I am resident of g - block, deep vihar, delhi-110042 and water supply is very contaminated with sour smell also coming from water. Water is yellowish colour as per photo enclosed..

Djb supply water at once in two days however the same also is not clean and no use.

However which djb administrative authority our locality constitute/situated not coming/mentioning anywhere..

Kindly look the matter as it is very difficult to bear with dirty water availability..

There is no water supply in whole building for the last 1 month in h. No - 1322 street no 8, govindpuri, new delhi. The water supply has not been restored as any water released is pumped by heavy motors installed by the residents who are living in front row depriving us from getting any water.

Kindly look into this and save us from lving a miserable life without water.

While checking online of my water billing status, i observe that excess billing for the period of 20/07/2018 to 06/09/2018 for 48 days, unit consumption 21 unit and average consumption of 13.13 unit per month. It is less than 20 unit and covered under "0" rated slab. Similarly for the period of 06/09/2018 to 11/01/2019 for 126 days, unit consumption is 83 unit and average consumption is 19.76 unit per month. It is also less than 20 unit and covered under "0" rated slab.

You are requested to review the above said bill and correct/ wave off the same bill urgently and unnecessary harassment.

For your information since last two year i have not received hard copy of bills.

I am one of the resident of rajouri garden c3 block. Our area is suffering from highly dirty and smelly water from past one week which is not even suitable for washing and cleaning purpose, no one can even think of drinking it. It smells like it comes from some dead bodies. Please help us in this matter since it becoming a serious issue and already made some persons hospitalised.
We hope that our government will take some strict action in this matter so that we can proudly say that we are delhities

I am residing permanently at RZ 343 M gali no 6 Raj nagar part II palam 110077, My KNO No [protected], I have some serious issues please look into and rectify---

1) I have not given any request to change my mb no email id but it has been changed which is not mine. please update my mob no which was documented with you from initial. However my mob no is [protected] and email id [protected]@gmail.com.

2) Presently my meter reading ig 363 units but as per your bill no[protected] dt 30 nov 2018 shows from 29 apr 2017 to 20 mar 2018, 280 units and billed as Rs 6073/-, till now meter reading is 363, diffrences only 83 units has been used fro 30 Apr 2018 to 10 apr 2019. which is not possible . Meter reading might be wrong. as per govt policy 20 units per month is free.

Therefore it is requested that my mob no and Email Id may be updated and water bill may be updated as soon as possible .

This is to inform you that after taking water connection in february 2019, we have never received good quality water in our area (A 12, adarsh nagar, jeevan park, uttam nagar, delhi 110059, behind appar nursing home). First of all we are getting water in alternate days and despite of that if you deliver dirty and smelly water then how will we survive?
I have made telephonic complaints several times to jal board complaint but all in vain.
If you do not have capacity to provide fresh water (At least usable) then why had you given the connection?

I alpana tripathi is having two property in jawhar park, one is e - 70 and other is e-71.
E-71 is constructed and my tenet are living there, my other property e - 70 is disputed, one person name syham tiwari illegally trying to grab that property. The case is in court
I have a legal connection of water and electricity on e - 71, and we have no connection on e - 70.
Now that person shyam tiwari try to take water connection on our property.
And he tempering with our water supply lines in e - 71.
Hence requesting to take some appropriate and quick action on his this illegal activity

Have a blocked drain in 70-b friends colony (West), new delhi 110065, (Opp. Manor hotel, near friends club) please get it opened. It is very difficult as sewage will flow into my house! Tho we had complained at your office and a man had come, he did not resolve the issue! Please get it opened. Every year it’s the same situation. Please find a permanent solution for it!

Dear sir/ madam
There is a lot of water being wasted 2-3 times a day as water tank of building 4a/54, old rajender nagar, continues to overflow for more than half an hour such that water reaches the main bada bazar road also; the road is 24*7 wet ;you can come anytime and check. Someone told me that earlier also people have complained about this but no strict action has been taken against the residents.
There are 1-2 more buildings also in the same lane from which water overflows occasionally.
Delhi has water scarcity problem;also summers have come thus water consumption will also increase. Moreover stagnant water is leading to breeding of mosquitoes.
I request you to please take proper action regarding this issue.
Residents can be asked to at least have alarm bells for their water tanks, otherwise they should be fined.

In ramesh nagar block 3 dirty, fouly and contaminated water is supplying in household since one month. It is so dirty that even difficult to use in toilet. It is very likely spread of several diseases who are using it. There is grave danger for those poor and other who mistakely drink it.

Please check it and ensure supply of clean pure and potable water.

I am one of the resident of nanhe park which comes under the matiala area. Our area is suffering from highly dirty and smelly water from past one month which is not even suitable for washing and cleaning purpose, no one can even think of drinking it. It smells like it comes from sewer water. Please help us in this matter since it becoming a serious issue and i have been already hospitalised abdomen pain due to infection.

We hope that our government will take some strict action in this matter so i would request you to please check the water supply pipe and resolve the issues.

I have an issue regarding sewage water supply that is currently being supplied from the delhi jal board in my locality.
Water quality is so poor there is a foul smell in that and we cannot use it for anything be it drinking or washing.
I have also filed a complaint regarding this on djb's tool free no. (1916) but no action has been taken as of now.

Kindly look into this matter asap.

With regards your emergent and urgent interference is required to look into the matter and to direct official concerned to check sewer and water pipe line as early as possible since in early morning when i opened water supply tap, the water which flow out the tap was of black colour with foul smell and it appeared to be water of sewer line.

It is further to bring to your kind notice that dirty and filthy water of sewer come out on the street road in front of plot no. 160-161 in pkt-2 of sector 24 not only during the water supply but keep on oozing, and become more virulent during water supply. It is, therefore, requested to look into the matter and to save the health of the resident as due to dirty foul smelling sewer water there may arise epidemic disease like that of hepatitis, cholera etc.

Sir we are facing the problem of sewer overflow since 3 month the sewer water spread in whole street we can't walk easy we are facing a huge problem of sewer overflow we complaint about it so many time but resolution due to this. Overflow we are facing many disease and rain water also gather on street it cannot go through anywhere like there is no way of water passing out so kindly pay attention towards this major problem

It smells like it comes from gutter. Please help us in this matter since it becoming a serious issue and already made some persons hospitalised.

We have complaints so many times to concern authorities but no one take any action
We hope that our government will take some strict action in this matter so that we can proudly say that we are delhities

Please check the quality of water, its to dirty and smelly.
We are facing dirty water issues from last 1 month, the water is being supplied dirty everytime that smell like sewage water & look very black in colour.
There are small children who are being affected. Please help us as soon as possible
Which kind of water you people are supplying that you also can't drink or leave that you can't stand over there where water are we keep the water for drinking purpose.
The quality of water is being supplied so dirty that the use of chlorine or you people are supplying from direct sewage at our end is also being useless.
The people in our area are suffering severely from mamy diseases such as diarrhea, food poisoning, skin allergies and also urine infections.
This is a really critical issue and we are really suffering badly.

Kindly take action on this asap otherwise i have only one option for you people & that is court complaint.

My complaint is that our colony okhla tank delhi jal board govt quarters there are so many street dogs terror and day by day so dangerous. Dogs are attack playing childrens and any person will come then dogs are attacking this is to inform you this issue our safety and security please take immediate action

This is to let you know that i am very worried upon receiving my water bill having the amount much bigger beyond what i am always expecting. I have done and always doing some neccesary steps in order to preserve water to avoid excessive water bill.in this regard i am requesting you to do some cheking in your part to find what caused this problem and rectify it. Thank you and i will look forward for your immediate response/action regarding this matter.

Please note we are receiving wrong billing without meter reading and in this regard many time complains reported but always receiving wrong billing.
Against subjected K [protected] we have received INR 3158/- billing amount but as per Delhi Government announcement we are eligible to get 10000 LTR water every month.Our Meter reading is 00214968.
We have also enclosed photo of meter reading.
Kindly ensure billing amount should be ZERO as earlier possible as the payment due date declared 12th April 19.
