Sir,
our k No is [protected] and from past few months we are getting too much amount of water bill.
We had submitted our bill when it came of ₹2000+(which is also not the right amount). But last month you had giving the bill of ₹6000+
which is absolutely wrong.The bill is generated on average basis.And it is also written on the bill that meter is reversed but in actual it is working properly.
Kindly look into our problem and resolve it as soon as possible.

As per instructions given by the above Zone I had applied for reinstallation of water Meter and same day had been installed vide diary No.4991 dt.6.8.2014 (Z.R.O.(SW)-1 and paid all dues as per last bill No.[protected]Provisional Average(22) dated 30.8.2014. Till date, I have not received any bill for payment. When I enquired from above Zone regarding my meter installation I came to know that it is still not taken in the records. I lodged a complaint no.480 on 28.2.2015 but nothing has been done. I again lodged a vide complaint No.[protected] dt.22.4.2015. You are once again requested to kindly issue me a bill with actual water consumed (i.e. actual meter reading) my me.

I am a resident of 33 A, DDA Flat ANAND VIHAR DELHI-92. The main sewer connecting the my house sewer system has been blocked for nearly 1 months now and lodging complaint with the concerned department of the same. Sir, We have submitted a complaint vide our Complaint dated 02/02/15 which has been acknowledged vide their diary no. 32 on 02/02/15 reg; incorrect Bill amount of Rs 3455.88 Bill dated 23/01/15 of Delhi Jal Board and followed them on tel ph. Sir, Today two months have passed and still there is no water supply at Punjabi phatak Gali kuppey wali, Gali patna wali, Ballimaran W-86, about 20 complaints to online 1916 also CM Delhi CEO DJB jave been made and even to all deptt falling at the bottom, there is not a drop of water.Today on 21st April, 15 labour came to check and said that there is no water available to the Ramlila Ground BPS, and Subhash Park, BPS from the source. As was promised by Delhi govt for free supply of 20, 000 liters of water. Here we are paying for water and still there is no supply. Who is responsible for it?. The deptt or public. We only want that water be supplied to us. As summer season has already begun and in the coming month, the condition will only worsen. My bill is wrong since your computerisation of it took place..I have given in writing to the ZRO on 07.02.2013, 18.03.2014 and lastly on 26.08.2014. Dear sir

It is to bring your kind notice that my fixed tanker point has been disconnect by Zonal Engineer Mr. Baljeet since 14/4/2015. From that day We have not received a single drop of water in the summer season. I talked to him he replied that DJB can provide only 200 Lt water in a week. I am unable to understand how one single small family can survive 200 Lt. Water in a week. My numerous request he denied to help us. It is a completely violence of our fundamental right.Those families who are getting benefit from this water tanker are facing huge crises of water.Last time we have received water 7.4.2015. You can imagine how difficulty we are facing. Therefore I request to you kindly look into the matter at top priority basis.

Everybody known what is level of Natural water in delhi. and some area have level in delhi but these area are gone to empty current year or next year bcs here had been operate Illegal water purifier plants and doing west natural water at large scale in sewer. Example In molarband extention badarpur border by - pass road have 5 illegal water purifier plants who do west natural water 80, 000 per day in sewer only for self-BLACK income. In Molarband Extn, this belt has water level in self and three government tube well supply water to around 1000 homes. If government don’t take action agst illegal water purifier plant than this belt shall be empty in few months which effect saw at 75 gali’s homes in current month. In last month gali 75 have water level but in this month being empty. I hereby requested to all Respected Officer kindly take action on such illegal Plants. Save natural Water Level for Green Delhi and Happy Families

No [protected], I have been doing my Mutation Formality $ my Bill is coming in 30 Oct.2014 amount is Rs. 1695. with Named "Veena CHatrath"I have submitted this bill before the due date, but after this no one bill has been coming since April 2015. I have go to Jal Board Office and Enquire Regarding this Matter. Lineman Check the Status, said that Problem in Mutation what can we done he say that I have reading in area 20 April than i will come and set the Problem.rebate in 15 April . I also Say this word but DJB Area person is not Find my Problem. He say this problem is not your There are so many suffer this Kind of problem. I have go to DJB office So many time But problem is As well As. How Can we Done.If there is some Penalty I'm not responsible in all this.

From that tanker 8 to 10 families were filling water. Our area is facing a huge water problem due to shortage of water. There is no supply of water line. Delhi Jal Board was providing a taker to supply the water once a week. I am very sorry to say you that Delhi Jal Board has stopped the tanker since 14/4/2015. Due to this act we are facing big crises of water. I met the J.E (Mr. Hari Singh) & Zonal Engg. (Mr. Baljeet) at Nazafgarh. Delhi Jal Board Office. They also refused to help me and said that Delhi Jal Board cannot provide water individually. During the summer season DJB has stopped the water tanker. Delhi jal Board promised that he will give more water in the summer season. Now it is to request that kindly restore the water tanker at the above address immediately to avoid the water shortage. I Subhash Gogia resident of Cheera Khana Chandni Chowk location. I have seen that my locality member Mr.Sanjay Sharma and Arvind Sharma enjoying four illegal water connections without paying any amount to DJB. Also they dont have water meter as well. Moreover they tried to charge bribe as well from others also for having different water connections. Many people of this area are not appreciated this kind of behaviour. They show as if they are DON and have more power than anyone else. So would request you to please investigate this issue very seriously after getting the digging of the road else cut their water line so that others can also get proper water at their home.

I hv. complaint for my k.no. [protected] so many times.regarding reading.but no action taken yet. I requested you to please take reading for the same. And genarate the new bill, so that I will pay the bill .please do as soon as possible. Thanx.

Sir, All sewer lines gets blocked fast and overflows at 2922, Lal Darwaza Lal kuan Ballimaran W-86 Delh, i so they need to be changed and cleaning as soon as possible. I recently received a huge amount of rs 31865/- for my k no [protected] and moreover the bill came with a threatening notice of disconnection of water supply.I am a retired senior citizen of 66 yrs and moreover a heart patient with Bypass surgery and this came as a shock when we received the bill and when contacted the Authorities we were informed the bill was calculated on Average basis.We have been facing an issue with the water supply since 8yrs as the water was contaminated and it got mixed with sewer water most of times which we were unable to drink.I checked with the Authorities to replace the water meter as there was dust on it but no one responded so I got the meter replaced on my own. With new Govt formed the picture has completely changed as the sudden introduction of the huge amount of bill along with the notice which was served in short spam of time. I have all the intentions to pay the amount but this bill is completely Unfair and do not do the justice to the services we have used over the time.I would request you to kindly look into the matter and find a solution for the huge amount raised.

Respected Sir/Madam, I would like to bring in your kind notice that the barrel situated between 20/16 & 9/1 Ashok Nagar, New Delhi-18 road is fully blocked and over flowing. A very bad smell is coming out from there. we live in 20/16 Ashok Nagar which is road side house. My old aged (bad ridden) father who has just discharged from the Mata Chanan Devi Hospital is also living there. He is complaining that he is not able to eat the food due to that bad smell coming out from the barrel. That barrel is full of dirty water which is flowing out of it. The matter was brought to the notice of the MCD Office as well as Delhi Jal Board but nothing has been sort out even after 15 days past. The matter was also brought into the kind notice of the Area Councillor but all in vain. Sir, do in our favour and take immediate necessary action for the cleaning of that Barrel. Sir, it is very true that my father is very serious and getting worst day by day. Hope for favourable immediate action.

I stay in HL-30, FF, Anand Vihar, 'L' Block, Hari nagar, New Delhi - 110064. Water supply to this area is very erratic in general but for the last 4 days, there is hardly any water available. There is no water at all in the evening hours and in the morning, it just trickles. All the residents have complained to the RWA and their answer is that the the Delhi Jal Board officials are not responding most of the times. Now they say that some pipe line has burst near sports complex Hari nagar and the work is going on for the past 3 days.
