Key no: [protected]: i like paying bills promptly but i do not receive bills. I do not like seeing "arrears" in a bill. Even today i went to the djb website to check because i haven't received any bills; and then paid the bill. It is quite ridiculous that your person (Who is responsible to deliver bills) just puts all the strips of paper (Which are your bills) in any letter box though names are clearly mentioned for each box. Therefore, it i so easy for bills to go missing even if it has been delivered. In this day and age, why is djb obstinately avoiding sending bills by mail or whatsapp (Both don't attract any cost)?? The lady who lives in front of me is fond of wasting water to an extent that she finds excuses for the same.
Her routine includes throwing water on the street even when there’s no need, she begins at 10:30 and goes on till 12 despite my numerous attempts of making her understand the concern.
