I was traveling from vinobapuri metro station on 19 July and the time was 1:40 - 1:45 pm and the ticket vending machine was not working and then go to customer care and then I ask for the ticket and then he refuse to give the ticket and forcing me to download the DMRC app and then I said right now I am in a hurry i will download it later but he show the bad behaviour and try to forcing me to download the application and said if you don't download you will not get the ticket and after wasting my one hour then he gave the Ticket but in a rude behaviour. so the person name is Gulbhara and his employee I'd - 102866and he was on a post of Tom controller.

So kindly consider my complaint and show some action against this because I believe everyone has the right to choose and it also come under the consumer act and they are doing this with other people as well so who give the right to do this and forcing the people to download application if right now he doesn't want it . We really understand the importance but he was working in customer care so he need to give solution to the problem In a simple manner.

    They were parking the vehicle above the capacity of the area. They were rough handling the vehicle at the time of dispersal.
    Worst parking management. They were not leaving the space to make the vehicle turn smoothly. Please look into the matter as soon as possible.

      I am extremely dissatisfied with the conditions at Guru Dronacharya Metro station (Delhi Metro).

      The infrastructure at the station is not equipped to handle the rush during office hours. Every day the station is crowded beyond its capacity and the public servants at the station are of absolutely no help. They work as if they are doing you a favour and not their jobs. I guess that forget that their salaries come from the tax payer’s hard earned money. They act like they run the stations and own the stations. On top of that they are rude and often misbehave with the passengers.

      I have had to face this problem multiple times and this is not why we elect the governments. Specifically at the Guru Dronacharya station, unfortunately don’t know their names, but they work the evening shifts. A group of ego centric, male chauvinists who believe themselves to be above the ‘poor passengers’ who are apparently at their ‘disposal’.

      There is no space in front of the customer service desk. The scanners at the entrance hardly ever work thereby pushing more and more people towards the desk. There is often only one person sitting at the desk who by all fairness is incapable to handling the hoards of passengers who want to recharge their cards, or whose cards are not working, or who want to buy tickets, etc.

      They keep you standing in multiple lines for 30-45 minutes even more and then when you reach the counter they tell you have been standing in the wrong line and expect you to start all over again. Let me reiterate at this point that no guidance as to which out of the bazillion lines is the correct one is provided. Today the left most line is the correct one and tomorrow it’ll be the right most line. You might as well stand at the back and ‘in-pin-safety-pin’ your way out of the situation, your guess is as good as mine.

      Even after all this, when you do reach the desk, the man at the desk, in complete ‘lala ji’ fashion will have multiple demands. He wont accept change, his systems suddenly stop working, or he quite simply won’t accept you. He’ll belittle you and talk to you like you are a slave and he is your master, like you are at his mercy. Which in the prevailing conditions you are.

      Writing this complaint will most probably be as fruitless as it was calling the Delhi Metro helpline. But that’s the condition o[censored]s poor citizens everywhere. I am saddened and disappointed at this reality but unfortunately can do nothing more but lodge complaints and hope that it’ll be responded to and conditions will change for the better and maybe, one day, your dignity and faith in the government will be reinstated.

        Respected sir, House no 530 gali chaudhriyan najafgarh New Delhi is getting damaged and lots and lots of breakage is caused, beams and walls are getting cracks which are increasing very fast. I Abhishekjain is residing with my father aged 74 and mother 70 years . There is huge vibration when metro underpasses just like earthquake. Humble request to look into the matter as early as possible. Regards 🙏

          Dear Sir,

          three is no feeder bus service from IGD metro to cargo terminal
          shuttel bus which is running between IGI terminal to IGI terminal 3 is not allowing normal passenger, kindly find some solution for the connectivity between IGD metro station and delhi cargo terminal gate number 6.

            I have taken the token from counter for palam from vaishali and for that the incharge person have taken 80 rs / per person..in total 160 for 2 ticket...i believed him as it was my first visit to palam metro...and as when i return from palam metro there they took 60rs/ per person..in total 120...
            Soo just want to tell that this type o[censored]nethical task done my delhi metro employee..didn't expected it...

              1. Line is way too long to even cut tickets took me 20 mins to cut my ticket at huda City centre.
              2.no card payment nor UPI payment.
              3. It's the captial of India and this too week.
              4. Those machine don't work too (self ticket)
              5. The coin usage is good but paper tickets that's wla waste of money and adding to the pollution.
              What kind of service is the Delhi metro providing?

                  My phone got stolen and i had flight to catch i went to the nearest police station and there were many more peple complainig about the same

                  no one is ready to even track the phone and no body and see its a big gang and a raqet of people doing it

                  i was tracking my phone and the guys were in the same metro line going here and there

                  who is responsible and what are the steps you guys are taking to stop this

                        Almost the entire stretch of central verge from Kashopur Depot to Sundar Vihar (under METRO) is without RCC Railing GRILL.
                        Please undertake its repairs and replacement so that the shrubs in certain portion of the central verge could be preserved.

                        At the same time, DELHI METRO is also requested to plant saplings/shrubs in the remaining portion of CENTRAL VERGE from Kashopur Depot to Sundar Vihar.
                        So the entire stretch of the CENTRAL VERGE should be provided with RCC Grill Railing on both sides of the Central verge under METRO.

                          You are aware that the Pink Line tracks on route to Trilokpuri – Sanjay Lake metro station specifically in 15 block area are quite close to the Residents houses. The residents are facing a lot of issues due to the high noise level in the area when the metro train passes through. The sound level becomes intolerable during night and during morning hours. Residents of this area have bonafide grievances and we request you to please find a solution at the earliest.
                          We would suggest you to take necessary action by installing sound barriers in the area block 15 on route to Trilokpuri - Sanjay lake metro station.

                                  I was entered from platform number 2 side at Shaheed sthal new bus adaa metro station on date 15/03/23 time around 15hrs. When I was entering from security check suddenly machine light gone and they told me to go to the other side, I asked them to check manually my little backpack on that they refused to check manually and the person standing to check me used inappropriate language like tu tadak that was not expected from a person like cisf who are dealing with many passengers in daily routine

                                    I lost my helmet on 11 February at Mohan estate metro station and only1 month ago I brought that helmet which cost me Rs 600.

                                    How irresponsible they are I am attaching my parking receipt. Please get me refund otherwise people will loose trust in DMRC if this will continue in future.
