शिकायत इस प्रकार है कि, यमुना बाजार, (कश्मीरी गेट, नजदीक निगम बोध घाट के पास- दिल्ली- 06 ) में यमुना के किनारे बने घाटों के सामने बिछी पानी की स्ट्रीट लाईन में पिछले करीब एक महीेने से पानी नहीं आ रहा है। इसकी शिकायत दिजबो के कॉल सेंटर पर दिनांक- 11.02.2015 को दी गई जिसका शिकायत नंबर- 1815 है। लेकिन अभी तक कोई कार्वाई नहीं हुई है। पानी के न आने से यहां रहने वाले लोगों को भारी परेशानी उठानी पड़ रही है। आसपास कोई एेसा सरकारी नल भी नहीं है जहां से यहां के लोग पानी ले सकें। अब गर्मी के मौसम ने दस्तक दे दी है इसलिए यहां रहने वाले लोगों और यहां आने वाले तिर्थयात्रियों को काफी परेशानी हो रही है। इसलिए आपसे अनुरोध हे कि इस समस्या का तुरंत कोई समाधान किया जाए। धन्यवाद प्राथी अनिल शर्मा घाट न- 20, यमुना बाजार, दिल्ली - 6 फोन- [protected]

    This is regarding the above K.No. [protected] of Mr S K Bhattacharya, resident of K-47, C Sheikh Sarai, Phase -II, Delhi.

    I am Gitanjali Mukherjee (Grand daughter of Mr. SK Bhattacharya) writing on his behalf. He is a 93 yr retired old man, staying alone. He is receiving high rated bills. As a single person the consumption of water cannot be so much as the bills are showing.

    We would like to highlight that on 10 Mar'14 Rs 1000 against bill no.[protected]bill raised on 3 March 2014) was paid. After that new meter was installed on 12 Aug 2014.

    On 07 Jun'14 My Grandfather receive another a bill of amounting Rs 19100, within 3 months he receives a bill of such a huge amount.

    Then it has become a regular affair of sending inflated bills. My grandfather is a pensioner and he cannot pay such huge amount. Also the comsumption of water is not as huge as bill.

    Recently we have received a bill of RS 23501 which is unbeliveable.

    Also my grandfather has submitted writen complaint to Delhi jal Board office on 16 June 2014 at Delhi Jal Board office, but till date no action was taken and repeatedly my grandfather is receiving such abnormal bills

    I would request you to kindly take immediate action in this matter and adjust the bill which was paid time to time. If necessary, please check the meter condition which is giving the high reading.

    Also request you, please do disconnect water supply.

      Dear Sir, First of all we thank you Delhi Jal Board Department for providing us Water Connection through K. No. [protected] at our residence in the month of September, 2014 and we have paid the Bill No.[protected] for Rs. 17084/-. But, my complaint is that since inception, after payment of above bill, there is no further bill appearing either on Online or no service at door step. As We understand there is a provision of payment of bill on monthly basis, but since Nov, 2014 there is no bill appeared or received. As a measure, there is a provision of payment o[censored]nit wise payment which starts from 0-10= Rs. 2.[protected] and units 30 & above= Rs. 33.28 per unit + service charges. Sir, In our case, as there is no bill received either both way physical or online, this is not our fault but the fault of Department, which we understand this is a tactics of the Department to impose heavy bill on the innocent customers. In my case, I am ready to pay the bill proportionate to monthly units consumed in a particular month, which you may kindly make a note the same. Please do not impose the bill based on the total units consumed as on date, which tantamount to heavy burden in our pockets and we hope you will kindly charge us on monthly water consumed unit basis. Also please request you to upload the bill on your website, so that we can see the bill on monthly basis, so that excess charges can be avoided. Therefore, you are requested to kindly consider my case as a special because non receipt of bill as stipulated above is the mismanagement of department not mine, wherein I will pay only monthly payment (based on units consumed in a particular month & units consumed in further months viz a viz), if any. Since last five years no one is living on the floor, which this meter belongs to (IInd floor) . Even there is no motor installed and no other provision to supply the water to top floor. Where as the bill has come in high figure of 7970.00. We are a family of only two members and live on the first floor of the same house and we have been using / paying for the bill charges of the other meter that is meter no:[protected]. I have tried to complaint servel times of same in our local area Delhi Jal borad office which is in Karkrola Mor but No body is responding me and even I have not found a single person on his / her sit.               This is to inform you that there is something wrong with our water meter . We pay a very high amount of bill of water even higher than electricity one .
              We were out for 20 days and when we came back we noticed our water bill was same as before ; the amount didn't change . And how this is possible, if we think practically one cannot use Same amount of water in 10days which they used in whole month .
              So I think there is something wrong with bill or meter and I request you to please see over this issue and take each possible step to help otherwise our amount of Bill will reach high heights.

                Yesterday, i was submitting my water bill online. My water bill KNO no. is [protected] and bill ID is[protected]. Suddenly, the digit of the KNO no is replaced by the other digit and the new KNO no. is formed, which is [protected]. the amount of our bill 1014 rs and the other person's amount is 14122.79 rs and his name is SHRI TRILOCHAN SINGH by the debit card of no. [protected]. The Online Payment Transaction Ref. / 3rd Party Payment Receipt No. : BCND[protected]. This is the DJB Payment Receipt No.[protected] of SHRI TRILOCHAN SINGH.

                  We have received the bill from 23.09.2013 to 27.12.2014.. the water reading status is shown is 390 to 620 from the same date as above and bill is of Rs. 27940 .. but when on dated 06.1.2015 our new meter installed, on same day the meter reading was 405... so pls.. check the status properly...and revert as soon as possible...                       Respected Sir, I would like to draw your kind attention towards the illegal water connection for commercial use at: New Saeed’s Restaurant, C-96/1, Gali No.14, near Mandir, Zakir, Nagar New Delhi 110025. I complained to Delhi Jal Board on their telephone number and my complained no. is 22142 on 9/12/2014. So far they have not taken any action on the complained. It is very sad to see that people who have a legal connection & paying water bills regularly are deprive from water. This restaurant using illegal connection, they are using heavy water motor pump. They use long pipe joined from outside to inside their restaurant, without having any legal connection, on account of which people who have a legal water connection are suffering from scarcity of water. I also want to add here that all the wastage of the shops items i.e. Fats and Bones of Chicken are flush by them into a sewer system (i.e. Sewage system where all colony rain water goes) and block the same. And now whole water is stuck in road side due to which Malaria and Dengue Mosquitoes are developing and creating health problems for nearby Society.                         Wrong Status Shown in Bill

                        The meter reader mentioned the wrong current reading status as NS (No Status) and previous reading status as PLOC (Premises Locked) because according to him the unit reading was not increasing but the fact is that we do not waste too much water and keep the use of water minimal. Our meter is working and in good condition but the meter reader reported 88 units which were the total units since the meter had been replaced. Now the bill has come...

                        I have not consumed water supplied by DJB since last six months but have recieved bill dated 26.01.2015 for Rs. 2371/-. On enquiry at ZRO West II, Punjabi Bagh, New Delhi Office it was told that billing has been done on the basis of average consumption and the meter has been shown as stopped. They also insisted that the amount is to be paid compulsorily and the meter is to be replaced. I requested to get the meter checked but they refused.
                        Now the question arises
                        1. When I have not consumed any water why I should pay other than fixed charges.
                        2. My meter is in running condition then why it is not being checked and replacement is being insisted.

                          Leakage of water supply line at two places at Hanuman Mandir Marg, in Sewa Nagar was reported. Till date leakage was not fixed, road has been damaged badly So you are once again requested to fix the water leakage in O-Block Sewa Nagar (at Hanuman Mandir Road) as this leakage is further damaging the road causing inconvenience to local residents & roads uses.

                            Sewer line is leaking at the slip Road, while going from Lodhi Road to Pragati Maidan. This leakage is damaging the road, causing inconvenience to the road user and also causing nuisance and also may cause accident also. So, you are requested to repair the leakage immediately.

                              Ref. my K no. [protected], I am receiving my bill very late which has already been reported to you before. Today (11.02.2014) I have received my water bill at about 1.30 pm which says the Bill Due Date is 11.02.2015. Please advise how can a person can make the payment so fast and instead of consumer who should be penalised. You can check from record that for negligence at your end we have been penalised.                                 My written information about installation of new water meter at 10/339, Sunder Vihar, New Delhi - 110087 was not acknowledged by DJB on 04.02.2015. Old water meter was STP and I was receiving water bill @22KL per month. My application was not accepted by NANGLOI WATER SERVICES PVT LIMITED, NEW DELHI with the remarks that meter replaced without information. Provide application to replace meter at office and NWS will replace meter with 'DJB' Meter. As per latest water bill of Rs.1, 029/- paid on 17.01.2015 which is upto 17.12.2014. It is requested that after installation of new water meter. water bill may be sent after reading is taken from the new meter installed. It is strange that private limited company is authorised not to accept the written request of change of water meter of Delhi Jal Board.                                   My water bill for the KNO [protected] dated 07 Oct 2014 to 18 Dec 2014 is Rs. 1087, whereas my previous meter reading was 136 and current meter reading for the above mentioned dates are 155, consumed units for the month from Oct 2014 to Dec 2014 are 19 units but I had received the bill of 53 units for which the amount to be paid is Rs.1087.                                       Hi Team, This is to inform you that we have not received the proper water bills. The entire problem was the previous connection was in the name of my Father Late Shri S.N. Dewan, later we asked for the transfer of the meter connections in the name of Vijay kumar Dewan and Shri. Ramesh Kumar Dewan. Later on we received a letter From Delhi Jal board to deposit infrastructure charges which was Rs.128475 for two connections, which we paid on 30th May 2013 by Bank Draft on Axis Bank Rajinder Nagar Branch. Further to your notice we got another letter to deposit Rs. 2300/- for New Connection which was deposited by Cash on 17th Jun 2013. And after that we started receiving the normal bills and after that we received the recent Bill which was incorrect and we logged a complaint (reference number: [protected], [protected]) and then one gentlemen from Delhi Jal board visited our place took the reading of the meter’s informed that it will be corrected and Delhi Jal board we will resend the new bill with the corrections. However we received another copy of bill yesterday evening ( Bill #[protected] dated 30 Jan 2015 to be paid by 16th Feb 2015 for amounting Rs. 3428/- which was again incorrect and the account name mentioned this bill is also Incorrect. I would request to you please take necessary action with immediate effect and rectify our bills as reading is already taken by your service person. And send a copy of the new rectified bill on urgent basis if no communication from your side with in next 5 working days, then I shall be compelled to proceed this matter in RTI without any further Notification. Along with this I am attaching all required documents for your reference.
