Delhi Metro is working commendable job for Citizens of Delhi.There is a ramp from Tis Hazari Metro towards St.Stephens Hospital which has not been connected to Road, consequently some Employes and Patients who are Physically Challenged and on Wheel Chair Face Difficulty in going through this Ramp To Metro Station.Please get it investigated and may inquire through St. Stephens Hospital.     Today I boarded the metro train fron mayur vihar extension metro station at around 9 pm, on the metro going towards noida city centre.the lady did not check us at all, she just moved her hand and said carry on.the lady, s name as told was bhagwati, she was not wearing any name plate.i told this thing to another male colleague of hers, he is supporting her and yelling at me that do I even know that she is not well, she is having temperature.the name of this person is mr Ravinder Kumar. I told him to call his senior, he said you go the other end and meet the senior. I went to him wasting my precious time for this country, s security, and senior said hi is the ASI, and he was also supporting this lady.he threatened us, you go and do what ever you want to do, go complaint, I am not scared.first of all he was not even moving from his chair, he was asking us to scream from the other side of the gate, as we had to board the train, we could not put are token to go out, and he was reluctant to even stand.

      My friend and I were in queue at Jahangirpuri metro station and she was trying to buy a metro card. I was already in through the gates and saw a Customer Care desk which reads "Cards are available here". It was empty. The employee Mr. Aaryank Gupta refused to sell me a card and said let your friend wait in the long queue. I would like to complain about Mr. Aaryank Gupta and his unhelpful and unfriendly attitude despite the notice that his Customer Care counter sells new cards.

        I travelled from Hauz Khas to New Delhi on 4/9/15 and used smart card to travel.My smart card had a balance of Rs.2.4 but I was not aware of that but the entry gate opened at Hauz Khas metro station and I didn't take notice of the balance .So when I tried to exit on New Delhi Metro station the gate did not open so I checked the problem with the lady sitting at customer care reception. She told me that I have "Zero balance" and it could not be the case that I entered with that smart card in Hauz Khas. She also refused to recharge my smart card and asked me to pay a fine of Rs.100 which I consider is totally unjustified.Eventually I have to pay Rs. 100 in spite of no mistake on my side.

          Dear Our Government Running Officials This is to bring I to your notice that we as public appreciate your decision of extending the service of metro connectivity across regions but at the same time the below points are very important to pay your attention to 1-Central secretariat to badarpur line has poor metro frequency, the platforms are filled with crowd till the staircase 2-Even if metro comes, since there's a delayed service metro is already filled and the crowd doesn't get vacant at the platform rather people have started rat race to enter metro 3-Air Conditioners do work but at the peak hours it's only the fan which is working but no cooling, with the kind of above service and the people flooded like rats, how do you expect people to breathe in a closed glass coach with people sweating/farting etc 4-Escalators at bigger stations are never working like kashmere gate/Adarsh nagar, whose duty is this, who will look after this, do you even care there are old people travelling with paralytic bodies/ pregnant ladies, how do you expect them to climb stairs. 5-Major irony is at almost every station despite of the number of coupon counters made up by respected DMRC, only 1 or 2 are operational with the customer care executives with slow services, arguing passengers for returning money in change which leads the queue till downstairs outside the metro station I am really sorry to express this state of the services being offered in the Capital of India. Why doesn't Mr. Prime minister looks into this or Mr. AAP leader gives his special comments on this. METRO FEW YEARS BACK I DELHI WAS A BOON AND METRO TODAY IS A BANE NOW. PLEASE DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT AN ASHAMED CITIZEN

            I want to share that blue line of metro which connect Dwarka and Noida, is having less frequency, there is a gap of almost 20 min between two metro, s due to which so much of rush is there if the frequency is at least increased and waiting time period is reduced from 20 to at least 10 min lot of issue will be resolved but i do, nt know why metro people are not showing any concern towards it. At the same time the opposite line has frequency of 5 min each . WHICH IS UNRELEVENT BECAUSE RUSH IS TOWARDS NOIDA IN THE MORNING . they are saying that there is so much of rush at rajiv chowk but nobody bothers why this rush is there .

              Janak puri east metro station(BLUE LINE) has gutter water clogged in between metro tracks - Near platform 1 (rear end). The black water seems to be dwelling lot of mosquitos clearly visible and platform is infact stinking very badly. It is definitely housing those mosquitos and therefore diseases like dengue. Its my humble request that it is cleaned up asap. Thanking you Citizen

                Accident: On 11th August, 2015 @19:12, I went to customer care block at Sultanpur Metro station. I asked Nitish Rai (customer care executive) to recharge my card with Rs. 200/- and gave him Rs. 500/- cash note., then I gave him another metro card for cancellation, during this process he forgot to return me balance Rs. 300/- and the receipt of the transaction of Rs. 200 done. He just returned me my both cards and not the money. In-fact, I also forget to take my balance back at that time. When I reached home late night and took my wallet to take my Cr. Card, then I noticed that I forget to take the balance amount along with the receipt at the metro station and neither the customer support executive Nitish Rai has returned that amount to me. No Customer Care Support: Next day I went back to Sultanpur metro station to take my balance amount back, but nobody cooperated with me there. Neither Executive not the on duty station master/manager. In-fact they started blaming me and refuse to cooperate. They replied "our yesterday's balance got matched, so we don't have your cash", I said that why don't you check your cctv footage, because I'm sure that Nitish forgot to return the cash to me that time and now he is lying. They then refused to check their cctv footage because according to them their was some technical issue at that time, and asked me to come on next day. I lodged a complaint in complaint book when nobody is helping me in anyway. My complaint receipt no. is 14399. Next day i.e. today Sultanpur station manager called me up, trying to convince me on the part that it is 100% fault on my part not on Nitish's part and favours him and disconnected my call without listening to me. In the noon time I again went to Sultanpur metro station to see the Station Manager, then there also he along with other staff forced me to accept that it is my fault and Nitish didn't did anything wrong. when again I ask them to show me the video footage, then again they refused to show me that stating "we can't show you video footage, it is not authorized", also Station Manager said "I know Nitish I'll trust him, I dont know you why should I trust you". Then I came back after loosing the argument on the second day also. My Questions: 1. Is it not the responsibility of Nitish to return me the balance 300/- and the recharge receipt? 2. Why the customer support center didn't support the customers? 3. Why the station master refused to show me the cctv footage of mine of that particular time interval? 4. Nitish forgot me to return the balance and also the receipt, that means it was there, but in night he was saying that the balance got matched there was no excess amount left. So my question is, where the balance 300/- go? where was the loop hole in the process? If he didn't gave me but metro balance got matched, then where did the balance went by himself? 5. Why the Station manager is not a cooperative person? why he himself presumes that Nitish is right and I'm wrong? 6. If I want to see the cctv footage of the interval 19:10 to 19:20 of 11th August why can't I see that? As I want to prove my part then why station manager is refusing for this? 7. When will you fill the respectful station manager designation with a neutral and cooperative person? 8. When will I get my balance 300/- back. Please do check the cctv footages carefully to know the truth, as I can assure you that, Nitish forgot to return the balance 300/- along with the receipt of 200 recharge that time, but now he is refusing on that part.                   There is no mode of travel between Kashmere Gate (ISBT) to Bhajanpura. Please provide the feeder bus service for this route. People from North-east Delhi suffer a lot to cover this distance of about 7 KM. Further, the Faridabad-Kashmere gate line needed to be extended upto the Khajuri or Bhajanpura . DMRC/Govt. should conduct a survey for it.

                    Today 22nd July at 8:30 am, the violet line metro running from Central Secretariat to Badarpur was coming at intervals of 10 mins and fully packed . The rush was such that passengers queues had gone till the stairs, It was impossible to board the train which OF ONLY 4 COACHES was coming fully packed, after missing 4 trains I had to exit from Central Secretariat and board an Auto to get to work . Am sure the authorities are aware of the inflow of passengers at Central Secretariat for the violet line why dont we increase the number of coaches and frequency ? We have opened ITO but did we assess the inflow and how will we manage the already clustered situation. This is a daily routine eversince the ITO option was started, senior officials should have assessed and done a proper UAT before going live . POOR MANAGEMENT BY NDMC !!!

                      DMRC CMD, I'm a daily Delhi Metro commuter from Govind Puri to Janpath. The normal travel time is maximum 22 minutes. But now a days the same time taking above 50 minutes. There is VERY VERY LONG INTRUPTION daily in the metro services at the Badarpur-ITO route at morning peak office timing (8 AM to 11 AM). This uttered stupidity has been started since the metro service extended to ITO. If you can do anything for improving the services, then kindly do it before the metro passengers take their stand to improve the same. Manoj Bindi.

                        Goodevening sir, I am delhi resident. I was commuting metro from malviya nagar on 18th july around 7.20pm. I put my bag into the checking machine n went for my checking. Since i was having high fever i was in lil hurry to reach home fast. The lady police who was checking was stopping me because i was in hurry.. i just said to her that i m not carrying any arms thn y r u stoping me i want to rush home..she stopped me there starting shouting infront of everybody. Her wordings were "iske pass bomb hai tumhe to me jane nahi dungi ab" her behaviour was very rude and uncivillized. She also said me tujhe thapad maardungi tu ruk abhi. She was throwing attitude like anything. Her language was not acceptable neither bearable I am really sorry to say this if we have police force like this in our city we will never feel safe. And that too a women is threating other woman . Nothing good can be expected from this city specialy I hope i[censored] do something in this case. I ll be obliged.

                            I being a teacher commute by Metro from Shadipur to Chawri Bazar. Normally I board the train on 7.19 AM. But due to paucity of time if I unable to board that train. Then the next train comes after 14 minutes. Even after reaching Rajiv Chowk I have to wait for 6-7 minutes for train for Chawri Bazar. It is requested that this frequency may be rationalized.

I enter metro in 2nd last boggie then i enter the last boggie. some male person also sitting there, so i also sit there, i dont know about that thats ladies coach. i enter at badarpur metro station and next to next metro station cisf officer say me and other male person to come out from coach. then i visit in office and fine the penalty 250 rupees. I reqested the officer that i first time travel in violet line . so i dont know about the ladies coach.so i said its my first time warn me and leave me, his behaviour is not friendly.Then i give the penalty 250 rupees.                                 It was matter of joy as well as pride for me as I was taking my maternal cousin and her parents alias my family along me on their maiden trip to Delhi via Delhi Metro. While travelling from Vishwavidyalaya Metro Station on Yellow line to Jhilmil on Red line, my cousin queued up in the ladies queue to get their tokens ( Being a Delhi local, I had a metro Card ofcourse). Around 1301 hours my cousin bought three rfid token/ tickets with recharge value of INR 16 each. She paid INR 50 in denomination of INR 50 itself to the booking Clerk and was returned rupee 2 by the BOOKING CLERK WHO SAT AGAINST THE LADIES QUEUE AT AROUND 1300 HOURS AT VISHVAWIDYALAYA metro station. ( All this can be found as evidence in the cctv footages of the vishwavidyalaya(at token counter around 1301 hours) and Jhilmil(exit gate 1415 hours) stations) but was given a token with recharge value of INR 10 each only. Thus the booking clerk STOLE AWAY INR 18 knowing well of the troubles this actions of her would put passengers in at the exist station. My family members could not read the value of tokens as they puched into the entry gates as two of them were elderly and all new to the city and DMRC system. Now when an error crept up during exit, my family members turned to a be laugh-stock for the fellow commuters who thought of them to be illiterates, incabale of operatig the mechanism and made various comments about them. I quicky came to the resqcue but even I would get the same error and unaware of the recharge problem i stood puzzled. I asked one of the guards about what to and he directed me to the CUSTOMER CARE AGENT at JHILMIL station. When she informed me that there was rechrge value of INR 10 only, my anger shot up into flames. Further she asked me to pay the difference in amounts, fire was rnnning down my veins. I didnt want to pay again for the travel I alraedy had paid. But her COLLEAGUE informed me that they wasnt a way of escaping the fine imposed upon us. The CUSTOMER CARE AGENT AND CHARGED US INR 30 INSTEAD OF INR 18 which we were supposed to pay even after all these unfair deals happening to us. Now I did seek their assistance in filing a manual complaint but their subtle behavior told me that no action was to be taken. This was never expected of conduct of any DMRC staff. 1. We had to pay INR 78 for the travel worth INR 48. 2. We were deeply humiliated and enraged about all this incidence. 3. 30 bucks dont really matter much for us but in case we didnt have this much cash, I wont be able to bail out of the station. 4. DMRC has caused deep bruises to the self-esteem of my aunt and uncle who were laughed at by the people and who other wise hold a very sophisticted and highly respected position in the society. I even am considering to file a defamation case against Delhi Metro Rail Corporation. 5. This Maiden day journey has left a very negative impact on their minds about DMRC. They have pledged to me that they wont ever travel by metro while commuting in NCR. 6. I seek strong action against both the employees of DMRC who looted us twice during the episode. 7. I[censored]nheard, I would definitely file a defamation case against DMRC in one of Delhi courts and raise the issue to the highest authority possible as the people involved have brought me up all through and thus hold respect more than even my biological parents in my eyes. They have deeply been pained and this pain has driven me crazy.I cant stop blamig myself to have opted for Delhi metro as our means of transport and thus forcing them through all this.

                                  I recharged metro card through online payment partner citrus, Engraved id No.63557172, on 20 May 15, payment deducted on my account rupees 200/-but card not recharged that time than I want to refund process rupees 200 in my account but they were not respond to me . I sent mail to mail but they replied to me refund process took one month than I want to take your help.

                                    As usual the huda city line was insanely overcrowded this morning. I don't understand why the metro administrators don't hire someone with a decent operations/management background to figure out how to manage rush hour needs. It's not that difficult to figure out the logistics!!! Anyway, this morning there was no air coming through the vents in the 8:40 am huda city metro line (from central secretariat) and the air was absolutely suffocating...saw three people faint and decided to get out at the next metro stop to get some air. Going back to my earlier point, if crowd control issues are not solved during rush hour, it's going to result in a devastating stampede at some point. It's ridiculous how incompetent most of the staff at metro stations seem. Really sad state of affairs.

While swiping my card at exit gate, one lady pounced over me. I shouted at her and moved. When at climbed the stairs somebody said my bag's zip was open. I asked someone where is the control room as I knew I kept wallet in that pocket n I didnt leave it open. When I asked the officer that did u find any wallet. The officer said that now you won't be able to find the wallet. Somebody must have taken it. I came out of the control room and again gave a thought that there are cameras all around so there must be a footage of it. They might be able to reach to that lady. U again asked the officer and requested him to look for the footage and take necessary action. All went for a toss. He was not ready to listen anything. He said that this is just a small thing. While I called one of my friend for help, another officer came telling that they found the wallet. Cash and few cards were missing. Showed me the footage as well. Felt helpless seeing the footage of the lady who did it. No respond from their side. What sort of law and order we have. God will definitely punish her for deeds but there is a big question mark on law and order.,

                                        Please note that this happened twice with me and rest of the ladies passengers also on dated 1st and 2nd of June 2015 that Iwe entered the last boggie of the metro from rithala to dilshad and found male passengers travelling on the same.there was no clear intimation and no police was there to prohibit them entering that boggie as specified for women for last two weeks only.please take immediate action as this is causing lot of problem to daily ladies passengers or make the changes as it was before if the metro staff is unable to manage the same.
