Dear Sir/Mam, I would like to bring in to your notice that I am a permanent resident of Delhi and never seen such a pathetic situation of water supply since my childhood. This is first time, we have been forced to think are we living in capital of India??? From past few months, we are getting very dirty and smelly water in our inhouse water taps. However, in the last few weeks we received clean water as well... but again we are getting Sewer water, we can not use this water for any purpose neither for washrooms... Total wastage of water and electricity...because we do not get water without electric motors...so electricity would also be wasted along with the water... And at the end, no one would be accountable, we have to pay heavy bills for both electricity and water...AAP says they have reduce the charges of water...what's the benefit of reducing charges if we are not getting clean water... Modi ji is running swach bharat abhiyan and we are getting dirty water in our houses...these political parties are good for nothing...situation of delhi is getting worsen... I would request you highlight this issue on priority to delhi jal board...being citizen of Delhi it's our right to get the clean water...obviously we are paying huge amount of bills to the government...kindly notify delhi jal board about this...     Further to my grievance below:- Grievance Id: GRV/STZ/2014/041744 Subject: Blockage of Sewer Line- G-79 Saket Grievance Filed Date and Time: 11/20/14 7:24 AM Zone: South Saket New Delhi[protected] Submitted by: Commodore VKr Wadhwa VSM After filing of above complaint, the DJB cleared the line by removing bricks from the sewer on 26 Nov 14, as a portion of sewer had collapsed inside leading to blockage. The overflowing sewer water had also entered the main water supply line of DJB, a major health hazard. Although the blockage of the sewer line in the service and back lanes of G- 79 Saket New Delhi- 110017 has been cleared, the main sewer has still not been repaired. The remaining part of sewer can also collapse any time, as also seen by the area Zonal Engineer who had promised to take expeditious action to replace/repair the sewer. Regret to state that despite lapse of almost two weeks no action has been taken by DJB/MCD to resolve the problem or find permanent solution to repeated blockage problem. It seems, the authorities are deliberately going slow for resolution of this problem. I therefore request you to please take an immediate and urgent remedial action before the situation gets worse.       Respected sir/madam, I am a residence of 13-C Gali no.2, Defence Enclave Part-II, Mohan Garden, Uttam Nagar, New Delhi: 110059. I would like to bring your attention about billing problems. My bill not come to time to time because my area code is wrong, I have already submitted a complaint in Delhi Jal Board but area code is not corrected yet and one more bill I have also received some time ago bill amount is about 12, 000/- rupees. My billing amount is also so hike but my consumption unit is 74 only, and also water supply of our area is very poor, sometime 4 to 5 days water supply does not come.             I am in receipt of yet another water bill vide bill No. :[protected] dt.1.11.2014 without any correction in accordance of my repeated complaints in last 4 years. I draw your attention to our various earlier Email Dt.16.06.2014 & letters ( Dt.16.01.2014, 17.4.2013, 25.12.2012, 3.9.2012, 19.3.2012 ) requesting DJB to kindly correct the erroneous bills that have been carried forward for over 3 years now. I am regularly depositing my present bills till date, I have recently deposited Rs.10732 against bill no.[protected] for bill from 20.08.2014 to 27.10.2014 in addition to my past bills except erronous amount being carried forward. Although I have continued to represent but I hope that you will help us get reprieve from the torture of this continued wrong bills.

              I capt vishnu parsad dwivedi resident of B-285 saraswati vihar Delhi -10034, we have two meters in the house, 1. meter no. is 2013A2076578 we received bill for it no. is[protected] for rs 27780 it is completely wrong, as all earlier bill were about 500 -1000 rs in it, 2nd.meter no. is 2013 A2076869, we received bill for it no. [protected] for rs 1697(It is correct). we are family of five only bill is received for 95 days, I visited office in kanhiya nagar but was not convinced with what authorities suggested . I am retired person from defence, I paid both the bills, I am sure you will understand that 5 persons family cannot consume nearly 30000 rs water in 3 months, please look into the matter since I have received this bill I am having heart pain my wife is also very upset/worried and is in depression, please look into the matter and do the needful, you can contact me on mobile no.                 Our water supply in G- Block, Saket ( Lane G1 - G29) is contaminated with sewerage water as indicated from its foul smell and high turbidity, for the last several months. Complaints are not yielding any results. After our last complaint No. 23105 dt. 22.11.2014 the water is still unusable. The Helpline numbers do not respond. The Helpline website is permanently “ under maintenance”. SHAME !

                  As stated to the subject matter above I want to say that the quality of DJB water in our colony { Mahindra Park, Uttam Nagar } is not so good. There is always a foul smell is coming from the water which resembles exactly to Sewage Water . Also the water is not so clean as it should be . I am attaching a photo as a proof of it.

                    Dear Sir/Madam, I am a resident of Krishna Nagar, New Delhi -29. With due respect it's stated that my water meter no. [protected] is in perfect working condition, despite which am receiving excess water billing. I am also stating that me being a single occupant of the residential unit, it is not possible to get such high water consumption. Moreover, I was also out of the house most of the time during the mentioned duration. I request you to kindly rectify the excessive billing on the basis of actual meter reading which can be verified from the water meter installed. I have filed a grievance online and also given written complaint in the RK Puram branch. They told me that engineer will visit the location and will check the water meter. However, no one has come and yesterday I have received a notice from DJB. Kindly check this issue as soon as possible. I will be highly obliged for the same.                           Dear Sir, This is regarding my water bill for the period 26.08.14 to 08.11.14 for Rs.926.00. Kindly note that the bill is raised without taking the reading of the meter (water Meter No. MJ138421). Since MCD provides water in the Tughlakabad Extn. area only in the morning, and that too after TWO DAYS, I am surprised to see this bill for a period of two months. You are therefore requested to kindly look into the matter and do the needful for regularization of my water bill.                             The Manhole just behind my building at Hudson Lane is broken from inside and is leaking, so every time the water level it in rises, water starts seeping into my basement. Please get it repaired, because the water floods my basement every 15-20 days or so.

Registered a written complaint in Jyly for first bill but no proper action taken.But again without meter reading wrong bill sent Rs 591 . In the Bill Final Current Meter reading Mentioned is 494 as on dt 17/10/2014, however on dated 18/11/2014 the actual reading is 457. Please note that due to wrong reading you have sent the High Bill amount which is not acceptable to me. I request you to kindly recheck the meter reading and send the revised bill so that I can make Payment. Refer our previous bill where there was no such type of consumption.                                     As a result of my complaint in Public Grievance Commission ( PGC ) dated 22/11/13, followed by two hearings, Executive Engineer (N )- 1, has informed PGC as well to me vide his letter no. DJB/EE( N) 1/PGC-2014/343, Dated:[protected] that my location including my house has been connected with internal system of Dakka Jhor area and drinking water will be supplied daily in daytime from 11 a m to 1.00 p m, on line Booster at Parmanand Road. From[protected] to[protected] for about four months the water supply was available from 11 a m to 1.00 p m except some lapses, now from[protected], the supply is very erratic and from[protected] the supply is totally stopped, today I have lodged a complaint at 1916, my complaint no. is[protected]. Today I have contacted JE, ZE and Executive Engineer but no action has been taken, they say we will see. From[protected] I have lodged so many complaints at 1916 and at the same time and contacted to JE, ZE, and Exe. Engr. I would request you to kindly decision of PGC must be honoured and our day supply must be started immediately because we have suffered a lot in the past.G K Tyagi, Mob.                                       We are from Bhogal Vyopar Samiti, (Regd.)

                                      There is mixing of Sewerage leakage in Drinking Water Line in Front of !8, Bhogal Road, Jangpura. And Over flow of Sewearage in Front Of 20, Bhogal Road & 11/4 Bhogal road. The conditions are very bad, there is lot smell is on the road and No body can cross the Road.And there are several complaints from Families that there children are facing Stomach Pain very Badly. As we have contacted Mr. Sudam singh (JE) on [protected] to tell him the problem but he said there is Staff before Monday. We can only provide as the Delhi Jal Board Office opens on Monday.(24.11.2014)

                                        Dear Sir, Sewerage is choking badly in Ravi Kant Marg of F-Block, Laxmi Nagar, Delhi-110092 for the last one month, resulting in coming out and spreading of sewerage water on the road and creating filthy atmosphere. Authority concerned in not caring to solve this long-pending problem in spite of makig repeated complaints. Pls. look into this problem to ensure the healthy to the residents in view of the "Swach Bharat Abhiyan."
