This was Feb 25, 2014 as routine, I parked my motorcycle bearing no. UP14AD5861 in vaishali metro station parking vide ticket no. 006747 from there I catch metro to commute my work place in Gurgaon. when I returned in the evening, my bike was found with broken center stand and right side back view mirror. I raised a complaint to the parking owner sonu who firstly denied to any breakage in stand and gave many excuses. on question of mirror, he offered replacement of mirror on Saturdays only. I don't travel on Saturday so I asked him to compensate the cost of mirror and center stand repair charges but he did not respond to this. after having 15 minutes argument, I returned with zero results. the status of bike still remain same. It once again strengthen my belief that India is not livable as a human being. we always have to suffer for our rights but we always forced for our duties.     Sir I am Akshat Chauhan. I park my bike( vehicle no. : DL 7S BS 3756) along with the helmet in ShastribPark Metro Station's parking every dayand yesterday i.e. 28.01.2014 i lost my black colour helmet (compny name : Vegas). I would like you to contact the security people in the parking area and ask about it. How can the helmet get stolen in the presence of security man?? Kindly see to it.

      Dear Sir/Madam

      Today at 8:20 a.m I boarded a metro train from Rohini East Station
      for Rithala Metro Station for filing a complaint regarding defective
      metro card no. 54908077 .A metro guard was peeping inside metro and I
      asked him the place where I could contact the person for complaints
      and the guard took me to a room in downstairs with some other
      passengers .
      When I reached to your department clerk in that room the guard left
      the place and I was compelled to pay a fine of RS. 50 in the name of
      Return Journey.
      I need to know my fault .Is there any place where I can register complaint?
      My previous complaint is not resolved and now you have given me
      another reason to file complaint.

      If I am not getting resolution to my complaint related to defective
      metro card no. 54908077 at one metro station then I have every right
      to complain the same at other metro station.
      But here in my case Rithala metro staff did not take my complaint for
      defective metro card no. 54908077 with the reason that the card will
      be replaced at the same station from where it was purchased .Moreover
      they issued me Penalty receipt in the name of return journey.
      Your official in recording/observation room misbehaved with me by
      calling me names.Your staff at Rithala metro station
      recording/observation room refused to tell his name so that I may not
      be able to file a complaint against him.
      He was speaking in haryanvi accent .
      Please investigate the case and return the amount of Metro defective
      card no. 54908077 and this penalty amount of Rs. 50 which is fined in
      the name of sending to Jail...

        Dear Management,

        Delhi Metro is also not safe like Delhi ( true to its words ) due to brainless & rude metro security officials recruited by you!!

        I boarded Delhi Metro from Lajpat Nagar with my Husband around 9 PM on 30th Dec 13 to catch Lucknow Express from NDLS at 10:10 PM. It was not even a minute when it reached Jangpura & security officials barged in & asked every one to step out ( there were around 20 man & only 2 ladies in the coach ).

        On asking the reason they said we are in ladies compartment. When I told that I myself checked in the coach with my husband ( in 2nd last coach ) which is not ladies compartment. Also we were not standing at ladies section. However they were not ready to listen to anyone. Almost every one had the same issue that only 1st coach is the ladies coach & not the last or 2nd last one. But they were deaf to this!!

        I told them that we had a train to catch up at 10:10 & we showed them the mobile tickets. They were not sensitive to this & told me rudely to step back. He said Metro doesn't care if you have a train or not. Husband/Wife or Male Kid / Mother or Old Father/Daughter have to stay in separate compartment even when going to railway station. They don't know anything as this is the stupid rule management has made!!!

        I protested that it's not possible for crazy rule like this as we didn't board the lady coach. He harassed my husband & other male passengers. We told them that we landed Delhi on 29th Dec & we know the rules that men should not board ladies coach & I myself ensure that my husband doesn't enter this. However nothing happened.

        My husband was let off after paying 250 Rs penalty due to no fault of ours. We missed our train as they let off at 9:45 PM at Jangpura Station. I have attached the scanned copy of the penality receipt.

        Is this the way Delhi Metro collecting Money from Innocent Passengers for no fault of theirs??

        I discussed the matter in Control Room ( NDLS station ) & they agreed that it was Jangpura Metro Security staff.

        I need strict action against the Security Culprits & compensation due to Delhi Metro security representatives insensitive brainless attitude!

        Kindly check the CCTV footage to see how rude they were & their fault!

          My old card 20295035 was not supportive on AVM because of which I purchased a new Metro card no.54908077 on[protected] from Rohini East Metro Station.
          From day one[protected] the card no.54908077 is defective and create problems in entry gate and exit gates.
          For the last 15 days I was complaining at customer care centre of Rohini East Metro Station.
          The Customer care Deptt. staff of Rohini East metro station issued me receipt no.020982 against my card no.54908077 which he later taken back from me and refused to return the security money and balance.
          He said that the new card no. 54908077 is defective and comes under damaged category and for that all my security money will be confiscated by Delhi Metro.
          I need to know as to why you are distributing Defective metro cards which create problems to consumers from day one ??

          I want a replacement to the defective card which is issued to me 19 days back by Delhi metro and why you are confiscating the security amount of card if the problem is from your side??

            I am a student of class 12 after my school time i went to the counter of smart card at madipur at12 o'clock and i made a recharge of 100 Rs and i asked to give my bill when he was taking out the bill i was singing song and scratching my smart card at counter and the man shouted at me very rudely that do play with yr card and i said that bro please be calm and speak softly to me i m not ur servent that u r shouting like this then a man came sittint beside him his name is mr OM PRAKASH he came n started talking with me very gentally and softly then he said yhat that man is quite mental to talk like this then i said him that then i m also a mental to argue against him then mr om prakash slaped me very tightly and he told the security gard to through him out and don't let hi enter then i calmly came out and by using dtc transport i came to my house and i had also made an complain in drmc helpline at that time against complian no.-48011 but i had not got any response so i want justice and make that omprakash realise about his mistake

              The female commuters are facing lot of HARASSMENT while getting down at the INDERLOK METRO STATION as the crowd rush into the compartment madly not allowing the ladies to exit. The station authorities are refusing to provide ANY SERVICES in this regards after 8.00 p.m. saying that the timings of their staff is upto 8.00 p.m. and after that they will not deploy any guard to check the situation. DMRC is providing services upto at 8.00 p.m. while its official timings is upto 11.00 p.m.

              Kindly explain me that why after paying full cost of the services of DMRC the female commuters are not getting the requisite facilities and on what basis DMRC is claiming that they are fully committed towards the safety of its women commuters when there is no one to deal with the situation?

                i sahil baught ticket frommgf station to huda city center (rs10).and accidently due to certain reason my token was not senserod by the gate machine and when i reached exit at huda city center it didnt worked an i asked guard fo reason and he abused me and i was getting late for some personal reasons and i jumped over i would have runned but they called me and i respected their call and went to coustmer care where i told them the whole seen but instead of solving my problem they abused and threatned me and asked for 100rs as bribe and i refused so manoj (custmer care guy)& (dinesh guard) took me to sachin in control room their i sat on chair and he just threatned with one officer there to put me behind bars for false reasons i again and again told them i was wrong but sir the machine also didnt worked as i took token and followed the procedure but machines also fail some times and still they took 200 fine .... if i was wrong then machine was also so they took fine from me but wat about that machine it was too wrong then why only i paid panelty......and i was disrespected and made fun off......please its a humble request to take strict action against those people

                  I regularly take the Metro. Today morning when I reached at Dilshad Garden Metro station at 9.20 a.m. I saw there are some ladies struggling with the machine, the machine was stucking at that time. I just went to the Ms. POONAM V. PATOLE, checking lady guard and requested her to check my bag manually because the machine is stucking, I think she was not interested to do the work and unwillingly she ready to check my bag desperately ... then I just opened my whole bag in front of her and said please take your time and she like frustrated and said "mujhe meri duty mat sikhao" and she throwout my bag and then I said that " manners nahi hai kya" and she immediately SLAPPED me on my cheek and misbehaved me very badly . I told her say sorry to me and she didnot realized anything. Then I made the complaint against her at the counter.

                  I am not sure the action will be taken against her or not.. I request you to please look into the matter and help me ...

                  proper action should taken against her so that she learn how to behave well specially in public sector... I also demand the compensation for that act she did at the Metro station the most crowded place ... i feel very insulted... pls help

                    This is regarding men travelling in reserved car for female in DMRC run Delhi metro trains. I do not find any DMRC staff actually taking steps to ensure there are no men in the female reserved car and there are no punishments given which could make men scare to enter the reserved area.

                    I look forward DMRC taking steps and thus contributing to make the city safe and doing it as per their announcement that this is a punishable offence.

                      My Name is Akash Gupta(C.A), I daily travel in Metro from Vaishali to AIIMS. I would like to bring your kind attention towards the inconvenience faced by the passengers due to running of 4 coaches train, specially in the peak hours(8:30 to 10:30AM and 5:30PM to 7:30PM). My kind comment on the situation is that if DMRC has 6 coaches train to run on the track then why is that not doing the same? If there is any problem then please do let me know because i have the right to information.

                      I totally agree with Akash Gupta facing similar problem like him delhi metro is not providing satisfactory services.

                      Hi, Train frequency is more than 10 minutes in lapat nagar and no of coaches are only 4, so what kind of services is dmrc providing if 80% of the people are going standing and soffocating..Request the concerned authorities to kindly increase the coaches and unnessarily do not delay opening mandi houseIt may be noted that mandi house was completed in march and till date it is not opening leading to massive jams in rajiv chowk

                        Dear Sir,
                        Would like to share the brutality of the cifs guards at the Shahdara Metro Station 11 am dt. 29 Sept 2012.
                        Today on Sat 29th Sept 2012 morning 11 am at Shahdara Metro Station 5-6 no. of guards who were standing in a group in the reserved for ladies coach. I requested from them to let me get into the train from the last door of the female coach so that I can enter & shift to the general coach as there was lot of rush & I am SUFFERING FROM VIRAL FEVER. I was coming directly from the doctor after taking my medicine.

                        These 5-6 guards did not let me get into the train. They too came out of the train & started arguing about the same though the train had already left. They started pulling me they started pulling my clothes. Then they all 5-6 guards forcefully pull me & dragged me to a control room at the ground floor. There in front of the some other senior officials and other staff they started blowing on me. All 5-6 guards were beating me up on my head like anything & none of the other officials stopped them or tried to rescue me from them I was all alone. And then they charged me a fine of Rs.500 too i have the receipt of the same also. Sir I am a respected citizen of this country. I am qualified as MCA and Heading IT department of my company from last 15 years. I don't think i deserved that beating from these guards.

                        I would like to request you to kindly take this matter very seriously This kind of brutality is highly commendable and should be taken action all 5-6 of them. I AM REALLY HURT ON MY HEAD. I don't know till how much time it will keep aching. I will not be able to forget this incidence ever in my life. These guards are they for our safety not to hurt us.

                          I worked as Network Administrator in Gurgaon. I park my car everyday at green park metro station near hanuman mandir. The person there who gives car slip takes more charges then mentioned in the slip and he writes wrong time on the slip. And today he doent allow me to park my car in the metro station coz few days back he parked my car wrongly and I only said that this is not the way to park. He talks in a irrespective way. Every morning he does the same thing with me. He can't ask for more amount than mentioned on the parking slip and he cannot speak in irrespective way with the people. Please look into the matter coz I cannot tolerate this humiliation everyday.

                            I have boarded from Uttam Nagar East Metro Station on 11/07/12 at 8:50 am towards Rajjiv Chowk, and when i get down at Rajjiv Chowk Metro Station for borading towards Hauz Khas Metro, i found my purse stolen.

                            I lost Voter I card (name on card Moumita Dey), Pan Card AJBPD7792A (name on card Moumita Dey), Citi Bank Platanium Credit card (name on card Moumita Dey) and Axis bank Debit Card (name on card Moumita Nag) and Rs 50300 as cash.

                              hai this is pankaj yesterday ( 08/07/2012 ) i was in metron station of sentral secetret and i lost my mobile thear around 9:20 to 9:50 pm . i had enter in metro with swap my metro card but one children was me your staf sayed me to have token of that also so i parchese a token from thear ( customer care of south)_ he said me that it is costomer care of south . i put my mobile thear to collect mony and i forgeted i want thats snap that who find that mobile ( micromex q7 ) if it is posibal send me recording on mr.[protected]@rediff.com . your employ sad me to go kasmiri gate and give complain but i have not time . becose that was not very costly ( 2700 rs ) . i[censored] can help me tray to do .

                                It is an every day affair that we have to stand in long Que before making entry into metro station in Guru Dronacharya,Gurgaon due to security check takes lot of time. There are personnels (CISF staff) standing near the security check place without any work but one person only do the security check when 200 passengers are standing every day in the que.

                                Please provide two points for passengers security check in Gurudronacharya as every day I used to stand in the que for 20 to 30 minutes. Most of other stations are doing this to help passengers go through the security check fast.

                                Its an every day affair at Sikander pur metro station, every second day we are having problems at the exit gates, one or the other exit gates is out of order, and there is enless que people .
                                This problem is persistent, and we see no concrete measure taken against it.

                                Please check what best can be done to solve this problem if its changing the machinery /software in the exit gates please do it, if there is any option of increasing the exit gates from 3-5 please do it .Because on instances like these there has been stampede many a times as people don't find place to maintain the lines and keep pushing .
                                The situation is worse, when compared to other metro sations .
                                This being a focal metro point, the issue has to be resolved .

                                  This is to bring to your kind attention that the staff at the ticket counter are not at all well trained and do not have manners on how to talk to a customer,at least with women.

                                  I was travelling from Botanical Garden,Noida to Dwarka Mor yesterday i.e. 18th September,2011.

                                  The incident took place at 7.45 A.M. at Botanical Garden Metro Station,Noida.

                                  I stood in the long Que to buy ticket,but when it was my turn to buy ticket,the person sitting at the ticket counter refused to give because he did not have change of Rs.100 and started arguing with high pitch.
                                  I would like to bring to your notice,that the person sitting next to him(his colleague) at the ticket counter had good amount of change,10 rs notes and coins.
                                  When i asked him to take change from his colleague,he refused and answered that 'Woh nahi de raha'.(He is not giving the change) and instead of finding a solution asked me to stand in the other long Que which wasted my time.

                                  This brought a lot of inconvenience to me,wasted a lot of time as i was on my way to give an exam.
                                  This kind of behavior is not at all acceptable and is very disappointing.Fine the ticket counter staff did not have change,but at least talk politely!!
                                  I used to speak very highly about the Delhi/Noida Metro but now the whole image has changed.
                                  The DMRC ticket counter staff needs to be trained especially etiquette and customer service training.

                                    Hawkers preparing food stuff on footh path and all waste dumped in the premises of Metro station Boundrais. which gets choked up, complained lot of time to Metro station incarge but no one can bother.
                                    Please take a necessary action against Hawakers and metro Incarge o[censored]ttam Nagar

                                    For your information , Uttam Nagar station is very Dirtest station.
                                    The entry point o[censored]ttam Nagar has become very congested and playground of Hawkers, goons and private buses inviting all sorts of chaos including traffic Jams and waste dumps no to mention bad image of this very densely populated area.

                                    Bad roads, super encroachments on the roadsides and virtually no civic authority in action in this are. People are suffering because of mismanagement and ignorance and willing to move out of so called Delhi address given options. Pity Delhi is going to host Commonwealth 2010, this should be shown to all the visitors; the other side of incredible India.

                                      my nokia 5610 phone was stolen in metro over a year ago, i registered a complaint with the shastri park delhi metro police station. they gave me a fir no as well against my complaint and told me that they will contact me when the mobile will be traced out. i inquired about the complaint frequently for 5 months but they told me that nothing has been detected so far. recently i contacted them again regarding that complaint they still answered me the same. as per the officials the mobile has not been traced yet, but on my personal part i tried to trace that mobile with help of some other police station. which shows the mobile is traceable and is within the city limits. now i want your help to get my phone back through authorities

                                        My name is Natraj & I live in Sector-11,Rohini,New Delhi-85.On the night of 7th March 2011 around 21:35 hrs. I boarded a Metro Link Sewa Bus Service at Rohini East Metro Station.
                                        I asked the conductor,"if the bus is going towards the first cut of Sector-11,Rohini & how much is the fare for that?" The conductor replied,"Paanch Rupaye (Rupees Five). Then I again confirmed by asking,"the first cut of Sector-11,Rohini & it'll go straight via Rithala!" He said," Haan bhai,paach rupaye! Seedha jawegi Rithala se (Yes brother! Rupee Five & it'll go straight via Rithala). I gave him the fare of Rupee Five & sat on the seat. He collected the Five Rupee Fare without giving me the Ticket of Rs.5/- & when I asked for the ticket,he was reluctant to give me the ticket but I was adamant on collecting the ticket & he had to finally give me the ticket. It was only after reaching Rohini West Metro Station that I realized that this bus was taking another route via Manav Chowk-Sector-15,16,17 & then at last Sector-11,Rohini; I asked him why didn't he tell me the actual route (in fact I was the only one passenger who was traveling to go to Sector-11,Rohini) else I would have catch another bus straight to Sector-11; He replied nothing & after a pause lied that I didn't asked for the route & this is the only route the bus follow. I didn't counter him back because I just wanted to reach home anyhow,no matter for one if it took another 10 minutes more. When the bus cross the Manav Chowk stop;the conductor & the driver argued over some passenger,they should take him or not & then the driver in anger started to drive very rashly that my head was just saved from hitting the ceiling of the bus & when I objected to his rash driving to drive properly;suddenly the conductor asked me,"where I'm supposed to go?" I answered that To Sector-11,Rohini. He asked for another Five Rupee;I asked him,"What for?" He said,"Rs.10/- to Sector-11,Rohini;I counter him back that why didn't he tell me the truth earlier when I asked him to confirm the actual fare & the route of the bus?" He started to misbehave in filthy language & asked me to aboard the bus near Ganda Nala Pul Sector-15; But I didn't gave up to their misbehave attitude;then they said that this bus would now not go to the Sector-11, Rohini. I said,"I'll complain about them to the Metro, then they said," if I wish to call the police,then dial 100 now onwards or willing complaint Metro Official.Dono ki maa ki choot.Jhaant ukhaadh lenge maari." (I didn't have mobile phone else I would have definitely call the PCR) I had no option but to aboard the bus. I traveled on foot to my home;it took me 30 minutes & there was no other bus service late at that time of night.
                                        I note down the vehicle registration number of the bus,i.e, DL-1V A-6209. Sir,please take the stringent action against them & whatever else I'm required to do,I'll co-operate with the concerned authorities in getting them the apt punishment! please take action so that such bitter travel-experiences will not strike to other ones! Waiting for the reply!

                                        HORRIBLE MAINTAINENCE OF METRO FEEDER BUSES .

                                        THE DRIVER AND CLEANER MUST BE PENALISED.
