Dear Government Worker, Do you have any ethics or not? I[censored] have done something wrong, will you run away?Yes of course as you are very ethical body working in Delhi. Today after crossing Dabri mor, U hit my Swift car and whole bumper was taken away with your Jal Board vehicle no and i exactly dnt remember the initials o[censored]r no but remebre the traces of no : DL1...5265. After hitting, you just fled away.Dnt try to take advantage of honest people. We could not trace you as we were managing out left away bumper somewhere on the road.This is my humble request to pay off the expenses otherwise i will have to take legal path. Regards, Sapna

We, the residents of Vatika apartments, Rwa 73, have been receiving smelly, dirty and sheer sewer water for the past almost 2 months. Despite repeated complaints to the local authorities and a few cosmetic visits by the djb field staff, no concrete action has been taken. The problem is getting very serious and extremely hazardous to health. Swift action to be initiated at the earliest.

i live in laxminagar area, F-165, mangal bazaar road and supply of water here is stinking and is very dirty since last many days . It stinks like sewage water . Last week an official from Jal board visited and checked the water physically and promised to get the lines cleaned and solve the problem but till now no actions have been taken. The water is unbearable and we cannot use it for any purpose . Everyone in our building is facing the same problem . It has been very long since this stinky and dirty water is being supplied .The irresponsibility of Jal Board is causing great inconvenience to the people living here.

I requested for water tanker for my flat no.D3/3449, Vasant Kunj, New Delhi on 26th April'15 vide complaint no.3645.No action was taken on this complaint by DJB.This morning again I have requested for water tanker vide complaint no. 3703..I don't have a single drop of water in my flat. I reside in shakarpur. Flat number is WA- 206 Top Floor and my first floor folks waste litres of water everyday. I have asked them to take care of this but instead of multiple follow ups they have never cared for it and have kep the same attitude for overflow of water. I understand the importance of water as i keep on reading about the news that Haryana has denied water to Delhi. So in order to be an aware citizen i have been trying to put my efforts. We have tried to book water tankers via delhi jao board The first day the employee said that it is outside the purview of our job The second day someone said there is no water The last day they said that we haven't been able to service b1 to b11 sector and hence till that demand is not met we can't service you I fail to understand if water being provided is outside the purview of jal board or shall I take it either to Central government or to consumer forum

I have received a SMS on dated 16.0.15 from your, s department in regards of above subject & k.No.[protected] for deposit Rs.19787/-before 5TH May 2015.I am not satisfied with yor estimate, which was informed by your department, because my house is only 40 Yards(Approx 33.5 Meters) the documents submitted in your department for new water connection.Accourding to my house the estimate was wrongly calculated by your department.Please rectified the same immediately. Sir, Today more than a one year have passed and still there is no water supply at Palam colony, F 242 Raj Nagar part 2 palam colony gali no 5 New Delhi 110077, ( Area Under Vasant Kunj) I have done online complaint to 1916 also but still not getting any compliant no, there is not a drop of water.Today on 24th April, 15 As was promised by Delhi govt for free supply of 20, 000 liters of water. Here we are paying for water and still there is no supply. Who is responsible for it?. The deptt or public. We only want that water be supplied to us. As summer season has already begun and in the coming month, the condition will only worsen.

Dear Sir/Madam, We are a block of 8 flats in Sector A, Pocket B&C, Vasant Kunj, New Delhi - 110070. Flat No. 992, 991, 990, 989, 988, 987, 986, 985. While the rest of the colony gets 1 hours water supply every day in the morning. Our block gets only 20-25 minutes of water supply everyday. We understand that the supply line extension is required for the same. Kindly resolve this issue and oblige.

our k No is [protected] and from past few months we are getting too much amount of water bill.
We had submitted our bill when it came of ₹2000+(which is also not the right amount). But last month you had giving the bill of ₹6000+
which is absolutely wrong.The bill is generated on average basis.And it is also written on the bill that meter is reversed but in actual it is working properly.
Kindly look into our problem and resolve it as soon as possible.

As per instructions given by the above Zone I had applied for reinstallation of water Meter and same day had been installed vide diary No.4991 dt.6.8.2014 (Z.R.O.(SW)-1 and paid all dues as per last bill No.[protected]Provisional Average(22) dated 30.8.2014. Till date, I have not received any bill for payment. When I enquired from above Zone regarding my meter installation I came to know that it is still not taken in the records. I lodged a complaint no.480 on 28.2.2015 but nothing has been done. I again lodged a vide complaint No.[protected] dt.22.4.2015. You are once again requested to kindly issue me a bill with actual water consumed (i.e. actual meter reading) my me.

Sir, We have submitted a complaint vide our Complaint dated 02/02/15 which has been acknowledged vide their diary no. 32 on 02/02/15 reg; incorrect Bill amount of Rs 3455.88 Bill dated 23/01/15 of Delhi Jal Board and followed them on tel ph.
