I had parked my car at 10.21 pm
Duration : 1h 52m
I left at 00:05 hrs
Nehru Place Metro Station Parking (Epicuria)

Parking charges : 30 rupees upto 6 hrs (As per Delhi Metro Parking Charge rule)

I was asked to pay 60 rupees extra adding the night charges for 5 mins over 00:00 hrs which equals to 90 rupees for 1h 52m

I want to condemn this forceful collection of money happening in this Parking premises by the PARKING PERSON and want a proper investigation further . The car was not parked after 00:00 hrs .The time is coming up as 00:13 am in the slip as the parking incharge was asking for money .

I am liable to pay 30 rupees only. But i was forced to pay 90 rupees .

    In Kashmiri gate i went for recharge gate no.6 they said maam plz take 700rs amount recharge but I refuse I only want 500rs recharge but he cut 700rs and recharged only 500 rs i get message that 700 rs amount is payed for recharge

          While frisking during entry of Mandi House station, a very ill mannered Cisf security women pushed me badly 2-3 times very rudely because of holding my phone and also snatched away my phone.

              This is to bring it to your notice that the metro (grey line) dwarka to Dhasa border
              has a lot of mosquitoes in the evening ### specially which at times becomes intolerable for the travellers and might cause some mosquitoes born disease to citizens if not solved immediately.
              Below I'm attaching a video but the mosquitoes might not be very much visible in that but kindly consider this complain

                I go from Mansarovar Park to Keshav Puram by metro everyday but there is no attendant on the TVM machine for help and if I go to customer care for token, then a donkey type man in yellow dress talks very angrily He says it can't happen that there is no one on the machine Then he takes me to the machine, half an hour is wasted every day in all these programs. This is happening for 2-3 days at 2 in the afternoon

                    On Thursday 17- March- 2020, around 2:45 pm I was heading towards my home through noida electronic metro station…there this security lady staff misbehaved and abused me ..and didn’t allow me to enter in metro train. She didn’t allow me as I was have a little holi colour in my hair, so I asked her to let me use metro station public washroom to clean it … being a girl I can’t clean my self in front of the public . But she abused and shouted at me and told me to clean my self in front of everyone in the metro station..this made me cry and .. I want a strict Action against her as soon as possible ..as she violated the rules and humiliated and abused me in front of the public .

                      Today, i feel suffocate in the metro that's why i put my mask down from my nose and instantly on shastri nagar metro station the DMRC staff came and take a photo of mine and don't understood my problem and also misbehave and talk very rudely and also says that don't came in metro again and say to go out the metro. I request dmrc that take a action on it. Because of my suffocation problem i pay 200 to them.

                      If possible pls refund my 200 and take action on this staff.

                        There is a problem of encroachment outside the main Entry/Exit gates of DMRC at many stations like Dwarka More Gate No 2, Nawada metro station gate no 3 & 4, Uttam Nagar East gate no 2 & 3, Tilak Nagar gate No 3 and Rajouri Garden gate no 4. Due to these encroachments free movement of passengers hampered and create nuisance. Please remove these encroachments for easy movement of public and clean Delhi.

                            The problem is with Nirman vihar metro station here metro comes in every 10 minute not like every other station where it comes within 2 to 3 minutes it cause me to unnecessarily delay for my office this is happing from last 2 to 3 weeks also most of the time when Metro arrive it stop at laxmi nagar metro station then I have to wait again 7 to 8 minutes my 15 minutes way become 35 minutes due to this inconvenience, I took a metro just to saving my time but what is a benefit of this when I have to late in either way this is very disappointing, didn't expect this from Delhi Metro who have such wide network but still unable to manage it's late metro timing.

                              I am traveling from dwarka to najafgarh via metro-gray line. And for a three station route, the metro has been standing still at dwarka station for last 15 mins with doors kept wide open. This has lead to mosquitoes come inside the train and everyone in my sight is struggling to stay in the metro. Is this being done intentionally, are metros who cover hardly 5 minutes roite supposed to stand for 15-20 minutes at every station. Are waiting to catch dengue/ malaria or something.

                                We are daily traveler in metro from Trilok puri to Gurgaon but pink line service is too slow there are 11 minutes gap in metro some time it is 15 minutes.

                                Request to you please look into it and maybe decrease the time 5 minutes instead of 11 or 15.

                                    I regularly travel in delhi metro from Pul Bangash metro station buy from the last few weeks the office staff and the CRPF officials closed the only entrace gate of Pul bangash which is causing a lot of troubles to it's travellers. Due to this, everybody will get late to their works or some of them are getting deductions in their salary. If we asked about the reason for the same they don't have any answers for that.
                                    Please provide us answers why they are causing such troubles to the people who are using their services.

                                      Sir, one Mr.Pawan Kumar Emp.ID. 20546 from Delhi Metro Div.3/c today took my photograph while the train was approaching destination vaishali metro and showed it to me. In the photograph it may be clearly seen that no one is around all seats are empty while my mask is sliding little below my nose. However he shouted why your mask is below your nose.
                                      I explained to him that some moisture accumulated on my spectecles and as no is around I have lowered my mask to clear the moisture and I showed him my senior citizen card my present age is 65 years.
                                      He snatched my senior citizen card and forced me to pay Rs. 200 in lieu of may pensioner card. When I paid him Rs. 200 and only then he gave the card.
                                      Question of paying him Rs.200/- may be neglected but no one would neglect the way this DMRC employee bullied and blackmailed me for that not even considering my age and the empty compartment when mask may not be required. My photograph which he took shall support my statement and it may be seen that I was sitting all alone.
                                      Therefore DMRC must compensate for the harassement and bullying experienced by elderly costomer was put into by their rude and abusive employee.

                                      Sir, kindly rrefer to my above mentioned complaint dated 21/02/2002
                                      I hold DMRC in high esteem and therefore very much discouraged that no action has been taken agaist Mr. pawan Kumar, ID.20546 for blackmailing and taking rs. 200 from me in lieu of my pensioner card.

                                      Perhaps he may be right when he said to me that I may complain to anyone but no one can take any action against him.

                                      Therefore I am left with no choice except to wait for a fortnight and see if any action is taken by DMRC which I presume they will. After a fortnigjt I shall move to Consumer Redressal Forum to seek compansation for the harassment I was subjected to and blackmailing by the above mentioned employee of DMRC.

                                        As I have the problem to respirates during wearing mask, the staff don't listen toward anything. On the other hand, people are breaking rules by sitting together in the metro seats as the staff should see towards them rather then the people who are following maximum rules as much as they can .I have proof of the people's breaking rules .so, dmrc should have to take action towards them.and I want fully justice toward it
