Sir, From last 3 month, the supply of water to our house is very dirty and has foul smell. We complained for this to so may portals and toll free number 1916 but nothing improved. It is causing severe health problems in the family with senior citizens and kids. Water can't be used for taking bath and washing utensils etc. For drinking we are using BISLERI from last many weeks. Stopped long ago.: 3. Upto January 2011 charged average @ 7/KL per month: 4. From March 2011 charged average @ 8 K.L/month; 5. From March 2012 charges revised @ 20 K.L./month arbitrarily. 6. Requested Jal Board to replace meter, but not done on the plea "meters unavailab le". 7..Under orders of Information Commission, the meter changed by Jal Board[protected]; 8. The meter installed by Jal Bd. is the one manufactured by Dixit Company runs fast; 9. Still the reading from[protected] to[protected] was only 90 KL - average 10 K.L/month; 10. Department to calculate @ actual average, which we are prepared to pay and not abnormal charges claimed as arrear.

      this is to inform you that, i m a resident of Gali no.1 rajveer colony kondli delhi 110096. in our area there is no water supply in half gali but in the 1st half of the gali there is no problem of water and 2nd half area is suffering from water problem from last 25 days.so plz take some appropriate action to solve this problem.

        Sir, I am not satisfied with your water bill against dirty and smelling water continues start the Water motor for fresh water but water entering in dirty and smelling Sir, please tell me what I do if water is dirty then switch off water motor many time trying but the metre is running the water not utilised. Sir if one time motor start in proper time when water is coming in fresh condition then I used the water and meter is one time running and reading in proper channel. Sir main problem is water is dirty and smelling the meter running time to time and reading is very much. The same condition this time when I start the water motor the water is dirty and smelling the bill raised by Delhi Jal Board is rs.2200/- This big water bill not deposited in my position. Please Relaxation give me in my Water Bill for the period from Apl.2015 to May. 2015 bill dated 3.6.2015. Please look into this matter and Relaxation in my Water bill.             Respected Sir, For more than ten days we the residents of Gali No 1 Raghubar Pura No. 2 Gandhi Nagar, Delhi - 110031 are getting dirty water in place of drinking water. The water we are getting looks like drain water which is quite harmful for health. Not only the water is dirty but is giving very bad smell. I think there might be somewhere leakage in the water supply lines and drain water is choking into water supply lines. You are therefore requested kindly look into matter and arrange for supply of clean drinking water at the earliest possible to avoid any untoward situation.               Sir, This is to inform you that I am resoding with my family members at 9/106-A, Bagichi Gali, Vishwas nagar, Delhi-110092 for the last so many years.No doubt your Govt. had taken initiative by providing pipe line for water in my area but sorry to state here that my family members are deprived of water facility which is very essential thing for human being because there is no water pipe line nearby my residence with the result no water is available. Even the electric motor cannot bring the water from long distance. I therefore request your goodself to please look into the matter and get the matter expedited at the earliest so that my family members get the water of Delhi Jal Board.My children are running fever due to dirty water.                 We are the people who were suffering from scarcity of water supply in Ward No. 6, Basti, Mehrauli, South Delhi for the last few years. We are severly suffered and got enough water, weeks after weeks. We are the residents who were not got water because of lots of connections in the main pipeline and our residents are at last location.

                      I am resident of G10/10, 1st floor, Malviya Nagar ( Near Bhagat Singh park, Next to the Sindhi Jhoolelal Mandir) The water supply in our tank & that of the ground floor is very erratic and interrupted. In my specific case the bill was not generated and I have received an accumulated billed amount Rs 2688/- . I have tried to filed the complaint in DJB, Janak puri, but no satisfactory revert has been received One person is sending me to another .                           ITS A SUBJECT OF VERY SHAME ON DELHI GOVT. THEY CANT SOLVE DRINKING POLLUTED WATER SUPPLY IN DELHI IN A MONTH. DJB OFFICER REPORTED FAKE THAT THEY SOLVE THIS MATTER.WHILE THERE ARE NOT ANY SOLUTION IN AREA.DJB PROVIDE POLLUTED DRINKING WATER IN GANDHI NAGAR. DELHI GOVT CHIEF MINISTER TELL TO DELHI THEY PROVIDE GOOD GOVERNESS.ITS A ONLY FAKE. DELHI GOVT DEPARTMENT REPORTING ALSO FAKE.

                              Sir/Madam, I am the resident of 54-A, Pocket -III, Phase -I, , Mayur Vihar, New Delhi. My query is regarding the improper supply of water from last month, we are receiving very less and inadequate water, being residing in ground floor we not able to receive the supply, only once in a while we are receiving that too once we put on the motor. At the same the whole block of 54 is receiving the supply daily. We have given a complaint in association but till today no response to the same. Kindly check the pipe line and sought out the said problem as soon as possible. But at the same time we are facing the possible from last three years mainly in summers So, I am bound to complaint directly to the said board. Kindly resolve the problem as soon as possible because in the residents aged parents and small kid resides and rest we are all working.

                                Hi Sir/Mam I am living on this address L-IST 5/280 Budh Bazar, Sangam Vihar, New Delhi - 110080 our street is facing the water problem from the last two month because on our fix point the tanker no 0773 not coming and when we talked about for the tanker in GK-2 Jee so he told to us that tanker note came again and he didn't has any tanker for our fix point . Sir we want a water tanker on our fix point so that our street fill the water. Please sir take our problem on higher priority and send the water tanker for whole street within two days on emergency.                                       my kno no is [protected] and complaints is that my meter is working correctly and but no reading, billing amount is huge but there no usage but in billing there ni new but in bill is with penalties and bill is not coming to my premises but amount is huge there problem in bill

                                        I am S.S.Manoharan and I live in 10879/5A, W.E.A Sat Nagar, Karol Bagh. I made the same complaint last year to Delhi jalboard but to no ears. This year from last month I have been making frequent calls, so far 32 in this regard to Mr.Sanjiv Gupta, he keeps placating me but no remedial action seems to have been taken. Several thousands of gallons of water are being wasted as the water supplied frequently changes to drainage water necessitating the emptying of the entire tank. When there are many other parts in delhi which don't get water supply, such wastage caused due to negligence of the complaints made and forfeiting the necessary action you duly are responsible for, questions the Governance in Delhi.
