Dear sir / madam

Sir from last one week i am observing that the water which we are getting from delhi jal board is very smelly, colour black as it looks like sewage water. I did complaint regarding this to delhi jal board customer care through mobile and they told me that they look into the matter but at that for sometime problem solved but after somtime problem started. I request please solve my problem as soon as possible for which i will be grateful to you.

We are not getting sufficient supply of drinking water for the last 15 days and the supplied water is so badly contaminated that we can not use it even for household purposes. The colour of supplied water is black and it was very smelly. This water supply has been continuing since last fifteen days. All colony residents are facing medical problems.
Please take the necessary action.

मैं सुनीता देवी निवासी मकान न. E -16 तीसरी मंजिल की रजिस्ट्री जुलाई 2018 को कराई थी | अगस्त में मैंने दिल्ली जल बोर्ड में नए कनेक्शन के लिए आवेदन किया था और दो माह बाद हमने यहाँ शिफ्ट किया था | हमारी 3rd फ्लोर मंजिल नवनिर्माण है इसके पहले पानी के कनेक्शन नहीं था फिर इसप्रकार की नोटिस भेजा गया है |

आपको जानकारी देना चाहते है की इस प्लाट पर अन्य फ्लोर में चारो मंजिल ग्राउंड फ्लोर मिलकर 7 घरो में की पानी की कनेक्शन दिया गया है अभी हाल में ही 3rd फ्लोर के नया कनेक्शन श्रीमती रिंकु मिश्रा के नाम k n [protected] दिनांक 30.08.2018 को दिया गया है |

अतः श्रीमान से निवेदन है की हमें नोटिस rs. 1, 08, 732 /- किस आधार पर दिया गया है
यदि प्लाट पर कोई पुराना बकया था तब अन्य लोगो को नया कनेक्शन क्यों दिया गया है | कृपया त्रुटि को सुधार कर नया कनेक्शन अतिशीघ्र देने का कृपा करे और उपभोक्ता को इतने बड़े amount पानी का बिल भेज कर परेशान न करे हमारी दिल्ली सरकार पानी मुफ्त दे रही है |

कृपया अतिशीघ्र कार्यवाही करे, सहयोग की अपेक्षा के साथ

Dear sir/madam

I am looking for my new k. No. Apparently i could not find it through your rms portal. The error message is: "kno does not exists for the provided details or consumer details might have been transfered to different zone."
As per my older bill - area = 16/sw-1, meter reader code = 328, sub-area code = a-10, water connection # r-72973 and k. No=[protected].

Kindly help as i would like to pay anything outstanding on my part and keep water connection. Please note that during some digging in my area, water connection was broken and staff-on-ground insisted to be provided with xerox of 2019 bill.

Your quickest help will be much appreciated.

Please refer to subject matter and request to you to replace brokenlid/cover of gutter (Near to water storage tanks) at the earliest. The broken cover is precariously placed and may lead to some mishap. This gutter/sewer lies behind flat no. J/70, sarita vihar new delhi 110076.

I am pradeep kumar mittal, r/o 179, l & d pkt, pitampura, delhi. I have received regular water bills of that flat but i would like to inform you that there is no one living and no one is use water of that flat for the last 12 years. I have received water bills in the amount of rs. 70, 111/- why? Still, i was checked to visit there my water meter was not there, somebody had stolen my water meter. Why delhi jal board charged this much amount in what ways? Even, i will show you my electricity bills they charged 0 amount.

Sir, i am requesting you please waive of my amount bill without meter and no single use for a longtime.

Please look into my matter and resolve it.

Dear sir, i m resident of c-434, g. F., sector-1, avantika, rohini delhi-85. I have a water connection in k no. Is [protected]. Sir my water bill is coming very high from last few months. Kindly check my past bills and correct the bill accordingly. Also please note that our building has total 4 floors, and water connections are only 2. So please check this and correct my bill as per the past consumptions.

This is bring to your kind notice that water supply in the locality of f-75, gali no-10 laxmi nagar is comming only for 1 hour in morning from 6.00 a. M to 7.00 a. M in a day. Due to acute shortage of water supply by delhi jal board, this area citizens are facing problem.
Therefore, you are requested to look into the matter and give furthe direction to resolve it immidiatly.

This is to bring to your notice that water supply in the Area of RaghuNagar pankha road has been stopped with no reason for last 4-5 days .Colony members went to DJB office and filed a complaint for the same but have had no response till this time.We also tried calling at various DJB customer care no. provided on the internet and website but no one from the customer care is picking up the call.

Requesting you to kindly look into this matter and do the needful as soon as possible. We are suffering very badly with no supply of water here. We wake overnight everyday waiting for the water but there is no supply of water from last 5 days.

Earlier, few colony members visited local Volunteer Shashi from AAP and Mrs.Rekha Chauhan regarding the complain and quick solution. they assured us but no action has been taken till today.

There is huge wastage of water since last 15 days from delhi jal board line due the strom line excavation by mcd contractor in our area. Despite of verbal requests with said contractor they are not rectifying the same and everyday in morning and evening there is huge wastage of water.

The mcd supply water to residents homes is also getting muddy due to this breakage. The main water supply line is damaged.

I request authorities to look into the matter and save water. It can lead to sunking of main road also.

Dear sir,
My new k. No. [protected] and i recd. Bill from djb for rs. 5654.85 which is not according to my meter reading i have complan the djb office on 06.4.2019 vise file no. 114574 in the name of dinesh soni but at the time there is no action is taken on my complant. Kindly look into the matter and send me correct bill i have also submit meter reading photo copy, bill copy with application. Please take quick action in this matter.

This is to inform you that i live in pratap vihar part-3, delhi-110086 there is a lot of freshwater (मीठा पानी) problem in my resident area. Most of the houses in this area at pratap vihar, part -1, 2, 3 have not installed water connections. Whenever the delhi jal board (मीठा पानी) water comes in our area these peoples openly abuse the water. Someone cleans his house with water, then someone starts washing his car and bike, gali etc. And because of this, the water is not available in my area (Ptaratp vihar part-3 near vishal bagh & nasha-mukti kendra. For this, we all residential have complained to many times in delhi jal board & mla mr. Ritu raj jha. But the problem has not been resolved so far. I have been here for almost 6 years but we do not get enough drinking water. The drinking water line is running in the entire pratap vihar paert-1, 2 and 3area but water does not get more than 1 / half hour around..
You are requested that the water meter should be install in everyone's house so that all o[censored]s can get properly water.

I am one of the resident of budh vihar phase-2. Our area is suffering from highly dirty and smelly water from past one month which is not even suitable for drinking, washing and cleaning purpose, no one can even think of drinking it. It smells like it comes from gutters. Please help us in this matter.

I make a complaint on 1916 on customer care. Executive logged the complaints but nobody resolve this.

Djb sewer is overfloing near gopala tower, rajendra place and junction of plot no. 45/1, east patel nagar crossing for the last 10 days. Some workers came and did some work last week. But of no use as water is contineusly flowing on the road till now. It is smelling very foul. Dengue chances are there as water is stagnated in the hole. I had applied new JAL connection from Delhi JAL board dwarka mod kakrola mod last 6 month before but they not response and no tell me me when fixed new JAL connection many times I was visit Delhi jal board but not respond .delhi JAL boad is very poor service many time I was call Delhi JAL board but they cut the phone
