I am living in tuglakabad extension in 29 gali. The frequency of water changed every time and the time of water is also changed without any notification. The water come very third day and next wee every forth day by we have to suffer because we are employee and we are not able to fill our water tank due to changing time of water every time. Kindly let us know the right time and frequency of water in 29galli of tuglakabad extension. I would be highly thankful. The DJB never pick the helpline number.

    This is regarding the faulty water meter.I want my water meter to be replaced as early as possible. I got bill from Delhi Jal Board few days ago which is of 6000. Water consumption in my house is limited since there are total 3 members in family.

            I Would like to draw your attention that I am consumer of DJB Since many years. My meter is not working accurate or correctly, the meter reading is running very fast & sometime meter reading is running by air, since last Nine months my DJB water Bill coming huge amount which is not affordable & correct due to wrong meter. So please change the meter immediately without any further delay, and excess bill amount which is already paid by me adjusted in next water bill I herewith attached for your reference the Bill No.[protected] for the Month of 11 Jan 2014 is Rs. 6, 515/- From 24.05.13 to 24.12.13, is 315 Unit for 214 Days. & another bill no.[protected] dated 03.08.14 for Rs. 3433.00 both bills amount are not justify/ Correct, Previous Bill Summary is shown these amount is show hue mistake & raise wrong bill, Please check & corrected and take the action immediatgely. Now again i recd Bill no.[protected] For Rs. 3489.00 from 10 oct 14 to 31 dec 14, 82 days which is not corrent (i attached the same) Your quick action in this regard will be highly appreciated by me.                         Dear Sir, I am quite surprised to receive such a heavy bill for domestic water consumed for the last few month. It is continuously increasing, you can see the details mentioned below : Bill Period =>25 Oct'14 – 27 Jan'15 (3 months approx) Consumption 85 KL =>Rs. 1675 Cost per KL 1675/85=>Rs. 19.71 The bill amount is much more higher than expected. I would like to know what caused this. I regret to say that you have overcharged me. I feel there is definitely some mistake in billing such a big amount towards water consumed in my house. Please look into this matter. Looking forward to your immediate response.                                     I shifted to my New House: Ist Floor, H-65, South Extn. Part I, in April, 2014. Old Meter with previous meter Reading at 300 units was replaced by a New Meter by the Company hired by Delhi Jal Board for installation of new Meters.Thus a New Meter No. 15053294 was installed on the pipeline of Ist floor of H-65. As per details on the Counter foil No. 2070, against the new Meter, new KNO [protected] has been allotted/recorded in the Pink sheet counter foil provided to me for my record.While attempting to view the Bill against this KNO.[protected], I found that this KNO belongs to some other Meter installed at GARHI in the House of one Mohd. Ayub, 198/66, Ramesh Market, Garhi, Delhi, (Area Code A-10/Giri Nagar) with heavy arrears amounting to Rs. 33375/-. Please rectify the mistake and provide proper KNO. on my New Meter No. 15053294.
