Dt. 18/11/2014 DELHI JAL BOARD, Subhashnagar Branch NEW DELHI SUB: COMPLAINT REGARDING WRONG READING OF WATER METER AGAINST K NO-[protected] DEAR SIR I HAVE RECEIVED THE BILL FROM 28TH JULY TO 17TH OCTOBER-2014 ON DATED 16/11/2014. In the Bill Final Current Meter reading Mentioned is 494 as on dt 17/10/2014, however on dated 18/11/2014 the actual reading is 457. Please note that due to wrong reading you have sent the High Bill amount which is not acceptable to me. I request you to kindly recheck the meter reading and send the revised bill so that I can make Payment. Refer our previous bill where there was no such type of consumption. Now I once again request kindly correct the bill accordingly to enable me to make payment.       As a result of my complaint in Public Grievance Commission ( PGC ) dated 22/11/13, followed by two hearings, Executive Engineer (N )- 1, has informed PGC as well to me vide his letter no. DJB/EE( N) 1/PGC-2014/343, Dated:[protected] that my location including my house has been connected with internal system of Dakka Jhor area and drinking water will be supplied daily in daytime from 11 a m to 1.00 p m, on line Booster at Parmanand Road. From[protected] to[protected] for about four months the water supply was available from 11 a m to 1.00 p m except some lapses, now from[protected], the supply is very erratic and from[protected] the supply is totally stopped, today I have lodged a complaint at 1916, my complaint no. is[protected]. Today I have contacted JE, ZE and Executive Engineer but no action has been taken, they say we will see. From[protected] I have lodged so many complaints at 1916 and at the same time and contacted to JE, ZE, and Exe. Engr. I would request you to kindly decision of PGC must be honoured and our day supply must be started immediately because we have suffered a lot in the past.G K Tyagi, Mob.         Dear SIR/madam This is NEERAJ KUMAR from Trilok puri I want to register a complaint about sewerage water supply in drinking pipe line. we are suffering this problem last two week please take any action immediately. We are already complaint to our area nodal but he not take any action and they peoples never pick phone call.

        We are from Bhogal Vyopar Samiti, (Regd.)

        There is mixing of Sewerage leakage in Drinking Water Line in Front of !8, Bhogal Road, Jangpura. And Over flow of Sewearage in Front Of 20, Bhogal Road & 11/4 Bhogal road. The conditions are very bad, there is lot smell is on the road and No body can cross the Road.And there are several complaints from Families that there children are facing Stomach Pain very Badly. As we have contacted Mr. Sudam singh (JE) on [protected] to tell him the problem but he said there is Staff before Monday. We can only provide as the Delhi Jal Board Office opens on Monday.(24.11.2014)

          Dear Sir, Sewerage is choking badly in Ravi Kant Marg of F-Block, Laxmi Nagar, Delhi-110092 for the last one month, resulting in coming out and spreading of sewerage water on the road and creating filthy atmosphere. Authority concerned in not caring to solve this long-pending problem in spite of makig repeated complaints. Pls. look into this problem to ensure the healthy to the residents in view of the "Swach Bharat Abhiyan."

            From past few days there is a mixing of sewage water and daily used water. Therefore we are suffering a water shortage in this area for a past few days. We complaint the present situation yesterday that is 17/11/2014. The complaint no. is[protected] and no action was taken against the current situation . The problem is occurring for around 12 houses in this colony. Group-1 DDA Jantha Flats, Hastsal, Uttam Nagar - 110059.

                  Dear sir, this is inform you that, I am Satish Kumar from Uttam Nagar, my address is D -36A Block-D Street No 4 Mohan Garden, Uttam Nagar new Delhi 59, we have taken water meter connection old K No [protected] and new K No is [protected]. We and our D block suffering from water problem since last 3 years till now and WE HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE BILL FROM LAST THREE YAERS after asking many time to bill delivery person he say “NO WATER NO BILL” AND TILL DATE WE HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE BILL. Then I go to Paschim Vihar Jal board billing office for asking the matter and bill. The irritated billing person calculate the excess bill amount for 230 units in last 40 days is Rs 10754/- But the total units consume in last many years. I request to you please kindly raised a new bill on actual regularly used reading basis for total 230 KL units in 2.5 years. NOW I CAME TO KNOW THAT IN RECORD OUR WATER METER IS MENTIONED BY 250-C IN PLACE OF 250-A. AND THIS CORRECTION IS GIVEN TO WATER BILL DELIEVRY MAN AGAIN HE PROMISSED TO DO THE CORRECTION IN RECORD. BUT TODAY MORNING I HAVE RECEIVED THE MSG ON MY MOBILE TO PAY RS 9331 BU 1ST DEC 2014 TO AVOID PENALTIE. SO PLEASE LOOK AFTER THIS MATTER AS I M VERY POOR MAN AND IT IS NOT POSSIBLE TO GIVE YOU THE HUGE AMOUNT WITHOUT ANY BILLING DETAIL.                         Dear Sir,
                        We are the residents of Sant Nagar, East of Kailash, New Delhi. In the line from 131 to 55, Sant Nagar, East of Kailash, New Delhi the smelly and dirty water is coming in the DJB water pipe lines for the last about 10 to 15 days. The situation is worsening day by day. The water coming out of water taps is so smelly that not to talk of drinking this smelly/dirty water, you can not use it for taking bath with this water. The water is so smelly that after taking bath with water, you will have a vomiting tendency and feel that you have taken bath with pottey water.
                        This is a very serious matter and could lead to serious health problems.
                        Kindly look into the matter and take immediate action so that the residents could get clean water.

                              Respected Sir, I respectfully draw your kind attention that I am residing at A- 82 (Second Floor) Kewal Park Extension, Delhi-110033. My water meter connection No. is 70773-K, KNO [protected] and my reading is currently running at 527 dated 07/11/2014. As per the current water consumption bill send by your department is Rs.8478/- bill no.[protected] dated 06/11/2014 reading from 783-1043 in my name which used by Smt. Prabhawati Gupta A-82 (First Floor, Kewal Park Extension) and this meter is currently running at 1085. 783-1043 is showing in the meter connected with Smt. Prabhawati Gupta A-82 (First Floor, Kewal Park Extension). I would like to draw your kind attention that my meter No. is 70773- K, KNO. [protected] currently my meter is running at 527 dated 07/11/2014 which is using by me and my consumption bill is not send by you. Latest consumption bill send by your department is Rs.8478/- bill no. [protected] dated 06/11/2014 reading from 783-1043 is not showing in my meter and connection. I have shifted at A- 82 (Second Floor) Kewal Park Extension, Delhi-110033 in July 2014 and I received bill No.[protected] dated 20th June, 2014 amount of Rs. 2713/- which was paid by me was also wrong meter reading i.e 739-783. This meter reading was not matching with my meter connection and meter reading at the same time. Last bill send by you bill No.[protected] dated 24/07/2014 amount Rs. 1954/- was also wrong meter reading and not as per my meter connection reading. Kindly check the meter reading on the spot and send the correct consumption bill. In this bill I have requested for mutation in my name in place of Smt. Prabhawati W/O Sh Ganga Prasad A- 82 (Second Floor) Kewal Park Extension, Delhi-110033 in July 2014. In Mutation bill the reading was also wrong send by DJB. This bill was not as per my meter reading and connection. -2- I would humbly draw your kind attention that the meter reading noted in my connection is not matching with my meter connection No. 70773-K, KNO [protected]. All the bills send by you is not matching with my meter connection and in my bill reading is noted from another meter used by Smt. Prabhaw Gupta A-82 (First Floor, Kewal Park Extension). All the previous meter reading consumption was sent to me was consumed by Smt. Prabhawati Gupta A-82 (First Floor, Kewal Park Extension). You are continuously sending the reading in my bill in meter connected with A-82 (First Floor, Kewal Park Extension) meter connection. The previous all bill was also wrong.                                 Sir, This is to bring to your notice that we have registered so many complaints regarding the blockage of sewer in our block RZ Gali no 4 Tughalkabad exten, but no one has been able to resolve the problem. Whenever a compliant is registered the officials come and do something temporary and go, but the sewer gets blocked every 4 day. We have been visiting JAL BORAD office but as per them this is not handled by them . Also we have been calling MCD and JAL BOARD offices but no one ever came. Because of the sewer problem the whole block is in trouble, as the water from the sewer has come out and it has accumulated all around the street. Dew to which we cant even walk and we are also afraid that we might catch diseases like-Dengue and Malaria. Please find below the latest complaint which we registered online and in past we have registered so many complaints. Please do something!

                                  Hi Jal Board Team, This Complaint aganist a water suplier who is working as a contractor in Pul Pehlad Pur Area also He is staying in Jal board Govt Plot no is HR/173 Street no -6 his name is Mr Pandey who never gives the water to the people who are staying in HR block and He sale the water to out siders and Light and water 24*7 falls in the Plots also some ill egal bussines are running in this plots and Drinker comes everyday and disturb the Girls and Ladies Which is going to be a very bad for us. Request you to kindly visit on this Jal board plot no HR/173 street no 6 by tomorrow and make a complaint aganist My Pandey. Please look into this matter on high proriety. Regards Sridhar

                                  This complaint regards against water supplier who is on contract in Pul pehlad Pur New delhi =110044
                                  In HR block who made illegal house in govt land and staying from long time his name is Mr Pandey
                                  also many illegal activities are happining in this Jal board land people drinks and distrub to the ladies Girls

                                  His family comes everyday and waste the water

                                  Kindly visit on this place and stop the illegal activities and use this land for complete jal board use and ask him to leave this Jal board land

                                  Please take the action on immidiate effect as No one should live in this house.

                                    Dear sir, this is inform you that, i am deepak from uttam nagar, my addressis k-1 56 extn ho.no 56 zaildar enclave mohan uttam nagar new delhi 59, we have taken permission of water meter 2010. and we have taken connection in 2012 why did you sent us 21000 rs bill of water, even we suffering from water problem since 1 year till now, we could not pay 21000 thousands of water bill, please send us bill of water according to water meter.if you have any suspect you can check our meter. thnx & regards deepak kumar
