I travel between Mayur Vihar Phase-1 to Barakhamba Road for work. I notice that many people travel with heavy baggage or many baggages obstrusting the way for commuters. Many of them are sitting on the floors making it more inconvenient. Sometimes, CISF people come and wan them but that too is till there only. Later on they again sit. I just would like to request that these people with many large baggages should not be allowed during office hours atleast. CISF staff should keep coming to the coaches so that people who are not following the rules as announcement can be punished and others learn lessons from such act. A strict descipline is required.

    sir on 24 dec 2014 i parked my cycle at duwaka mor metro staition at 10 am. an when reached back at same staition at around 10:30 pm i lost my cycle from there.when i complaint about this to the parking attendant . he didn't reply from 24 dec onward pls halp me i am working in garment shop as a helper daily i talked to him about my cycle but he didn't respond i also have parking slips and monthly pass with me sir pls help me to solve this problem thanking you mob.       I travel from Mayur Vihar-I to Rajiv Chowk everyday to work. Very disappointed to see that the incoming train (from NOIDA) gets delayed during peak hours when this can just not be afforded. The screen flashes 4mins, then 5 then 6, sometimes upto 8-12mins! You should understand that in a fast-paced metropolitan life, your service, though indispensable, is loosing its lustre. Is DMRC not able to keep pace with the growing demands? And why is this problem mostly with the blue-line commuters? Do they pay you lesser than the others? Moreover, during PEAK morning hours of office/college commute, only 6-coach trains are used when 8-coach trains are available! (I've witnessed continuous 8-coach trains, 3 times in a row after 10am many a times. No co-incidence this is). I wonder how such mismanagement can occur in a highly competent environment like yours. Please resolve this problem, I believe that change will occur within a few weeks. I have posted the same query on the website too, but did not receive any acknowledgement mail. I wish that the way metro has revolutionized Delhiite's lives, it will continue surprising us with quality service.

        Here i want to complaint against the DMRC. i am working in gurgaon and lives in Laxmi Nager. in Laxmin Nager Metro station at morning time a lot of people are there to entering in coach, and no gaurds are there and when the train is coming people are pushing to all its a very bust time to travel with metro. and same condition at eving time.

            on 8th january 2015 i was travelling by metro from noida sector-18 towards yamuna bank.somebody staole my wallet from my bad during this ride.i went to police station at yamuna bank metro station.they showed a very casual attitude as if stealing is a very normal activity. i asked them to show me cctv footage of noida sector 18 metro station but they didnt know how to use computers. but they were very active in filing my application.
            my wallent contained my aadhar card, photographs, cash around rs.4000 and some other important documents.

              Dear sir i am mukesh verma profession finance manager in private sector and are using metro since starting now the problem is the kirti nagar metro station i can not cross the road, a lot of traffic come both side nobody facility for road crossing like subway or padestrain. due to joint pain in my knee. secondle, the maintainance of dmrc are now so poor from jhilmil industrial metro station to kashmiri gate.and unknown person are ready to attack to cut the pocket and other like everything.so i humble request you to pl. take immediate action for cleanless and take care of CISF of any metro station alongwith maintainance, and 1st priority of kirtinagar metrostation road crossing any type of arrangement. THIS IS OUR NEED B, cause a lot of investment in metro project if we do, t get facility then all are useless. regards Mukesh Verma [protected]

                This whole incident took place between 6:00 to 6:30 am in the morning on 27/10/2014 (Monday ) at New Delhi Metro station . I was travelling from Chandni chowk to Rajiv Chowk . I was pushed out from metro by a commuter named Rajinder Kumar, while being pushed my leg got stuck between the platform and metro which could have been a disaster for me . On being stopped the person told me that he is working for metro police and started abusing and fighting with me and I was informed that he will lock me in jail for the day. I am an educated citizen and am totally aware of my rights .I accompanied that person upstairs and asked for the person in charge and requested him to check the video recordings, on being questioned the person was found guilty and agreed as well to his mistake . I filed in a written complaint against the employee and was informed that as soon the station manger comes in the morning he will get in touch with me and take the required action against the employee. But it has been more than 24 hours and no one got in touch with me and no action has been taken till yet . No staff or security was present at the platform for help and the way the metro employee reacted can cause disasters for metro commuters in future . If this is the safety and assistance provided by the metro staff, I would request the metro officials to please hire educated and behaved staff.                   Ve ki she ne Dear Sir/Madam, With due respect I would like to dram your kind attention to the irrational behaviour of your DMRC staff. Time: Around 5:00 PM Date: 25 October, 2014 Place: Gate No 2, Rajiw Chowk Metro Station. Today when I went to purchase token from the lady sitting at the ticket selling counter I got a miserable reply from her just because I dint have change to purchase token, that is not all a senior citizen came by to her (I guess she was new in Delhi), she asked for tokens for rajiw chowk but inspire of telling her mam this place is rajiw chawk she replied in an unmannered way or I should say in a cheap or a third class way "Kai ka rajiw chowk". I don't appreciate this kind of behaviour from a staff member of yours. We people pay you for the services we receive from you and its absolutely wrong for us to receive this kind of behaviour. You people talk of hospitality and serve us with us? Is "Abe oye" a part of hospitality? Please teach your staff workers how to deal with customers specially that lady who thinks that she is the owner of Delhi metro. Teach her how to talk to elder ones. I Personally think people with this attitude don't deserve to be a part of delhi metro corporation, there are many other people with good attitude who deserve to work over there. Sir/Mam it may be a small thing for you but not for us people paying you for the services and also getting a Third class reply from a lady like her. We really expect a lot from you and one of this is a good behaviour from your workers. I would appreciate if you take a strict and early action regarding this matter at the earliest. Thank You.

                        This is to complaint against insufficient parking space for scooters at Patel Chowk metro parking space in Delhi where due to non demarcation of separate scooter and car parking area, all the space for parking by parking lot people is provided to cars and hardly a space for 10 scooters is left for parking by scooter owners. Thereafter they direct us to park scooters on undeveloped adjoining piece of land which is full of stones, trees and loose sand. That space is unhygienic too since on many occasion foul smell is coming from place as if it being used as urinal by metro parking staff. Just to make extra money from higher car parking charges these parking owners are totally disregarding scooter parking and providing only namesake service. Sometimes even at the small space for scooter parking many times car is found parked further reducing the space of 10 scooter parking to 6- 7 scooter. Moreover, parking space is not managed properly by the staff as they dont arrange loosely parked scooters on side stands to main stand to create more space. Only thing they are bothered about is collecting money and issuing receipt. This shows lacklustre and money minded approach on part of staff for which we the general public has to suffer. It is requested that they may be directed to demarcate proper space for scooter parking in the parking area for which they are charging us proper fee and not comple us to park on raw, unhygienic and uneven piece of land adjoining the parking area.

                          Dear Sir/Mam, My name is Md.Taqiuzzama, Today[protected] i took metro from INA at 10:5:26 Sec plateform number 2 coach number 5, door number 20 with my wife and sister towards Rajiv chock, that train contain 8 coaches and probably 4141 train number as per INA recording staff.when we reached Rajiv chock station and wanted to get off and stood close to 20 number door, than suddendly one guy pushed me much and get down at approx 10:16 to 10:17:50 sec after 1 minuted when we were at mid of scalater found someone stolen my sony experia dual sim purple colour new phone while time of train stoped at station to get down.As per process we logged the complaint regarding the same and got FIR receiving and permitted to check recording, but due to distance camra was not cleared.I requested to please check train internal camera or permited to me for the same. i really helpless we had so many emotions with that phone. i would definitely find out with your help.Please please help me out.                             Yesterday at at 2.30 afternoon the cisf inncharge asked me to get out of the metro station if i dont listen to him. I refused to part with my bag, since i was carrying valuables and nobody took responsiblity that a particular personnel willguarantee security. From where we get ourselves checked that section is so closed that you cant see your bag (In case of emergency, theft etc). Already so many cases have been registered and the metro authorities in all have shown such negligence. Your department has been so irresponsible that everyone is suffering.I challenged him if he could throw me out.Hence i marched forward and 10-12 men hovered me. But i still got my bag scanned which i was carrying. The man who was scanning did not seem to have any issues.But the thios mr.Mohammed hasim was such a cheap man, he saw me folloe rules but abused, hence i asked him to shutup. Voices were raised because i challenged his authority. I went to the customer care, to another shock i complained how for the second time this man in last three yearts has hovered me and refuses to secure my bag and the vauables . This customer care incharge was busy counting cash and just gave me a deaf ear. Since the cisf incharge felt insulted he barged in shouting.But all your customer care incharge could think of was 'shutup ! And get out of my office ye mera office hai! Main jab bulaoonga tab aanaa"!All everybody wanted to highlight was a woman shouting but your staff entirely gave no regard to the fact that security if of andd for people and not their everyday hitlership excercise, or relief from frustations of their job and life!Many complaints have been made i know.Befire writing to you i have registered my complaint with control room at central sexcretariat or rajiv chowk, if you care to search. Obviously your depart wont!These are punishable offences to hover literally hover with your bodies over a woman(Single traveller)!And asking a traveller to get out! I have not been given a registered complaint number by your control room! Shame on your department! Ek aadha bag khoya hai maam, think positive. Set of cheats and cheap people! Arti vedi -[protected].I called customer care numbers 3 people cut my phone and didnt even disclose thire identity . People dont wear their badges. No police officer on the platforms.Shame on you!Sexual acts mad in metro, every one knows ! More shame on you! The prime minister is sleeping !Such patriotic people. After this i write to the rti!

                              Hello Sir/Madam,

                              I want to inform you that from past more than 2 weeks at the Rajiv Chowk Metro Station the metro line for Huda City Centre to JahangirPuri there is something like substance is lying on the metro line and no one is bothering to clean it up and it has become a big trouble to stand there and wait for metro.It stinks so bad that it has become problem for the passengers.Please take appropriate steps to clean up the line and remove that dirty substance from their. It is not a big job it will hardly take 5minutes to clean it up.So, please do the necessary action.I also informed to the staff of metro about the same but it is still the same.So i am loding my complaint through online forum. I hope necessary action will be taken up to make the metro station neat and clean.

                                  Hi, Train frequency is more than 10 minutes in lapat nagar and no of coaches are only 4, so what kind of services is dmrc providing if 80% of the people are going standing and soffocating.. Request the concerned authorities to kindly increase the coaches and unnessarily do not delay opening mandi house It may be noted that mandi house was completed in march and till date it is not opening leading to massive jams in rajiv chowk

                                      Sir I doesn't want to disclose my identity Bcoz I am using the Shahdara metro parking lot from last two tears. I have a complaint regarding a parking attendant who r in duty in day shift in the parking lot which is nearby parsvnath metro mall. Actually the parking attendant in day shift is usually drunk and misbehave with the persons who came over there to park their vehicles(four wheeler ). & the other thing is that they also allowed those peoples in he parking area who doesn't have any work over there and these peoples are also drunk and misbehave with commuters who came there to park there cars. Pls. Take a necessary action over them and my suggestion is that please provide some security over there who assures that there is no outsider come in that parking area who don't park there vehicles.
