Poor maintenance at new ashok nagar metro station.

I would like to inform you that razor fines are hanging from metro station wall (opposite metro station entry, After crossing the road, Wall facing to the nala/ river) and also laying on the road. Scanning machine not working at Vaishali Metro Station from last one month

getting stuck of rupee in TVM and misbehaving by metro employee

Need for crowd management and discipline at Rithala metro station

Train frequency, Train type low in peak hours

I travel from Mayur Vihar-I to Rajiv Chowk everyday to work. Very disappointed to see that the incoming train (from NOIDA) gets delayed during peak hours when this can just not be afforded.
