My DJB K No- [protected], Delhi Jul Board has send the Bill of Rs. 1077/ for 57 Days Unit Consumed of 51 unit. as per their Bill they shown the Last Meter Reading is 299 on Dated 11th April.2015, but even on 14th April 2015 the reading is 270 Unit. so DJB has generated wrong Bill and send Huge bill amount.     To, The Concerned Authority, Delhi Jal Board, New Delhi. This is to bring to your kind notice that after repeated calls/complains regarding sewage blockage in front of house number 121, 107-B, 122, and 126 Begumpur, Malviya Nagar, New Delhi-17, no action has been taken so far and we are forced to live in a filthy atmosphere.Hence it is requested to the concerned Authority to treat this as a serious matter and arrange to depute the concerned staff at the earliest to clear the blockage.

    Sewage blocked due to rain but till now it is not clear.It smells very very bad and do something immediately.We want that please repair or clear our sewage.

      Dear sir, I am a consumer of DJB and using water for drinking since last 3 years with proper water connection. I am in Sant Nagar area of Burari, Delhi-110084. In this area, more than 80 percent people are using water supply of DJB illegally. For this, We have to face shortage of water. Kindly take immediate necessary action on such illegal consumers and set a huge penalty as they are using water of DJB since the supply started in this area. It is a legal crime, so take proper and immediate action in this regard.

        Dear sir/mam I AMAR inform you That in my village mahipalpur in koko bagri, the water supplier person cannot supply the water on time ...they usually supply the water in between 3.00 to 4.00 am. And also send the water only for 15 to 20 mint. in a day.. All of the person residing in the koko bagri face soo many problem regarding to water and supplier person. If any residing person say something to supplier then the supplier said that.. what you want to do, you are free to do. I cannot change my time or work. i cant be change for you. They usually said that water cannot come from back of jal board. Hope you will take neccessary steps to solve this problem as soon as possible. I have given somany time the complaint of my colony sweage problems to Mr. Abhishek JE of our Greater Kailash -I office many times. But till time he did not attend my complaints. Actually my complaint is as follows. One Sweage deccan is brocken in 20 Block DDA flat in front of House No.100 DDA, 20 Block Dakshinpuri. One Sweage deccan is damagedin 20 Block JJ colony infron of House No.128 JJ colony Dakshinpuri In these two complaints I informed to Mr Abhishek JE Sweage section officer in my area. His Mob. No.is [protected]. His negligence is very high in colony. whenever we given the complaint it will be negleted. pls. instruct to him get repair these two sweage deccans at the earliest. Sir Please instruct to Delhi Jal Boaard Greater Kailash Office to get the repair at the earliest.Mr Abhishek JE is not attending any case in our area.             In oandit mohalla near mata chowk of village Rangpuri (South West) delhi no water comes for the last 8 months but water bill is coming regulaely which we have to pay. There is a population of more than 300 persons in this mohalla. On our request to supply water through tankers on daily basis. For about a month tanker came on daily basis but later on it was made to alternative day. Since summer season has started we need more water. please instruct to send tanker on daily basis. It is necessary that tanker time is fixed as now a days tanker comes at its own time and we have to wait for hours together. If a time is fixed we can save our time..

                We have a water connection meter (K No. [protected]) in name of Sh Ram Swarup at our residential address 2516, Choodiwalan, Delhi-110006. The recent bill generated (Bill No.[protected] dated 25.03.2015) for Rs. 145 shows current meter reading and status at 136/OK with a consumption of 10KL water in 75 days. Department is continuosly issuing bills from last more than 1 year without taking reading through physical visit by any official. This will have 2 implications on us in future: 1. Consumption in future bill will be shown for huge consumption for that specific period, which will attract higher slab rate on us. 2. Official will start harassing us that meter is faulty and get it changed. Even after making complaints earlier for same issue, no action has been taken and reply for revised bill generated only sent to us. This time we are going to file complaint through RTI after 1 month from this complaint if no proper action is taken and all previous bills will not be revised. To avoid disconnection we have paid the above said bill before its due date.

We apply for the connection still last month we are not getting a single liter of water and non of your employee visit our premises to take a meter reading.                         Dear Sir, I am Madhab Chowdhury, a tenant of 40/182 C.R. Park, NewDelhi – 110019. As per the rent agreement, I bound to pay the water bill atactual as per DJB bill. My KNO number is [protected].I had been paying the bill for the indicated water connection for the past four(4) years. Initially I used to pay the bill through cash at DJB office/postoffice but now I am paying the bill using online payment option facility sincethe beginning of this good service. This time I havereceived a bill of INR 231.00 for the duration of 27/01/2015 to 16/03/2015 videbill no.[protected]. I was trying to pay the same online on 23/03/2015 andby mistake I typed [protected]in place [protected] and click on thepay button. As a result, payment for this wrong KNO number ([protected]) has been done and INR 16310.15(rupees sixteen thousand three hundred and ten and paisa fifteen only) has beendeducted from my bank account. Immediately, I had been contacted your customer care numberand they suggested me to contact ZRO of my zone and assured that this amount will be debited from the wrongly paid DJBaccount and credited to my DJB account. Next day, I visited to ZRO south –II office(Giri Nagar) with all the proof including my bank account statement and metwith Mrs. Asha Prabha Bharadwaj (ZRO South - II) and explained the incidents aswell as I show her all the proof. After hearing everything, she told me thatshe had no way to do anything fruitful for me as I had paid the bill online.She also told me that if I had paid manually she could correct the mistake. Shealso suggested me to contact the person and settled the payment mutually. I hadtried the same also. I had gone to the address as indicated in the bill. Thename of the person is Mr. K.C. Jain. Address is: 4596/7, 11/Daria Ganj, Delhi.But at the mentioned address, no Mr. K.C. Jain is existing. One more thing, Ishould indicate is that the bill for this address is not paid for a longduration and this huge amount of bill is incurred. After getting no way and finding any solution, I am writingto you. My kind request to you, please treat my matter as very genuine one andsuggest me what are the measures I can take in which I can get some fruitfulsolution. Regards Madhab Chowdhury

                            To, The Delhi Jal Board, Government Of N.C.T Delhi Subject: Excess Wrong Billing Referance: [protected] And Meter Reading is not mentioned in the bill Respected Sir/Mam, We have recieved the Bill ID:[protected] With the huge amount of bill. I have been complaining the wrong water bill raised by DJB that is... 27th March 2015. I have complaint many times before this but no suitable action has been taken by DJB as on Today inspite of my personal visit to DJB a number of times, my last visit was on 09 March 2014. On the basis my complaint dated 21/01/2014, 07/03/2014, and on 26/02/2015 one gentleman from DJB visited my house and installed the new water meter in my house and replaced that old meter. Sir after changing the meter the billing was raised wrong. Then how I can pay this huge amount against the wrong bill. I requested the concerned officer of Bill Date: 27 March 2015 that wave off into the next bill a fresh bill may please be raised afterwards as per other house bill, in my colony there are 148 houses their bills comes between Rs 300 to 1000/- and they have 3 to 5 members or more. In my case only Two members. But my bills comes very high I don't think a five star hotel will not get such type of bill. My problem started from 21 Jan 2014 till such time my normal bills come 400 or 500/- like that. One more thing my bill doesn't show the meter reading. I think the officer which provided by DJB to check the meter reading is not taking my meter reading from my house. He never comes. In every bill of mine the meter reading is not showing. So pleas take an immediate action towards this Keeping in view of the above facts and circumstances.I hereby request you to look into this the matter and advised the concerned officers to settle the bill amicably.                                   MY K NO IS [protected] ( NAME : MAHESH MATHUR / ADDRESS : 765 POCKET E MAYUR VIHAR PHASE 2 NEW DELHI)... I had received a bill no[protected] dated 28-Jan 2015 from DJB of Rs. 2922/- only for billing period 3 Nov 2014 to date 27 Jan 2015. This bill was paid by me vide cheque no 620951 drawn on AXIS Bank Sec 16 Noida . The cheque of Rs 2922/- was debited to my account on 14 feb 2015. I have now received another bill no[protected] dated 21-Mar 2015 from DJB of Rs. 4427/- only for billing period 25 Aug 2014 to date 21 Mar 2015. Since i have already paid all bills till period 27 jan 2015. Kindly correct my present bill no[protected] dated 21-Mar 2015. regards

                                      I am from flat no.70 Sarai khalil Delhi 110006. Our whole area is facing the trouble of bad and smelly water supply . People are getting ill by drinking such bad and dirty water. I have complained so many time but no action have been taken yet. I just want to say that we are human being we are not animals and we have the right to live like humans. So kindly provide us clean and drinkable water. I request all the officers to take a strict action as soon as possible. We will be very thankful to you.

                                        My K No is [protected]. Water connection installed at my residence in May 2012 and since than average water bills have been received without mentioning status of current/previous meter Read. Now I have recd bill No[protected] dt 27 Mar 15 stating current meter read status 729. My complaint is who is responsible for sending average bills to me since May 12 to Mar 15 inspite of Meter is installed at my house?. I have paid all previous bills total amounting Rs 8146 till date. What are the charges for consuming 729 KL? Moreover, there are so many house in my locality and nearby my house who have not taken valid connection and no water bill is asked from those houses. Who is responsible for no sending water bills to these houses? What action will be taken by DJB against these Water thieves.
