Dear Sir, We observe higher bills of our water usage. Please note that we are only two in family and both o[censored]s are working. Being nobody in the house the whole day we get higher billing than others in our same colony who have joint families. With our earlier old meters we were getting right billing but since when the new meters are being installed by Delhi Jal Board, we are getting higher billing. You can revew our all previous bills with the current bills and you will observe that the billing is on higher side.       Respected sir, my k no is [protected].i have been facing this problem for last few months .no one from your deptt Is coming to take meter readings and we are getting bills on an average basis though we were not using that motor for almost one year where the meter is fitted.i am paying Rs[protected] every month even for not using the water.kindly send someone to take the meter Readings Between 3.30 pm to 4.30 pm.so that the authenticity Should be maintained.Regards.

          With due respect, the under sign beg to bring the following few lines to your kind consideration and feverable action please "Before starting my greivance I would like to inform you that i am an old lady of 75yrs facing difficult to walk properly without any body's help. My family consists Two member's, that too Sr. citizen consuming the water." I have been complaining the wrong water bill raised by DJB w.e.f 28th March 2012. No suitable action has been taken by DJB as on Today inspite of my personal my personal visit to DJB a number of times, my last visit was on 17 Dec 2014. On the basis my complaint dated 28/03/2012, 09/04/2012, and 20/12/2013 one gentleman from DJB visited my house and checked the water meter installed in my house and declared that the meter is Faulty. He then replaced the meter on 29/01/2014. Sir when the meter is faulty then the billing also wrong. Then how I can pay this hige amount against the wrong bill. I requested the concerned officer on 17th Dec 2014 that waveoff the bill upto 29th Jan 2014 till the meter was replaced and a fresh bill may please be raised afterwards as per other house bill, in my colony there are 66 flats their bills comes between Rs 300 to 1000/- and they have 3 to 5 members or more. In my case only Two members. But my bills comes very heigh I dont think a five star hotel will not get such type of bill. My problem started from 28th March 2012 till such time my normal bills comes Rs 250-350/- like that. Resulting in heavy bill.               I am residence of 808 Sunlight Colony-II, Hari Nagar Asram, Near Shiv Durga Mandir, New Delhi-110014, wish to lodge my this complaint regarding Sewage blockage i.e: 6 to 7 times in every month from many years, but till now there is we could not found the satisfactory solutions till date . As today is Holiday, tomorrow is Saturday and then Sunday, hence we all join hands of 806, 801, 802, 803 houses will have to see this flowing of dirty filthy water and smell from the sewage continuously till Monday morning ? Henceforth our humble request is that please look into matter and do the needful. Sincerely

                        Dear Sir My KNO[protected] and i am staying in f-64 vishwas park, rajapur, uttam Nagar, Delhi from last 9 months. I am consuming 500 ltr water tank for 5 day, means i am consumed only 3000 ltr of water in one month, but my bill is not coming according to consuming water. I have paid Rs 1230 in the month of october 2014 and after october 2015 just receive a bill of Rs 1860, Which is very high. Please check my water metre and correct my water bill. If my water metre is not correct please replace it as soon. Regards

                            water bill reading not done

                            My New K.No. is [protected]. My new water meter has been installed a few months back. But inspite of the new water meter being installed no reading is done till date and I am still receiving water bill with Meter Status as /MREV. This is highly regretable on part of DJB. Request to take my water meter reading on regular basis and issue me water bill on actual water meter reading....

                              Sir, I am staying in L-70A Saket on rent basis."Maliviya Nagar Water Services, Saket is working on behalf of "Delhi Jal Board" in my area and involved in all activities of billing, meter replacement and handling water related issues etc.In past no body was available at my house for almost 3 months and still i was asked to submit bill of the amount approx.Rs 1000/- when i had asked the reason from the concerned authorities, i was told that since my meter is not working so they charged on average consumption basis.Immediately, i requested for change of meter and my meter got replaced in the month of August, 2014.From August onwards the meter is showing obnoxious figures of water consumption despite knowing the fact that we couple are only staying in the residential premises having the storage tank of only 250 litres. It is very hard to digest my last three months bill, which came around Rs 9000/- and meter showed the consumption of 219 cubic meters, which i believe not possible from the perspective of two persons who are working on 5 days basis.Whn complained about the meter, first i was charged Rs 150 for registering the complaint and secondly representative visited in my absence and declared meter ok.This is a very serious issue which needs to be resolved as meter used in this process is not properly calibrated or issues are there related within the billing dep't.Kindly advice

                                    I am from KG-3 Vikaspuri, the water you provided today smells like sewage water, we can not use it even for toilet purpose. You boast your self like you are providing mineral water and ask us to not to use a ground water. The water condition is pathetic so rectify this problem as soon as posible because you always send this kind of water 3-4 times in a month. This will cause severe diseases in our society. So please improve your Water Quality.
