The residents of C-584, 585, 586, 587, Avantika, Rohini -1 Delhi -85, are facing a lot of difficulties due to blockage in sewerage line workers of DJB do not clear it because they tell the work is private which is not justified if we pay sewerage charges to DJB it is their duty to solve all problems related to Water and Sewerage. It is our request to look into the matter and instruct the related staff to clear the blockage of sewerage line because it is not possible to pay Rs 400/- every week to a private worker to clear the sewerage line Vimal Rai C-584 Avantika Rohini -1 Delhi 85

    Sir have pity on the life of the residents of pocket-00, h.No. A/30 to a-80.For the last four months we are forced to have stinking water as if it is direct from the sewer line. No action has been taken over a number of complaints both through on-line and through personal visit of a group of ladies to your local office.The water supplied is not even fit for bathing what to talk of drinking and using in kitchen. Last time when the line was repaired the connection to a single line was given from both ends. Where as the water is good, on the other hand it is stinking from the other end. So please act fast and put the things right or else we will join all and claim compensation for the water we are purchasing from local suppliers as if he is in contact with jal board officials.       Ref.:New K No.[protected] Dear Sir, I wish to inform you that earlier I have paid the bill of Rs.621.10 against bill dt. 22.03.13, showing an excess amount of Rs.259.71 (scan copy of payment receipt attached). After that I was shocked to receive the bill of Rs.59, 726/- dt. 29.05.15 (scan copy of bill attached), which I have not paid. In this bill you will notice that for the period 02.05.14 to 21.07.14 they have shown consumption of 710 units & claiming Rs.35, 863/-, which is not correct. After this bill I have received new bill of Rs.63, 619/- dt. 24.07.15 including arrears & late payment charges.Now this is my humble request you remove this late payment & other any additional charges including Rs.35, 863/- which I have mentioned above so that I can pay this bill.         Hi, We have applied for a new Water connection meter on 27 July 2015 and File Number 788 is given to us. Till Now No action is taken by DJB Najafgarh. When i complaint and filed a letter to DJB, Najafgarh and Tanki office Najafgarh, they sent back the letter to us saying that We didnt found your Address. If they Dont found my address, how they sent our letter back to our proper address. No one is listening to the queries. Please any action regarding this must be taken.

          No water supply for last 3 days. Lots of complaint has been raised with Delhi Jal Board but gets solution for 3-4 days then again complaint presents. No permanent solution is being provided. Nobody is cooperating. Please help for water supply regularly.             Dear All, I have paid my Water Bill in the month of April - 2015 for Amount Rs. 18, 650/- But I have again received the Bill for Rs. 1, 895/- upto July 2015. I am a Sr. Citizen aged 65 years and I am only a pensioner. How could I pay the bill again and again, while I have heard that there is no bill upto 20, 000 letter usage, and my house was locked in these months April, May, June and July Then why are DJB sending me bills again and again... And when I have complaint them about that by went there personally, they said that you have to pay all the bills we are sending... Please help me...

              Sewer Line Blocked in front of my Block ( Flats no. B- 433 to B- 440), DDA MIG FLATS, EAST LONI ROAD, DELHI 110093 This is to inform you that the sewer outside my house BLOCK is overflowing for many days.                 Our K.No.[protected] A/c Sh.Dharam Bir Singh. Almost more than a year, no water is coming despite so many verbal & written complaints even to the Engineers & staff who come to inspect, check & provide bills but no respite. Even bills are sometimes not received but we have almost deposited all bills whereas no water is there. Recently we have got huge bill of Rs.3377/- but why bill is there when no water is there for the years together. Kindly supply water or waive & refund the bills including the mental harassment for not providing basic utility even after paying the bills.

After 4 days I have got sms of 786 Rs. for next bill. 28.9.2015 I have got Rs.1690 bill. I have a nuclear family. Meter was stolen.                     Sewer Line Blocked Outside My House No.10, Street No-03, Durga Park-New Delhi -110045 This is to inform you that the sewer outside my house is overflowing since 15-20 days but even after repeated complaints to local authorities, there has been no action taken to correct it. The dirty water from the sewer keeps coming out of it and has made the whole road in front of me smelling foul and also this will might be cause dengue and other hazards disease.                       I AM RESIDENT OF GH 8 HOUSE NO 264 PASCHIM VIHAR NEW DELHI 10087. from previous one month we are facing problem of water supply. i have made several complaint regarding delhi jal board. they generate a ticket every time and without doing any thing they send message that your problem is solved. they don't take any action regarding this.

                          IN continuation to my previous complaint dated 30/6/15 I wish to inform you that again without taking the reading bill No.[protected] dated 25/8/15 has been generated with an excuse that meter was locked which is never locked. Last meter reading was 2596 0n 30/6/15. On 13/9/2015 meter reading is 2631 which comes to 35 units for 75 days. This regular harassment must stopped immediatedly by sending fictitious bills, as bill shows 32 units with meter locked status.

                              I am a resident of dayanand colony, lajpat nagar-4, new delhi, dirty and contaminated water comes throughout the day and clean water only comes once a day from 3-6 at night. due to this dirty water many people have experienced loosemotions and many serious diseases. many complaints have already been launched but no action taken. only a call was received by me which stated that the action will be taken after which I have not heard a word from them. please see to this as soon as possible. also change of timing of clean water is to be changed because everyone has to go their workplaces in the morning but the water supply is given at night which disturbs the whole routine and their is no point in it. this is causing a lot of trouble to all the residents of dayanand colony and due this many complaints have been already made through the complaint portal. please see to this matter as soon as possible.
