Dear Sir / Madam,

I am living in sec - 16 Rohini & last 3 years I received the water bills from Delhi Jal Board regularly & paid the bills on time by me.
But since Jan 14 I had not received any water bills & yesterday dt. 22/9/14. I visit Delhi Jal Board Office Sec- 6 Rohini & surprised to see the water bills which is not received by me.
Then I paid the water bills with late fees immediately& register my complaints regarding this to Room No. 7 & My complaint no. is 2628.
Pl. solve this so that I am not facing the same problem in the future.
Kindly also look in to the Rohini Sec - 16 area where the House Owner use the DJB water without connection.They are not paid any bills but use the DJB water.

    Hi I live at Double Storey DDA Flat Garhi, East of Kailash.. From 3-4 Days i am facing problem in getting water supply & Because of this i am having difficulties to do our daily activities & also wasted lots of money in buying water.. Also reach office late daily & living like a paitent... Like we all know Water is life but i am this time i am unable to get it.. So please i request jal board to please solve the problem if there any...

      Dear Sir, Last ten days water not coming because water pipe line operator valve not open properly. Every month 2-3 private tanker come at my home. It is extra charger for me. We are complaint in DJB office but not response by DJB officer.
      Delhi Jal Board customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
      Sir we have shortage of water and it is difficult to survive without private connection too.
      The govt. water comes only for half an hour in seven days.
      Please look into this matter and do the needful.

      We are residence of G-block, kali mandir, Sangam Vihar, near shooting range.We do not get proper supply of water from govt. tubewell, the supply man doesn't supply water in right manner, last we got water 2 months ago till now and due to congusted street we not able to get water tanker.we are so helpless to solve our problem.Please take some immediate action against supplier and provide a water tanker as soon as possible.

        13.09.2014 To ZRO DELHI JAL BOARD GK-II NEW DELHI Sub : Request you to revise water Bill that send on 01.09.2014 against Bill No.[protected] Ref : NEW KNO : [protected] and Bill No.[protected] Dear Sir, This is to inform you that, I have not received water bill since one year. Every quarterly meter reading was recorded regularly but bill never sent by your staff. Now you have send me the bill for Rs.5, 884/- against your Bill No.[protected] which is very unfair and not reasonable and also an ordinary man cannot bear/pay. We do not get sufficient water in Tuglakabad Area .In a week we get water only for 3 days that also for only one hour, In Seven days we get water only 3 hours . In a month Approx .15 days.T his is the water ration we ( IN Tughlakabd AREA) receive. How can you raise very huge bill which is not reasonable and one ordinary man cannot bear. Failure of issuing bill in time is very big mistake from your – staff side..Please regularize your staff .Very frankly speaking I am to able to pay this such a huge bill. Since this bill is not accurate I request you to kindly look in to the matter and send me the revise Bill. Copy of old bill and new bill attached . I would like to bring your kind attention to this matter that New K.A No..[protected] belongs to Smt.Kiran Udadhyay . We live in same building our motor installed in same premises & we get same quantity of water . She gets very less Bill (Bill attached for ready reference).How can it be possible in the same building one gets very less bill and regular Bill another one not getting the bill for one year some of them never gets bill How can it be possible, . Please re-check the system immediately and correct irregularity. Please revise the Bill and sent to me or call me on my number [protected] to pay the amount before due date.           I Gaurav Gera resident of D-1st 12 Ambedkar Nagar, complain about the sewage water supply in our homes rather than fresh water. Because of this dirty, unhygienic, bad smelling water we are unable to perform daily activities i.e bathing, cooking, washing clothes/utensils etc . And moreover by using this water in acute emergency people are getting I'll and it is causing infections . Lines of water supply are very old may it is broken and the fresh water is getting mixed with sewage water.Please look into the matter urgently and kindly take action ASAP .             i am resident of 56, veer nagar, jain colony, near rana pratap bagh, Delhi-7. I have made no of complaints regarding the overflowing sewer in front of my house. YOur officials sitting at R.p.bagh, your JE Mr Mam chand yadav have been approached so many times but no action has been initiated. I would request you to take immediate action as all the residents around us are at great difficulty.

              My K No is [protected]. I got water connection wef 11 Apr 2014 and using water from same date. though I paid development and other charges for water connection of DJB on 07 Dec 2012. I am Defence offficer posted at Kargil and due to field posting my family resides at R-85, G/F, Khirki Extn, Malviya Nagar since Apr 2014. Prior to this house was unoccupied. Water bill No.[protected] dated 11 Sep 2014 amounting Rs. 6034/- received with regular water charges of Rs. 419.53 and arrears of Rs. 5613.65. Reason of arrears not known as my family using DJB water from 11 Apr 2014 and all proof regarding purchase and fitting of water meter, electric motor, etc with same date al ready submitted to DJB office at Saket. Being Defence Officer posted at kargil, not possible for me and my wife to run from one office to another for correction of bill being far away. Please rectify the bill by waiving the arrears, which is incorrect and issue revised bill of Rs. 419.53/- which is actual water charges to enable me to pay by due date i.e 29 Sep 2014.                 sir/madam M/S Beni Sweets, L-35, Vijay chowk, laxmi Nager Delhi-92 is secreatly took a unauthorised connection at the back side lane of his hotel (Lane Where cooking is done by that M/S Beni sweets) and uses thousands of litres of Delhi Jal board water. The preparation of sweets, washing o[censored]tensils of that commercial shop, workers are taking daily bath, washing their cloths, washing of road/lane, washing of that shop etc are frequently done with that unauthorised connection. we have lodge so many complaints but due to his high influence in local DJB office of preet vihar no action has been taken against that commercial sweet shop. kindly take suitable action at the earliest please.                   Earlier I made a complaint vide complaint no.[protected]dt.5th Sept., 14 for clearing the blocked sewer line.Some days back it was cleaned but again now it is full. So, the blockage was not cleared. Pl. get the blockage totally cleared by using pumps/mechanical means & ensure that line is cleared through out upto the header where it is further draining to avoid any further inconvinieance to the residents. regards Brij Prakash D-11/116, sector-8, Rohini, Delhi Mob.                     I am residing in D-83, East Uttam Nagar, Near New Holy public school, New Delhi-110059. for the past few days drinking water supplied is contaminated by mixiing of sewage water in it. I have already lodged a compliant regarding contamination it has been attended but in vain. There is still contamination in drinking water . Water is black in colour with foul smell in it . It is requested to look in to the matter as it is very serious issue because it can cause ailments.

                      I have complaint to JAL BOARD Delhi, in 2012 to take meter reading for my water connection on dated 05 / 03 / 2012 and i requested them to adjust my account as per genuine consumption of water which is very low in my house because we are small family of 3 persons only, but even after that they are sending me average meter reading and nobody is there to Listen for this, very poor attitude and now they sent me a water bill of 26000, so please help me to solve this problem because i don't have time to visit them again and again but my intention is to make the payment on time

I leave for office at around 10 AM and my Flat remains locked during day time on working days, so meter reading is not being taken for the past some time. Average bill is being sent which is on the higher side as my water consumption is less. I am available in my Flat on Saturdays. On 27/02/2015 my meter reading is 1492. Please depute someone for meter reading on the 1st Saturday of March, 2015. My contact number is [protected].

                        महोदय, मैं 184 D PKT GTG ENCLAVE, NANDNAGARI, DELHI - 110093 में रहती हूं मेरा पानी का कनेक्सन नम्बर - [protected] है, मुझे बड़े खेद के साथ यह बताना पड़ रहा है कि मुझे आज तक पानी का बिल प्राप्त नहीं हुआ है, जबकि मैैने नया मीटर भी सबसे पहले लगवा लिया था | बिल न मिलने के कारण समय पर बिल नहीं भरा जाता तथा बिनी वजह पेनाल्टी भरनी पड़ जाती है जो कि सर्वथा अनुचित हैै | दूसरी शिकायत यह है कि जो बिल बनाया जाता है वह बिना मीटर देखे अपनी मर्जी से बना कर भेज दिया जाता है जोकि बहुत अधिक होता है| हर बार मुझे अपना बिल बनाने के लिये लाइन में लगना पड़ता है तथा अतिरिक्त पैसा भरना पड़ता है| इसलिये आपसे नम्र निवेदन है कि मेरा पानी का बिल समय से मेरे घर पर भेजने की कृपा करें जिससे मैं उसे समय रहते भर कर दन्ड देने से बच सकूं| धन्यवाद प्रार्थी सविता नेगी म न - 184 D, पाकेट - ई जी टी बी इन्कलेव, नन्दनगरी दिल्ली - 110093 फोन नं - [protected] ई मेल - [protected]@rediffmail.com

                          This is to inform you - My New K NO. is [protected] - No one comes to check the reading of the meter - I am not getting bills on time - I had to get a bill from your good offices as no bill was received for 3 months - There is a surcharge of 1827. 48 which has been charged due to the negligence on part of Water department - There was a previous balance excess that was paid by us and not adjusted in the current bill - I request you to update my bill on your site so I can pay my water bill asap

                            Its been 1 month now we didn't get a single drop of water. It is really hard to survive now. We have logged multiple complaints on 1916 but no response (reference no[protected]. We even been to our MLA but no response.

                            Can you please look into this and provide us water ASAP.

In our new basi (harijan basti)area water supply held for two weeks. many times I complained to delhi JAL board but no positive response. Sir I am very thankful to you if you would be find the solution and give the instruction to water supply officer. Thanks

                              Dear Sir, I SKSOOD, Vice President, Residents Welfare Association, SFS Flats, B-Block, East Of Kailash, opposite Chandra Arya Vidya Mandir School, New Delhi-65, writing to you on behalf of the residents about our grievances pertaining to Delhi Jal Board regarding the pitiable conditions prevailing in our pump house complex of the colony which is supplying potable water to the residents of the colony. 1.ABOUT THE PUMP HOUSE COMPLEX A. There is a huge crack in the western side wall of the pump house emanating right from the ceiling top and running thru the wall right up to the floor consequently this wall may collapse anytime resulting into huge loss to the property of the pump house complex. B.The lids of the openings of the underground water tank have been badly eaten by the rust and thus are totally finished with the result that unwanted dust, waste material, rainwater always keep on falling into the underground water tank.The openings are temporarly covered by the card boards and wooden planks which get spoiled very oftenly.Further in case of heavy rains when the pump house floor gets flooded with rainwater, the flooded rain water starts flowing into the under ground water tank .This is very harmful for the residents as waterborne diseases may spread in the colony.Not only this algae (green fafundi) has grown allalong in the pump house complex over the top of the undergroundtank. C.The walls of the pumphouse complex need immediate plastering and white wash as probably during last 30 years this point has seldom been taken care off. 2.ABOUT THE POTABLE WATER DISCHARGE PIPE LINE There are total no. of 6/7 bends in the 4inches discharge pipeline supplying water to the complex which keep on leaking very frequently and quite oftenly as the bends are not propely sealed by soldering with ranga(lead) and instead plugged by inserting sutely (rassi-jute) into bend joints.The jute of the jute-plugged joints gets dissolved into the water running thru 4" dischrage water line after sometime and thus these joints starts leaking.Even these dissolved jute contents get supplied to the residets alongwith the water and matter has been repeatedly braught to the notice of concerned ZE but all in vain. These complaints are existing for the last few years and have been repeatedly brought to the notice of cocerned XEN, ZE, AE and JE of the area and no.of times.Even a written complaint was also given to the cocerned XEN on 16th July, 2014 with a copy to Chief Engineer of our zone also on 16.07.2014.As a follow up no of reminders calls have been made to concerned XEN and ZE but no remedial action has so far been taken in this matter for the redressal of our above mentioned problems which are quite serious in nature . Hence we the residents have left with no other choice except than to approach the public grievance cell for immediate solution of our problems.It is hoped that the immediate solution shall be found for our pump house problems Thanking you.                               I M SURPRISED TO NOTE THAT THE DESCRIPTION SHOWS THAT MY COMPLAINT HAS BEEN RESOLVED WHEREAS IN SPITE OF REPEATED REMINDERS AND FOLLOW UPS AND IN SPITE OF WRITING EVEN TO LOCAL MLA THE COMPLAINT HAS REMAINED UNATTENDED.THE RED TAPISM IN THE OUR SYSTEM HAS INCREASED TO SO MUCH EXTENT THAT NOT EVEN A SINGLE OFFICIAL BOTHERED TO VISIT THE SITE EVEN TILL DATE.WE RESIDENTS BECAME FRUSTRATED AFTER SEEING THE NEGATIVE APPROACH OF AUTHORITIES AND ARE WAITING FOR WORSE TO HAPPEN . BUT NOW THE SITUATION HAS EXTREMELY AGGRAVATED DUE TO INCESSANT RAINS, ONCE AGAIN A TRIAL IS BEING MADE TO REVIVE THE ISSUE THINKING PROBABLY THE DEFUNCT DEPARTMENT MAY WAKE UP NOW AND TAKE APPROPRIATE STEPS FOR THE REDRESSAL OF OUR PUMP HOUSE PROBLEM .                                   i am the resident of sreshtha vihar, near anand vihar, delhi-92. no person comes for taking the meter readings and we donot get bills on time and when we get bill it includes late payment charges and the meter readings are false. bill dated 07/09/14 meter no.                                     With due respect and humble submission, I beg to state that myself Shri Amarjit Singh has been getting faulty water bills for the 1st floor of my residence, wz- 215a virender nagar gail no. 2 New Delhi-110058.
                                    this complaint is meant for bringing to your notice of the faulty water bills for the last two occasions ( bill id.[protected] and[protected] which amounted Rs. 6150 and Rs. 6307 respectively and my KNO NO: [protected]
                                    So i request you to look into this matter and do the needful urgently as it is really difficult to pay such huge amounts .

                                      1 have received a bill of rs 16000 as compared to last bill of rs 8, 000 which is not correct
                                      I have registered my complaint with your djb, ashok vihar office, an attendent came after 3-4 days just to tell us that you have to take your meter to the company which we tell they will check it & give u back by 3-4 days, in the mean time you have to arrange for a stand by meter, take the meter out & install it again

                                      Its not our duty to take the meter out & take it to the private company for checking
                                      What kind of customer service you r gving to your consumers after going private you r harrasing us for such inflated bills, so please look into this matter & revert back asap

                                        Dear Sir,
                                        Myself Rajesh S/o Sh. Hari Ram, living in WZ-67 Budhela, Vikas puri, New Delhi - 18. We are receiving contaminated water (mix with Sewer water) for past several months. Despite repeated complaints no action has been taken so far. Your employees just come and see and don't do anything. I have complained to Sh. Rajesh Junior Engineer, at Vikas Puri park several times but he doesn't even register my complaint and formerly says "Ho jayega". Our hole family got patient of Acidity, Diarrhoea, Vomitting and several other stomach problems.
                                        As per above compalint, please do take some serious action and make sure that we recieve 100% sure water as you are advertising. Also, if possible please give me the detail in my email id ([protected]@gmail.com)
