Hello sir,

I am writing this complaint because I am sad with the DTC bus pass service.
I fill an application online on bus pass website on 10 Aug 2022 and when I am checking the application status it is showing me the same since 5 days. I tried to contact the respective department via phone calls and emails but didn't get any response, even though they didn't pick up the calls more over they cut my calls. I don't understand...

Mera bus pass nahi bana aur payment kat ho gya h refund kese milega...

Today I was in stand but the 717A starting two buses not stop in stand .time 4.00pm kapasher stand near shiv mandir...

I had applied online for confessional student AC/NonAc all route buss pass for time period of three months on 5, August, 2022.

The transaction was successful but i didn't recieved any confirmation from your side. The amount was deducted at the time of payment and I was supposed to get the pass by today.

But, till today, i have received no email or text message from your side.

I would like to inform you that I applied for DTC e-pass online and have made the payment for the same but when I checked the status it is showing that ''Application received without payment. If the payment has been done. Kindly contact to DTC pass section". I contacted the through phone number but they did not resolve my problem. Now I am trying to contact them but nobody...

Driver is riding too fast people complained about it then he started driving slower than a bicycle and even on saying he is doing wrong he didn't listen . Bus no is - DL.IP/D 0113 and it's DTC 761...

Today i take a ticket from anand vihar terminal to dhola kuwa ( AC BUS) and i gave 200 rupiya they give me ticket and mention refund money ( 175 rupiya) on ticket . But condutor missing give money.
Bus root was anand vihar to uttam nager.
I dont know bus no .
My ticket no is 64976.

As on 21.07.2022 at approx 8:35 am I boarded a DTC red bus no. DL1PC8167 from dabdi mor to janakpuri D block and when I reached the destination, I asked the driver to stop the bus but rather he said “you are late to inform about that stop” as I was alone in whole bus I requested him to stop on next nearest stop but rather stopping on next stop he said “ Bhen*** meri marzi nh rok raha tere se jo banta ho karle 36 aate hain tere jese”...

I have applied for E-Pass on 16/6/22.but I have don't get any information aboout application no.and E-pass.after successful payment of 200/-...

Bus drivers behave rudely with male person, s and they not stopped buses on stand, because they cordinate with auto drivers and auto drives pay money to him and said to bus drives don't stop buses here...

DL1PC8096, DL1PD8139 TODAY 02/08/2022 at 11:46 am & 11:54 am these buses crosses the dabri bus stand and they ran the bus away without stopping. We don't have much option in that route and they too are doing this. I don't know why they are always in hurry....

The driver's behavious is disgusting. Didn't stop the bus at the bus stop. Althrough didn't see if someone will get hurt.

I hereby, would like to inform you that, I had applied for E-BUS PASS and complete the payment .

The pass got rejected (reason : payment not reflected), but I had done the payment.

please refund my money, I had also visited scindia house DTC office for same problem, but I did not get any solution.

I would like to draw your attention towards a reckless driver who doesn't stop bus at bua stand. On 28 July, 2022, I was standing at the bus stand however the bus driver didn't stop the bus at stand and then he stopped at red light and then I boarded in bus as I was running to catch the bus, being a lady, he didn't stop the bus and when I boarded, he was talking rudely. They should learn the rules and manner how to talk to a lady.
