Dear, Hamare area Rajdhani park mundka mein sewer ka kaam ho raha hai.bahut hi ghatiya aur bahut hi galat tarike SE kaam ho raha hai na hi koi officer yahan aaya hai aaj tak na hi contractor ke kaam kaise ho raha hai labour ne sari pani ki pipelines tod DI Hain plz kuch karein.

    I shifted to my New House: Ist Floor, H-65, South Extn. Part I, in April, 2014. Old Meter with previous meter Reading at 300 units was replaced by a New Meter by the Company hired by Delhi Jal Board for installation of new Meters.Thus a New Meter No. 15053294 was installed on the pipeline of Ist floor of H-65. As per details on the Counter foil No. 2070, against the new Meter, new KNO [protected] has been allotted/recorded in the Pink sheet counter foil provided to me for my record.While attempting to view the Bill against this KNO.[protected], I found that this KNO belongs to some other Meter installed at GARHI in the House of one Mohd. Ayub, 198/66, Ramesh Market, Garhi, Delhi, (Area Code A-10/Giri Nagar) with heavy arrears amounting to Rs. 33375/-. Please rectify the mistake and provide proper KNO. on my New Meter No. 15053294.           I had applied for mutation of water connection in DJB office, sector 6, Vishram Chock, Rohini, Delhi to ZRO/NW 2/471 vide diary no 876 dated 6/2/14. Connection was mutated/tranferred in my name and water bill was issued in my name on dated 4/4/14 vide bill no[protected] of Rs 537/-.My next bill was issued on dated 24/9/14 vide bill no[protected] of Rs -544/-after adjusting all arrears. Now the latest bill on dated 13/2/15 of Rs 216/- has been issued vide bill no[protected] in the name of previous consumer, Sh Mahender Kumar s/o Chatar Singh instead of my name. This shows the failure of DJB staff which is not appreaciable. Pl correct the consumer name in latest water bill & mail me the corrected bill as soon as possible.             As bill no.[protected], New KNO.[protected], we had paid the bill of period 9th aug.2014 to 21 Nov.2014 the Amount is Rs.354.00, but again sent u the bill the period is 9th Aug. 2014 to 18th Dec. 2014, this was we had not paid, we think that u will corrected it, but again u had sent the bill of 10th Feb.2015 the period is mentioned with arrear Rs.737.59, so why we pay the whole periods bill i.e.0th Aug.2014 to 10th Feb2015 instead of 22nd Nov.2014 to 10th Feb.2015, please clear it, why we pay the amount of huge, please verify & again sent, either we go consumer court or another. thanks, Mintu Manna New KNO No.[protected]

            I beg to say that I am the resident of Rz-15/247 Geetanjali Park West Sagarpur New Delhi and I have a complain regarding wrong bill(K No.-[protected]) in the name of Tek Chand Gupta of period 31-oct-2014 to 19-feb-2015 of Rs 4378/- which is so much.                 I have taken a new connection in October 2012 and paid all dues vide bill no 177065 dated 23 October 2012, but till date I have not received the bill. Meter Reader is taking the reading regularly but when he was approached by my wife, he categorically told them 'bill to aa jayega but uske liye kuchh paise kharch karne padenge.'. If this is the procedure of getting the bill than kinldy intimate me, otherwise kindly help me in getting my bill at the earliest, so that I escape being overburdened.                   New pipeline was laid behind our house no C 473, Chittaranjan Park, New Delhi -19. While laying the new pipeline, the labours broke the sewage line and left without informing us.In the morning, we realised that the sewage is blocked and it is overflowing. We contacted the DJB office but did not get any satisfactory reply. The labour again came and started excavation for pipeline connection but it was again left without completing the job. We are not getting water supply since yesterday as the pipeline is not connected. We contacted the JE Mr Jain but he referred us to 1916. Now we request you to please complete the job and restore the water supply.

                          Dear Sir, I am the resident of 233-A pokcet-1, Mayur Vihar Phase-1 Delhi-110092. This is to inform you that In every rainy season there is a blockage of sewer Line and starts overflowing from the manhole from house no-230 to 234, due to which no further sewer disposal is possible from these houses to the main sewer line. Dirty water overflows from the house manholes and gully traps and it becomes impossible to stay particularly for the Ground Floor residents. This is a usual problem and it happens in every 2-3 months. We will appreciate if you can look into this matter and do the needful...

                            मैं कोंडली गांव मे रहता हुँ और हमारी पुरी गली वाले लोग सिवरो के Over Flow से बहुत परेशान है, सारी गंदगी सिवरो के भरे होने के कारन सिवरो के ऊपर से ही बहती हैं जिसकी वजह से गली मे बहुत ही गंदगी और बदबू रहती हैं, हमने कई बार इसकी शिकायत संबधित कार्यालय मे की पर कोई सुनवाई नहीं हुई व लगातार हमें इस समस्या का सामना करना पड़ रहा हैं, कार्यालय के कर्मचारी ना तो ठिक ढंग से शिकायत पर कोई कार्यवाही करते हैं अत: आपसे निवेदन हैं कि कृप्या आप इस गंभीर समस्या से हमे निजात दिलवाए ! मैने पहले भी इस साइट पर कंप्लेंट की थी लेकिन आज तक कोई जवाब भी नहीं मिला ! !! धन्यवाद !!                                 शिकायत इस प्रकार है कि, यमुना बाजार, (कश्मीरी गेट, नजदीक निगम बोध घाट के पास- दिल्ली- 06 ) में यमुना के किनारे बने घाटों के सामने बिछी पानी की स्ट्रीट लाईन में पिछले करीब एक महीेने से पानी नहीं आ रहा है। इसकी शिकायत दिजबो के कॉल सेंटर पर दिनांक- 11.02.2015 को दी गई जिसका शिकायत नंबर- 1815 है। लेकिन अभी तक कोई कार्वाई नहीं हुई है। पानी के न आने से यहां रहने वाले लोगों को भारी परेशानी उठानी पड़ रही है। आसपास कोई एेसा सरकारी नल भी नहीं है जहां से यहां के लोग पानी ले सकें। अब गर्मी के मौसम ने दस्तक दे दी है इसलिए यहां रहने वाले लोगों और यहां आने वाले तिर्थयात्रियों को काफी परेशानी हो रही है। इसलिए आपसे अनुरोध हे कि इस समस्या का तुरंत कोई समाधान किया जाए। धन्यवाद प्राथी अनिल शर्मा घाट न- 20, यमुना बाजार, दिल्ली - 6 फोन- [protected]

                                  This is regarding the above K.No. [protected] of Mr S K Bhattacharya, resident of K-47, C Sheikh Sarai, Phase -II, Delhi.

                                  I am Gitanjali Mukherjee (Grand daughter of Mr. SK Bhattacharya) writing on his behalf. He is a 93 yr retired old man, staying alone. He is receiving high rated bills. As a single person the consumption of water cannot be so much as the bills are showing.

                                  We would like to highlight that on 10 Mar'14 Rs 1000 against bill no.[protected]bill raised on 3 March 2014) was paid. After that new meter was installed on 12 Aug 2014.

                                  On 07 Jun'14 My Grandfather receive another a bill of amounting Rs 19100, within 3 months he receives a bill of such a huge amount.

                                  Then it has become a regular affair of sending inflated bills. My grandfather is a pensioner and he cannot pay such huge amount. Also the comsumption of water is not as huge as bill.

                                  Recently we have received a bill of RS 23501 which is unbeliveable.

                                  Also my grandfather has submitted writen complaint to Delhi jal Board office on 16 June 2014 at Delhi Jal Board office, but till date no action was taken and repeatedly my grandfather is receiving such abnormal bills

                                  I would request you to kindly take immediate action in this matter and adjust the bill which was paid time to time. If necessary, please check the meter condition which is giving the high reading.

                                  Also request you, please do disconnect water supply.

                                    Dear Sir, First of all we thank you Delhi Jal Board Department for providing us Water Connection through K. No. [protected] at our residence in the month of September, 2014 and we have paid the Bill No.[protected] for Rs. 17084/-. But, my complaint is that since inception, after payment of above bill, there is no further bill appearing either on Online or no service at door step. As We understand there is a provision of payment of bill on monthly basis, but since Nov, 2014 there is no bill appeared or received. As a measure, there is a provision of payment o[censored]nit wise payment which starts from 0-10= Rs. 2.[protected] and units 30 & above= Rs. 33.28 per unit + service charges. Sir, In our case, as there is no bill received either both way physical or online, this is not our fault but the fault of Department, which we understand this is a tactics of the Department to impose heavy bill on the innocent customers. In my case, I am ready to pay the bill proportionate to monthly units consumed in a particular month, which you may kindly make a note the same. Please do not impose the bill based on the total units consumed as on date, which tantamount to heavy burden in our pockets and we hope you will kindly charge us on monthly water consumed unit basis. Also please request you to upload the bill on your website, so that we can see the bill on monthly basis, so that excess charges can be avoided. Therefore, you are requested to kindly consider my case as a special because non receipt of bill as stipulated above is the mismanagement of department not mine, wherein I will pay only monthly payment (based on units consumed in a particular month & units consumed in further months viz a viz), if any. Since last five years no one is living on the floor, which this meter belongs to (IInd floor) . Even there is no motor installed and no other provision to supply the water to top floor. Where as the bill has come in high figure of 7970.00. We are a family of only two members and live on the first floor of the same house and we have been using / paying for the bill charges of the other meter that is meter no:[protected]. Request you to kindly lok into the matter and reduce the bill to the actual so that we can make the payment. Your immediate action in this regard will be highly appreciated.
