My K No-[protected]. sir My last bill was 1496 in nove month. but now my current bill Dated from 31 January 2015 to 29 March 2015 is Rs-1485.45. it is more than other month. i think my metre is running fast. so please chek and change it

    MY K NO IS [protected] ( NAME : MAHESH MATHUR / ADDRESS : 765 POCKET E MAYUR VIHAR PHASE 2 NEW DELHI)... I had received a bill no[protected] dated 28-Jan 2015 from DJB of Rs. 2922/- only for billing period 3 Nov 2014 to date 27 Jan 2015. This bill was paid by me vide cheque no 620951 drawn on AXIS Bank Sec 16 Noida . The cheque of Rs 2922/- was debited to my account on 14 feb 2015. I have now received another bill no[protected] dated 21-Mar 2015 from DJB of Rs. 4427/- only for billing period 25 Aug 2014 to date 21 Mar 2015. Since i have already paid all bills till period 27 jan 2015. Kindly correct my present bill no[protected] dated 21-Mar 2015. regards

        I am from flat no.70 Sarai khalil Delhi 110006. Our whole area is facing the trouble of bad and smelly water supply . People are getting ill by drinking such bad and dirty water. I have complained so many time but no action have been taken yet. I just want to say that we are human being we are not animals and we have the right to live like humans. So kindly provide us clean and drinkable water. I request all the officers to take a strict action as soon as possible. We will be very thankful to you.

          My K No is [protected]. Water connection installed at my residence in May 2012 and since than average water bills have been received without mentioning status of current/previous meter Read. Now I have recd bill No[protected] dt 27 Mar 15 stating current meter read status 729. My complaint is who is responsible for sending average bills to me since May 12 to Mar 15 inspite of Meter is installed at my house?. I have paid all previous bills total amounting Rs 8146 till date. What are the charges for consuming 729 KL? Moreover, there are so many house in my locality and nearby my house who have not taken valid connection and no water bill is asked from those houses. Who is responsible for no sending water bills to these houses? What action will be taken by DJB against these Water thieves.

            Hi, I am a resident of Rajouri Garden; address J-6/93 Rajouri Garden. I logged a complaint[protected] yesterday regarding blocked sewer drainage outside my house due to which the sewer water is backing in our toilets and we are unable to use them also it is impacting the health of my family members at our home. The sewer is blocked from a month now. Today i have received the status of my complaint as solved, surprisingly no action was taken, nobody come for any inspection and the sewer is still blocked. I am looking for an answer from the management through this written complaint and want to know how this complaint got closed without taking any action on it? Is this the way Govt of Delhi works? Are the employees under your department work like this? And are you aware of these kind of Issues. Every month we pay sewer charges and this is in return we get.               A NOS OF PIPES (7) LAYING ON THE MAIN ROAD SIDE NEAR BY MOTI NAGAR INDUSTRIAL AREA, FLYOVER OPP MOMENTS MALL, AN DUE TO LAYING OF SAID PIPES ALL THE SHOP KEEPERS AND GENERAL PUBLIC ARE FACING VERY LOTS OF PROBLEMS BEACAUSE THESE PIPES ARE STOP THE WALKING AND ALSO FINANCIA LOSS OF SHOPS AND DUE TO THAT PIPE PEDESTRIAN PERSONS FACING LOTS OF PROBLEMS BY GION AND COMING THERE FACTORYS AND OFFICE BECAUSE THEY ARE WALKING ON THE MAIN ROAD DUE THAT PIPES WHICH IS VERY DANGEROUS TO THE THERE LIFE BECAUSE THE SAID ROAD IS VERY TRAFFIC AND FAST ROAD. PLEASE REMOVE THE PIPES FROM THE ROAD SIDE. TO SAFE THE PUBLIC LIFE AND SOLVE THE SHOPKEEPERS PROBLEMS. THE DELHI JAL BOARD OFFICERS ARE NOT WORKING ON THIS PROJECT CONTINOUSLY AND THE TOTAL WORK ARE LAYING STOPED . HOPE YOU WIL CONSIDER OUR REQUEST. Sir, We are the inhaitants of Dayal sar colony, uttam nagar, new delhi-110059 We are phasing a big problems of drinking since last two years due to the main sewage choke and water pipe line broken and sewer water mixed in drinking water. We have given the complaint in Delhi Jal Board office so many times to JE and Exn and D. Director, Kindly arrange the new pipe line and it may be as soon as possible for us. MOHAN GARDEN, my KNO No is [protected], operator of water supply at UGR mohan garden for our area is not opening water supply at fixed time in morning 05.00 AM 0n 03-04-15 water supply opened at 12.00 noon in stead of 05.00 AM. How the residents of locality know whe operator will supply water at what time everry day. Pleasse look into problem we are facing and get it rectified, to save our right of water supply.                     Dear Sir, We observe higher bills of our water usage. Please note that we are only two in family and both o[censored]s are working. Being nobody in the house the whole day we get higher billing than others in our same colony who have joint families. With our earlier old meters we were getting right billing but since when the new meters are being installed by Delhi Jal Board, we are getting higher billing. You can revew our all previous bills with the current bills and you will observe that the billing is on higher side.                         Respected sir, my k no is [protected].i have been facing this problem for last few months .no one from your deptt Is coming to take meter readings and we are getting bills on an average basis though we were not using that motor for almost one year where the meter is fitted.i am paying Rs[protected] every month even for not using the water.kindly send someone to take the meter Readings Between 3.30 pm to 4.30 pm.so that the authenticity Should be maintained.Regards.

                            With due respect, the under sign beg to bring the following few lines to your kind consideration and feverable action please "Before starting my greivance I would like to inform you that i am an old lady of 75yrs facing difficult to walk properly without any body's help. My family consists Two member's, that too Sr. citizen consuming the water." I have been complaining the wrong water bill raised by DJB w.e.f 28th March 2012. No suitable action has been taken by DJB as on Today inspite of my personal my personal visit to DJB a number of times, my last visit was on 17 Dec 2014. On the basis my complaint dated 28/03/2012, 09/04/2012, and 20/12/2013 one gentleman from DJB visited my house and checked the water meter installed in my house and declared that the meter is Faulty. He then replaced the meter on 29/01/2014. Sir when the meter is faulty then the billing also wrong. Then how I can pay this hige amount against the wrong bill. I requested the concerned officer on 17th Dec 2014 that waveoff the bill upto 29th Jan 2014 till the meter was replaced and a fresh bill may please be raised afterwards as per other house bill, in my colony there are 66 flats their bills comes between Rs 300 to 1000/- and they have 3 to 5 members or more. In my case only Two members. But my bills comes very heigh I dont think a five star hotel will not get such type of bill. My problem started from 28th March 2012 till such time my normal bills comes Rs 250-350/- like that.                                 I am residence of 808 Sunlight Colony-II, Hari Nagar Asram, Near Shiv Durga Mandir, New Delhi-110014, wish to lodge my this complaint regarding Sewage blockage i.e: 6 to 7 times in every month from many years, but till now there is we could not found the satisfactory solutions till date . As today is Holiday, tomorrow is Saturday and then Sunday, hence we all join hands of 806, 801, 802, 803 houses will have to see this flowing of dirty filthy water and smell from the sewage continuously till Monday morning ? Henceforth our humble request is that please look into matter and do the needful. Sincerely
