Haven't received my dtc pass even after a week.

Reckless driving by a dtc bus driver

Bus details are as follows- registration no. DL1PC6583.
Today when i was driving home from village sawda, an Orange bus of DTC hit my car near a crossing. Driver didn't stop the bus at all scratching my car in the process. This incident happened near Ghevra Metro station at 3:30 pm on 17/12/2022 saturday. I stopped the driver at red light and talked to him. The bus had no passengers but only a lady marshal was present. Complaint against E-Bus pass

I submitted the form for New e-bus pass.oApplication no.[protected] and the payment of rupees500 for five months of students bus pass.Payment has been done successfully through BHIM UPI portal on Google Transaction ID CICAgJD-kJqHSg but the status of application is showing payment is under clearing....

Extreme rude behaviour

I was travelling in Bus Number DL-1P C-6822 enroute to Shahdara and the bus conductor was very rude to me while giving ticket. He screamed and said I have to ask for ticket even though I asked at first and he was busy looking outside the window and ignoring what anyone is saying. Even the passengers sitting next to him said be polite and he was prudent on he being right. This happened on 15-December-2022 in GTSPL....

Payment done but Epass not received.

I submitted the form for renewal of my e-pass Application no.[protected] and the payment of rupees 1000 has been done successfully through BHIM UPI portal on paytm Transaction ID[protected] but the status of application is showing payment is under clearing....

The bus driver closed the Doors of the bus intentionally when I was about to enter into the bus...so please take a strict action towards the driver of the bus...

Route 793

793 earlier it was from H3 vikaspuri to Delhi Secretariat but now some of its fares has been halfed till Dhaula Kuan that is quite a big issue.
We don't find buses from Secretariat to H3 as before..
And its service gap is also extended
Quite a big issue and a big problem......

This incident is of today morning when i was traveling in dtc bus route 392 from noida to AIIMS i was at sector 19B stop .One aged uncle whose age was around 70 and he was very weak. So after waiting for more than 20 minutes bus cane ther and driver stopped bus 5-6 meter far from us...Uncle was not able to walk fast to take bus because he has a big bag with him so when i saw him i just go back to help him take the bus and carry his bus but...

Irregular and Undefined Schedule of Bus No. 500

Sir,
There is no fixed schedule of Bus No. 500 from Saket Terminal. At times, many buses are running along together on this route and most of the times there are no buses at all. Further, if we have a fixed schedule, it will benefit both passengers and DTC as passengers can rely on DTC buses to reach their destination on time and buses will get more passengers. Kindly get the buses to run according to a schedule.

Hit and run case

Too late on stand...

Bus is not coming on time especially during evening... It makes us wait for atleast more than 30 mins..today also bus didn't came within 1 hour & due to which it is very Difficult to reach on time to our destination... Please resolve this... Improve the bus services.....

Not on time & Too much people on one bus

I would like to say that Delhi government has done a very good job while providing free services to women & an easy way of travelling from one place to another. But as I have seen from a very long time that the buses are not coming on time. Sometimes I have to wait for more than half and hour till one hour, not only me, but the people around me or the ones who are on the stand also says the same. I would highly request from Delhi government...
