Iam firoz iam waiting dtc bus sutanpuri old macchi chowk but bus is coming but note stop bus stand DLIPD5574 at 9:45 am the bus driver is drive badley so please solve this issue so nobody is getting this kind of prounlem in future.

Yesterday, my wife and I were going to duty as usual with my scooty. When we were on ashram flyover on scooty, a DTC green bus was being driven in high speed because of the bus speed I took a little break, my scooty had slipped because there were dest was spread in cornor of flyover.
My wife and I was too much injured and the bus passed on my scooty front tyre. We saw the dead in my open eyes.
I requested to the higher authority of DTC to set the speed limit of the DTC buses otherwise most of people would lost their life because the high speed of the these DTC buses

Today I sachin shukla bought a ticket of ₹10 rupees in chartr app from dwarka sec-1 on bus no. DL1PD0923 route no. 727 to dwarka more metro station on 08:44:[protected], amount of ₹9 was deducted from my bank account and I got message from paytm also that ₹9 has been deducted, but I got a ticket of ₹5 which means my ticket is till dps matiyala ticket id T07092022ea66f6e310.
At my destination point my ticket was checked by Vikram Kumar at NSUT dwarka and i showed them all the bank details and ticket details on chartr app and pleaded them that i am gonna miss my class and i am not commiting a fraud but they started pushing me and threatening me that they will send me to lockup and dragged me with them to dwarka more and even raised hands to hit me and took my phone away and threatened me to pay ₹200 immediately
on Vikram's number or they will hit me and take me to police station even when I was not at fault. I paid him ₹200 and they released me.
I am a innocent student from a middle class
family please take action against them

Dear sir/madam, yesterday me and my friend were traveling in a DTC bus, bus no.- DLIPC5258 . As the crowd was less, i got a seat next to the conductor(horizontally) and my friend was sitting just behind of me, suddenly she spotted that the conductor was clicking my photos by his phone. She called me off and i also spotted him doing the same. He had totally faced his camera on my side and still he was continuously doing the same. Since we were just two so we got terribly confused what to do in this situation. I came to sit backwards with my friend and we were deciding what should we do but during this we both again spotted that conductor was clicking photos of some another girls also there. This was really ridiculous!! We just went to complaint the bus driver about this scenario but the driver started blaming us for all of this, he said not to travel by bus i[censored] have this much prblm.. Is this the way girls should be treated in a public vehicle?

Sir i request you that on Rohini sec 35 stand there is no buses stop and no announcement of this stop on DTC and clusters buses. So the people of Rohini sec 35 is suffering a lot of problems. So I request you to announce of this stand on all buses and make a sign board on this stop.

I am college student in pusa institute of technology i want to tell you that the timing of bus number 725 (AC and non ac) is not rough, no bus arrives before 8 o'clock, have to wait, see its timing any . What should I do if I want to leave before 8 o'clock please improve its timing?

It is really thing to appreciate that DTC has been taking end number of initiative in making the travel of their customer easier and comfortable. But this is to bring in your notice that your drivers are not thinking in the same way. While driving the driver is busy talking to some of the regular customers who are standing near the driver seat. This talk between the driver and commande not only lead to slow driving like a turtle but also cause the delay in reaching the desired destination. Being the citizen of the country, I would request you to please ask the drivers especially of the 529 buses to focus on driving rather than busy talking to another.

Few students were not taking ticket and due to which conductor stopped the bus .5 buses departed after us recahed before the destination, i was late for my college will DTC be responsible for the time i lost.tge conductor was rude towards students.even she forcefully throwed few studnets.BUS no is DL1PC9847 from keshav nagar to isbt kashmere gate

We are unable to find bus in morning after 9 o clock. There is not a single bus over there. In case we find the bus it is overly crowded.we have to face a lot trouble. And also in evening after 7 o clock we have to wait for 1 hour to take a bus and it is also overly crowded.its a humble request pls provide buses on this route.(badarpur to noida phase 2 - noida phase 2 to badarpur

I've to take the bus 529 in morning from Syed Goan daily in the morning. They are never on time. They are always atleast 1 hour late and many time they don't even come. There are no traffic issues in the morning so there is no excuse for traffic.
I want 529 should be on time. Also it would be much better if you increase the frequency of the bus visit.

Recently I found something weird on the Delhi Traffic Police website that someone is using my Regn. Number plate on their personal vehicle which is Hyundai I10 Grande and caused me over speeding challan. such kind of harassment I can't bear.

So I am requesting you to please do something and resolve this problem and I am also attaching the documents for your reference.

I haven't received my bus pass I have paid the fees on 21 August

I applied for a student bus pass on the 22ND of August. My application number is[protected]. And its application status still says " pending for approval by the department". Please resolve this as soon as possible.

I have applied for bus pass on 24th of August 2022 which has to be valid from 26th August 2022. According to the authority the link to view bus pass mist be send in one working day but the link to view it is not shared up to date and if trying to reach authority phone numbers are not in service

Myself Amit Kumar Gautam, I applied for e-bus pass on 24.08.2022 & at the same time amount of 1012 rs deducted from my account but till today I don't receive any kind of mail from your side regarding new bus pass. For your reference please find the attachment of my last month e-bus pass.
