This complaint is about the bus number DL1PC5491 of route 418A.
I was to take the bus from shakarpur (next to Nirman vihar ) the bus came and i waved my hand but the driver didn't stop the bus, he directly stopped the bus at red light .

Then i reached to red light and when i entered the bus and i directly complaint the driver that why didn't he stop the bus at bus stop !, The driver made the statement like "which stop ? Konsa stop ?"
Then there was another fellow authority person in the dress of driver he started arguing with me, even i was not talking to him !!

I : aapse baat nahi kar raha mai
Fellow person : peeche beth jaa, vrna bataunga tujhe abhi

Then i normally took the ticket and travel to my bus stand, Jagat puri A block, i took some photos of the bus driver and bus number and that fellow person!
The fellow person shouted at me for taking the pictures for complaint.

Fellow person: photo delete kar abhi
I : kyu karu?
Fellow person: phone tod dunga tera main
I : kyu sir
Fellow person: photo kyo le rha hai
I: complaint ke liye, kyuki aapne bus nahi roki stand par .

Then he said 'utar tu neeche bus se' and i came out of bus, but he alao came out bus and said "phone se photo delete kar "
He even grabbed my hand for taking the phone !!

I was too scared so i called my father and then the fellow person gets into the bus and bus leaves !

In evening, at okhka phase 1, stop at Tughlaqabad biodiversity park, Bus No. 433, some drivers don't stop at this stop due to which people are waitimg for long hours. Even there is lot of space in the bus, they don stop. Please do somethimg for the convenience of the public as some of the drivers are not obeying their duty properly and causing mess in the evening. Hope the issue will resolve and will help in avoiding lot of mess in the bus and making it convenient for the public to travel in public transport.

Sir mera bus pass nahi bana aur payment refund for me

I've been making the trip from Nirman Vihar to Hasanpur Gaaon for the past seven years. The standard DTC AC bus fare is 10 rupees, whereas the fare for orange and green buses is 5 rupees. However, today I travelled from Nirman Vihar in a DTC AC[protected]P) and arrived to Hasanpur Gaaon. There were some ticket checkers gathered here. They falsely stated that I was at fault for my ticket expiring at the Hasanpur depot. They started pressuring me to pay a fine as a result.
The fare of an AC bus from Nirman to Hasanpur depot or Hasanpur Gaaon is always 10 rupees, whereas a green or orange bus costs 5 rupees. Even after I explained everything to them, they continued to threaten me and say that they would imprison me if I didn't pay them money. Due to the fact that I was running late for work, I decided it would be best to avoid talking with such people by paying 200 rupees.
However, I regret to inform you that they went above and beyond what is considered to be corrupt behaviour. These individuals demanded a 200 rupee fine from me despite the fact that the fare from Nirman Vihar to Hasanpur Depot or Hasanpur Village is always 10 rupees.
In addition, I want to let you know that I asked the conductor at Nirman Vihar to make a ticket to Hasanpur Gaaon; however, if he made a mistake and gave me a ticket for Hasanpur Depot, it was not my fault. Another point to note is that 10 rupees are also paid from Nirman to Hasanpur whether you disembark at Hasanpur Depot or Hasanpur Gaaon. However, these ticket checkers conned me and forcibly demanded a 200 rupee fee.
Please take action if you have the power to stop this kind of injustice; otherwise, many everyday citizens will have to deal with the issues brought on by this kind o[censored]nfairness and cruelty.

SUB:- RENEWAL OF MONTHLY DTC BUS PASS FOR THE SENIOR CITIZEN.

Sir,

I wish to draw your attention to the fact that yesterday i.e.[protected] at about 2 P.M. as I went to DTC Bus Pass Centre at Red Fort, Chandni Chowk, Delhi, to renew my Bus Pass for Senior Citizens from[protected] to[protected]two months). There were more than 6 people waiting to renew their Bus Pass. When I reached the counter for renewal of my bus pass, I submitted my application with the old bus pass to the staff sitting in the Bus Pass Section for renewal. The staff demanded an Aadhar Card in original and one photo copy for renewal. The staff have not demanded any Aadhar Card from the others who were standing at que for renewal and also none for the passengers standing on line were submitted their Aadhar Card for renewal. I saw only the application forms and also old bus pass lying near the staff sitting for renewing the Bus Pass at the centre. They only demanded that I submit the Aadhar Card which I submitted to them earlier so many times. The staff refused to renew my Bus Pass and returned back the application form, old Bus Pass and the payment of Rs.115/-.

As you will be well aware that the Unique Identification Authority of India (UIDAI) of Aadhar Card directed on various occasions that the Aadhar Card is not an identity proof for each and every purpose for identification and not press individuals for submitting the same. There are Voter I. Cards, electricity bill and other documents available for identification, which I am ready to submit as and when required.

Also please note that I will travel in the DTC Bus without buying a ticket till such time the Bus Pass is renewed by the concerned and show the copy of this complaint to the T.T.E. to understand the cause.

I, therefore, request you to take a stern action against the staff (I.D. No. 86571). I may also be informed about it so that I can renew my Bus Pass.

Most of the buses 761 are not stopping at the manglapuri bus station, not sure why

On 17, August, 2022 at 7:23 am in the morning I was driving my two wheeler towards my office a DTC cluster orange bus driver (Bus No. - DL- 1P D1015) hit me and my vehicle from side and he tried to run. I chased him and my scooty was in front of the bus but he didn't stop he almost hit me again but I again saved myself and somehow on red light i managed to stop the bus and the driver i parked my scooty in side of the bus and I asked driver to open the gate and to talk to me. He opened the gate and hit me with iron rod and my right hand got little injury and it started to swell. He then pushed my vehicle and try to hit and break it. He abused me. Then i went to in front of the bus to capture the photo of number plate then he tried to scare me by running the bus over me he tried to hit me again when I was in front of the bus to take the photo of number plate. He almost ran the bus over me. This incident took place in front of the Deen Dayal Upadhyay College in dwarka, New Delhi on 17, August, 2022, at 7:23 AM.
I wonder this kind of rackless drivers DTC is hiring these days. DTC is such a prominent such a big govt institutions but these kind of people are putting DTC's name into dust.
Kindly look into matter and take action against this driver who can kill anyone on road by his rackless driving.

Hello sir,

I am writing this complaint because I am sad with the DTC bus pass service.
I fill an application online on bus pass website on 10 Aug 2022 and when I am checking the application status it is showing me the same since 5 days. I tried to contact the respective department via phone calls and emails but didn't get any response, even though they didn't pick up the calls more over they cut my calls. I don't understand that when they are not willing to take calls or don't want to respond then why they write contact us?

Kindly check my application status and let me know the status of my bus pass. If it is going to take more than 2 days to approve then please refund my money.

I had applied online for confessional student AC/NonAc all route buss pass for time period of three months on 5, August, 2022.

The transaction was successful but i didn't recieved any confirmation from your side. The amount was deducted at the time of payment and I was supposed to get the pass by today.

But, till today, i have received no email or text message from your side.

Kindly refund or generate the pass after making necessary inquiry, as soon as possible.

There are many dogs in my area which are mad and attack every person who pass them. And barks all the time to everyone. It’s a humble request you to catch them as soon as possible.

निवेदन है की दिल्ली ट्रांसपोर्ट की बस रूट no 567 जो की कमरुद्दीन नगर से सराय काले खां तक जाती है। बस का नंबर DL1PD5799 है। ड्राइवर बस को बिना बस लेन के चला रहा था। पूरे रूट पर बस बिना बस लेन के चली है। कृपया इस पर उचित कार्यवाही करते हुए रोड पर बस का ध्यान रखा जाए। एक तरफ सरकार बस लेन के नाम पर दूसरी प्राइवेट गाड़ियों के चालान कर रही है। और दिल्ली सरकार की बस खुश बस लेन के बाहर चलती है।

Greetings for the day!

I would like to inform you that I applied for DTC e-pass online and have made the payment for the same but when I checked the status it is showing that ''Application received without payment. If the payment has been done. Kindly contact to DTC pass section". I contacted the through phone number but they did not resolve my problem. Now I am trying to contact them but nobody is picking up the phone.

Driver is riding too fast people complained about it then he started driving slower than a bicycle and even on saying he is doing wrong he didn't listen . Bus no is - DL.IP/D 0113 and it's DTC 761

Today i take a ticket from anand vihar terminal to dhola kuwa ( AC BUS) and i gave 200 rupiya they give me ticket and mention refund money ( 175 rupiya) on ticket . But condutor missing give money.
Bus root was anand vihar to uttam nager.
I dont know bus no .
My ticket no is 64976.

As on 21.07.2022 at approx 8:35 am I boarded a DTC red bus no. DL1PC8167 from dabdi mor to janakpuri D block and when I reached the destination, I asked the driver to stop the bus but rather he said “you are late to inform about that stop” as I was alone in whole bus I requested him to stop on next nearest stop but rather stopping on next stop he said “ Bhen*** meri marzi nh rok raha tere se jo banta ho karle 36 aate hain tere jese” and when I called police he opened the gate 2.6 kms away from that particular stop. I had not encountered such incident in whatsoever public Transport. So i request you to take this matter in concern and take strictest action. I am attaching his photo and bus number with this.
