Sir,

Please be informed that Water Main Supply Pipe passsing through in front of Property No.A-68 disconnected since Regularization of Water Connection against Connection No.[protected] in October 2020. Further a message was received for getting bored within 15 days against the above KNo.([protected]) for the connection installed at A-68 UGF Front Side Mohan Garden Uttam Nagar, New Delhi-110059. The residents immediately contacted the concerned officer and apprised about the above problem which was in the knowledge of the concerned officer. It was given to understand that the Tender is floated for laying the new pipeline and the same shall be done very soon.But it is a matter of great regret that neither the pipeline laid down nor the boring was facilitated by DJB officials till date. The above stated facts are also in the knowledge of Mr. Pawan Sharma Meter Reader, he also tendered the same explanation & even conveyed that tender is allotted to a contractor for laying the pipeline but nothing has been done till date.

I am further shocked to note that a bill of Rs.3928/- is shown outstanding against the abvoe KNO by Delhi Jal Board as on 5th July 2021.

You would agree and appreciate that a consumer is entitled to have a functioning connection once he has paid the dues for regularization of connection & the Delhi Jal Board can not escape from its responsibility.

In view of the above, I approach you to direct the concerned officials to lay down the water pipe line in front of A-68 Mohan Garden and reversal of the bill for Rs.3928/- raised wrongfully.

Yesterday my water meter got stolen from my home. Plz provide new one as soon as possible

Dear Concern,

An unauthorized and illegal water connection working in Street No - 79, 80, 81, 82 Swatantra Nagar Part 3, Narela Delhi. As responsible citizen, have informed many times to local officers and authorities regarding the same, no action has been taken by Jal board Delhi till date.

You are requested to apply strict action and also ensure water wastage, such connection has no checks, keep running till the time water supply remains there. on So please disconnect and take the action against all, whomsoever to have unauthorized and illegal water connection.

It has come to our notice that ILLEGAL BOOSTER PUMP has been connected to the main Delhi JAL board line at adress "C46 A, Housing society NDSE 1, South extn part 1, New Delhi 110049. Strict action must be taken to disconnect the booster pump to restore the water pressure of the locality. Appropriate penalty shall be imposed as per the rules of the Delhi Jal Board.

Water Logging is taking place as water sevage system is not working. Rain water is getting collected and mosquito birth is taking place outside 11/23 East Patel Nagar outside Avantika Hotel

This is to inform you that Our Meter was stolen on 22.12.2020 and I had lodged a FIR to Delhi Police. A copy of FIR is attached for your reference. I have already requested to DJB for installation of a new meter. But no action has been taken at your end. Kindly permit me to install a new meter or I request you to install a new meter from your end.

Water not coming properly and whenever coming it is dirty water.
Only half residents of the Gali are receiving supply of water. Whenever water is coming it is dirty all the time and most of the time there is no suuply of water. near by areas are receiving proper supply . The shortage of water supply is mainly in this gali.
Kindly do the needful in the matter at the earliest.

This is just to informed you regarding the bill charge is irrelevant for kno number [protected] nobody came from last 3 month to take reading and 145 reading charged is not the reading for month of may should be correct our daily consumption is less than 20 kl but they charged 46 units in just 34 days
kindly review this or i have raise this concern with the senior authority or cm mail id

My meter reading currently 900 something but my bill generated and reading showing 1100 something
No one is coming for reading check ..thay are automatically generated bill with their own an own

This is to inform that there is no Water supply in our area Srinagar ranibagh Mahindra park since past 3 days. During this severe pandemic condition, not having water is creating a lot of trouble for us. Please do something about it. It’s becoming really problematic and i urge you to take a strict action and provide the supply as early as possible. Will be really thankful to you.

Again there is no water supply for last 7 days. Please take action on this note & resolve water related issues in my area. It would bhi humble request to you please look into this matter as soon as possible.

We are dealing in Life saving medicines at S-2, Basement, Green Park Extn, New Delhi - 110016. In ground floor Nagaland Kitchen operating their business. The Sewer junction opening near our shop always blocking and overflowing the sewer water and entering in our above said basement. Sir, it imaginable the condition of medicine. It is also highly unhygienic to us. Despite my several request the solution not yet come. We are suffering a lot in physically as well as mentally. So we request you to kindly take a strong step to eradicate the problem permanently.

There is criminal waste of water due to overflowing from tanks in this Pocket 1 of Sec. 9, DDA flats, Dwarka especially flat 269 - (Video cannot be enclosed as it is too large a file - but I can show when your person visits - still photo is Enclosed only.)

Also most flats have put tanks of over 1000lts which is beyond the permissible limit by DJB for water storage of Tanks.

Your personnel may please check this illegal and wrong practice.
Also check the terraces for tank quantity.

All water wastage and excess usage and storage must be checked to stop precious water from being wasted and this precious commodity's every drop must be Saved!

I am suffering from without water after 1month i'll complaint in delhi jal board but not doing any step for this suitition so please, can take step veryvfast i requested you

Dear Sir, This is to draw your kind attention towards my Regular Water Bill which is always generated on the basis of PLOC whereas under no circumstances the premises has always been found locked for last 2 years. Probably it might happen co-incidentally for one (or) two times but logically can’t be possible to happen always. The billing amount generated on this basis is so high that it is nearly three/four times than that of the actual usage. I have been lodging complaints for many times but facing no response failing which I am here to write you. Therefore, I am requesting you to please adjust the overbilling amount at the earliest and send your meter reader to take the current readings always which is displayed in the water meter of my premises. We are not getting water supply from yesterday evening i.e. 01st July 2021. Due to ongoing covid situation everybody stays at home and therefore water consumption is more. Kindly help us ASAP and please start the water supply.

There is no water supply in Mahindra Park Rani Bagh area since morning. There is no way to contact Delhi Jalboard people. Is there any update when the supply wil be restored..

My concern is about wrong meter reading taken and wrong bill generated.
