आज 03.10.2022 करीब 1 बज कर 25 मिनट पर मैं स्वास्थ्य विहार बस स्टैंड से बस रूट नंबर 469 जिसका जिसका नंबर DL1PC 7024 है, में चढ़ा और बस में सवारी ज्यादा होने की वजह से में ड्राइवर क पास आगे जा कर खड़ा हो गया | तभी कुछ सेकंड बाद मेरे पास पीछे से आ कर मुझसे बस का पास दिखाने को कहा जिसके बाद मैंने कंडक्टर को पास दिखा दिया उसके बाद वो बदतमीज़ी करने लगा और पब्लिक प्लेस अथवा बस में यात्रियों के सामने जोर से चिल्ला कर बोलने लगा, तुझे सुनाई नहीं देता तुझसे मैंने पीछे से बस पास दिखाने के लिए बोलै दिखाया क्यों नहीं और तू तड़ाक कर के बोलने लगा, जिसके जवाब में मैंने बस इतना कहा की मैंने सुना नहीं और अगर सुना भी होता तो ये कंडक्टर की ड्यूटी है की वो दिव्यांगता ग्रस्त व्यक्ति के पास जा कर टिकट दे अथवा बस के पास की जांच करनी हो तो स्वयं जा कर करे| मेरे ऐसा कहने पर बस का कंडक्टर मेरे साथ और ज्यादा बदतमीज़ी करने लगा और कहने लगा मुझे ज्यादा ज्ञान और लेक्चर मत दे तेरे जैसे के साथ ऐसा ही होना चाहिए और मेरी अपंगता पर बस में टिप्पणी करने लगा|
मैं किसी विकलांग व्यक्ति को सार्वजनिक स्थान पर मानसिक रूप से प्रताड़ित करने और उसके सम्मान को ठेस पहुँचाने पर Rs. 5, 00, 000/- मुआवजे के रूप में राहत का दावा करता हूँ |

I am Areeb from Dev nagar colony. I am complaining about the street street dogs of our area where we live there are 4 dogs which are violent and attack people at night time they never let us sleep even at night. I request you to take care or catch them so they can't trouble anyone of my area.

I apply online e bus pass as a student for concessional and I did payment for 5 month and from my account 750 rs deducted but process failed and then I check my application status through my application number[protected] and I get a line payment is under clearing, application is received.

I am ALESH KUMAR VERMA.My bus pass id is[protected].i were apply on 7/10/2022 and i paid 1000rs for this. Dtc has cancelled my approval. And not refund my ammount. SO please refund my ammount.

Orange bus condition is very very poor it is damage in side every buses on route 717. and online QR code service in not working properly every issuing in network. Passenger in suffering every.

I hope solution this problem soon and fast.

There is much less service for route no 623 during Peak hours i.e. between 8am to 9: 30 am. As there are more no of people who travel to this route as the bus connects to AIIMS and safdarjung hospital.

I request concerned department to please check this and increase the frequency of 623 bus service during peak hours.

See the attach pic of dtc bus conditions getting deteriorated day by day.
It's a polite request as we are frequent commuting by dtc bus, we observed they need proper maintenance as in attach pic of dtc bus DL1PC7411, it's clearly seen that seat had fallen down. This is seen in other buses also that most of the seats are loose, in AC buses we are paying for AC fares but in few AC buses, AC's are not working.
Please take proper maintenance as it can lead to accident/threat to life of passengers also.

My house Helper was bit by a dog in our colony and on the same day it but 3 others, we've in trouble by the increase in the number of street dogs.
They are wild and chasing the people. Please send a dog van to catch them.
Kids are unable to step out ..they are getting too scary

Respected Sir;
People who travels in route no. 578 (Safdarjung to Najafgarh) suffers from lack of Frequency of the bus.

Since this bus come once in an hour at vasant vihar depot bus stop the bus gets crowed with immeasurable number of people.

I as a women could not even find the space to travel to my reserved seats before getting TOUCHED by other people.

Time of lack of Frequency: 8-10 am.

I want to complaint against dtc bus conductor Alam ..he daily reserved a seat for a lady who daily sits daily next to him...today I asked for that seat ...he kept his bags and all on seat and said ye reserve h seat, then i said this is public seat ..and talked to me very badly jebkatri and all parvarish btari h teri ...anpad ...for raiseing voice for my right i am illitrate i am batameeej ...bus timing 3:50 pm

DL1PD 5678 207 timing 3:50 Pm from banglasaheb .Bus conductor Alam i asked for seat which is next to him then he said ye reaserve h .i said this is public seat you cant reserve it ...and he said these both seat are resereved for conductor ...then i get to know he daily reserve this seat for a lady ...he talked to me very badly he said je katri ...and all ki tu to sabse ldti rhti h tere to yhi kam h .

I applied for non AC online bus pass. The amount was deducted but neither I received any pass nor the refund. Please refund my money back.

Bhai Sahab humbly request you that I am Santosh Kumar my LABOR CARD NO is [protected] I had applied for DTC E BUS PASS on date 09/09/2022 in APPLICATION NO[protected] whereas on 15/09/22 it was told that 2 OR 3 DAYS DTC e bus pass will be made but it has been eight days so far DTC E BUS PASS has not been made I am in dire need of DTC E BUS PASS please kindly make urgent DTC E BUS PASS, it will be great mercy

I want to complaint against Delhi low floor buses. I was traveling in Anand vihar bus from Laxmi Nagar to karkardooma crossing.bus number 78 but driver not stopped on karkardooma crossing i said to Stop. He was very rude denied to stop and saying that girls are using free bus and he said ab khadi rah tu raha he was very rude .i want to complaint against him but I don't know how to do this. Your customer complaint number also not working.

Applied for student bus pass on 20 sept and still not received the link for E-BUS PASS or not even a notification of application id

Please look into it.
