Here i want to complaint against the DMRC. i am working in gurgaon and lives in Laxmi Nager. in Laxmin Nager Metro station at morning time a lot of people are there to entering in coach, and no gaurds are there and when the train is coming people are pushing to all its a very bust time to travel with metro. and same condition at eving time....

Yesterday at at 2.30 afternoon the cisf inncharge asked me to get out of the metro station if i dont listen to him. This is bring to your kind notice that due to technical problem in exit door, the extra Rs. 10/- (cash) charged by customer care for which any receipt is not provided this is not fair because the specific amount from Metro card also deducted.

Hi, Train frequency is more than 10 minutes in lapat nagar and no of coaches are only 4, so what kind of services is dmrc providing if 80% of the people are going standing and soffocating.. Request the concerned authorities to kindly increase the coaches and unnessarily do not delay opening mandi house It may be noted that mandi house was completed in march and till date it is not opening leading to massive jams in rajiv chowk...
