reading to till date. we Have already complaints No[protected] dated 30/06/2015 but there is no action on that.                               We, the residents of C-584, 585, 586, 587, Avantika Rohini-1 are facing a lot of difficulties due to blockage in sewerage line. The workers of DJB deny to clear it saying that it is a private work according to them. If DJB charges water and Sewerage charges from the people then how can the workers of DJB deny to clear the sewerage line. it is our request to instruct the staff to clear the sewerage line at the earliest.                                 The residents of C-584, 585, 586, 587, Avantika, Rohini -1 Delhi -85, are facing a lot of difficulties due to blockage in sewerage line workers of DJB do not clear it because they tell the work is private which is not justified if we pay sewerage charges to DJB it is their duty to solve all problems related to Water and Sewerage. It is our request to look into the matter and instruct the related staff to clear the blockage of sewerage line because it is not possible to pay Rs 400/- every week to a private worker to clear the sewerage line Vimal Rai C-584 Avantika Rohini -1 Delhi 85

                                  Sir have pity on the life of the residents of pocket-00, h.No. A/30 to a-80.For the last four months we are forced to have stinking water as if it is direct from the sewer line. No action has been taken over a number of complaints both through on-line and through personal visit of a group of ladies to your local office.The water supplied is not even fit for bathing what to talk of drinking and using in kitchen. Last time when the line was repaired the connection to a single line was given from both ends. Where as the water is good, on the other hand it is stinking from the other end. So please act fast and put the things right or else we will join all and claim compensation for the water we are purchasing from local suppliers as if he is in contact with jal board officials.                                     Ref.:New K No.[protected] Dear Sir, I wish to inform you that earlier I have paid the bill of Rs.621.10 against bill dt. 22.03.13, showing an excess amount of Rs.259.71 (scan copy of payment receipt attached). After that I was shocked to receive the bill of Rs.59, 726/- dt. 29.05.15 (scan copy of bill attached), which I have not paid. In this bill you will notice that for the period 02.05.14 to 21.07.14 they have shown consumption of 710 units & claiming Rs.35, 863/-, which is not correct. After this bill I have received new bill of Rs.63, 619/- dt. 24.07.15 including arrears & late payment charges.Now this is my humble request you remove this late payment & other any additional charges including Rs.35, 863/- which I have mentioned above so that I can pay this bill.                                       Hi, We have applied for a new Water connection meter on 27 July 2015 and File Number 788 is given to us. Till Now No action is taken by DJB Najafgarh. When i complaint and filed a letter to DJB, Najafgarh and Tanki office Najafgarh, they sent back the letter to us saying that We didnt found your Address. If they Dont found my address, how they sent our letter back to our proper address. No one is listening to the queries. Please any action regarding this must be taken.
