Sir, I am a resident of1246/A Gali no13 Govind puri New Delhi 19 Ur JAL board persons had lifted sever 2 feet's above ground, so when sever get blocked then water get in our houses Which usually happens every week. JAL board persons use to say we don't have funds so u have 2provide money only then we can make the main hole down Mla is not responsing

          Now these day summer is peak we are not getting the water for alter native days also. I’m writing this letter to inform you how inconvenient it is for us because sinking tube –well we are Facing an acute water shortage because of wall problem We, the inhabitants of the village Devli (C-Block Jawahar Park New Delhi-110062) beg to inform you that we have long been suffering for want of pure drinking water. There is only one tube-well for about two thousand people. It is not sufficient for us. So the villagers have to drink impure drinking water. This has caused many dangerous diseases like cholera, diarrhea and other water borne diseases. We, therefore, pray and hope that you would be enough to pass necessary order to supply the water in our are ASAP and oblige thereby

            DJB changed the water meters last year. My meter was changed in Nov 2014. After the change, I'm still getting bills with meter stopped and avj units. The fact is nobody comes to take reading. I'm paying extra for what I'm not using. KNo is [protected]. Pls. look into this at earliest.

                Please find attached copy of our last complaint (No. 1470 Dated: 28/07/14) for which till date we haven't received any revert. According to last visit of your official Mr Saini to our premises, he advised our meter is working fine and we don't need to replace it, noted reading of 1341. We haven't received any water bill since 28/07/14. We received a bill for Rs.4, 800 on 17/07/15 on average basis which shows our meter is still stop however it is in working condition and current reading is 1486 recorded by the meter reader. We are concerned as to why your officials are forcing us to change the meter when they know its in working condition and why we haven't been receiving bill for so long on the basis of actual meter reading? This puts a lot on pressure on service class family to pay such huge amount at once. Please consider this issue on priority basis and rectify your records.                   Sir, I am serving in Border Security Force and now in Guwahati-Assam. My family is in QTR 201 sector-1 R.K.Puram from July 2009 and from till now my water consumption was around 30 KL but my last bill consumption is 104 KL which is not justified.Due to summer vacation my QTR was closed from 12 may to 20 June 15 than how water consumed.Sir please look into the matter and check how above bill so high.                     DJB sents provisional bill as the meter installed at my residence is not in DJB's record. They asked me to change the meter and the bill will be adjusted as per the future consumption. I got installed the meter and slip given to DJB for updating their record and I paid Rs.9522/- on 21st March, 2014. Now I received a bill of Rs.2725/- for consumption of 26 k w.e.f. 4 May to 6 July, 2015. CM/Delhi has declared 20000 ltr. free water monthly. I am astonished to see the said bill though we have consumed 26 k on more than two months. Please adjust the amount and correct bill may be prepared. Regards Ashok Kumar Vohra

                            My neighbor Mr Sudhir Arora r/o RU 459 (2nd Floor) MIG DDA Pitam Pura has digged illegal boring in front of Electric Meter Room and using plenty of water without paying anything to DJB. This illegal Boring in flats are encouraging others also to do the same . so you are requested to remove this illegal boring. An early action is requested.

                                    Sir Prior to rainy season the main sewer line and sub line were used to be cleaned with the help of mechanised machines. But this time the same has not been done which has resulted in the black flow of sewer water on the hoses of the ground floor residents. Sir its requested to kindly advise the area JE to atleast vist the undersigned so that the problem can be made to understand so that needful can be done from there end and the residents on the ground floor doenot suffer from this problem during the time of rains and water logging due to sewerage line not clean Hope you will look int this and advise the concerned JE of the area to take necessay action regards mOHITMARWAH [protected]
