I travel from Mayur Vihar-I to Rajiv Chowk everyday to work. Very disappointed to see that the incoming train (from NOIDA) gets delayed during peak hours when this can just not be afforded. The screen flashes 4mins, then 5 then 6, sometimes upto 8-12mins! You should understand that in a fast-paced metropolitan life, your service, though indispensable, is loosing its lustre. Is DMRC not able to keep pace with the growing demands? And why is this problem mostly with the blue-line commuters? Do they pay you lesser than the others? Moreover, during PEAK morning hours of office/college commute, only 6-coach trains are used when 8-coach trains are available! (I've witnessed continuous 8-coach trains, 3 times in a row after 10am many a times. No co-incidence this is). I wonder how such mismanagement can occur in a highly competent environment like yours. Please resolve this problem, I believe that change will occur within a few weeks. I have posted the same query on the website too, but did not receive any acknowledgement mail. I wish that the way metro has revolutionized Delhiite's lives, it will continue surprising us with quality service.
