My name is amy fanai and i live in kalkaji. I have yet to receive any physical copy of my water bill since 2018. My kno-[protected] has this been overcharged to an huge amount of rs.78816.74 and there is no possible way that it could have happened. I do not even pump water everyday.

Please have my meter checked as well as have my water bill delivered so can make payment in appropriate time.
Delhi Jal Board customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
We are residential of block-O Budh vihar phase -1, delhi -86 . There has been no water supply since last 15 days.

We had to ask for water from people residing in other areas.

Everybody is suffering a lot. I will request DJB to fix this problem as soon as possible.
Sewer drain blocked & sewer water coming out of it.

    I've been walking across the street near Bikaner for a week now and observing something which is so disturbing.There's a hole from which underground water is spilling out for 7 days now.It haunts me how people are ignoring it so easily. People have tried putting stone on it. That hole is located near Everbake, Bikaner where all the cars are parked.

      I am a resident of gali no.-11, shashi garden, delhi-110091, i wish to draw your kind attention about the dirty water supply having sewer smell due to sewer line blockage in the street.
      This problem is being faced since a long period and frequently complaints have been registered in delhi jal board but they are not taking any proper action to resolve this. Djb peoples comes sometime and opens the gutter but never clean the gutters properly. Last complaint no. Is [protected] dated 20 april 2019.
      The water is such dirty and smelling that it is not good for washing hands even so how do some one can bath in it or cook in it. If someone use this water for drinking, it can cause serious diseases.
      It is requested to clean the gutters and sewer line thoroughly so that it is not blocked so frequently.

      Hi this is kamal In our area there is outside connection from DDA SFS FLAT LINE which is not legal and in those pipeline people 3-4connetion in a home so I request you to close this stop the illegal water supplies and connection. please do needful as much as possible.

        Sir,
        The water in our locality rohini sector 11 b-3 pocket as well as rest of the sector 11 is stinking, and dirty. We’ve been patient enough waiting for the issue to be resolved, but no one seems to be initiating the solution to this. This water can’t be used for bathing or other essential activities, this matter is being held very irresponsibly. I’ve seen quite a few complaints about the water being stinky in sector 11 please look into it as soon as possible and get is resolved in a day, because it’s getting intolerable.

          The engineer told that my meter is not working but when i saw the bill it was very high i. E. Rs. 8500/- i called the executive on customer care he said rs. 25/- per unit will be charged lump sum if your meter found not working. However as the water is free by delhi government upto 2000ltrs per day and our consumption is less than 1000ltr per day.

          Please take immediate action and reduce my bill as per standard charges.

            There are 3 floors in the building..

                  We may bring to your notice that for the last two years we are facing great difficulty by frequent sewer blockade resulting contaminated drinking water (In our lane from house number a-1/109 to 117 & 76 to 93 and also in the lane from house number a-1/297 to 316). Many more lanes are also being effected from a-1/317 to 331 & 332 to 349, mostly where builders are reconstructing the old houses & breaking the sewer & water line in a unauthorised way (Before getting c form & d form) for the convenience of their labour & chowkidar. We request you to please take immediate action against them so that we should get relief from sewer blockade & dirty supply of drinking water

                      Many complaints have been made for sewer blockage past more than 6 months, but it has not addressed properly. The staff visits and cleans it superficially. Whole street (number 12) of Kanhaiya nagar is facing this problem. A Complaint has been submitted last week through a hard copy signed by residents of the street, but waiting response at your end. The sewer lines are being repaired and new lines have been put in other streets. It is humble submission to take similar action for this gali number 12 as well. We are facing huge and severe problem due to sewage water entering in our house, and is stagnant there since long. You are requested very humbly to take serious note of this issue, as it is affecting and creating various health issues in the family members.

                        Hello sir,

                        This is inform you that there is very very less water supply in our locality (Ward no. 3, mehrauli, new delhi - 110030). Once in a 5 days supply comes only for 40 50 min. Nearby locality water supplies every alternates days or daily for 4-5 hours. We have requested to djb official so many time but no action taken and saying that we are giving supply alternates days. This is 100% untrue. Even they also knows very well. But don't know why they are doing like this. We will apologies if somebody says something to them or some political pressure. Otherwise it is very difficult without water for all o[censored]s in this locality.

                        This is my request to you from be-half of all the member of my locality kindly take immediate action and regularised water supply atleast alternates days. Delhi jal board also done boring in the month of december 2018. But not join with pipeline. Boring is not a permanent solution. This is our humble request to you kindly take action as soon as possible.

Customer care no mobile number hai ab waha se koi call pick hi nhi karta jab main kisi another number se call karta hu toh 1 hi reply milna hai ki aapko complain aage forward kar di hai aaj theek ho jayenga but abhi tak kuch nhi hua...
                          Sir mujhe samajh nhi aaya aisi company ko delhi jal board ne authorized kaise kar diya jinke new meter hi faulty nikal aata hai or customer inhe 1 months se call kar raha hai or yeh complain resolve nhi kar sak rahe hai...
                          Aisi company ko toh unauthorized kar dena chahiye...

                            Sir from last one week i am observing that the water which we are getting from delhi jal board is very smelly, colour black as it looks like sewage water. I did complaint regarding this to delhi jal board customer care through mobile and they told me that they look into the matter but at that for sometime problem solved but after somtime problem started. I request please solve my problem as soon as possible for which i will be grateful to you.

E -16 तीसरी मंजिल की रजिस्ट्री जुलाई 2018 को कराई थी | अगस्त में मैंने दिल्ली जल बोर्ड में नए कनेक्शन के लिए आवेदन किया था और दो माह बाद हमने यहाँ शिफ्ट किया था | हमारी 3rd फ्लोर मंजिल नवनिर्माण है इसके पहले पानी के कनेक्शन नहीं था फिर इसप्रकार की नोटिस भेजा गया है |

                                  आपको जानकारी देना चाहते है की इस प्लाट पर अन्य फ्लोर में चारो मंजिल ग्राउंड फ्लोर मिलकर 7 घरो में की पानी की कनेक्शन दिया गया है अभी हाल में ही 3rd फ्लोर के नया कनेक्शन श्रीमती रिंकु मिश्रा के नाम k n [protected] दिनांक 30.08.2018 को दिया गया है |

                                  अतः श्रीमान से निवेदन है की हमें नोटिस rs. 1, 08, 732 /- किस आधार पर दिया गया है
                                  यदि प्लाट पर कोई पुराना बकया था तब अन्य लोगो को नया कनेक्शन क्यों दिया गया है | कृपया त्रुटि को सुधार कर नया कनेक्शन अतिशीघ्र देने का कृपा करे और उपभोक्ता को इतने बड़े amount पानी का बिल भेज कर परेशान न करे हमारी दिल्ली सरकार पानी मुफ्त दे रही है |

                                    Dear sir/madam

                                    I am looking for my new k. No. Apparently i could not find it through your rms portal. The error message is: "kno does not exists for the provided details or consumer details might have been transfered to different zone."
                                    As per my older bill - area = 16/sw-1, meter reader code = 328, sub-area code = a-10, water connection # r-72973 and k. No=[protected].

                                    Kindly help as i would like to pay anything outstanding on my part and keep water connection. Please note that during some digging in my area, water connection was broken and staff-on-ground insisted to be provided with xerox of 2019 bill.

                                    Your quickest help will be much appreciated.

                                        Sir,

                                        I am pradeep kumar mittal, r/o 179, l & d pkt, pitampura, delhi. I have received regular water bills of that flat but i would like to inform you that there is no one living and no one is use water of that flat for the last 12 years. I have received water bills in the amount of rs. 70, 111/- why? Still, i was checked to visit there my water meter was not there, somebody had stolen my water meter. Why delhi jal board charged this much amount in what ways? Even, i will show you my electricity bills they charged 0 amount.

                                        Sir, i am requesting you please waive of my amount bill without meter and no single use for a longtime.

                                        Please look into my matter and resolve it.
