Dear Sir/ Madam, I am writing this letter to seek clarification on my Water Bill. Because since November 2014 its showing bill amount in -(minus). I was unable to pay my Water bill as online it was showing in Minus(-), though I was paying some amount in between of period. This month I have just received my water Bill for a period of Feb 2014 to 1st May 2015. I have rechecked, reviewed my bill and unable to understand my water bill for the said period. Initially it was showing in (minus-) now its showing for last one year period of Bill amount of Rs. 884/ -. Therefore I request you to please help me and provide me clarification on my water Bill.     This is to inform you that the main sewer is blocked ( Address given above) since April. As my building is at the end of the lane and low, the manholes in my driveway are blocked and due to back flow, the driveway is full of dirty water from sewer and smelling foul. I am a senior citizen and live in Ground floor. From yesterday whenever the the top floors use their bathrooms, water enters my bathroom thro' the pipe as there is no passage for it to flow out. I have spent thousands to clean the manholes but a pressure pump is needed. DJB persons in the complaint section say that they don't have a pump available and will do the work whenever they get one. Even after repeated complaints to DJB Sriniwaspuri, NO ACTION has been taken. I don't know whom to contact as the people in complaint department Do Not have any tel. Number of any senior official. PLEASE HELP ME OUT OF THIS SITUATION.

      Bill number[protected] dated 27/6/15 has been generated without taking the actual meter reading. Previous reading on 21/4/15 was 2562. As on 30/6/2015 it was 2596. So the factual consumption is 34 KL for 70 days. Without taking reading the 40 KL consumption has been shown with an excuse that premises was locked. I wish to inform you that the premises or meter is never locked. This arbitrary bill needs rectification. Necessary action may taken againt the errent meter reader. It is requested to generate and send the corrected bill at the earliest so that I can pay in time.

        I live in Kanti Nagar extn. which comes under Krishna Nagar in East Delhi and my house no. is B-126 and also my neighbours are getting same type of dirty water like house no. C-137, 138 etc.Actually we are getting a very dirty water (mud) in our locality for last month. And its very harmful for everybody. Nobody can drink that water because lots of people have been ill by that water and Doctors has also recommended that do not drink that water otherwise you can also get ill. so if you ca resolve this problem as soon as possible it will be very good for everyone.

          Sir, we are from ngo team name jai sarv shiksha adhikaar foundation. We want to tell you about our water problem in our street. Some people uses motors and water pipeline in their houses without any permission of delhi jal board. Due to this problem many needy do not get water properly due to this bad people, and they also fitted pipeline across the road with their own plumbers. They washes their clothes with fresh water.. They waste water many types washing their home and etc. If this is illegal or bad activity so please do something about this bad people and charged them, so that nobody waste water like this in future.

            From the month of Sept 2014, we are facing the excess billing problem, Now our bill reached above 25000, and 2nd thing is we are mnthly paying 5k from may 2015, but the bill is not reduced.the arrear added to the bill is very high.and currently bill is also very high. As we are using residential meter and with small family, we want you to look into this. Bill id[protected]

                SIR I AM NOT ABLE TO GET NEW WATER CONNECTION. I STAY IN PURAN NAGAR, PALAM ND 110077. THE JAL BOARD IS GIVING WEIRD REASONS FOR IT. Instead i was given a phone no and told to contact with the the person. When I called the person, he told me that per connection he would take 15000 rs. PLS HELP

                        I am user of water connection (K No.[protected]) at House No.7346(GF), Prem Nagar, Gali No.1, Delhi-110007. On receipt of a message on my mobile No.[protected], I have downloaded the water bill from DJB site and found a bill dated 21st June 2015 amounting to Rs.193/- (for the period from 24th April 2015 to 21st June 2015 with 13 Units consumption) due for payment up to 8th July 2015. The consumption has been averaged and Reading/Meter status has been shown as MLOC (Meter locked). The status of Reading/Meter has been shown for today i.e. 21st June 2015. it is shocked to me that I am very much present at home and nobody has come for meter reading and the status has been shown as MLOC which seems to be a bogus activity. Kindly look into the matter and send a reply to me on my mail-ID [protected]@gmail.com.

With reference to the above said complaint ID [protected] Dated- 08/06/2015 which is not resolved of till the date. My complaint regarding is wrong bill generated from last 2 times, I have been provided the wrong bill one of the month of March which have been online paid by me Dated 06/04/2015 and second bill has been generated month of may, with reason mentioned on both bills as Premises lock.. Sir It is inform to you that both bills are wrong due to reason is your executive (meter reader) were not come to the our premises for note the meter reading from last few months.. Kindly note that my previous bills since last five years were only of Rs. 150/- to 200/- approx. but I was really shocked about last 2 bills which is above Rs. @ 850/-Approx. which is very much exceed amount according to my previous bills.                               It has been noticed that unauthorised Kali Bari constructed at Children Park, Near Pocket-F, Mayur Vihar Ph.II, Delhi : 110091 has taken water connection from the Main line going towards Pocket-F Flats. Due to that the residence of Pocket-F is getting low pressure water. Motor is being used to draw the water and being fed to Garden and cleaning pur[poses whenever required. This should be stopped immediately or proper Water Meter is to be fitted and charged to avoid misuse of water. Your early action will help the residence of Pocket-F to get sufficient water. Thanks

                                  Hello, This complaint is for Incorrect bill is being received for long time. I have gone to A10 Rajender Nagar Delhi few times regarding this and had submitted compliant twice. first complaint was made with Ref no 7448/7/2/14 on 7th Feb 2014 with actual meter reading of "160" and second was made with Ref no 194/11/4/14 on 11th Apr 2015 with actual meter reading of "171" but no resolution, Meter reading as of today (17th June 2015) is 291. as per above readings caluation says in 495 days (roughly 1 year 4 months = 16 months ) wayer consumption is 0.26 UnitsDay or 7.93 = 8 Units/Month. I'm consistantly being charged with higher bill and due to which I had stooped paying my bills. Now as per recent bill I have charged for 134 units for just 183 days in bill period 1 Dec 2014 to 2nd Jun 2015, which means 22 Units/Month. I don't really understand which calcualtion is being done on my water bill which is making my water bills 3 times higher than it should be. I regeret to say my recent water bill is for Rs 4732 and after due date its Rs 4969 and reason for this is incorrect calculation of my water. Can someone look in to this and send me an accurate bill atfer removing extra and invalid charges to the bill.                                     I git bill for meter reading date 24-MAY-15. the bill period is 22-aug-2014 to 24-may-15. However I paid bill for august 601.01 in 19-dec-14. So the new bill cycle should be Dec 14 to May 15. However the bill issued to us was for 1 year and of Rs 2728. Kindly resolve this issue and re issue the correct water bill
