My pocket was picked today, lost my wallet and with it all my cards, Dl etc. including meto card. Instead of helping me, DMRC staff at Vaishali treated me shabbily and charged me 5 times the amount, as if I were a thief. Believe me, the car parking guy was much better, he recognised me and didnt charge anything for not producing the slip.

Online recharge amount not received

I have recharged my metro smart card having no.56143124 on 13.06.2016 at morning. But still not received my recharged amount. Please resolve my problem ASAP

    I was boarding the metro at Green Park and the person, Arun, at the counter didnot have change and caused me inconvinience instead of him tryin to find the solution. Are they serving us or sitting their doing a favour for us. Similar experince when on my way back from Shadi pur Metro Station, the lady at the counter was a torture to talk to. NEED BETTER PEOPLE AT COUNTERS AT LEAST WHERE THERE IS PUBLIC INTERACTION.

      Delhi Metro issued us (my family) three tokens from GTB nagar to Nirman vihar at 22.59 Hrs on 23 Jan 2011, but when we reached to Rajiv chowk there was no metro train to Nirman Vihar so, we stuck there but Delhi metro didn't provide any solution at late night of 23.30 hrs. It was jaust shame to Delhi metro that due to his negligently we stuck in night without money in the pocket and Delhi metro can not provide us other solution due to his fault even the duty officer was not ready to listen us. Here i strongly request you that take strong action on that matter. We got fedup that whole night only due to Delhi metro.
      Please compensate my lose as soon as possible.
      I have already make compliant at Delhi metro in Register at Rajiv chowk and site of Delhi metro, the complaint no is 378007 dated 23 January 2011.

      Faulty checking system @noida 16
      It takes no genius to know that noida is one of the prime corp hub in delhi...hence around peak office time out hours i.e 5:30 to 7 there is humongous rush such that ladies checking line moves in snakes of 2-3 ...it takes us 1/2 hr to just get into to the punching machines ..now this is too much for sm one who has to rush home tend to kids after wrkin 8 hrs already...it pinch all the more coz there are two lady constables and one of them wd be just wasting her time...bt they wont create two checking points...while there are two for gents...matlab here also men being treated superior to us...heights!!


      Hoping my complaint wdnt fell on deaf ears

        I park my 2-wheeler on Shadipur Metro Station Parking on a regular basis, in the evening and pick it up next morning. I always doubted that there is theft of Petrol form the Motorcycles, but wasn't very sure. On January 14, 2011 i checked my Petrol meter before leaving and park my vehicle there in the parking. When i came next morning and i again checked the meter, the petrol wasn't there in the tank, approx. 3 liter Petrol was missing. I think others must be facing the same problem. I request you to kindly take strict action aginst the Contractor's employees.

        to-day just before i sent compalin regarding non availablity of ordinary petro. I am sorry that I omitted certain material facts regarding location of your petrol pump. the petrol pump i referred is at Rajkot Ring Road, Rajkot(Gujarat) . In this regard i have talked with your local sales officer Mr. S. S. Kulkarni also.

        Shadipur parking main naya contrector aya hai or wo har night parking car or bike walo se rupees badhane ko bol raha hai pass 1000 pr month or night parking ka slip 30 rupess pr entery agar person morning main gadi nikalta hai to 10 rupees extra late hai jab ki metro ka pass 500 rs main banta hai or parking slip car 10 per entery upto 10 hours 10 per entery agar koi bhi complent karne jata hai to metro ka staaf bhi mila hua hai wo kahte hai ki jagha nahi hai yani ki agar person 1000 rupees dega to wo car parking kar sakta hai or night main 30 rupess per entery or jo person bolta hai to wo kahte hai tum jaha marji complent kar do mujhe lagta hai ki metro staf sub mila hua hai or manmarji c pesa wasol kar rahe hai or bhi parking hai jaha 500 rupees main pass banta hai or agar koi bolta hai to ye contrector badmashi dhikate hai or parking main sub log pareshan hai plz solve this problem or car ka key un ke pass rehta hai wo sub importent papper ko chedte hai I request you to kindly take strict action aginst the Contractor's employees.

        I am daily passenger of Delhi Metro, and i reach their with my cycle. I want to pay monthly parking charge, but parking contractor saying that there is no any rule for monthly parking charges. I talk with metro station customer care (where from i reach daily) but they told me to contact with parking contractor. Sir please kindly suggest me what can i do?

        The parking attendants for the two wheelers as the Nehru Place parking of the Delhi Metro always charges more from the user's of the facility. The rates are Rs 5 for first 4 hours, Rs 8 till 12 hours and Rs 12 for more than 12 hours. Invariably the parking attendants charge a flat rate of Rs 10 if the two wheeler is parked for more than 4-5 hours. If somebody protests, they misbehave and tells the parkers to park somewhere else as if it is their property. As a matter of fact, they as a routine give half torn slip to the users availing the facility, whereby cutting away the portion wherein Rs 5 for the first 4 hours are written making the users to believe that the rate starts from Rs 8 irrespective of the duration of the time the two wheeler is parked. Please stop this menace as they are harassing the users every day, day in and day out. A humble request please.

          Hi Sir/ Madam,

          My question is " Why there is prohibition of eating and drinking on the metro? ", as an educated person i am well aware of the rules and regulations to be followed when on board. However, my only concern here is related to the people who travel in metro and for long hours. I am sure that, no body would like to have food in such crowded place and not a "Indian Thali" for sure.

          I am raising this concern only because i was in the situation wherein i needed to eat something on the train, as i did not had my breakfast. I am working in Gurgaon and reside in West Delhi, as my work hours are such that at times i do not get enough time to have my breakfast, i always carry some snacks or biscuits in my bag so that i can have them once i get time. It takes me 2 hours from Rohini East metro station to reach Huda City Center metro station. I have to board the train half hour before because of the uncertain stoppage timings and unforeseen delay due to one or the other reason, so that i can reach my office on time. This is not only my problem but i think there would be other people facing the same problem.

          This was today, when i rushed to the office without having my breakfast, when boarded the train from Kashmiri Gate, i was starving, I took a biscuit from my bag and tried to have it, a lady (who was also aware of the rules and regulations of Metro) started shouting on me saying that eating is PROHIBITED, i told her that i am aware of it and not having food on board but as i am travelling alone and i am hungry i need to have some thing so that i can reach my destination, which will take at least 1hr. She was not listening to me and said "EATING AND DRINKING IS PROHIBITED" (as per the sign board) on metro, you can not have it, and i should get off the train and have it and then board the next train, i told her that i am shot of time and can not do that as i have to reach office on time. The lady said she will complain to the metro authority and i will be liable to pay a penalty (for having a biscuit in the train).

          I agree that not allowing eating of food is good and is for keeping the Metro clean and tidy. And i am also sure that, no body can travel for 2 1/2 hr without having water in any weather condition.

          However, my request to the Delhi Metro Authority is to change the sign board "EATING AND DRINKING IS PROHIBITED" to something like "DO NOT THROUGH THE LITTER INSIDE THE TRAIN" or "KEEP THE METRO CLEAN".

          After today, i am afraid that knowing of the prohibition sign someday, somebody would come and grab by water bottle and say, that i can not have water inside the metro as "DRINKING IS PROHIBITED".

          Please consider my concern as it will help people traveling in Metro for long hours and without any loud conversation.

          People travelling in Delhi Metro are educated and are responsible at the same time and so am i, and people who are not educated and are not responsible, will not care what is written on the board.

            Incident-
            I hava Metro Card. Today I haven’t balance in my Metro Card. But long Queue in card window. So I decided to purchase a token. I travelled daily from Shahdara to Nataji Subhash Place via Metro on 3rd January 2011 at around 09.35 am. The lady at the ticketing counter charged me 18/- Rs.
            As I intended to exit at N.S.P, I was not able to exit as the token had 18 Rs/- only.
            As I checked with the staff, they asked me to pay 50Rs/- + 1 Rs/- for not getting correct token.
            Eventually, I had to pay Rs 51/- and also it wasted a lot of my time.


            Complaint-

            1)I Think all staff which working in DMRC on contractual basis & uneducated low salary staff.
            That why nobody can understand our errands. Please I Would like to request your department. Please requirement proper trained educated staff. With good knowledge of computer also.

            2) If I am a computer and I realise that Rs 19/- is the correct fare (and the systems are robust enough to not allow me to exit if i buy anything less), why will i like to under spend and that too 1 Rs/-

            3) If it’s a miss from your personnel's end, please help do the diligence. I am paying for miss/cheating from your staff

            In my opinion in that case passenger is most uneducated than Metro contractor staff, because
            He is a daily passenger of metro so he should know how much fare from Shahdara to Netaji and he should also know that PIDS (Passenger information display system) is available to check Ticket ammount.
            Dear Sir/Madam,

            My Name is Akash Gupta(C.A), I daily travel in Metro from Vaishali to AIIMS. I would like to bring your kind attention towards the inconvenience faced by the passengers due to running of 4 coaches train, specially in the peak hours(8:30 to 10:30AM and 5:30PM to 7:30PM). My kind comment on the situation is that if DMRC has 6 coaches train to run on the track then why is that not doing the same? If there is any problem then please do let me know because i have the right to information.

              I used to park my two wheeler daily at shadipur Depot metro station parking lot in the morning and picked up my vehicle in the evening at around 9 -10 pm. I am observing that in the evening time, parking contracter and his helpers are dunked on the daily basis and use abusive language with the travellers. Also they are using the paking space as colony parking space for commercial and private purposes and charged against the norms. Their act is serious threat for the travellers specially for female citizens.

              I reuest to the concerned officer to take appropiate and necessary action against the Parking contracter.

                Mai bas yah kahna chahti hun ki DMRC management ne metro train me ladies coach bana kar bahut badi galti ki hain.Iski wajah se aaj ladko or ladkiyon me samajasya ka bhaw nahi raha.atleast delhi me to ye nahi hona chahiye.aaj sirf aapke is kadam ki wajah se ladies & gents me differences aa gayi hain.unki soch badal gai hain.kal jaha gents ladies ko jarurat k hisab se seat dete hain aaj wo hi gents ladkiyon k gents compartment me chadhne par comment karte hain.kis kis ko rokenge aap?aapne ladies ki help nahi ki hain balki uske character ko daw pe laga diya hai.pichale 8 salon se ladies ko general compartment se koi problem nahi thi par aaj ladies coach ban jane k bad unhe lagta hain ki ladies coach hona chahiye or aapne man liya.kitni jaldi sbke vichar change ho rahe hain ye aap kalpana bhi nahi kar sakte.ye bhi kisi aatank se kam nahi hain.behtar hoga ki aap jald se jald ise roke.Common Wealth k liy di gayi suwidha ko usi game k sath khatm kare.

                  This is to bring to the notice of the concerned authorities the dishonest attitude of the Metro Feeder Bus staff. Today I boarded Metro Feeder Bus no. DL-1V-A-6395 from Delhi University. The said bus had a destination tag for Sawan Park but the crew were calling for Nirankari Colony, so I also took the bus for Mukherjee Nagar. Even after paying the fare charges, the conductor of the bus did not issue any ticket, not only to me but to other passengers also. On my repeated requests, he finally issued a ticket for Sawan Park instead. This is surprising that when the bus was meant for Sawan Park, how come it was plying for some other route and where all the ticket money would go? I wonder how much the dishonest staff of the bus would make out of way fast buck daily.

                  I request the concerned authorities to take a serious note this and take appropriate action against the crew members.

                  Dear Sir,

                  I am the daily passenger of metro feeder bus. Which route is from neta ji subhash place to mahavir hospital via rani bagh. My complaint is for the bus no. DL-1V A-6423. The feeder's route is finish to mahavir hospital and the bus driver take all the passenger for west enclave which is too far from the mahavir hospital. And the bus is not reaching on the right time at mahavir and all the passengers are facing many problems because this is only bus to NSP metro station. We have many time warned to the bus conductor but they are done same mistake all the day. Please do something. Hope our problem is sort out as earlier as possible.

                  Delhi Metro — no feeder buses

                  i traveled daily by metro from tilak nagar to rk ashram it takes me about 23 minutes .. but from rk ashram metro station to sadar bazzar where i worked there are no feeder buses availabie . that distance is just 2 km .but by ricshaw that distance is covered in 20 minutes which very annoying. i am surprised that dehli metro has started feeder service at rk ashram. because it will be the most profitable . a large number of people traveled through that route.so kindly please provide us the service.

                    Its not a complaint its a kind of suggestion to Delhi Metro Corporation. Delhi Metro Corpn. has reserved compartment for women. The coaches are always empty except in the peak hours. Other coaches are very crowded especially the train which goes to Huda City Centre. The train which was taking 10 minutes from Kashmere gate to Central Sectt, now takes more than 20 minutes.

                    Suggestion: If they are to reserve the compartment for women they should allow senior citizens and handicapped people in that compartment also. Old people and handicapped people face more difficulty than young women.

                    or the compartment should be reserved for women in only peak hours i.e. 8AM to 10PM and 5PM to 7PM.

                      We (me and my wife Mrs. Asha Rohilla) treavelled by Metro fom Tis Hazari to Rajiv Chowk on 11.10.2010 at 3.40 p.m. and during our journey due to overcrowded stations and metros we became a victim of pick pocket. Our bag was bottom cut and money removed. We lost Rs.1.50 lakhs in this crime. We have lodged our compalint with known agencies i.e. Delhi Police Commissioner by email, Metro Police at Kashmiri Gate in writing, DMRC Customer Care at Kashmiri Gate by email, concerned police station but so far not evan a line of reply rearding progress in investigation. Loss of valuables in DMRC is their responsibility too besides individual's responsibility. Main cause is overcrowded metros. Concerned agencies are requested to get back our hard earned money.

                        Hello Team,

                        I was needed to Board a train from Old Delhi Railway Station on 9th Oct, 10 at 08:55 pm. So, I was picked up Metro from Anand Vihar ISBT at 8:10 pm for Rajiv Chaowk then I was changed metro from Rajiv Chaowk for Chandani Chowk.
                        However, due to unnecessary stoppage of Metro train between two stations and waited more time on Platforms, I missed my train whose timing was 8:55 pm from Old Delhi Railway Station.

                        It was very urgent to reach to my home but due to metro inconvenience, i missed my train and i was not reached there on time

                        I purchased two tokens at Tis Hazari Stn at about 18.30 hrs for Inderlok on 13/12/2010. Person on third counter from left hand took Rs.34/-. while on return from Inderlok to Tis Hazari, Rs. 24/-was charged. There is no name displayed on uniform neither fare are displayed at counter. It is suggested that 1. Person must have name on counter, 2. Amount charging must be displayed digitally and recorded. The country is already facing large scale corruption and therefore, foolproof methods are necessary to be in place.
                        Hi this is Rohit, i work in gurgaon and come from delhi janakpuri by delhi metro from janakpuri to rajiv chok metro train service is good but i dont know what is wrong with rajiv chok to gurgaon and back service is too bad shame on drivers who can not stop the train properly they take arround 1-2 min only to stop a train at a station.metro speed is too slow on this track as well as service start too late and traines stuck too much at almost after 2 or 3 stations.
                        i think this is too much why u runing metro on this sector i[censored] people metro corporatn cant handle it.plz wake up now...

                          DELHI METRO IS SPREADING ITS WINGS IN ALL DIRECTIONS. O.K. IT IS GOOD. BUT IT IS SORRY STATE OF AFFAIRS THAT DUE TO HEAVY RUSH IT BECOMES DIFFICULT FOR MORE THAN HALF HOUR DURING PEAK HOURS TO CATCH A TRAIN.                           This is to bring to your kind notice eve teasing and bad behaviour towards women commuters in Delhi Metro. Due to increasing no. of passengers on Delhi Metro it is getting very difficult for women to commute on the Metro Rail during peak hours.

                          There have been instances of people harassing the women copassengers.

                          Would request you to kindly have demarcated spaces for women or separate womens compartment manned by Lady polie officers.

                          I am a student regularly travelling in metro. It is so nice of you that you have started ladies compartment in metro. it has become a boon for Ladies travelling alone. But My Kind request is that some male passengers get into the ladies compartment, and if we tell them that this is ladies boogie they sumtimes shout at us.Yesterday just because of two male passengers a small child had to suffer.I also registered a complaint regarding this issue at the customer service centre of "Rajiv Chowk". Kindly do something regarding this issue. We ladies need your help sir.

                            My name is Kapil Rawtani, I am a resident of Malviya Nagar.Today (07 Sep' 2010) at 1440 hours approx. I bought a token of Rs.12 from AIIMS to Malviya Nagar from window number 2 from left side,and board a metro from AIIMS station, instead of Rs.12 your ticket executive gave me a token of Rs.10 which was valid from AIIMS to Hauz Khas,and after reaching Malviya Nagar at 1450 hours approx. I paid Rs.50 as fine and Rs.2 as fare difference due to negligence of your ticketing executive at AIIMS station.

                            I feel you should recruit educated staff at all the metro stations because of just a little negligence of your ticketing executive at AIIMS I argued with the gaurd and customer care executive at Malviya Nagar station and I paid fine even if I had not commited any offence.

                            Delhi metro is the public transport and thousand of passenger are travelling daily,so you should recruit some efficient and educated staff,so that Delhi metro passengers have safe and joyful journey and they do not have to face Embarrassment like me just because your staff is illiterate.

                            I hope you will look into the matter and do the needful.

                              It’s been 3 to 4 years that we have been travelling through metro so we park our vehicles at Delhi university metro station everyday as we commute through metro; it saves our time to reach our office. So we filled the vehicle parking form a month ago. it has been 15 days our request has got approved but the parking owner of Delhi university metro station is not making our passes and uses abusive language because of which we are facing problem daily.                                 Sir I was travelling by Delhi Metro from Botanical Garden on 29 August 2010, near about timing 2:30 PM. I was taking playing toy as a gift for my five year old niece. The toy didn, t pertained to any metallic substance . It was a simple deviced toy which operates with the help of small batteries and it was not equipped with any electronic machine , Mettalic substance and batteries. They forcefully damaged that toy and started abusing me and infact they raised hand on me. Sir iam a Government employee and highly educated person. I request them that this is not an objectionable article and i showed them the cover of the toy which was diagrammated with the inside content of the toy. But they didn't listened me and started shouting on me and abusing me. The toy was very costly and it was damaged brutually into pieces. It was a huge loss to me and i was humilated . Kindly take serious action against the officials on duty on 29/08/10 at Botanical Metro Station ( 2:30 PM)

                                  Our classes is conducting at Shah Auditorium At Raj Niwas Marg every day morning 6.30 to 10.30 . After the class mostly students use the route of Delhi Metro from Kashmiri Gate ( Gate No. 3 & 4 ) , but unfortunately at the metro station’s Lobby & Stairs there are so many ( approx. 10 to 20 ) students of nearby schools sit in the stairs & Smoking in the Station Premises And Also Passing the comments on girls ( our class students ).

                                  we already warn them as well as make complaints to the Security officers but there has nobody take any action towards this mismanagement .

                                  So you are requested to please take reasonable action in this regard & help us.

                                    Incident-
                                    I travelled from Noida Sector 16 to Noida City Centre via Metro on 2nd August 2010 at around 9.50 am. The lady at the ticketing counter charged me 12/- Rs.
                                    As I intended to exit at City Centre, I was not able to exit as the token had 10 Rs/- only.
                                    As I checked with the staff, they asked me to pay 50Rs/- + 2 Rs/- for not getting correct token.
                                    I called the helpline (with Mr Jiten) but he told me the same thing
                                    Eventually, I had to pay Rs 52/- and also it wasted a lot of my time.


                                    Complaint-
                                    Sir, I realise that the token has 10Rs/- and while boarding from Noida Sector 16, I should have been more careful at the entry gate (where it displayed Rs 10/-), but I would like to share that

                                    1) If I am a commuter and I realise that Rs 12/- is the correct fare (and the systems are robust enough to not allow me to exit if i buy anything less), why will i like to underspend and that too 2 Rs/-

                                    2) If its a miss from your personnel's end, please help do the dilligence. I am paying for miss/cheating from your staff

                                    I filed a complaint (14974) but helpline check told me that the lady had not overcharged


                                    Suggestion- Sir, I request you to take precedence and use a lie detector (for both the lady and the myself) if you dont believe in my case.
                                    While Delhi Metro is a great example of modern day futuristic India, human interventions/behaviours are trying to stop the show

                                    On the metro stations and tracks there is lot of rain water stored and it is a happy home for mosquito to breed and spread disease in the city.
                                    i think govt should impose penalty and fine for such ignorance.

                                    When any thing runs there are Good and there are Bad both exists. we need to overcome the bad part. Along with the above ones i would like to draw the attention of metro top people toward the management of crowd. As the model is highly successful the management of crowd of a big challenge and there is need to change the existing thought process.

                                    I commute from Mayur Vihar Phase-1 to Noida Sec - 16. The crowd is horrible as the the frequency is 8 mins. There is vertually a place for only 1-2 can get in the Metro that too fortunately standing at the front of the gate. Once the journey is over it takes around 7-10 mins to come out of the Exit token gate as there is always big que reaching the end wall.

                                    Today (3-Sep-2010) the crowd was horrible as the que reached the end wall and turned twice. It took around 20 mins to get out of the station. The station staff not able to respond and the same complaint was also give in Jan as well but nothing has been done.

                                    There is a place to install new gates and once more gates are installed the problem can be solved. There might be many other problems leis like this and can be over come by taking little initiative by the top people.

                                    Commuting from Model Town to Noida daily and finding it in a sorry state...

                                    The guarding staff at the Rajiv Chowk Station are meant to guide the people to maintain lines... but they

                                    are so irresponsible... after MISSING 6 TRAINS... I was able to get in... due to the uncivilised people

                                    pushing from behind cause there were no lines maintained to get in.

                                    Just yesterday i had my first trip in metro from the new line from Chhatarpur to central Secretarat. At around 08:05 hrs i asked the person in token counter to give me a token for Central Secr. & once i reached my destination i was told "i have bought it till INA". From whatever happened after that i have few questions:
                                    1)The person inCentral Secr (station incharge) told me i shud know the rates even if it's my first time . i questioned tht gentleman tht whether he knew rates of 2 stations( randomly) to which he replied that he doesnt need to know.I'm sure he should teach what he preaches. i accept my mistake of believing the staff.
                                    2)The lady at the counter asked me to go back to INA & refill some amount till i could come back to my destination. Phew by this time i'm sure that i can never feel good bout travelling back in metro again though i'll have to...
                                    3)the station incharge said that i HAD to pay Rs 50 + 2 AS THIS IS THE POLICY even when he almost agreed that it was the fault of the person from whom i had taken the token. i'm sure making money from such unethical ways should not be followed as i'm sure anyone reading this should agree that an untrained personnel who is on a contractual basis will not accept his mistake..& is bound to repeat such a thing again n again n again.
                                    4)How many times do thhey give back your change money??They just say we dont have it ...you get the change then..
                                    5)i was told that every complaint is delt with seriously.. hope to get some response 6)Funny part is all this has happened for just 2 rupees...

                                    I travelled from chattarpur to indraprastha via Metro on 16 nov 2010 at around 8.42 am. The gents at the ticketing counter no1 charged me 21/- Rs.
                                    As I intended to exit at indraprastha, I was not able to exit as the token had 16 Rs/- only.
                                    As I checked with the staff, they asked me to pay 50Rs/- + 5 Rs/- for not getting correct token.
                                    I called the helpline (with Mr yogesh) but he told me the same thing
                                    Eventually, I had to pay Rs 52/- and also it wasted a lot of my time.
                                    there are many requirement of people which DMRC can't take into consideration.DMRC is already providing a great service in transport.It's only a medium of transportation.Just imagine your life without metro.It has a great role in our life.Indian Railway is providing drinking water but you better know their quality.So Plz. corporate with DMRC instead of giving complains.

                                    I am a reguler coustmer of delhi metro more than thrice in a week, i was travelling from seelumpur to rajori garden before a month, i went to costumer care and stand in queue to recharge my card, i waited from 10 mins and watching everything. Then i called the guy who was sitting inside and talking on phone but he didn't rply instead of guy the girl name's MONIKA was standing beside him and doing nothing was suddenly lost her temper and started shouting on me and said "CHUP CHAP KHADA RHE WHI PAR" then i said to her politely ma'm that i am giving you respect so also deserve the same thing from your side, then again she started houling on me, then i said please come out, i dont wanna talk to you i wanna talk to your station master then again she started shoting on me and said to me "YOU SHUT UP ANPAD GAVAR" and started abusing me that i can't mention here. After all these thing she said to me wait for a minute l'll tell you that what can i do, i said do whatever you want i am not going anywhere then she started mummering and called the staff of CISF who was standing there and they cought me and treat me as a criminal, then they waste my more then half an hour, after that a guy came to me and said that he is station master but he was not and asked what happend and i told each and everything to him, than she came in the control room and discussing with him after five minute the guy came out the room and said to me she is going to file police complaint against you, then i said i am ready for it coz i didn't do anything wrong than he started trying to understemate me and said to me that she is girl and police will support her, nothing will happen police come here and harrase you and will take 200 or 500rs from you and take you to police station, you say sorry and leave this topic here. Actully he started to critise and understimate me, then i thought a bit and said sorry coz i was getting late, after some time before a week i was traveling by merto then i again went to cc and asked the name of girl, than again the guy sitting in the cc understimate me and said she is desprate to file a police complaint against you and DMRC lowyer are free and haven't nothing to do, so don't do anything you are taking risk on your career. I also worked as a costumer care executive and i know very well that how to treat to and behave with coustmer.
                                    So, i am reqesting to you please give the proper training to metro staff coz the way the metro stations staff behave to their coustmer its not good at all, i am not blaming all the whole staff but some of them ruining the image of Delhi Metro by their wrong attitude some of then are very good. Some are very very unmannered and teach some manners and take some action against her. If they (The whole metro staff) treat the passengers like this, i don't think so that there will be any diference between Delhi Metro and indian railway.
                                    I hope that you will surely come to me with a nice explaination.
                                    i wanna add somethings, insults can come in two forms, words and gestures. You can avoid a lot of problem by thinking before you speak. Choosing your words before sharing them, may be all you need to bring a smile to someones face rather than a frown. It is not against the Delhi Metro, please tak it as a feedback from a reguler coustmer.

                                    this is to inform you that the employees at the token counter always asks for CHANGE and that too not for rs1 or 2 but for rs 7, 8 or 9.
                                    And since sometimes we do not carry changes, so taking the benefit of that the employees at the token counter do not return us the remaining money. Yesterday at the SHADIPUR metro station i asked for a token for MG ROAD metro station, they asked me for rs 7 change.Since i did not have the change so they did not give me the remaining change, then again at the MG road metro station the asked for change while taking the token and again they did not return the change.
                                    As an individual its not a big loss, but its a huge inconvenience while buying the tokens.So pi request you to please do consider this.

                                    Deliberate negligence by the staffs & extremely poor service at Chatterpur Metro Station during exit & entry during the peak hours.
                                    It was madding crowd everywhere & there are people falling on each other & there was a stampede like situation every day at exit points at Chatterpur Metro station during peak hours on daily basis. The queue extended till the platform still there are people pouring in from the trains but nobody can exit. People are fighting with each other for exit. I do not understand why the exit gates cannot be increases. Neither the exit system nor the entry system is functional.
                                    Why these systems are not in not in healthy conditions. The exit gates remain malfunctioned. The scanning machine at entry the gates remains malfunctioned.
                                    What is the problem with Metro? Is it lack of money or manpower? Why cannot be a large number of technical & security manpower be employed? Why the system cannot be full proof? The country has spent huge money in setting up of such world class infrastructure but due to negligence of the official in charge things are going in the path of destruction. Why?

                                    A gentleman cannot think of travelling in Delhi Metro because of its mismanagement, & poor safety & security. Metro is earning such a huge amount of Money but there is a poor maintenance.

                                    Please reply to my queries. As a citizen I am much concern to this. Ensure that action must be taken against these unpatriotic officials.

                                      sulabh complex in kashmeri gate, opposite to gate no. 7 is in very poor condition. it requires better maintenance. people sitting infront charge public Rs. 2 for single use and doing nothing about hygiene

                                      Yes! I also agree with that the Delhi metro Sulabh complex is too dirty at GBT Nagar stop. Many times I have seen there that in ladies section of toilet gents are using. I have caught many times red-handed.

                                      Please do the needful for the same. I have complained this to local staff however, they just ignore it.

                                      please help to maintain dignity and hygiene.
