I would like to draw your attention towards a reckless driver who doesn't stop bus at bua stand. On 28 July, 2022, I was standing at the bus stand however the bus driver didn't stop the bus at stand and then he stopped at red light and then I boarded in bus as I was running to catch the bus, being a lady, he didn't stop the bus and when I boarded, he was talking rudely. They should learn the rules and manner how to talk to a lady.
Take a strick action against such a bus driver. I'm attaching pic of bus.

The driver of 764 on Saturday morning at around 8:45 not stopping the bus and i have waited around 1 hours to get the bus

This is complaint about bus registration no DL-1P-05267 during on incident bus route no showing 125 going toward azadpur i have travel in this bus from near by stand amba cinema clock tower this is a cluster bus of delhi the conductor was issuing ticket and i give him 100 rs note and asked for rs 5 chargeable ticket he has bearing changes of money also but he did not returned to me left balance and issuing manual ticked no 26695(UP-143) and he has already taken some kind of alcoholic thing and he had started abusing and misbhaving with me this bus has very few passenger when I said to request to him to behave like well and returned balance amount he started hummilation and abusing badly to me and come om me for beating me when I said to driver to stop the bus on stand and said plz to maintain the decoram of public passenger dealing he has also started abusing badly and be ready to beat me. I have left at stand of pratab bagh the conductor said to me by threatened gud Mandi ka hoo kat dooga and driver also abusing on road to me when I prepare for by clicking bus photos he has also smartly changed the displayed board route to schooling 144 bus as shown in images i have kept this for future references. Immediate action be required on the said conductor and driver for safe guard of and they should be punished as per law by today itself. I'm in legal profession by work and being law abiding citizen of india it's prayed to take immediate action on both and do proper legal action about their bad conduct immediately or i have to move to court of delhi for the same if action is not appropriate. For the same police complaint also be filed if proper action not be taken thanks

Today on 28/07/2022, 9:10 morning, I was crossing road for desu bus stand but due to lots of traffic I got late by few seconds to reach the bus 890 which was already standing there but the bus gates were closed... I knocked the bus door, requested them to open the door as it was still standing on the bus stand but it did not open and left, again I waited till 9:44, one 890 bus came and did not stop, I tried to stop by waving my hands but it left.
890 bus service is very poor

Yesterday iam going to nehru nagar to mehrauli in route of 427 i feel like insecure an unsafe bus in depot of SNPD at morning time such a very critical situation the girls are unsafe i was seeing a yesterday two boys were teasing in one girl so i can say that where is delhi bus service girls are secure its a fake reality is girls are unsafe because Marshall not giving in buses of snpd depot at morning please i humble request provide a Marshall in snpd buses at morning time soon as soon possible its very critical situation please action

I have applied for my DTC bus pass on 19/07/2022 for 4 months form 26/07/2022 to 25/11/2022 and today is 27 July 2022 and I haven't received my bus pass till now...i have paid the amount also and filled my details correct but I don't know why it is happening... I'm requesting to you that you please give me some information about my pass that on which date i will get it... I'm a school student and travel by DTC bus daily and I'm getting problems with out my pass...i hope that you will listen to me and will take action against it fast ... thanks

I picked a bus from Bijwasan at approx 8:40 am on dated 27 july 2022 and demanded for a ticket. But bus conductor fully refused to make a ticket because i gave him a 100 Rupees (he said that I have no change of 100 Rs ). I offered conductor to please give me a ticket and balance amount i will receive from bus depot, but he fully denied my statement and he refused me again. He was saying repeatedly "main ticket nahi dunga, jab tak mere pass change nahi aayega".

I have renewed my DTC bus pass on[protected], bus pass ID:[protected]. It has been 5 days and I have not received the e-bus pass link yet. The website showed that I would receive a link to download the bus pass in one working day, also the transaction was successful.

now My application status still shows 'APPROVAL OF ENDORSEMENTS ON CL as 'PENDING'.

35 days over now.

How many time for approval

I was travelling from pragati vihar in bus 623 bus no. DL1PC7850. Some people were standing and the conductor was sitting on his seat and his bag was kept in the seat beside. I politely asked that if he could pick his bag and I could sit there but then he refused and talked rudely with me and misbehaved. I even asked for help from Marshal but he took side with the conductor himself and said it's nothing we could do.

At Mangammal Salai in KTC, Many people face a lot of problems due to street dogs. The past one week, the dog bites many people and many dogs carelessly crossing the road when the vehicles are crossed. So that many accidents are happend. It's not safe for people and also dogs... The dogs also got more injuries due to accidents...so please kindly catch these street dogs
and save the life of both living beings (human & dog). Hope you will take immediate action to this.. Thank You.

The street dogs at our residence Chothi platan police line, junarisala, Malhargunj (452001), are being aggressive towards the local people they are frequently biting people and the children playing today 26 june a bog but a small girl playing and he bit her it was a luck that there was a vegetable seller he saved her, I request you to kindly resolve the issue asap.

We had faced this issue multiple times, yesterday between 1 to 3 pm all buses of route 8 were commuted til Sec 37 Noida, instead of Noida Phase II. There is no definite time to get phase Ii bus from Okhla bird century metro station.
This had repeated in night between 8 to 10 pm.
Please confirm your actions to resolve this chronic issue.

This is with the reference of payment I made for E bus pass on 19th July, 2022 from your official portal (dtcpass.delhi.gov.in) But I didn't receive any text from the dtc authorities. Hence, I am unable to track my application status. I am student of Sri Venkateshwar College, DU.
Hereby attaching the receipt of payment made and my application for e bus pass.
Please do the needful as I have made the payment of Rs 500 but haven't received the pass.

Cluster bus route no.171 holambi kalan and bus no.DL1PD4511 22 July 2022 time 01.40pm driver didn't stop bus on holambi kalan JJ colony police choki stand. and misbehave with passangers.driver and one lady conducter were shouting on every passenger. and driver was telling to everyone there is no stop he was misbehaving and didn't stop bus. And it's not only for one day problem most or the bus didn't stop on the JJ colony police station stand. If sometimes bus stop but they don't open door and only shouted on the passengers.. according to driver and conductor if there is no stop so why the announcement of bus stand and why there is stand please take some action of this.

My name is virender . I travel in bus number DL1PD-5412 on route number 741 Bawana to Jyonti time around 1:30 PM. I travel starting from Bawana on this bus and driver continue talking on mobile phone while driving. I told him you just can't talk on the phone while driving he misbehave with me. I have already complaint via on your helpline no. [protected] and my complaint registration No. is 1342/22. Sir please taking action against the above cited bus driver.

Main dtc ka daily passenger hu noida se badarpur border ka. Ac DTC bus main ac running nahi rahta proper jab bus route per chalti hai. Chalak perichalak abhadra viyavhar karte hai agar ac chalane ko bola Jaye to.
Baki agar stop per bus Khali kadi hai tab ac continue running rahta hai.
Kya ac service keval chalak parichalak ke liye hi di gai hai aur kiraya passenger se vasula jayega
