This is to bring in kind notice that I have recharged my Delhi metro card through UPI(paytm) and received receipt successfully but as soon I used my card, it showed zero balance or insufficient balance in your card.
Recharge was of rs.100, please look into the matter to resolve this as early as you can.

      I recharge metro card on 07.08.2021 by R's. 1, 000/-. Card does show top up amount. I contact to customer care at station he told me that metro server is down and refund will be received in 10 days. But till today 22.08.2021 my refund is not received. Order details are as below.

      No response received from DMRC for my complaint dated 22/08/2021. Further no call attended by DMRC on following numbers[protected] &[protected].
      No response received from DMRC of my complaint
      I recharge metro card on 07.08.2021 by R's. 1, 000/-. Card does show top up amount. I contact to customer care at station he told me that metro server is down and refund will be received in 10 days. Further I complain online on 22.08.2021. I further complain on 02.09.2021 and 11.09.2021 but my refund is not received till today. I further providing Order details which are as below.

        Hello Dear,

        I am Dinesh.and my metro Number 80228291. I recharged Online Metro Card 100rs . but refund value 97.50 rs.
        1. first Online metro recharge 100rs . 16 jun 2021 And Refund Money & date : 97.50rs & 14 july 2021.
        2. second Metro recharge Money & date : 100rs & 28 july 2021 And refund Money & date : 97.50 rs & 18 Aug 2021

        I want to know that why are deducting 2.50 rs. and i went metro station and informed about my Online Payment Problems. That Online Payment Not showing my Metro card. then he said me . your money refund 10 days. but today i talked metro customer care. he said if you are not top up 10 days under metro machine . so deducting 2.50 rs . i said customer care sir that i did but topup machine was not showing my money and i did also tell my problem metro station. customer care sir said me .we cant help you sir.

        All the mistake is of the DMRC. so why are Deducting My Money.
        This is your mistake your server down.
        I told Metro Station my problem But delhi Metro Token Boy can't help me. this is also DMRC mistake.
        TopUp machine is Working. this is not my fault ..This is also DMRC Mistake.
        I Talked DMRC Customer Care Sir.. He can't Help Me. This is also DMRS Mistake.

        So I hope You solve My Problem And Reply Me . Why Should Deducted My money. I want to Know. and This will be a small problem for DMRC. but not for me.

              It's really frustrating to take a metro for travel now days . On 12/8/21 I have to wait 50 minutes to get passenger checking spot because of the lengthy queue at Mundka metro station . I m not against CRPF security checking procedures but why don't they use more entry gates ? For reduce the crowd . Single line formation is not safe during this covid pandemic as we all know .

                Hi I bought two ticket (RS. 120) on 01/08/2021 IGI Airport to New Delhi metro station. They charged me 2 times 120 and 120, card ending with 7675 at 06.55.40 Pm and 6.56.00 pm. I complaint before also, but i did not get my refund yet. Please resolve my problem ASAP.

                          I had made a payment through Paytm for the Delhi metro smartcard recharge for Rs100 and the amount got deducted and on the Paytm accounts it’s showing succes. But I tried several times on the machine it’s showing no amount credited. I had contacted Paytm customer care and they had asked me to contact DMRC under the reference number 89793518 for the refund as the amount has been credited from there side and it’s showing successful transaction but the card is not reflecting the amount.

                            I am very much thankful to delhi metro for making my commute safe, fast and comfortable.

                            Sir, i am working in Connaught Place in a government organisation and have to board at Rajiv Chowk metro station. Some time there is a long queue at Rajiv Chowk metro station entry gate so i used to go to Barakhamba Road metro station.

                            Sir,
                            It takes around 1 hr to get into metro from both the stations
                            As there is no any separate queue for Women entery owing to this we have to be in common queue and have to face lots of issues.

                            Therefore it is my humble request to consider my request and make a provision for separate entry queue for womens at Rajiv Chowk and Barakhamba Road metro stations.

                              Sir lots of people was traveling not wear mask properly and this problem you are facing all the metro those people are entry in metro they wear mask and after plateform or in metro the put down the mask on face and travel. Please checked regular cctv footage and checked in metro on running.

                                The escalator No. 26 of Kashmiri Gate Metro Station at gate no 3, is always stopped either because of under maintenance or due to some technical fault. Gate no.3 is one of the highly used gates by elderly and disable population of North-East and Morigate Bus stand.
                                The staff (especially the control room) of Metro station always shows neglect behavior towards the complaints regarding the escalator no.26 and other escalators. They have a very common excuse of some "part" missing out or not getting repaired. Kindly maintain the escalators (no.26) services, as a true taxpayer of the country this is my right to have proper services of paid public transport. You are requested to take strong action against the officials and management who have failed to give service to disable and elderly population of the country. you may ask for a maintenance report of the last two years on how many times it gets repair

                                      Lady passengers are forced to stay outside the metro for more than 10 minutes, while the compartment is running with less than 10 passengers, at Noida sector 16 metro station. They are even not ready to listen anything. In morning and office hours people getting late for office, without any cause making people stand, then once they make it open, people ran to catch the train which is already reached at station, may cause any mishap with the lady passengers, in which their would be pregnant lady. So please take care of these issues, which is against the rule of humanity.
