Hii, sir
I am traveling from Najafgarh terminal to Mahipalpur via a Red AC bus no. 578 DL1PC 9392 Safdarjung terminal
My complaint is that person's taking red bus due to the reason of AC and in this humidity, the red bus don't have sufficient AC capability the bus is still hot and the passengers are saying to the driver and conductor and Marshal but they are not listening. Is this the halat of DTC buses. Kindly fix it as soon as possible.

A orange DTC bus details of which will be provided via a photo proof was driving very rash and out of the lane.the driver was switching lanes without any indicator or any kind of notice or hand gestures.

Please look into the matter.This happened on Pt.Trilok chandra sharma marg

I gave stop signal to bus driver of DLIPD0824 He was looking at me but not want to stop bus .
Please take strict action againt him

I travel uttam Nagar to kapshera route on daily basis there is very less services of this bus I am very fed up with bus services of DTC. There is no timetable for these buses. They don't run on time. I get it some time it's can't due to traffic but it's happening on daily basis in the morning after 6:25AM only one bus services are available for 718 at 7:10. How someone can go on office on time is your bus service will be less. Don't make it free for women's but at least run 2 or 3 buses in half n hour so we can be on time to our office.

In this bus, this bus driver makes his girlfriend sit on the front seat and does not allow anyone to sit on the entire seat opposite to face and abuses everyone and the bus runs in very high speed and rush driving Also, the biggest thing is that a girl who is the girlfriend of the driver does not allow anyone to sit on that seat and in front of her, what does it mean that the bus is not the general public, just your common citizen.

While there was also a civil defense guard in this bus, then this is the condition of DTC bus.

I applied for Bus Pass on 22 August 2022. As per the Mail of the DTC Bus Pass Department, It will be ready for dispatch within the next working day. But till now, It has not been approved by the department. Kindly do something in this regard.

Today 26th august in the morning 10am. i was waiting for bus no. 772 from C1 Janakpuri bus stop.I waited there for almost 45 minutes and then a bus arrived and don't stop. please correct all this as Everyone has to go for work and time is important. Even though the bus in which i was traveling didn't stopped at dwarka sec. 8. My sir was waiting at the location and the bus didn't stopped. This is not the right thing. Please if are paying the convince then why all this?

I travelling today for Nepal from india via UP16G T8868. The bus stop nearby Mathura Cut for lunch but the Dhawa is too local nd dirty, not having hyginic food and other options are not entertained, dirty toilet and charge high amount for the food. They stop the bus for the benefit of owner, they have free access of food (seperately served) and i think they also entertain financial benifit (maybe). I suggest DTC to fix the stoppage (predefined) at above average restaurent for lunch dinner. There are so many restaurent at highway serving better foods and services. Here the staff stop the bus for their personal benifit, not for the passenger. Even the DTC lunch the bus for nepal, I think DTC also can fix the stoppage for the lunch/dinner or for short/long toilets (prefixed/ exceptionally otherwise).

I had applied for student bus pass on 18th August. My application number is[protected]. And it's still application status says " pending for approval by the department". Please resolve this as soon as possible.

I had applied for dtc bus pass online and made the payment. It is written on Dtc portal that bus pass will arrive at home within 5 working days but in my case it's already more than 5 days and yet the application status is pending for approval by the department.

The driver bumped into my car, on 25th August 2022, at 7:30 pm, on a crossroad after making a wrongful turn. The impact broke the side mirror of my car.

I HAVE APPLIED FOR STUDENT E- BUS PASS ON 18/08/2022 WITH REFERENCE NO:[protected]..Its already 5 days, Till now I haven't received the relevant link to download it.. Kindly look into the matter..

Please take this matter into consideration as general public is waiting for the bus at okhla phase 1 (Tughlaqabad biodiversity Park) stop, and after waiting for mire than 45 minutes, bus driver did not stop the bus at this stop. Bus No. 433. This has been going on regular basis at evening time.

HOPE YOU LOOK INTO THIS MATTER MORE SERIOUSLY AND HELP THE GENERAL PUBLIC FROM THIS CRITICAL ISSUE WHICH HAS BEEN GOING ON A REGULAR BASIS.

Bus is very late. I have been waiting sice 1 hour from 2:00 to 3:00 it still hasnt arrived yet. Its the case of 540 from approximately 10 to 15 days

Driver of Bus no. DL1PD 5576 ( route no. 131), didn't stop the bus at stand. Even the bus was not full, only 2-3 standing passengers were there in the bus. Still driver didn't stop the bus. This problem arises with mostly all the cluster buses.

Cluster bus drivers needs some training related to drive passenger vehicles. Strict action need to be taken by senior officials in this matter.

I am a regular passenger of dtc bus no 894 i board the bus from ashram bus stop around 7 am, but two times i faced green bus no 894 has not stopped at ashram. Buses are meant for taking passengers from one stand to another, that's why i am getting late for the office everyday, also there should be regular bus service at every 10 min interval, but there ia no bus coming from 1/2 an hr.

There is no bus service between 7:00am to 8:00 am. Only one bus comes with a lot of rush already. I am talking about the route from Kanjhawala side to Mundka.
I get late for my college waiting for the bus at Karala chawk.
Please help.

This is to bring to your notice that one of the DTC 's Drivers named Dev Karan Meedha, token number 92384 at sarojni nagar dipo has such behavior issue which is really pathetic and unforgivable.Here, I am attaching a video which is really shame for all the DTC's staff where a Driver is misbehaving with a lady with abusive language. I request to all my managers and senior authorities to take an action against him in order to stop such incidences with a zero tolerance policy.

This complaint is about the bus number DL1PC5491 of route 418A.
I was to take the bus from shakarpur (next to Nirman vihar ) the bus came and i waved my hand but the driver didn't stop the bus, he directly stopped the bus at red light .

Then i reached to red light and when i entered the bus and i directly complaint the driver that why didn't he stop the bus at bus stop !, The driver made the statement like "which stop ? Konsa stop ?"
Then there was another fellow authority person in the dress of driver he started arguing with me, even i was not talking to him !!

I : aapne bus kyu nahi roki
Fellow person (not driver ): jaa peeche beth jaa
I : aapse baat nahi kar raha mai
Fellow person : peeche beth jaa, vrna bataunga tujhe abhi

Then i normally took the ticket and travel to my bus stand, Jagat puri A block, i took some photos of the bus driver and bus number and that fellow person!
The fellow person shouted at me for taking the pictures for complaint.

Fellow person: photo delete kar abhi
I : kyu karu?
Fellow person: phone tod dunga tera main
I : kyu sir
Fellow person: photo kyo le rha hai
I: complaint ke liye, kyuki aapne bus nahi roki stand par .

Then he said 'utar tu neeche bus se' and i came out of bus, but he alao came out bus and said "phone se photo delete kar "
He even grabbed my hand for taking the phone !!

I was too scared so i called my father and then the fellow person gets into the bus and bus leaves !

जिस तरह उन्होंने गुंडा गर्दी दिखाई मैं आज के बाद हमेशा डरूंगा !
