I'm a resident of pocket 13, sector 21, rohini, delhi - 110086. We have few residents who waste water very frequently due to overflow of their water tanks. We have even requested them multiple times to install some electronic bell to indicate them about filling the tanks but they ignored our suggestion. These residents are flat no. 85, 86 (Date of incident 27th may, 2019), flat no. 72 (Date of incident 22nd feb, 2019). Attached are the videos.

      I, am writing to complaint about sewer problem at my place, it's been more than 10days the problem persists, i tried reaching through the phone but could not register the complaint unfortunately. Can you send someone to below address: 21/29, west patel nagar at the earliest as it's causing a lot of mosquitos and flies due to sewer which could lead to diseases at home

        I have been using this water connection for 25 years plus. I have two flats in vasant vihar. Namely b-33 & b-35. I have been residing in them for the last 30 years. We have never really used our b-33 flat as we had future plans for the house but never really used it. A bill dated 9th jan 2019 was delivered to me on 15 th jan 2019. A shocking charge on sewerage of rs.4, 330.03/- and the total bill was for rs.10, 382/-. I filed a complaint with the zro based in r. K puram on the 16th of jan 2109 the very next day i received the bill.
        I have photographic proof of the faulty meter reading and this the second time i have received a faulty reading. I paid in excess the last time which you people kept on cutting every month. I am attaching proof of the pic clicked by me on the 16th of jan 2019, which is also admissible in court due to the date encrypted in the pic clicked. K no-[protected]

              मेरा फ्लॅट नंबर 617, सैक्टर - 17-ए, द्वारका है । यह फ्लॅट मैंने श्री संदीप ढींगरा से खरीदा था। अभी तक पानी का बिल श्री संदीप ढींगरा के नाम पर आता था। अक्तूबर, 2018 मे मैंने पानी के बिल मे नाम बदलवाने के लिए ऑनलाइन अनुरोध किया था।

              तीन - चार दिन मे ही मारा पानी का बिल मेरे नाम (यानि के सुरेश कुमार शर्मा के नाम)हो गया था।

              फरवरी, 2019 मे मैंने पानी का मीटर लगवाया और पानी का बिल मिटर से देने हेतु मैने मिटर की रशीद एक प्रार्थना पत्र के साथ दिल्ली जल बोर्ड, सैक्टर-5, द्वारका कार्यालय मे दे दिया था।

              दिल्ली जल बोर्ड, सैक्टर-5, द्वारका ने पानी का बिल मिटर से देना सुरू कर दिया मगर बिल फिर से श्री संदीप ढींगरा जो के पुराना मकान मालिक है के नाम से हो गया।

              मैंने दिल्ली जल बोर्ड, सैक्टर-5, द्वारका से बार - बार मिल कर अनुरोध किया के बिल मेरे नाम (सुरेश कुमार शर्मा) दिया जाए मगर कुछ भी नहीं हुआ ।

              मेरा अनुरोध है की पानी का बिल सुररेश कुमार शर्मा के नाम किया जाए व मुझे सूचित किया जाए।

                I am complaining continuosly for sewer blockage wef 17/5/19 near my house add wz-1850, multani mohalla, rani bagh, delhi-110034, but nothing has been done to resolve the problem so far, surprisingly i have been informed by their customer support that complaint has been resolved and closed by je of area. This is highly objectionable. This has been happened many times in past. Strict action should be taken against the responsible persons this is directly in contrast to modijis swachh bharat abhiyan.                   Dear Sir,
                  I am a resident of RZ/A/63-64, Narsingh Garden, Khyala, New Delhi - 110018.
                  For the last 15 days or so the sewer line in our area is chocked and is overflowing causing inconvenience to the residents . Due to the chocking of the sewer line we are getting contaminated drinking water with danger of epedimics to spread.
                  As the sewer line needs immediate desilting and the concerned authorities are not interested to perform.

                    Please refer to our complaint dtd. 2nd may 2019 regarding faulty water meter of our above mentioned key number i.. E. [protected]

                    Water meter reading not giving reading since march 2018 as per bill dtd. 26th march 2018.
                    We are getting bills without reading and adding lpsc charges very high in every bill since march 218

                    Kindly change the meter and issue bills accordingly without lpsc charges.

                    I have received the Bill of Rs. 37460, for Bill number[protected], this bill is for the period of 17/09/18 to 04/05/19 which is 229 days and units are 717 Kl this is very high for a family of 3.
                    Please resolve the issue as the meter running too fast.

                      I live in maujpur, delhi area, where for last few weeks, the quality of water is very low and unfair to use. The construction of strees and sewers is underway for more than a month. No one responds to complaints. Due to sewage water from water line, we have to brought drinking water from outside but for household work its becoming difficult. Please look into this situation and take action as soon as possible.

                        On 20th may in monday morning when we started the motor to fill up the tank the water was not coming. So, when we called the plumber to check the issue regarding the water supply and then we got to know about that someone has stolen our motor and water meter too. As all this might be happened in the early morning of 20th may. Please register my complain and revert asap.

                          Hi my name is sugandh narang. I live in delhi azadpur. We have water connec tion in name of my grandfather-in-law, mr. Ramji dass narang. Our connection no. Is [protected]. We have not received any bill for last two and half year either through message or in hard copy. And now delhi jal board has sent us the bill of rs.18, 394 for mar to may 19 period including arrear. When i called to bmc helpline no.1916 the executive (Ms. Fatima begam) was very rude and not supportive. She didn't even heard our problem. According to her it was totally our mistake that we haven't received bill and complaint for that. The person in whose name this bill connection exist is a 85 year old person and his son is also a dialysis patient, that is why noone in the family noticed for non availability of water bill. When i asked for the mobile no. On which they are sending us the bill, she provide me vodafone customer care no. ([protected]). I told her this no. Doesn't belongs to anyone in our family and why they have not validated our number, she said that i is not department's duty to confirm if number belongs to consumer or not. When i asked her for detail who have provided this number for this connection for our family, she refused to provide the detail. It is very obvious that no one in our family have provided that number and the executive didn't provide me the detail as she know that it is the mistake on their part. Also, the due date for payment as mentioned in the bill is 27.05.2019.
                          I wonder if department thinks that a middle class person earns this much that they can afford rs.18, 394 bill for water. I hereby request you to resolve this complaint and allow us 50% rebate on this bill and also allow us to pay this bill in installments.

                            Even house was closed Monday to Friday. Only saturday and Sunday open.

                              Is waste alott of ground water and i am sire they dont have any permission to use ground water.
                              They keep the motor on the water is wasted alott full day.
                              I want that well to be closed so that wr can conserve water for our future generations as india is going to face water crises very soon. Its time to take action and stop these foolish and stupid people from wasting water.
                              I will give you my 200 percent support but i want you guys to take action on it as soon as possible and a strict action should be taken so that everyone keeps in mind that water shall not be wasted. Not even a drop of it.

                                Our area mahindra park (Janakpuri) was supposed to get a new water pipeline. The authorities and the workers has dug the roads but are delaying the pipeline process. They are continuously asking for money from every house if they want the connection to this new pipeline. Everyone has given the money but still the road is dug and no pipeline has been put yet. From the past three days water is not coming and we are facing problems. Kindly look into the issue and do the needful.

                                    A-6 krishi niketan, paschim vihar is government residential colony. Since last year water supply to this colony reduced/ cut short. Earlier water supply was adequate for 100 families now there are only 80 families and water supply so short that it does not the requirement.

                                    It is requested kindly restore the water supply as it was earlier (Morning, day and evening) and check that any private colony/ apartment is using lifting pump in the morning and evening hours which may causing problem to government residential colony.

                                      I reside in r - block west patel nagar, new delhi 110008.

                                      There is a problem of water overflow in our area. Almost in every home in our block, there is a constant overflow of water. Even after getting in corrected by nearby plumber, water keeps on flowing in every home.

                                      We, young citizens of india need to realise that instead of wasting, we should try to find a solution. I would like to request you to resolve this issue as soon as possible.
