      Sir, There is no water supply in our area particular in block 18 shakti nagar hardly half an hour supply in full day i.e. at 5.00 am. only. We complaint so many times to the area JE so many times but no reply from there. It is very difficult to store water daily at 5.00am & that is for such a little time for a full day. We are paying air bill not water bill. Kindly solve this problem as early as possible.

      I agree with the complainant. I reside in Block 40 Shakti Nagar adjacent to 18 Block Shakti Nagar. We are facing the same problem. There is no water supply at all in our block. I have an underground sump for storage of water. Even that always remains empty. Delhi Jal Board authorities are not listening to our requests/complaints in this regard. Is there someone who can sort this problem out or we people will have to move to honourable court to get directions.

        Respected Sir i have received a sms from delhi jal board that our water connection will be dis connected.i am shocked to receive this because i have allready paid all the bills till last till april 2015.also again i have received the bill in this month of rs 712/- the sms of your department was that due to lock on the meter reading could not be taken .sir we keep unlock atleast 10 days the meter box during the reader comes.there is a sign board also hanged in the premises that the keys can be taken from flat no 306 for taking reading no one has come to inform or to knocked our door for taking reading.they used to come serve the bill only.i have allready paid access money.what ever the bill comes i am paying.           We the residents of Pocket C, Gangotri Enclave, Alaknanda, are facing acute shortage of water supply since 2-3 years because a private group housing society RISHI APARTMENTS connected an illegal pipeline from the water supply line of Pocket-C, Gangotri Enclave with the help of area Junior Engineer and Assistant Engineer .Residents of Flat nos C-37-A to E-80-D (176 Flats) are not getting enough water supply during water supply timings 6-7 AM in the morning and 5-6 pm in the evening.Pressure of water got reduced and not reaching beyond flat nos C-37-A because Rishi Apartments connected an illegal pipe line in water supply line and water during supply line is filling their water tank. This illegal connection is needed to be removed immediately and investigation is needed that with whom orders and help they connected this pipe line from Pocket C water supply pipe line. Rishi Apartments should be given separate water connection line rather than connecting an illegal pipe from Pocket C water supply line. Several complaints in written and verbally done to DJB but area junior engineer and Assistant Engineer manage to stop investigation about this illegal pipe connection .

                Water Supply not Properly SIR, In 265c/1 chirag delhi New Delhi N D-17, there is no water. A water connection was there which got disturbed for the past around 20 days. Sir, Just answer yourself that can one survive without water even for single day. As we read the uses of water since our childhood then its very common that without water its not possible to survive. water is used to drink as in that same mannerit is used in washrooms. Sir, pl send people came here to repair that water connection Past 15-20 days and even now we are living like hell without water . Conclusively, I would like to request please take some mandatory actions which are fruitful and we can get water as soon as possible. Please sir, It is very miserable. Sir please get that water connection repair in period of next one day or two day. Sir me & my family facing a lots of problem due 2 water supply daily we are carry a water from my nearest tubewell pl do need full action.                     From the last 15days we in jafrabad, seelampur have been getting extremely dirty water. It is absolutely brown in colour and has a very unpleasant smell because of which we have been buying mineral water for household purposes. This is extremely expensive and using the supply water is causing skin irritation. It is highly recommended that you fix the situation as soon as possible because clean water is not a luxury but a necessity...please contact my cell no [protected]

                        I am trying to reach Bill Department of DJB using numbers 1961 and[protected] since 9:30 AM. Now its 9:55 AM. No one picks up the call. I am trying to pay bill online but it is giving only Netbanking option to pay it. I need to pay it through my Debit card. Is there anyone availale to handle customers?? Can i get a response

No. [protected], Meter No. 310472 Dear Sir/Madam(s), With great regret, I would like to draw your kind attention towards Unfair Customer Dealing is being done by DJB area meter reader Mr. Manjeet since last 3 weeks. Here are the details of full incidents’ for your taking necessary and immediate action please. That my water meter (old) was lost on 23.2.2015. Online FIR No. 154891/2015 lodged on 25.2.2015. Application informing installation of new water meter no. 310472 by DJB licensed plumber along with FIR, Test Certificate of New Water Meter etc. were submitted vide DJB serial number 6503 on 25.2. 2015. On 30.3. 2015 & 31.3. 2015, I have sent my son to get my first water bill issue from billing section so that I can make the payment against the same at earliest possible. Billing section has issued K. No. [protected] instantly but shows their inability to raise the bill as Mr. Manjeet has not submitted the required documents to billing section so far. As advised by billing section, my son met Mr. Manjeet but regret that he has demanding for the documents which were already submitted and lying with him. Hence, my son was returned back with empty hand as he did not aware much about these documents. On 01.04. 2015, I have visited DJB office personally and met Mr. Manjeet, who pretend to be a smart enough, asked me to submit some documents. I had requested him to check his record once again as we were already submitted all the documents to him earlier. Then he checked a bunch of paper lying with him and found that documents of mine complete in all respects were also lying with him. Despite of the fact that after more than a month has already been passed, for disturbing me he asked me to write an application again requesting to issue my first water bill. Immediately when I presumed that he is not interested enough to get the work done, I have approached to your good self for resolve the matter. You were kindly advised him to do the needful and arrange to issue average water bill as per rules. On receipt of instruction by your good self, he has prepared all the documents in front of me but due to electricity failure on that day, he assured me that he will do the needful on 6.4.15 as there were some govt./weekly holidays in the 1st week of April. On 9.4.15 & 10.04.15. I have sent my brother but Mr. Manjeet was not available at that time. He tried to check the status with billing section but they again shows their inability to issue the bill as Mr. Manjeet have not handover the file of our documents by that time also. Today, on 21.04.15 (7th visits), I have sent my son again to meet Mr. Manjeet to check the status but it is again very surprising and disappointed too that he re-assured my son to get the work done positively by day after tomorrow i.e. 23.04.15. It is also undeniable that he must have been busy in some urgent official work but he should respect the value of time of others too.                               Dear Sir Now a days we are getting very only ten minutes water only Because from the H Block booster Pumb is giving and filling our storage tank on two hours of water. This water is not sufficianta for our colony.Now we are getting only 10 minutes water only. Normally from H Block Booster pumb tan are giving 3 hours water to our storage tank. But now a days only getting 2 hours. Kindly rectify at the earliest. Also our sewage Manhole deccan is totally damanged I informed to our JE Mr. Abhishek but till time he is not attending this case. If anything will happen the DJB is the responsible. Pls transfer the JE Mr. Abhishek from our area at the earliest. Also the the walve system also damaged. The concerned JE Mr Harish is not attending these case . I complaint many time but he told me not to rectify it. Because he has no fund. Also he is not checking the supply water which we are getting 3 hours. That is why now a days we are getting shortage of water.                                 My Details are as below New K No. - [protected], Amit Sharma #[protected], Mail Id - aamit.[protected]@gmail.com I have received my latest bill yesterday i.e. 01/05/2015 and it shows my consumption for 40 days and the total consumption shown is 38 units which is not as per my consumption trend. As per my consumption, seeing the last 5 bills starting from 30-Dec-2013, my monthly consumption is approx. 20 units so i doubt that the reading this time has been done incorrectly or there is some fault. Secondly, i believe, that the calculations done in my Bill are incorrect for eg. its shows (Service Charge - Consumption between 20-30 KL) as Rs. 292.83 where as it should be Rs. 219.62. Similarly, the Total Consumption Charges calculations have some mistakes in it, as seeing the bill amount for the last 5 bills, the bill amount shown in this bill is highly escalated for eg. my last bill shows a consumption of 58 units and the bill amount was Rs. 579 and this time the bill amount is for Rs. 849 where as the consumption shows 40 units. Request to get this checked and send me the revised bill.

                                  I had my installed my Private Meter purchased from local market while I had applied for new connection . And on 18/11/2013 my Meter was replaced with new Water Meter by Any DJB personnel But unfortunately they had taken my privately purchased (which was not DJB property) Water Meter.

                                    Ref:- KNO:- [protected], Bill no.[protected] dt.31/10/2014 & Bill no.[protected] dt.12/01/2015. Sir, I am a Senior Citizen, aged 85 years having many ailments and ill health. I received the above mentioned bills wherein the current meter reading of 12th, Sep, 2014 in bill no..[protected] dt.31/10/2014 shows as 155/OK, Whereas in next bill no.[protected] dt.12/01/2015 previous reading dt.12th, Sep, 2014 is mentioned as 614/OK instead of 155/OK. How this mistake happened ? This incorrect Reading resulted in huge amount. I had filed complaints dt.11/2/15 & 05/3/15 in L & T, Pitampura, Delhi-34 & Complaint Dt 24/03/15 at The ZRO NW-III, DJB, Ashok Vihar, Delhi-52. But till date no Reply From them. Please note that the water consumption is much less than the bill we received. I regret to say that I am being harassed by DJB/L & T.                                         Dear Sir I want to draw your kind attention towards Fixed Water Tanker point disconnected at House no RZH 1/38, raj nagar-II, st no. 4, palam colony, New Delhi 110077 This point is very old, tanker is providing water to the residents since more than two years and now u have disconnected the same without prior information to us The Summer session has been started & we are in urgent need of water kindly do our point regular on urgent basis. I met ZE Mr Baljeet regarding this tanker point but he refused to help me and threaten me that you can go heigher authority/boss. he is creating ``DADAGIRI`` to his chair.
