मेरा नाम रेनू अग्गरवाल है। मैं दिनांक 2 दिसंबर 2022 को मोती नगर से टैगोर गार्डन के लिए 410 नम्बर बस ली थी उस बस में मेरी जप माला छूट गई है जो की मेरे गुरु द्वारा मुझे दीक्षा में दी गई थी। यह वार्ता मेरे डर के मारे किसी को नहीं बताई थी मगर 10 जनवरी 2023 को मैंने अपने बेटे को बताई और वही यह शिकायत दर्ज कर रहा है। हमारा परिवहन विभाग से निवेदन है की कृपा कर के हमारी सहायता कीजिये।

The red buses which come at Kishangarh Vasant Kunj 110074 new delhi, on their way to chattarpur metro station doesn't stop while i waive hand every time..they do not even open the doors...the conductor of the bus doesn't reply when we ask to open the door.. please see into the matter

@dtchq_delhi I'm working in Dwarka and traveling to office, in the morning from Najafgarh, the incident time is approx. 7:30 am, 10th Jan'23 when bus reached near by Najafgarh Health Center RHTC bus stop, I showed hand signal for Driver to stop the bus when reached on RHTC stop, but he was running bus fast and cross the stop. and not ready to stop the bus by overtaking the other buses in lane.

I would request you to please take action for the safety of people and negligence of fear in driver. This has happened quiet a lot of times.

@dtchq_delhi I'm working in Dwarka and traveling to office, in the morning from Najafgarh, the incident time is approx. 7:30 am, 10th Jan'23 when bus reached near by Najafgarh Health Center RHTC bus stop, I showed hand signal for Driver to stop the bus when reached on RHTC stop, but he was running bus fast and cross the stop. and not ready to stop the bus by overtaking the other buses in lane.

I would request you to please take action for the safety of people and negligence of fear in driver. This has happened quiet a lot of times.

I submitted the form for New e- bus pass. Application no.[protected] and the payment of rupees 100 has been done successfully through BHIM UPI portal on paytm Transaction ID[protected] but the status of application is showing payment is under clearing.

I was waiting for a bus opposite of Ambience mall bus stop (beside the Paschimabad JNU Gate) on route number 604 plying between New Delhi and Chhatarpur metro for a ride. A bus whose number ending with 8565 passed from the stoppage at 6:11 PM. I along with other passengers indicated the driver to stop but he did not stop the bus and kept on driving. The bus was also empty at the moment. I waited for more than twenty minutes but no bus came till then, and then I had to arrange for an alternative medium to travel to my destination. I can not explain the suffering and inconvenience that this caused, as I had to travel in an auto in such a harsh winter and pay more than five times than I had paid on the bus and shivering all along my journey.

Bus no 724 from Nehru place and 511A, at 10:00 to 10:30 on 01/5/2023, drivers are not stop bus properly,
i was not able to board the bus as well as drivers shut the door quickly and exit bus stand .

Second is drivers are not stand the bus at bus stand, they stop bus at middle of the road . Untill i reached the bus driver shut the door and move ahead .

In my street so many street dogs infected with serious infectious disesase are raoming around and creating threats to kids and individuals. barking thorughout the day and chasing poeple and we are afraid of dog bites, It should be seriously veiwed and request the concerned to take necessary actions. I would like to bring to your notice the nuisance caused by stray dogs . The no of such dogs has increased alarmingly, These dogs are involved in fierce wars as gang and pose serious threats to the safety of the residents. They are continuously barking throughout the night and affecting all our sleep On behalf of my street residents I would like to appeal to you to take necessary actions and relieve as from these dogs by getting them rehabilitated to homes for stray animals.

At round 12:30 PM on 3rd January 2023, I witnessed a DTC bus number 729
(DL 1P D0823) recklessly driving in the Kapashera area.

The bus was driving at the speed of 50-55km/h on a busy and narrow road. The bus was also swerving lanes recklessly and at a very high speed.

I was driving in the far right lane when the bus overtook me sharply, I was caught between the divider and the bus twice in the process. I let the bus overtake me, but the driver was still changing lanes haphazardly putting everyone else in danger. I could only manage to take a video of the bus as we were slowing down for the Kapashera signal. You can see that the bus is still out of lane and taking up unnecessary space.

As a concerned citizen, witnessing a public transport vehicle driving recklessly and putting pedestrians and other vehicles in danger troubles me. Please look into the matter.

I have journey from jahangir puri to bhajan Pura bus route no 237 Ac Bus bus No DL-1PD 5644 at time around 4:15 pm.
Driver Not stop bus K- Block bus stand time 4:15 pm. When ask me to Driver abused me and misbehaving.

Please take a nessasery action against Driver

It happened today around 11 am, while I was going to Sagarpur, I got on this bus DL1PD0981 which was 721 and was very much stuffed with people the driver wasn't waiting for people to get on the bus before driving off for next bus stand. There wasn't enough space in the bus so people were stuck together at the front to get off the bus. The driver wasn't behaving properly to even the elders and was constantly blabbering. While I was getting off at Sagarpur he didn't even wait for me to get down and closed the door thankful I didn't get any injury my bag was on my back which kind of protected me. And he wasn't opening the door for people to get on bus, people started crowding on the back door of the bus, which could be dangerous as it can cause accident. Please do the needful action against the driver so that he won't do anything like that again.

This is to bring to the notice that today at about 2145 hrs when I was driving home with my family in own car near Queens vallley school, Dwarka sec 07, the driver of this DTC bus No. DL.1P [or DL TP ] 05852 Recklessly overtook his bus across my car and stopped ahead. Had I not slowed down, I would have hit the bus. When I asked him about this reckless behaviour, to my utter he surprise, he shouted that he was giving horn from behind and to teach me lesson, he did it. I told him if someone has not listened to horn thus it give you the right to endanger his and other occupants life by such nefarious act. I want strict action against such drivers . Let's see what competent authority does.

I have made the payment to DTC on 24 May, 2022 for renew of DTC e bus pass. Amount was deducted and today is 26 Dec 2022 and i have not received e bus pass. E bus pass generally it gets delivered the next you apply the pass, but i mentioned i didn't received yet. I have made payment through SBI net banking. I have tried contacting to all the numbers of DTC website for help and support. Either the numbers are switched off or no one is picking up the call. I want refund. I have attached all the payment details and pass details below.

Western court bus pr hath dene k baad driver ne mna kr diya or bus ko nhi roka. Kya bus passenger k liye rokna mna h.

I am a student of Delhi Technological University(DTU). We have to wait for very long time because 879 buses are very less in number, the timing of these buses is very uncertain and route is also cut short by many buses. So, there is need of more buses on this route because this route is very important route for school and college students.

I was just traveling in 539 bus which was going to Mehrauli whose driver was very rude.
And was misbehaving with almost people. He did not stop the bus at many bus stands, Samalkha, Rangpuri Pahari, Uppal Hotel, Vasant Kunj, Chattarpur, Etc. At one place he hit the brakes in such a way that an old man who was about to get down fell in the bus whose age was 80 to 85 years.
I can't say for sure, but maybe he had a drink. I request you that strict action should be taken against such drivers.

As usually i was take DTC Bus and i standing on najafgarh terminal bus stand and bus arrived and when i got on to it the bus was empty and i was first person to got in there after me other passanger were starting to come the bus driver was driving and conductor was eating non-vegetarian food on seat and he said take off these passanger to this bus said to bus driver but bus driver didn't respond to him and its better to ignore as bus driver did and after 2 or 5 minutes latter people who were sitting started to buy tickets and males were giving their money to bus conductor but bus conductor only gave the tickets to whom who were came after us we already gave him money but he told us he will gave us ticket latter and one person said loud gave me ticket and all bus pasanger watching him and he had to gave him ticket and when i said to him give me my ticket but he didn't respond and i ask him again and same he didn't respond so kept silent and sit in there i thought he will gave after some time but then it's more than 30 min so i tried to call DTC coustomer Complain no. And i tried all no. But no one respond so i sit quiet and my stand came and i silencely leave the bus.

BUT I HAVE THE BUS NO. NOW AND I ALSO TAKE HIS PICTURE ON MY PHONE.

I am travelling in dtc bus route number 623, bus number DL 1 PC 7816.
Driver did misbehave with me and abused me for no reason, and did not stop the bus at stand.
