      I stay in Safdarjung Enclave. For months we have been only getting water at 4 Am in the morning, that too for a very short duration (15 minutes). Since the start of summers, even that little amount of water has stopped coming. We have four members in the family, who pay lacs in tax to the government. The government clearly has no regard for the common man. Calling themselves aam aadmi is the biggest cheating they are doing. Why cant decent amount of water come at a time at which people are awake. Till when are we expected to go through this ordeal. Can someone in the department wake up and look at consumer issues. My address is B-4/168 Safdarjung Enclave and Phone number is [protected]. Expecting a quick redressal for my problem. Let the common man maintain some faith in the systems.

        I am a resident of 34/14 Ground Floor in East Patel Nagar, New Delhi 110008. My house is next to the community centre which on any given day keeps on hosting events in the evening, The sewage of this community centre is perpetually choked and is over flowing, We have made several complaints in the past but no permanent solution has been advice by the governing bodies. Kindly resolve this at the earliest as dirty drain water keeps on flowing right in front of our house giving out bad odour and making living of the resident unhealthy.

            We received November 2014 Bill No.[protected] for Rs. 12808 total consumption 290 unit for 105 days and another bill No.[protected] January 2015 for Rs. 33363 total consumption 406 unit for 58 days. The history of our past bills showed that our average consumption for 30 days ranging between 60 - 90 units. We would bee obliged if DJB may depute an engineer who should test the meter and replaced if it is defected. Charges if any will be paid.

                Date: 29/04/2015 To Delhi Jal Board, Jal Bihar, New Delhi Sub: Second Reminding Letter to Credit the rebate amount Rs. 1911.26 plus interest and late payments dues to this. Of the Bill Date 20/02/2014. KNW NO. [protected] Ref. Previous Application date 18/03/2015 (copy attached). I could not understand if somebody making timely payment and he is entitles to get rebate amount Rs. 1911.26 before one year (2014). But after being completed more than one year the Delhi Jal Board could not credited or not adjusted this amount to my Bills. on march 25/03/2015 they told me to make payment in cash after that they will correct or adjust old rebate amount and current rebate amount in bill. After deduction current rebate amount they told me to pay 4500 and i paid this amount immediately.                   This is in connection with the amount of rs. 4500 / - deposited on 05 / 03 / 2013 with djb office at paschim vihar in cash on account of mutation of k no. [protected] in the name of babita kumari. The mutation was made as requested but the amount deposited (Mutation fee 100 / - + water advance 1000 / - + occupier security 250 / - + adhoc water charges 3150 = total 4500 / - ) . A receipt of the same was issued but till date the amount does not reflect in the records of djb till date and bills being raised by djb still shows the last payment made on 26 / 09 / 2012 of rs 1478. 42 and even in the latest bill sent to me in april 2015 no adjustment have been made from above mentioned amount deposited and late payment charges are being levied without checking the payment records inspite of my several verbal and written complaints to concerned authorities within last one and a half year for the same. I am surprised that how a govt deptt, after issuing a receipt of receiving cash can avoid to update their accounts even after several with proof requests unless there is some. . .

                    Dear Government Worker, Do you have any ethics or not? I[censored] have done something wrong, will you run away?Yes of course as you are very ethical body working in Delhi. Today after crossing Dabri mor, U hit my Swift car and whole bumper was taken away with your Jal Board vehicle no and i exactly dnt remember the initials o[censored]r no but remebre the traces of no : DL1...5265. After hitting, you just fled away.Dnt try to take advantage of honest people. We could not trace you as we were managing out left away bumper somewhere on the road.This is my humble request to pay off the expenses otherwise i will have to take legal path. Regards, Sapna

                      We, the residents of Vatika apartments, Rwa 73, have been receiving smelly, dirty and sheer sewer water for the past almost 2 months. Despite repeated complaints to the local authorities and a few cosmetic visits by the djb field staff, no concrete action has been taken. The problem is getting very serious and extremely hazardous to health. Swift action to be initiated at the earliest.

                        i live in laxminagar area, F-165, mangal bazaar road and supply of water here is stinking and is very dirty since last many days . It stinks like sewage water . Last week an official from Jal board visited and checked the water physically and promised to get the lines cleaned and solve the problem but till now no actions have been taken. The water is unbearable and we cannot use it for any purpose . Everyone in our building is facing the same problem . It has been very long since this stinky and dirty water is being supplied .The irresponsibility of Jal Board is causing great inconvenience to the people living here.

                          I requested for water tanker for my flat no.D3/3449, Vasant Kunj, New Delhi on 26th April'15 vide complaint no.3645.No action was taken on this complaint by DJB.This morning again I have requested for water tanker vide complaint no. 3703..I don't have a single drop of water in my flat.                             I reside in shakarpur. Flat number is WA- 206 Top Floor and my first floor folks waste litres of water everyday. I have asked them to take care of this but instead of multiple follow ups they have never cared for it and have kep the same attitude for overflow of water. I understand the importance of water as i keep on reading about the news that Haryana has denied water to Delhi. So in order to be an aware citizen i have been trying to put my efforts.                                     We have tried to book water tankers via delhi jao board The first day the employee said that it is outside the purview of our job The second day someone said there is no water The last day they said that we haven't been able to service b1 to b11 sector and hence till that demand is not met we can't service you I fail to understand if water being provided is outside the purview of jal board or shall I take it either to Central government or to consumer forum

                                      Dear Sir/Madam, I am a consumer of DJB HAVING New KNO: [protected] registered on the Name: SH.VIKAS KMR./BEENA BANSAL having Address: 212 WEST GURU ANGAD NGR.LUXMI NAGAR, Delhi which is being hampered by your officers. There is no scope for talking to YOUR Representative to tell our grievance as they don't have time to meet us. OR May be it is not a profitable venture for them. I just want you to please listen to my complaint as you are sending a water bills of no reading (AVERAGE OR LUMB-SHUMB BILL) just for the sake of their rest as your officers don't want to work. I am complaining against this 2nd time. If you will check your record last time i had sent the same complaint to you.
