    Dear sir I am living in sultan puri and my house no is block p-3 house no 417 sultan puri new Delhi 110086 .I want to say that last 10 days our street not water supply we have facing more problem and our JAL board JE not solve our problem and last I'm saying that JE ne full block me pipe line lagwai hai aur humari Gali me pipe line nhii lagwai hai so I want to say that ki humari Gali me pipe line lagwai Jaye thanks

    Sir hamare area e-2 block sultan Puri New Delhi 86 mein 15 dino se pani ki problem hai phele toh saaf nhi aa rha tha aur ab 3din se aa he nhi rha ab app he bataiya ki hum kya kare agar yahi Pani neta ji ke ghar pe na poche toh 2 minute nhi lagte aapko chalu karne mein but neta ji, neta ji hai aur public aakhir public hai

      Dear sir water supply I am resident of Rajpur Khurd Coloney Near ramchander Market Jamun ke pade ke pass (delhi) There is no water supply for last Some time. casuse of tubewell water level down and water doesnt come properly .My humble request kindly solve the problem immediately .There is no drinking water . In our near street has very good water supply . They had supplied tanker water by DJB on everyday. kindly please provide us the water supply properly.         Dear sir water supply I am resident of sangam vihar (delhi) L1-block near shiv shakti modern public school.There is no water supply for last 1 month casuse of tubewell water level down and water doesnt come properly .My humble request kindly solve the problem immediately .There is no drinking water . In our near street has very good water supply . They had supplied tanker water by DJB on everyday. kindly please provide us the water supply properly.           in sangam vihar gali no 7c, tubewell is not working and it will take 2-3 days to restore mean while all peaople of Gali make acall to DJB and arrange 2 water tanker, but water only giving 2-3 homes water not for all houses hold, , The Tanker No is DL !M 1178 pls do something

            Respected Sir, We have DJB water connection against K.no. [protected] I'm my mother's name She is regular bill payer and never defaulted ever yet. Her monthly consumption is approx. 12-18 units per month. But suddenly she got very much high consumption of approx. 100 units per month against the last bill no.[protected] for Bill Cycle: ZALL[protected]. That bill is for Rs.17000 for 5 months (mostly winter period) which cannot be possible & which is totally abnormal and unacceptable? My mother is a Senior citizen & widow of 78 years and live in a 60 sq yard house with my daughter, son in law and her 4 year daughter.. You can judge by your own that how much water they can use for their daily needs, and if you check their previous consumption history, they did not consume so much of water in any period of consumption history. So, when we complained to ZRO office. An officer along with (Mr Pawan), probably meter reader, visited our house and checks the same. As per his observation, meter is OK and Bill has to be paid, he also said, that he can reverse the meter so that current consumption can be regulated, In addition, he said, that the meter has already consumed approx. 200 units in just 15 days, which is totally abnormal and if we are ready to pay him some bribe in return, he can remove that consumption also. As an honest citizen, my mother disagrees with the proposal and meets ZRO Mr Rajender in New Seelampur. My mother approached in ZRO office and ZRO showed his inability to revise the last bill but he proposed us to change the meter and insisted us to pay the bill. As per ZRO’s consent, we changed the meter on 04/05/2015 and submitted all the related documents at your ZRO office for updating in your records on 05/05/214. Along with that we also formally submit an application (attached) for reassessment of Defective period till meter changed l on the basis of average consumption of one year with this new installed meter. ZRO has assured us to re assess the bill accordingly.. But on[protected], again the Mr Pawan, reached our house, asked my mother, why she has changed the meter, how much bribe my mother has given to ZRO . He threatened that he is the only boss, and without his consent, our bill will continue to get higher consumption bill. He also warned my mother (Senior Citizen), that she has no authority to change the meter, & asked how much bribe she has given to ZRO for getting the permission for replacement. She tried to convince him, that meter was changed according to law and with the consent of ZRO. But he again threatened her that, “Main dekhta hoo ki aapka bill kaise kam aata hai, aage se aur bhi jyada bill ayega aapka” . On 21/05/2015, we got a new bill for Rs.19498/-amount, where consumption from[protected] to[protected], whereas my meter was changed on 04/05/2015, so bill period should be[protected] to[protected]. This was intestinally done by the meter reader for harass my mother because she refused to bribe him against meter reversal. Since then, my mother get worried and falling ill, if anything done to my mother due to these developments, DJB will only be responsible. Today, 22/05/2015, again my mother along with my sister met new ZRO (who has just transferred) and complained verbally about the person, who is harassing her. She called Mr Pawan but Mr Pawan again threatened my mother in front of new ZRO, why we have changed the meter, and asking us to provide Old ZRO consent in written for meter replacement, When she tell him that she will complaint this matter to higher official, Mr Pawan replied, he do not have any fear even of CBI. I am requested you to kindly investigate the matter at the earliest and take action for such type of staff who are the bad elements in your department and kindly assured us that our bill will be according to consumption recorded as per the new meter and the prior bill of that should be revised as per the consumption recorded in new meter after one year. We never defaulted in our entire billing cycles and hope for suitable positive reply on your part also. Sumit Talapatra M.no.[protected]

                Sir/Mam, This is to bring into your kind consideration that I Gurshran Singh R/O of 21-B/7A Prem Nagar Jail Road P.O.Janak Puri New Delhi-58, am facing acute water shortage for the last three yrs for which I have made complaint at the local water department. But this time I am not getting a single drop of water for the last 4 days. Plumbers says that your house is at the end of water supply line, therefore I am facing this problem.                     SIR, I WOULD LIKE TO DRAW ATTENTION OF THE AUTHORITIES TO THE BAD QUALITY AND INADEQAUTE SUPPLY OF WATER IN MY AREA (A-BLOCK, BUDH NAGAR, INDERPURI). iN OUR LOCALITY WATER SUPPLIED IN THE MORNING BY 5:30 AM THE QUALITY OF WATER SUPPLIED IS VERY UNHYGIENIC, TOTALLY DRAINAGE WATER. WE ARE SUFFEREING FOR STOMACH AND SKIN DISEASES DUE TO SEWARAGE WATER. KINDLY TAKE IMMEDIATE ACTION IN THIS REGARD.                       1. Not a single drop of water received since last five days ie. 17.5.2015. 2. Daily complaint withWard No.194 South Zone Girinagar tel no 26473720 Complaint Nos 724 dt.18.5.2015; 742 dt.19.5.2015; 762 dt. 20.15, 2015 and follow up with JE concerned. 3.Today 21.5.2015 Complaint No.[protected] regd with helpline 1916. 4.Reason for problem unclear earlier told no supply from Oklha pumping station. Yesterday that valve changed and shutter jammed under repair. 5. Please ascertain the problem and restore normal water supply urgently. 6. PLEASE TREAT THIS AS URGENT AND CONFIRM WHEN NORMAL WATER SUPPLY WILL BE RESTORED.

                        Sir, I wish to concern some of your exicution toward the problem of non regular water supply in the area of janta flat mangla puri palam colony new delhi-110045. The water is being unregular from last two mounth and comes in while at interval if 3-5 daysSir there is lot of problem arises due to it.                           Sir, we are not getting water supply through back lane of our house.New connections were made in the month of march-april 15 in the back lane connecting our house . Since then, we are telling the dealing staff that water supply is not coming and they asked us to check connections through our private plumber .Plumber has checked inside connections of the house which are ok. We requesting at yours to check outside back lane connection...

                          Sir, i would like to bring in ur kind notice that in our locality M block kalkaji...water supply is dump for the last 4-5 Days.As u also know that water is the basic necessity.I hope u can imagine that how we all are living our lives without a single drop of water.For drinking we have to purchase Bisleri jars every day but for bathing & washing utensils...we have nothing.so kindly do the needfull as soon as possible.                             Sir, From last 1 month, the supply of water to our house is very dirty and has foul smell. We complained for this to so may portals and toll free number 1916 but nothing improved. It is causing severe health problems in the family with senior citizens and kids. Water can't be used for taking bath and washing utensils etc. For drinking we are using BISLERI from last many weeks. Please see to it on priority and support better service. Regards Pragati

                              Dear Sir,

                              I Praveen Kumar Gupta R/o 30D, 3rd Floor, DDA Flats Pocket-B, New Jafrabad, Delhi-110032. There is no water supply for the last 20 days due to low water pressure & subsequent main pipe line chowked. I hope you can understand that how we all are living our lives without a single drop of water in summer weather at our resident. We are facing lots of problems, but our some neighbors are getting/receiving water supply regularly. I was also went to local water supply house which supply the water in our flats but they said we are not receiving the water from back side, they said you do book the complaint to chief engineer.

                              Sir, we r in trouble due to not supplying water, please help us and do the needful

                                  I have applied a new connection of Delhi Jal Board vide dairy no. 613 dated 11.02.2015 at 81 Ist floor avatar enclave Paschim vihar New Delhi 110063 and I have also approached to the ZRO Smt. Shushma Rani at Kanahiya Nagar Office But till date new Connection has not been sectioned from your office due to the reason Explained by the ZRO that recovery of outstanding amount of 2nd floor. It is therefore requested to you kindly recovered the amount from the user of the 2nd floor and sanction the new connection on 1st floor above said floor. Thanking you
