Hii my name is nikita ..i daily travel from bus 207from banglasaheb to bhajanpura ..today i traveled from bus no. DL1PD 5678 207 timing 3:50 Pm from banglasaheb .Bus conductor Alam i asked for seat which is next to him then he said ye reaserve h .i said this is public seat you cant reserve it ...and he said these both seat are resereved for conductor ...then i get to know he daily reserve this seat for a lady ...he talked to me very badly he said je katri ...and all ki tu to sabse ldti rhti h tere to yhi kam h .

I want to complaint against Delhi low floor buses. I was traveling in Anand vihar bus from Laxmi Nagar to karkardooma crossing.bus number 78 but driver not stopped on karkardooma crossing i said to Stop. He was very rude denied to stop and saying that girls are using free bus and he said ab khadi rah tu raha he was very rude .i want to complaint against him but I don't know how to do this. Your customer complaint number also not working.

Mostly the driver of DTC bus no. 254 are taking wrong route due to jam at Nangloi and takes the flyover in order to reach on time and also not stopping bus at the bus stand specially if there is a lady passenger is standing on the bus stand. Please take appropriate actions regarding those driver.

Sir it is sumitted that i am resident of khera khurd village and working as teacher in haryana at kundli. I travel daily from khera khurd to narela daily. DTC app shows bus service from azadpur terminal to narela starting from 6am to 11pm with a frequency of half an hour. But i watch that in the morning no bus crosses khera khurd till 8am whereby showing that no bus starts from azadpur terminal in the morning till 7.30am. So i request your good office to look into the matter and ask the concerned depot to ply buses in the morning from 6am from azadpur terminal. Thanks

Some buses of DTC are not stop on stands due to that people including ne get late for their necessary and important works. Buses like DL1PC8677 (522A) at Malviya Nagar (around 4:40 Pm[protected] and 512 (around 7:30 AM at BegumPur) are not stop evn after many passengers wait for more than 15-20 minutes. Please be strict on them so they are more aware about the situation.

Vehicle No.DL1PC9775 I gave to Mr. Contactor 10rupees and get my 5rupees ticket but they are refund my rest amount is only 5 small coins.
Hence we give to a shopkeeper for some items but they are not received my money.

When I was coming from the office the bus driver of DL 1 pc[protected] is confirmed) was not stopping to any stop when I came close to him and asked to Stop he stopped the bus on next station and start arguing and abusing when I told him you should Stop the bus on every stand he said it's my bus not metro he started to argue i stepped down from the bus he continued to argu when he got frustrated he came to hit me then I go away from him, he told his name veeru I don't know it is correct or not he was drunk also while drinking strict action should be taken against him the bus no. Was 523 and the route was ladosarai to nanda hospital.

Driver of DTC bus (DL 1 PC 0684 Route 440) smashed my car and damage it in the traffic at govindpuri area whil taking U turn with the help of lady of civil defence.He was not following the lane and laws of driving the DTC bus.he broke the lane first and diverted the route by himself in bumper to bumper traffic due to which many passengers and public outside on the road suffered a lot.After he smashed my car I asked him to come down and to look into the situation but he closes the widow, gate and ran away

I've seen that some bus drivers don't stop the busses at the bus stops even though people are waiting on the bus stands. It had happened many times with me so then I decided to make their videos and complain about them. I'm from CRRIT college Kanjhawala. And any bus barely comes on that road after waiting for more than half an hour sometimes. And sometimes bus drivers don't stop the bus so it's really a problem for students who have to go to Kanjhawala chowk. So I highly request you to take strict action on these drivers. I'm providing you 2 videos of drivers not stopping at the stops. The bus number plate can be seen clearly.
