Delhi Transport Corporation [DTC] Complaints & Reviews

I filed a complaint on 17/08/2022 about DTC Bus Pass for Senior Citizen but regret to inform you that I have not received any fast response as I addressed the complaint to Managing Director, DTC, IP Depot, Delhi for immediate response but to no avail. Please look into this and let me know the status asap.

Allow me to address you on the subject of complaining about the pathetic condition of AC Bus- 794(DL1PC 9303)- Nijjamudin to Mangalapuri route including many other AC buses running on this route. It was the third time on 10th Sept 2022, yesterday when I faced a similar condition of suffocation when I took a bus from Safdarjung bus stand to Janak cinema in very hot & suffocated conditions, where there was no AC working & ventilation. Your department is one of the major departments in Delhi city that carries thousands of passengers on a daily basis through buses and mostly AC buses are running with Non-Air condition mode in this route.

With a few other fellow passengers, I mentioned the situation in the complaint book. Due to writing this complaint, the Bus ticket collector and Driver misbehaved with me and other passengers. They stopped the bus right there in the middle of the Road near Sagarpur that again caused inconvenience to 20-25 passengers. All passengers were forced to take another non-AC bus to reach their destination. And, also they warned me not to travel by AC buses again.

I would request you to take strict & immediate action against this bus conductor and Driver for misbehaving with the passengers. The mentioned complaint could ameliorate the performance of the transport department and it would certainly be helpful in resolving the issues of passengers while travelling by your buses.

It is, therefore, requested that the aforementioned situation should be repaired without further delay as it is mandatory for the betterment of Delhi transport department.

The bus drivers of Seema Puri Bus Depot and Dilshad Garden Bus Depot the bus stop at the old seema puri stop after starting the bus from depot. whereas 2-3 months ago all the bus drivers stopped the bus at Saiyyad Nagar and boarded the bus. Used to sit but now do not sit the passenger if I ask the bus driver to stop the bus, then the driver says that this is not a bus stop. When I buy DTC bus ticket online, the option of Saiyyad Nagar bus stop is not available, but if I sit in the cluster bus and buy the ticket online, then the option of Saiyyad Nagar bus stop comes and I have bought tickets online many times from the bus stop of Saiyyad Nagar, because of this, the residents of A block of old Seema Puri have a lot of trouble in sitting in the bus, especially small children, elderly and sick people have a lot of problems 214 and 246 bus routes are more trouble because Delhi is on this route. There are 4 big hospitals, due to which the passengers are also very much and the buses are very less, so you are requested to order all the bus drivers to stop the bus at the stop of Saiyyad Nagar and make the passengers sit.
If there is no legal stop at the stop of Saiyyad Nagar, then I request you to make a new bus stop in the name of Saiyyad Nagar with sign board as soon as possible.
I request you to get my complaint resolved expeditiously.

DTC orange cluster bus driver misbehaving with passenger and abusing them. When I said him to stop bus they didn't stop bus at bus stop and doing misbehave with me. He abusing me. School students running with bus but driver didn't stop bus and they being late for school...

Please help us to get rid of street dogsin sector-44, b-block. Dogs are making nuisance, littering in front of houses and many more. They are also spoiling the cars by climbing them. They are very dangerous for society.
Yesturday i was walking with my 3 year old kid.. 3, 4 street dogs barking on my kid.. they come almoat near to bite..
My son was crying..
This happens many times.

I'm citizen of India & usually travels throw DTC busses but since 1.5 month the bus no. 721 & 208 doesn't come. I have to wait for 30-40 minutes for these busses for go to Tis hazari not just in morning these both busses neither come in afternoon, nor evening
The service is very very poor of bus no. 721 & 208.

I’m complaining against the delhi govt. bus driver for zigzag driving and abusing people on road.

While on my way to home, around 8:00 PM, At Sarai Kale khan this bus driver frequently changing lanes without bothering the traffic, and tried to touch my car 2-3 times. When I shouted on that person he tried to follow me and started abusing while driving.

Such actions are not acceptable…my car could have crashed in this situation.

I request to please take severe action against it. Because of this other vehicles and people are not safe on the road.

I was traveling from Kashmiri Gate to kapashera border (orange bus). I just entered in bus and was standing near conductor giving him 2 rs to buy my ticket. It was large crowd near conductor who buying ticket. Two ticket checker had entered and asked had i taken my ticket and snatched my 20 rs from my hand and asked me to get out fron bus. I asked them I was buying ticket. But they didn't listened anything and asked me to shut my mouth. I was fined 200rs and I had paid. But behaviour was really bad and disrespectful. If I was in queue to buy ticket not travelling without ticket. Delhi Transits need to check this type of employees.

Iam firoz iam waiting dtc bus sutanpuri old macchi chowk but bus is coming but note stop bus stand DLIPD5574 at 9:45 am the bus driver is drive badley so please solve this issue so nobody is getting this kind of prounlem in future.

Yesterday, my wife and I were going to duty as usual with my scooty. When we were on ashram flyover on scooty, a DTC green bus was being driven in high speed because of the bus speed I took a little break, my scooty had slipped because there were dest was spread in cornor of flyover.
My wife and I was too much injured and the bus passed on my scooty front tyre. We saw the dead in my open eyes.
I requested to the higher authority of DTC to set the speed limit of the DTC buses otherwise most of people would lost their life because the high speed of the these DTC buses

Today I sachin shukla bought a ticket of ₹10 rupees in chartr app from dwarka sec-1 on bus no. DL1PD0923 route no. 727 to dwarka more metro station on 08:44:[protected], amount of ₹9 was deducted from my bank account and I got message from paytm also that ₹9 has been deducted, but I got a ticket of ₹5 which means my ticket is till dps matiyala ticket id T07092022ea66f6e310.
At my destination point my ticket was checked by Vikram Kumar at NSUT dwarka and i showed them all the bank details and ticket details on chartr app and pleaded them that i am gonna miss my class and i am not commiting a fraud but they started pushing me and threatening me that they will send me to lockup and dragged me with them to dwarka more and even raised hands to hit me and took my phone away and threatened me to pay ₹200 immediately
on Vikram's number or they will hit me and take me to police station even when I was not at fault. I paid him ₹200 and they released me.

Dear sir/madam, yesterday me and my friend were traveling in a DTC bus, bus no.- DLIPC5258 . As the crowd was less, i got a seat next to the conductor(horizontally) and my friend was sitting just behind of me, suddenly she spotted that the conductor was clicking my photos by his phone. She called me off and i also spotted him doing the same. He had totally faced his camera on my side and still he was continuously doing the same. Since we were just two so we got terribly confused what to do in this situation. I came to sit backwards with my friend and we were deciding what should we do but during this we both again spotted that conductor was clicking photos of some another girls also there. This was really ridiculous!! We just went to complaint the bus driver about this scenario but the driver started blaming us for all of this, he said not to travel by bus i[censored] have this much prblm.. Is this the way girls should be treated in a public vehicle?

Sir i request you that on Rohini sec 35 stand there is no buses stop and no announcement of this stop on DTC and clusters buses. So the people of Rohini sec 35 is suffering a lot of problems. So I request you to announce of this stand on all buses and make a sign board on this stop.

I am college student in pusa institute of technology i want to tell you that the timing of bus number 725 (AC and non ac) is not rough, no bus arrives before 8 o'clock, have to wait, see its timing any . What should I do if I want to leave before 8 o'clock please improve its timing?
