Manhole Leaking in back lane

The Manhole just behind my building at Hudson Lane is broken from inside and is leaking, so every time the water level it in rises, water starts seeping into my basement. Please get it repaired, because the water floods my basement every 15-20 days or so....

Mixing of sewage water in daily used water
