Respected sir/madam
I resident of sp-11, maurya enclave pitam pura is using the water connection with kv no. [protected] in the name of shri l. C. Sharma.
I want to draw your kind attention towards the problem we are facing due to resending of previously paid bill with dues upto year 2013.
On 22nd may 2013 we visited your ashok vihar office and met the officer incharge who told me to pay rs. 44800/- in five installments. Which we paid as follows:
22/5/13 - 10000/-
28/6/13 - 12000/-
29/7/13 - 12300/- + 9500/-
31/7/13 - 7000/-

And the bill amount was cleared
After installing the new meter on 1st august 2013 but the next bill we received on 29/5/14 was rs 53169/- which includes previously paid amount.
Even after installing electronic meter till now we are receiving the same bill amount.
We visited ashok vihar office to lodge complaint on 27/8/18 but they said that it was not updated in computer records so you have to pay around 1, 00, 000/- or we will cut your connection then after showing the receipts of payments they told us to pay rs. 25000/- by cheque (Cheque no. 46880-sbi)
Which they will adjust. But the same bill again was sent without any correction.
We visited their 2, 3 times but they did not give any satisfactory answer.
Being a senior citizen i am facing too much of inconvenience and my health is also affected by the tension
So i request your self to look into the matter and update my paid dues
To my record.
I hope you will do action as early as possible.

The meter against K.No [protected] is working however the meter reader Mr.Panna Lal has been harassing to get the meter changed. He says that the RMS system shows as meter closed and this cannot be corrected. Can you please look into this matter.

    Wastage of drinking water has been observed since 10 days, as an unauthorized tank has been installed at 102 a, pocket-b, mayur vihar ph. Ii, 110091. The residents of 99a to 99d, 101a to 101d, 102b to 102d and 103a to 103d is facing lot of problems including mosquito beading at the accumulated water. Unauthorized construction is going on. It is requested to immediate action to stop wastage of drinking water and help us to keep the area clean (Swatch bharat) thanks, naha, r/o/ 102c, pocket-b, mayur vihar ph. Ii, delhi : 110091

    Water tanker should be provided if there is any concern w.r.t water supply for a particular day or week.

    There is some issue in our water line as when we switch on motor the water supply is not coming. After consulting plumber he says there is an issue in your water supply line.
    Kindly advise or take appropriate action.

      I am residing in regar pura gali number 37 karol bagh new delhi.
      There is one house they will be wasting lots of water. They don't turn off their motor and water will be water overflowing for more than 2 to 3 hours. They don't even bother about the water wastage and there is no one to see that water is overflowing.
      Please see this matter and save the water.

      The main water supply is getting mixed with the sewer water and the main water supply is getting highly contaminated. Plus the supply of water is uncertain and some times continuously contaminated water is coming for the whole day. This Problem is prevailing in a particular section of houses only.
      Sewer Line block from last 2 months and response from Delhi Jal board, pathetic condition of enter street and resident of area.
      Location- U Block, Gali no 6, Subash Park, Uttam nagar, New Delhi 110059.

        I'm a resident of kalkaji dda flats and since last 2years i'm paying 500-1000 per month as water bill which is irrelevant. Water is free in delhi upto some range and i'm staying alone and don't consume much water still i'm paying for this. Please refund my money back. My k no is [protected]. Or please ensure that if is there any problem with the meter reading. Because in my knowledge i don't consume much water even i fill my tanks after every two days. Delhi jal board is charging me irrelevant amount and now you have to take some action on this.

        Sewage line blocked and waste water coming out and getting inside the basement of the building last one week. No one care of the this such types of blocked pipeline. Kindly do the needful at the earliest.

          Good Afternoon,

          Our area is suffering from highly dirty and smelly water from past one week which is not even suitable for washing and cleaning purpose, no one can even think of drinking it. It smells like it comes from some dead bodies. Please help us in this matter since it becoming a serious issue and already made some persons hospitalised.

          We hope that your department will take some strict action in this matter so that we can proudly say that WE ARE DELHITIES

          SIR PLS LOOK IN TO THE MATTER AND TAKE A SERIOUS ACTION BECAUSE WATER IS OUR BASIC NEED AND WE PAID THE MONEY IN EVERY MONTH FOR GOVERNMENT

            Dear mam/sir,
            Myself ravinder kumar pant, i'm from sector-8, rk puram, new delhi-110022.
            My father is a retired person, after 6 months of his retirement, as my father is not okay with his poor health; i'm surrendering our gov. Accomodation.
            I already got noc from bses and igl department on time but jall board department is creating the big issue for me since 12 days. As i mentioned 12 days has been completed of my paper submission to get the final bill and noc.
            They are making server down excuses,
            Please some one take an immediate action on this issue. Since 12 days jall board wasting my lot of time.
            I hope i will get the solution soon.

              Hello sir/ma'am
              I, swati garg residence of c-80, d. D. A. Flats phase - 1, katwaria sarai new delhi - 110016, is facing problem w. R. T. "no water supply" from past 3-4 months. Water comes only on midnight not evening or neither morning particular in our block. We are unable to arrange water for daily basic needs. When we make complaint (Via telephone), then water supply get started for only one day, then it again stopped.

              As we are working people, so, its very difficult for us to get up midnight for filling water, as it was the only time we got water supply.

              I request you kindly resolve this issue at earliest.

              I'm a resident of RK Puram, Sector-5.
              I registered a complaint to Delhi Jal Board for Sewer blockage and the complaint number is 2203.
              it's been more than 2 weeks and no one came to resolve the problem.
              I tried to call the customer helpline again and it always goes busy as the receiver is held up.

                There is booster at by pass road near badarpur 110044 inagurated on 09sep2019 for it's all nearby area. But je and booster care taker have been doing partiality with f-block which is just 500m away, by not giving water to people of this area. People of this area have been complaining, requesting for water to them but they won't listen to them. And as others f-block has also been facing a water scarcity for years at a very large scale. So please look into this matter and resolve the water problem.

                Water is not coming from many weeks, some times it comes for 15 to 20 minutes but not pure, smell comes from it. We are very disturbed regarding shortage of water. Please take action as soon as possible.

                  For around past 1 month, it is noted that water supplied by DJB contains lot of sand and sediments. While washing/spinning, it's clearly visible and multiple spinning is required. Lot of sands is observed in the bucket water. This is creating lot of trouble and wastage of plenty of water.
                  It has been observed that for past few months, sewer related activities have been carried out by DJB. It is quite possible that digging for this purpose might have made this problem of contamination.
                  We are observing lot of settlement of sand / dust in the bucket and washing machine. Water purification equipment is also requiring frequent cleaning.
                  Please arrange to attend this problem on urgent basis.

                      Water bill used to be zero when approached delhi jal board pitampura and met with senior official to waive penalty they charged penalty of 2500 for no meter that to when water meter got stolen and inspite of sharing the fir they were not listening. Instead of help i was charged penalty. Pathetic system no law no justice delhi jaal board pitampura sucks

                        We the people of our gali 8is facing a lot of problems water supply in our locality it's really a very difficult for us to do our routine work... For the last several days, we are experiencing the problem of water, which is due to the filling of the gutter. No one has come to clean it yet due to which water now the vessel gets stinked and there are many types of stomach diseases, i request you to fix this problem as soon as possible or if there is any other way tell us.

Since last week of april it was seen that the tanks were getting cleaned and without any prior information we suffered whole week without water. After this hoti 5 days the water supply was regular and again from friday (12/04/2019) no water supply is there. Kindly look into the matter and give us some hope regarding this.

                              M a resident of lajpat nagar 2. The rear gutter which is connected to the main gutter is overflowing due to the overflowing of the water of the main gutter of lajpat nagar. Because of this the main gutter water comes in the basement and on the roads and creates meance. This problem occurs every second day. Even after repeated requests, you have not taken any recourse to the same. Please make it better otherwise i will be left with no other option than to go to the appellate authority..

                                Water is very smelly. Its a foul pungent odour. Dont know whether i can use it for drinking purpose or not. Hands have to be washed off with soap to get rid of smell. Infact, we have to buy the drinking water instead of having an ro at home. All the water supply offices' contact no. Provided on google is wrong. Pls solve the matter immediately.

                                  I jitendra rajput residence of block - b, house nob -161, street no -8, 20 futa road, meetnagar delhi 110094.in our lane, we're having no water supply from the past one month. Water comes only on midnight not evening or neither morning particular in this street if we compare other then street of meetnagar. We are unable to arrange water for daily basic needs. We have already complaint against action office of our zone they send technical staff who are unable to find out where is excat issue why water is not comming in this street we are tired since last month please send technical proper sttaf and find out the problem which is facing by us on daily basis
                                  And at the end request to you please take out resolve of our problem as soon as possible

                                    This is draw attention to a grave problem of water leakage through a pipeline in the service lane. I have been noticing water noise from past week after the sever line workers laid a pipeline and manage to dig a few the entire service lane. During the course of work i believe by mistake they might have cut the pipe which is leading to leakage each morning around[protected].
                                    The complaint is made since its water wastage plus the water is entering through the window to our house where our voltage stabilizer is installed, in case the same is not resolved there might be a possibility in near future.

                                      My name is mohan shyam and residence area is flat no. - 109, dreamland apartment, pocket-10, sector 1-a dwarka.in our lane, we're having no water supply from the past one month. 9-10 families are having this no water supply issue. We are unable to arrange water for daily basic needs. I request you to send a tanker so that each one o[censored]s from the suffering families can have 3-4 buckets of water at least yo fulfill our daily demands.                                         Water is coming dirty and white in colour and it smells like water from drainage.
                                        Family members are getting stomach ache due to it.
                                        Calling 1916 doesn't solve this problem, they are not registering my complaint and told us to wait for 12 working hours and it has been 5 days
