Sewer Line Blocked Outside My House No.10, Street No-03, Durga Park-New Delhi -110045 This is to inform you that the sewer outside my house is overflowing since 15-20 days but even after repeated complaints to local authorities, there has been no action taken to correct it. The dirty water from the sewer keeps coming out of it and has made the whole road in front of me smelling foul and also this will might be cause dengue and other hazards disease.     I AM RESIDENT OF GH 8 HOUSE NO 264 PASCHIM VIHAR NEW DELHI 10087. from previous one month we are facing problem of water supply. i have made several complaint regarding delhi jal board. they generate a ticket every time and without doing any thing they send message that your problem is solved. they don't take any action regarding this.

      I am leaving at C-90 A Gali no-11 near pappu atta chakki west vinod nagar at Delhi, for the last one week we are facing water trouble in our street, only late night 2 am. water coming for 1/2 an hour, due to this, we are facing trouble in work of daily routine and drinking water. it is therefore, requested that necessary action to be taken on priority to get the problem solve...

        IN continuation to my previous complaint dated 30/6/15 I wish to inform you that again without taking the reading bill No.[protected] dated 25/8/15 has been generated with an excuse that meter was locked which is never locked. Last meter reading was 2596 0n 30/6/15. On 13/9/2015 meter reading is 2631 which comes to 35 units for 75 days. This regular harassment must stopped immediatedly by sending fictitious bills, as bill shows 32 units with meter locked status.

            I am a resident of dayanand colony, lajpat nagar-4, new delhi, dirty and contaminated water comes throughout the day and clean water only comes once a day from 3-6 at night. due to this dirty water many people have experienced loosemotions and many serious diseases. many complaints have already been launched but no action taken. only a call was received by me which stated that the action will be taken after which I have not heard a word from them. please see to this as soon as possible. also change of timing of clean water is to be changed because everyone has to go their workplaces in the morning but the water supply is given at night which disturbs the whole routine and their is no point in it. this is causing a lot of trouble to all the residents of dayanand colony and due this many complaints have been already made through the complaint portal. please see to this matter as soon as possible.

              We, resident of n block, mohan garden are facing a lot of problems due regular supply of dirty and smelly water in our homes. We are spending extra money for purchasing packaged drinking water every day. We have regular and leagle delhi jal board connection but we do not receive clean water.                   As per my last complaint 09 -jul-15 Delhi Jal Board - Wrong Bill Generation on my Connection (K No.[protected]) - No Meter Reading taken by any official from the department in more than last 8 years We have a water connection meter (K No. [protected]) in the Name of Sh Devraj Tripathi R/O M.7, Tamiler Enclave New Delhi-45. The recent bill generated (Bill No.[protected] dated 08.09.2015) for Rs. 15, 127/- and consumption of 10KL water in 57 days. Department is continuosly issuing bills from last more than 8 years without taking reading ...

                    KNo: [protected] We have been experiencing really bad water quality. All the family members have been through health issues. This has been happening over past 1 month. Please look into this matter and at least arrange some water tanker for each day until the issue is resolved. Even for basic necessities like bathing, cleansing the water is not fit for use.                         Dear Sir, I am a resident of East Of Kailash, New Delhi. The concerned DJB office if Giri Nagar, New Delhi. I have received a water bill of Rs 22, 237.34 for a period of 15 days ( 6th May 2015 till 21st May 2015 ). The meter supplied by M/s SPML is defective as 388 units cant be consumed by a middle class nuclear family. I would request for an immediate correction for the same.

                                My area code is A-18/Preet Vihar, my K NO:-[protected]. I have the present water bill dated 23-aug-2015. The bill amount is Rs.17740.00. My water meter is installed by DELHI JAL BOARD but on my bill, the meter type is written private.I have been paying heavy bills during last one year. I have applied for to check and change the meter but in vain. I am living in two bedroom flat, my family members are only four so consumption of water is very less. I have this connection from 2003 but the problem is being observed during last one year. So please check the status and history of my bill. I am really unable to pay these bills. So please look into the matter.

                                reading was 1475 on 31.10.14
                                reading was 1477 on 21.03.15
                                reading was 1525 on 20.05.15
                                Reading was 1687 on 27.07.15
                                Reading was 1691 on 02.08.15 & 1712 on 27.08.15 (checked personally).
                                Bill no.[protected] shows consumption 162 UNITS in two months which is beyond imagination.OLD record may be verified for consumption pattern.In March 15 rs.7785 payment was made( which now I think was also wrong).
                                Written complaint was given on 10.08.2015 vide diary no.2595 but still correct bill has not been received.
                                I request you to provide me correct bill after making all necessary corrections. I have been an Honest Consumer keeping my meter always working OK still I am being harassed over malafied billing.
                                From 31.10.14 to 21.03.15 consumption only 2 Unit in two months consumption shown 162 Units. What A Joke !!!
                                Please do needful at the earliest for the sake of my peace of mind.

                                    Sir, It is to brought to your kind information that the petitioner / complainant is a resident of R.Z.F. 908/1A, Mahatma Gandhi Marg, Raj Nagar Part II, Plam Colony-77. It is submitted that the street where my house is located, there is no water supply from Delhi Jal Board as the connectivity from Main supply pipe line running through Dada Dev Road (near Dada Dev Bus Stand to inward Mahatma Gandhi Road, Khasra No. 907/908) has not been stored. To re-store the water supply to this stretch a new pipe line is to be laid by the Delhi Jal Board from Main Road, near Dada Dev Bus Stand, Sector 7, Dwarka, New Delhi to Mahatma Gandhi Marg. The same has not been established till now and the supply of drinking water to 30 to 40 houses in this locality is adversely hampered. The Water Tanker No. 8274 which was providing drinking water till July 2015 has been discontinued without any notice and reason causing a lot of problem for drinking water to survive, since last one month. I have made several telephonic calls to the JE, Sh. Hari Singh and also visited the Local office of the Hon’ble M.L.A. Bijwasan in Raj Nagar II, a number of time but efforts went futile. I had made a request for emergency water supply to Emergency Help Line 65290868 on 21.08.2015 and after a lot of persuasion I was given the complaint No 381 by Sh. Daya Ram, the official of Emergency Help Line office, Jajafgarh Zone but the emergency water tanker has also not been provided till date. In view of the above, I request your honour that the Weekly Water Supply which was enforce before August 2015 on Thursday, in the morning shift, may please be re-stored so that the residents of this area may be compensated in the hour of extreme need on humanitarian ground.                                       On 10th of August 2015 I had made complain number[protected] regarding not repairing of our street road after replacement of old sewer. The sewer were replaced more than six months and nothing has been done. On August 11, 2015 I have received sms on my mobile informing me that work has been completed without doing any work. On August 12, 2015 I sent a email regarding that nothing has been done but not received any reply. On August 14, 2015 I sent another mail to CEO Delhi Jal board informing him about above problem but till date not yet received any reply. Our road at Gali Rajputan, Subzi Mandi Delhi is still in bad condition and nothing has been done by DJB. Kindly help.                                         For about 8 months, water supplied by delhi jal board is extremely dirty and smelling. we are falling ill and have lost all patience now. our routine life is disturbed because of this. i and my family is not getting the basic necessity of life. kindly help, its a matter of emergency now. i have made several complaints during the last 8 months on customer care number 1916 and before this there was another customer care number. when i make complaint on customer care number 1916, i get message that your water problem will be resolved in 3-4 days. and we get good water for one to two days and thereafter, we get dirty, foul smelly water supply. and again we have to make complaint on customer care number 1916. and we get good water supply after 3-4 days for only one or two days and thereafter we get dirty, foul smelly water supply for a week. this matter is going for the last 8 months. i request the concerned jal board officers to kindly look into the matter so that we get constant good drinking water supply.
