Dear sir, i m resident of c-434, g. F., sector-1, avantika, rohini delhi-85. I have a water connection in k no. Is [protected]. Sir my water bill is coming very high from last few months. Kindly check my past bills and correct the bill accordingly. Also please note that our building has total 4 floors, and water connections are only 2. So please check this and correct my bill as per the past consumptions.

        Dear Sir,

        This is to bring to your notice that water supply in the Area of RaghuNagar pankha road has been stopped with no reason for last 4-5 days .Colony members went to DJB office and filed a complaint for the same but have had no response till this time.We also tried calling at various DJB customer care no. provided on the internet and website but no one from the customer care is picking up the call.

        Requesting you to kindly look into this matter and do the needful as soon as possible. We are suffering very badly with no supply of water here. We wake overnight everyday waiting for the water but there is no supply of water from last 5 days.

        Earlier, few colony members visited local Volunteer Shashi from AAP and Mrs.Rekha Chauhan regarding the complain and quick solution. they assured us but no action has been taken till today.

        Kindly do the needful and obliged. !

        1. How many times and for how long we have to check for water supply by wasting electricity and water bills even after not getting water.
        2. Why does out water meter spin/run even if it not delivering water in tank or tap.

          There is huge wastage of water since last 15 days from delhi jal board line due the strom line excavation by mcd contractor in our area. Despite of verbal requests with said contractor they are not rectifying the same and everyday in morning and evening there is huge wastage of water.

          The mcd supply water to residents homes is also getting muddy due to this breakage. The main water supply line is damaged.

          I request authorities to look into the matter and save water. It can lead to sunking of main road also.

              This is to inform you that i live in pratap vihar part-3, delhi-110086 there is a lot of freshwater (मीठा पानी) problem in my resident area. Most of the houses in this area at pratap vihar, part -1, 2, 3 have not installed water connections. Whenever the delhi jal board (मीठा पानी) water comes in our area these peoples openly abuse the water. Someone cleans his house with water, then someone starts washing his car and bike, gali etc. And because of this, the water is not available in my area (Ptaratp vihar part-3 near vishal bagh & nasha-mukti kendra. For this, we all residential have complained to many times in delhi jal board & mla mr. Ritu raj jha. But the problem has not been resolved so far. I have been here for almost 6 years but we do not get enough drinking water. The drinking water line is running in the entire pratap vihar paert-1, 2 and 3area but water does not get more than 1 / half hour around..
              You are requested that the water meter should be install in everyone's house so that all o[censored]s can get properly water.

                  I am one of the resident of budh vihar phase-2. Our area is suffering from highly dirty and smelly water from past one month which is not even suitable for drinking, washing and cleaning purpose, no one can even think of drinking it. It smells like it comes from gutters. Please help us in this matter.

                  I make a complaint on 1916 on customer care. Executive logged the complaints but nobody resolve this.

                    Djb sewer is overfloing near gopala tower, rajendra place and junction of plot no. 45/1, east patel nagar crossing for the last 10 days. Some workers came and did some work last week. But of no use as water is contineusly flowing on the road till now. It is smelling very foul.                         Respected sir/madam
                        I resident of sp-11, maurya enclave pitam pura is using the water connection with kv no. [protected] in the name of shri l. C. Sharma.
                        I want to draw your kind attention towards the problem we are facing due to resending of previously paid bill with dues upto year 2013.
                        On 22nd may 2013 we visited your ashok vihar office and met the officer incharge who told me to pay rs. 44800/- in five installments. Which we paid as follows:
                        22/5/13 - 10000/-
                        28/6/13 - 12000/-
                        29/7/13 - 12300/- + 9500/-
                        31/7/13 - 7000/-

                        And the bill amount was cleared
                        After installing the new meter on 1st august 2013 but the next bill we received on 29/5/14 was rs 53169/- which includes previously paid amount.
                        Even after installing electronic meter till now we are receiving the same bill amount.
                        We visited ashok vihar office to lodge complaint on 27/8/18 but they said that it was not updated in computer records so you have to pay around 1, 00, 000/- or we will cut your connection then after showing the receipts of payments they told us to pay rs. 25000/- by cheque (Cheque no. 46880-sbi)
                        Which they will adjust. But the same bill again was sent without any correction.
                        We visited their 2, 3 times but they did not give any satisfactory answer.
                        Being a senior citizen i am facing too much of inconvenience and my health is also affected by the tension
                        So i request your self to look into the matter and update my paid dues
                        To my record.
                        I hope you will do action as early as possible.

                        The meter against K.No [protected] is working however the meter reader Mr.Panna Lal has been harassing to get the meter changed. He says that the RMS system shows as meter closed and this cannot be corrected. Can you please look into this matter.

                            There is one house they will be wasting lots of water. They don't turn off their motor and water will be water overflowing for more than 2 to 3 hours. They don't even bother about the water wastage and there is no one to see that water is overflowing.

                            The main water supply is getting mixed with the sewer water and the main water supply is getting highly contaminated. Plus the supply of water is uncertain and some times continuously contaminated water is coming for the whole day. This Problem is prevailing in a particular section of houses only.

                                Our area is suffering from highly dirty and smelly water from past one week which is not even suitable for washing and cleaning purpose, no one can even think of drinking it. It smells like it comes from some dead bodies. Please help us in this matter since it becoming a serious issue and already made some persons hospitalised.

                                We hope that your department will take some strict action in this matter so that we can proudly say that WE ARE DELHITIES

                                    I, swati garg residence of c-80, d. D. A. Flats phase - 1, katwaria sarai new delhi - 110016, is facing problem w. R. T. "no water supply" from past 3-4 months. Water comes only on midnight not evening or neither morning particular in our block. We are unable to arrange water for daily basic needs. When we make complaint (Via telephone), then water supply get started for only one day, then it again stopped.

                                    As we are working people, so, its very difficult for us to get up midnight for filling water, as it was the only time we got water supply.

                                    I request you kindly resolve this issue at earliest.

                                    I registered a complaint to Delhi Jal Board for Sewer blockage and the complaint number is 2203.
                                    it's been more than 2 weeks and no one came to resolve the problem.
                                    I tried to call the customer helpline again and it always goes busy as the receiver is held up.
