I lost ny wallet (White color), having personal photos, cash, imp cards on 2nd june in morning. I checked in botanical garden and while checked out i didn't find m wallet in m long hand bag. I checked out from netaji subhas nagar metro station by 100rs token.In evening i went rithala metro station and complaint for my lost wallet. They guide me for online complaint and talk about other metro station police station as they have reach only till inderlok metro station. Then i went and talked in raja garden metro station and compliant for the same. Guide for online submission of complaint. Plz help me in finding my wallet.

    Dear sir,

    I want to bring in your kind notice that on 19.03.2016 at malviya nagar metro station, i got my metro card recharged with rs 100/- with tbm machine (Left side). The previous balance of the card was rs. 53 approx /-. Accidentally my card got damaged just after few minutes of recharging the card. I registered a complained for the same at station (Complained form attached). They told me to come after few days to collect the money. Then i recharged my other card no [protected] by rs. 100/- same day. When i went to collect the money after few days they were giving me only rs. 50/-. Which i denied to take.

    Then i registered a complained no [protected] on 155370*155363. Then i visited again on three time and the last visit date on 17.05.2016 and 18.05.2016. The officers were still offering me rs. 50/-. Which is not acceptable. According to me dmrc should return rs. 153/-. You can refer the cctv records to check whether i have recharged the card or not (Right side tbm machine during 17.35 am to 17.50 am. On 19.03.2016)

    According to dmrc my complained no [protected] has resolved from their side. But it is not resolved from my side.
    I have registered another complained no [protected] dated 21.05.2016 for the same.

    You are kindly requested to look in to the matter and oblige.

      महोदय में राधेश्याम चतुर्वेदी करीब 7.20 वजे लगभग चांदनी चौक मेट्रो में अन्दर जाने के लिए लाइन में लगा हुआ था और जब जांच मशीन के करीब पहुंचने वाला था कि तभी करीब 10से 12 लोग बिना लाइन के अन्दर प्रवेश करने के लिए आगे पहुंच गए जिस पर प्रार्थी ने उनको रोकने के लिये दिखाई दिये CISF के कांस्टेबल को कहा कांस्टेबल उन लोगों में से कुछ को रोक पाया उसके बाद एक अन्य व्यक्ति जो मेरे पीछे लाइन में था से कुछ वहस करने लगा और प्राथी व उस व्यक्ति को लांंइन से बाहर होने को कहने लगा जिस पर पूछने पर एक अन्य अधिकारी रणधीर कुमार जी आ गये और कांस्टेबल के कहने पर हम दोनों लोगों को अपना प्रभाव दिखा कर रोक लिया और बिना किसी मामले को समझे जाने देने से रोका और फिर मुझ प्रार्थी से आफिस में वुलाकर र्जुमाना Sec.68 में 500भरवा लिया गया है जबकि उपरोक्त कांस्टेबल के सीने पर उसके नाम वाली जगह पर उसका नाम अंकित नहीं था और नाम पूछने पर दुवारा र्जुमाना भरवाने की धमकी देने लगा अतः निवेदन है की ंउचित जांच करा कर प्रार्थी से लिये गलत र्जुमाने को वापस कराया जाये और दोषी कांस्टेबल पर उचित कार्रवाई की जाए, सादर

        Hi

        I felt very sad yesterday when I parked the car yesterday in Huda City Basement. Parking is too poor and no safety for Women at all. Not Lights in basement lift. No one to guide the route. Charging for the poor parking Rs 200 for Overnight.

        When I spoke about the same with Mr. Amit Kumar, Manager of Huda City Centre. He was mis behaving and was so rude. I would like to take the strict action against him. He should have sense atleast how to speak with women.

        Delhi Metro — delhi metro entry doors found closed

        on 18 July 15 at 0517 hrs we found all entry doors of Delhi metro at Rajouri Garden metro station closed. Arrival time of first train as per website is 0522 hrs.we perforce had to go by auto to station.

        Amount not refund

When i was in dilshad garden metro station. I have lost sony d2502/experia c3 colour black, imei 1-[protected], imei 2- [protected] along with no.[protected] (Airtel) and [protected] (Tata docomo). Kindly help us to find my mobile as soon as possible.

          Delhi Metro — ticket fare

          At the metro station near new Delhi railway station the ticket selling staff collected more than exact fare because there no price printed on the tokens. So please sell price printed tokens.

            I want to tell u about rush infront o[censored]r gate no 5 each and every time. Many people like pathery wale, khopche wale, and raddy wale, fruits wale take covered the whole area and people have a facing a lots of problem of this. They cant give space anybody u know sir pick pocketing and mobile thefting is very normal/common in metro. But your staff will not do their duty properly sorrry its my humble request plez u take immediately action to clean the whole way or close the gate no 5.

              My wallet was stolen from my bag while i was travelling with my little kid in metro on 30th April. I boarded the Noids city centre mtero from Dwarka SEctor 8 at 12:16 pm and deboarded the train at Uttam Nagar West at around 12:40. I found was my wallet was not in bag when i go down. I informed the Uttam Nagar West Compliant centre and they told me to go to Rajouri Garden which was not possible for me as i was carrying small child with me. I request the DMRC to please help. I was carrying cash, cards and my ID proofs. Cards are blocked, cash i have no hope to find but atleast my ID proofs if i am able to find.

                  I have a metro card but the card is not working on date of 25/02/2016
                  I am summit the card on 26/02/2016 on nawada metro station after 10 days
                  metro staff says, I get the only 45 rupees refund but i have 501 rupees on this card and given the complain for recheck but again on 29/03/2016 DMRC says
                  I you get only 45 rupees, it is not a matter of rupees it is matter of trust so plz
                  take a appropriate action about this matter .

                    Today i.e. on March 23, 2016, there is no holiday or saturday/sunday. When I reached Dwarka sector 21 metro station, I came to know that frequency of trains is after every 15 minutes. There was no announcement on the station earlier about this. It caused great inconvenience to me reaching office.

                      The intersection at ITS Mohan nagar has been shifted 800 meters ahead and full stretch remains jammed and it takes 20-25min to cover this distance daily, waisting our time and energy. The authorised person should look into this matter and provide us with a solution.

                          Helmet lost from dwarka metro station parking on 14th feb. There was no single cctv, irresponsible behaviour from parking guy.
                          It was of honda brand.

                            Hello,

                            I was travelling in Delhi metro, on my way back from nirvan vihar to vaishali, The scan guard at nirman vihar station took away my multi functional tool kit, it is no where mentioned in the DMRC passenger brochure thats its illegal to carry it. But he still took it from me. His name was Bhileshwar Singh.

                            I want that strict actions is to be taken against him so that he will not be able to bother other people.

                              I lost my "Baggit" wallet today in delhi metro. It was brown in color. There were 2 cards in the metro : Metro card and white colored access card.                                   I had misplaced my cellphone at mansarovar park on 6dec 2015.at around 10 30 am i askd all the officials there individually to help me make a call, but they refused.i almost begged helplessly, even offered them money for the call, they just folded hands and said cant help. Why are they appointed? For helping the needy.please look into the matter and atleast issue them a warning and reminding them of their duties. I was helped by a fellow passenger later, with zero support by those officials. Please check your duty roster and identify and issue notices to them for preventing further negligence of duty.

                                    Being a regular commuter at DMRC i faced physical and mental harrasment today at 9am when i deboarded at green park metro station. the Driver did not bother to inform the customer operator to get a wheel chair causing me to stand on one leg for 40 minutes. I will have to file a written FIR at green park police station if action is not taken against your metro driver.

                                      This is something i never wanted to post but the behaviour of one of your CISF staff Mr. Mahabir Singh with two Stars at Rajouri Garden Metro Station at the platform towards Dwarka Sec 21 at 09:00 A.M. was very pathetic. I was sitting with my friend at the bench, you provide us to sit, where 6th coach of the metro lies when metro comes. He came to us and asked that why were we sitting there and insulted me in front of every passenger who were boarding and deboarding the metro, and he was like that we belong to a unmannered family. He was talking like a very uneducated person whereas a Thelewala can talk better than him. He was asking repeatedly that why were we sitting there but he did not ask the same question to the two girls who were sitting beside me or anybody at the metro station. I do not know what kind of a mentality he was having.I have also asked to show him his I-Card but he clearly denied. I wanted to make sure if he is on duty. From this incident i can be enough confident that why do people, a very normal people afraid when they see a cop around them but according to me and according to your management people should feel safe when they see a cop around them.

                                      I believe you will guide him to treat people well because i also believe that the Staff in CISF is educated. Such people makes us to point out a finger on management.
