Hi Sir

Incident-
I travelled from Noida Botanical Garden to Anand Vihar via Metro on 19 September 2016 at around 9.10 am. The employe at the ticketing counter no. 4 charged me 29/- Rs.
As I intended to exit at Anand Vihar, I was saw the token had 19 Rs/- only.
As I consult with the staff in Anand Vihar, they asked me the fare of Botanical garden to Anand Vihar is 19/- rs. Only

So i would like yo tell you why the staff charged me extra 10/-rs.
Please consider this type of activity of metro staff. We are not tolerate this type of services of DMRC

Please take a correct action for this incident and also staff of Botanical garden merto station.

Dear sir

I have already send the email on 27.08.2016. But there is no reply from your side. Therefore I am sending a remainder mail for the same problem. As per the discussion with one of your customer care supervisor Mr. Aman on today (04.09.2016) at 11.40 AM. As per my request he registered a complaint for the same. The complaint number is [protected]. Therefore I will get a positive feedback as soon as possible. My complaint the mentioned below:

"I have recharge my metro card[protected] on 25.08.2016 of Rs. 400/- through my credit card. As per the request of one of your customer care executive I am trying the top my card through your machine those who installed in metro station, the machine tells there is no top up amount is available on your card. Therefore pls refund the the above said amount to my credit card or recharge my metro card the above said amount as soon as possible. Also I am sending the screenshot of you website showing that Thank you for your order with DMRC Smart Card Website Your Merchant Transaction #1601108 on www.dmrcsmartcard.com was successful." But till date there is no response from DMRC officials.
I have recharge my metro card[protected] on 25.08.2016 of Rs. 400/- through my credit card. But till date I have not credit the amount to my card. Also I am sending the screenshot of you website showing that Thank you for your order with DMRC Smart Card Website Your Merchant Transaction #1601108 on www.dmrcsmartcard.com was successful.

    I had made 2 recharge transactions on 13.08.2016 for following cards for Rs. 200/- each, but neither the amount have been credited in my account nor the amount is refunded yet.

      I usually travel from Vaishali to ITO daily and change train at Mandi House Station. Today on 8.9.16 I was waiting for train at Platform No. 3 of Mandi House Station at about 9.59 AM for the train for ITO. At About 10.05 at train arrived with mentioned terminal point at Mandi House. Therefore, I and about 500 passengers did not board the said train but our utter surprise that train left for ITO for which even no announcement was made. In this way so many passengers like me missed that train due to this negligence on the part of DMRC and had to wait for the next train which came after 10 minutes. Thus the passengers were late for their duty for non fault of them.

      This is not the first instance but such incident happened in the past also 2-3 times which was reported immediately through on line but no action was taken.

      It is requested that DMRC should take utmost care of avoiding such recurrence of negligence to maintain its reputation.

        I am daily traveller of metro from mohan estate to jahangirpuri, i daily travel. But when i see the dirtyness after coming out of metro station, its horrible, if you ppl visit near the jahangirpuri metro staion, more than 10-15 food stall is open, and there is no place to go for stairs.
        Nallas are open, and all dirty water in the road. Kindly resolve the matter soon as possible. Delhi metro environment must be friendly but these small small stall left their polythene, waste food in the way where we go for stairs. Plesae resolve the issue as soon as possible.

              Hi team,
              This is to raise a concern regarding the fine collected from me on 14 july 2016 as my travel time was extended by 1 hour.
              But my concern is there was a delay in the metro journey, there was a halt at one station and waiting time was too long at rajiv chowk to noida metro which impacted my travel time from new delhi to noida sec 16, so if this is the case dmrc should not fine the passengers as the delay was caused was dmrc.
              I request you to please look into this matter and refund my ammount.

                This is inform to you that dated 09/03/2016 at 8:30pm i was travling with my family from central secretariat to arjangadh palace. during this time i have lost ornament (mangal sutra) i have ask from delhi merto staff of arjangadh metro station but no any person have take any response.

                Again i have lost my purse from central secretariat metro station new delhi on dated 12/07/2016 at 07:15pm, my all original documents available in purse like:jents purse (red), pan, aadhar, votterid, rc (dl3s-bx-7611), credit card, atm (kotak, sbi & hdfc), cash (rs.4800/-), visiting cards, passport size photo, etc.

                I have complained online to delhi police:p. s. crime branch, delhi lr no.657917/2016 dated:13/07/2016.

                I have ask from lost & found department, station control room, kashmere gate mertro, mobile no.[protected], landline:[protected] but he have told me till now not any id of kundan kumar submitted by the customers. but i have ask about the ornament than he have told me here only current one month information is available before that no any information is available any where.

                I Dr Shalinder Koul lost my moblile phone xiaomo Mi4 on 13/8/2016 while boarding yellow line from Rajiv Chowk. I was traveling with my family when due to the huge rush somebody pushed me inside the metro & another pulled my phone from my pocket.
                I have lost my wallet in metro between karol bagh and patel nagar metro station having pan card voter id debit card and 600 rupees. .

                  On 9 july i kept my bag in the x-ray machine for scanning at kashmere gate. it had my laptop and other important stuff in it. the machine stopped due to some glitch and got crowed with luggage inside and when my laptop came out it was all broken. the screen was cracked as well as the base of the laptop got detached from rest of the body. due to a little negligence of dmrc i have faced a loss of inr 50, 000.

                    Hi This is to bring to your kind notice that I had claimed for refund of around Rs 400/- for a damaged card for which the complaint was lodged on 26/11/2015. As the card was broken, I was asked to join the card so as to collect refund. When the card was again submitted with a joint, I was informed that as the number embossed on card is now not visible, it will take time to refund the money. In between, me and my husband visited Utttam Nagar East Metro station many times. But every time we visited, we were told that they will be calling us for refund Now, today is 25/06/2016 and when I again visited the metro station, I was shocked to know that time for refund has now expired and I will not be getting any refund though I didn't receive any call from administration as confirmed by them. The receipt no. is 52780. The card no.which has been filled by customer care operator is[protected]/[protected]. May I seek urgent attention towards this malpractices followed by Delhi Metro and refund my amount as soon as possible.

                      Hello,

                      My phone has been stolen in delhi metro on 21/06/2016 around 10:45 a. M at rajiv chowk. I was about to deboard the metro ans suddenly i sniffed something and felt dizzy for a while. When i came to my senses my phone has been stolen already.

                      I have complaint to the nearest police booth inside the metro station and also checked the cctv footage in the cisf control room. You can check my details written in the cisf control room.

                      My concern is that when i checked the footage, except the front two gates of the compartment nothing was clear. I am worried about my safety and security inside the delhi metro as i could have fallen on the metro track in dizziness and who would be responsible for this.

                      I have faced a physical, mental and monetary loss due to the negligence of dmrc and poor security systems. I was in trauma for past few days and will never be able to forget this.

                      I want a compensation of this huge loss and harassment i have faced due to dmrc. I need someone who look into this matter and revert as soon as possible.

                      If i will not get satisfactory response then i will seek the help of consumer court and media too.

                      I request you to look into this matter and provide me with compensation soon.

                        Today, 27 June 2016, I was travelling in metro and during my journey someone took my purse from my bag. It was blue in color with stripes present in it and had a symbol of apple of blue color present in the front side. I suspect that it was most probably stolen in the Rajiv Chowk metro station as after boarding the next metro from there I saw that the zip of my bag was open.

I have recharge my card on 10 of this month nd i go to nearest metro station avm and top up it but its doest recharge then i call dmrc he told me wait for 24 hours i wait then again i go to avm and topup it but it doest recharge yet the i mail to dmrc he told me to mail to citrus payment gateway i mail him also after from till now he say we will revert back nd all he not even refund my money or not to solve my problem.

                          Every day i mail both of them and he always tell me we resolve your problem nd that they do nothing

                            Is parking under DMRC or what, if yes then Mr. Bangu singhji go and look after the status of parking lots and look at the mess they are actually in. I don't understand this if the metro can work so smoothly, why can't parking lots and the area around metro stations can't.                               This is to inform you that I Harpreet singh dhillon, with my friend Sunil kumar on 8th June, 2016, decided to travel by Delhi Metro, So we went to ticket counter of of M.G Road metro station( Gurgoan) as my friend was carry a metro cardbut i was not carry on that day, I decided to purchase a ticket from the ticket counter.I asked the ticket agent whose name was (yogendra) latter we came to know about it fare to Rajiv chowk, He said Rs 30, I paid Rs 30, But when i punch the tokenit display RS 23. I immediately wen to the control room for the complaint.Puja kumari was the incharge over there.I Narrated the whole scenerio to her, She try to defend the culprit (Yogendra)and she took more than half an hour to call yogendraand when he came she didnot utter a single word to him and instead defending him by saying he is new and today is his first day.

                              We registered the written complaint against the incident and asked puja kumari when we will be intimated about the complaint, she answered within 48 hours i will recieved a call, But today is 11th june, 2016 and i have not received any call from delhi metr against the complaint.

                              I will be grateful to you if you kindly look into the matter seriously as this person ( yogendra) must be cheating N number of passengers on daily basis, For e.g if he is charging Rs 7 extra from 100 passenger on daily basis he is earning Rs 700 extra daily.

                              Moreover the way Puja kumari was defending him it look as if she is aware of it and such activities are running under her guidance.

                              Waiting for the reply and action on this at the earliest.

                                When i was getting out of delhi metro in noida sec-16, my fingers were stucked and it was really painful, after a long stress i got away and managed to get away with my injured fingers.This is really frustrating and i want an answer from Dmrc.
                                I was coming from kaushambi metro station.many people tried to push the gate but it was really hard as its strong mechanical power.At the end i somehow managed to get out my fingers but after that my left hand was badly paining

                                  On Sunday morningi.e. 05.06.2016, I parked my new cycle in the parking of Metro Station. I paid the parking charges to the Incharge of parking as per practice. When I returned from the hospital to the parking, my cycle was not available in the parking. I lodged complaint to the Incharge of Parking, Contractor of parking and Manager of Metro Station immediately but nobody helped me and again and again they are assuring me to give another cycle but not giving. I am a poor man and getting my lively-hood by doing daily job work. The contractor and parking incharge are misbehaving me. They called me for giving another cycle but every time they are fooling me.

                                  You are requested to help me and intervene in the matter.

                                    मै रजनीश कुमार निर्माण विहार अपने ऑफिस से अपने घर प्रताप नगर मेट्रो स्टेशन तक जाते समय कई बार मेट्रो के लेट होने के कारण मुझे 10 रुपये ज्यादा फ़ाईन देकर निकलना पड़ता है क्योकि 9 बजे के बाद मेट्रो काफी देरी से आती है और लेट होने की वजह 2 INTERCHANGE पहला (राजीव चौक ) और दूसरा (कश्मीरी गेट ) है | कई बार कंप्लेंट करने के बावजूद मुझे अभी भी इस परेशानी से जुझना पड़ रहा है क्योकि मेट्रो के नए नियम के मुताबिक अगर मै 18 रुपये के टोकन या कार्ड approximately 9 stations के बिच यात्रा करता हु तो मुझे 65 मिनट मिलते है लेकिन मेट्रो की देरी से आने के कारण मुझे 70 से 75 मिनट लग जाते है कभी कभी अगर कोई बता सके की मुझे क्या करना चाहिये मै उसका बहुत बहुत आभारी रहूगा |

                                      I lost ny wallet (White color), having personal photos, cash, imp cards on 2nd june in morning. I checked in botanical garden and while checked out i didn't find m wallet in m long hand bag. I checked out from netaji subhas nagar metro station by 100rs token.In evening i went rithala metro station and complaint for my lost wallet. They guide me for online complaint and talk about other metro station police station as they have reach only till inderlok metro station. Then i went and talked in raja garden metro station and compliant for the same. Guide for online submission of complaint. Plz help me in finding my wallet.

                                        I want to bring in your kind notice that on 19.03.2016 at malviya nagar metro station, i got my metro card recharged with rs 100/- with tbm machine (Left side). The previous balance of the card was rs. 53 approx /-. Accidentally my card got damaged just after few minutes of recharging the card. I registered a complained for the same at station (Complained form attached). They told me to come after few days to collect the money. Then i recharged my other card no [protected] by rs. 100/- same day. When i went to collect the money after few days they were giving me only rs. 50/-. Which i denied to take.

                                        Then i registered a complained no [protected] on 155370*155363. Then i visited again on three time and the last visit date on 17.05.2016 and 18.05.2016. The officers were still offering me rs. 50/-. Which is not acceptable. According to me dmrc should return rs. 153/-. You can refer the cctv records to check whether i have recharged the card or not (Right side tbm machine during 17.35 am to 17.50 am. On 19.03.2016)

                                        According to dmrc my complained no [protected] has resolved from their side. But it is not resolved from my side.
                                        I have registered another complained no [protected] dated 21.05.2016 for the same.

                                        You are kindly requested to look in to the matter and oblige.
